본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말이 이미지 링크를 사용하는 방법은, 제1 이미지와, 상기 제1 이미지 상에 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴의 종류, 영역 크기 및 영역 위치를 포함하는 영역 정보 및 링크 정보를 포함하는 부가 정보가 포함된 제1 SNS 메시지가 수신되면, 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 상기 제1 SNS 메시지에 포함된 제1 이미지를 출력하는 단계와; 사용자에 의해 상기 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 출력된 제1 이미지가 선택되면, 상기 제1 SNS 메시지에 포함된 영역 정보를 이용하여 상기 제1 이미지 상에 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴을 오버레이하여 표시하는 단계와; 상기 사용자에 의해 상기 오버레이된 링크 툴이 선택되면, 상기 제1 SNS 메시지에 포함된 링크 정보를 이용하여 상기 링크 툴에 연결된 URL로 접속하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, SNS를 통한 메시지 전송시 간단한 방법으로 이미지의 일부 영역에 대응하는 복수의 링크를 연결하여 배포할 수 있다.
또한, 링크가 연결된 이미지가 포함된 메시지를 받은 수신자가 링크에 관련된 정보를 수정하거나, 메시지에 포함된 영역 정보 및 링크 정보를 다른 이미지에 적용함으로써, 링크에 관련된 부가 정보를 재사용할 수 있다.

본 명세서에서 사용되는 용어에 대해 간략히 설명하고, 본 발명에 대해 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 용어는 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하면서 가능한 현재 널리 사용되는 일반적인 용어들을 선택하였으나, 이는 당 분야에 종사하는 기술자의 의도 또는 판례, 새로운 기술의 출현 등에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 또한, 특정한 경우는 출원인이 임의로 선정한 용어도 있으며, 이 경우 해당되는 발명의 설명 부분에서 상세히 그 의미를 기재할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명에서 사용되는 용어는 단순한 용어의 명칭이 아닌, 그 용어가 가지는 의미와 본 발명의 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 정의되어야 한다.
명세서 전체에서 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있음을 의미한다. 또한, 명세서에 기재된 "...수단", "...부", "모듈" 등의 용어는 적어도 하나의 기능이나 동작을 처리하는 단위를 의미하며, 이는 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어로 구현되거나 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 결합으로 구현될 수 있다.
아래에서는 첨부한 도면을 참고하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 그리고 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위해서 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였으며, 명세서 전체를 통하여 유사한 부분에 대해서는 유사한 도면 부호를 붙였다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이미지 링크 배포 방법 및/또는 사용 방법을 수행하는 사용자 단말들과 SNS 서버 간의 네트워크 연결을 설명하기 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 복수의 사용자 단말(110-1, 110-2, 110-3)이 네트워크를 통해 SNS 서버(120)와 통신한다. 네트워크로는 무선 인터넷이 사용될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 다양한 형태의 통신 방식이 사용될 수 있다.
SNS 서버(120)는 사용자들에게 SNS 서비스를 제공하는 장치로서, 사용자들 간의 메시지 송수신을 지원한다. 본 발명에서 SNS 서버는 트위터, 페이스북, 위챗, 큐큐 등과 같이 사용자 간의 자유로운 의사 소통과 정보 공유, 그리고 인맥 확대 등을 통해 사회적 관계를 생성하고 강화시켜주는 온라인 플랫폼을 의미하며, SNS 서버를 통해 사용자들이 주고 받는 메시지를 SNS 메시지라 칭하기로 한다.
사용자 단말(110-1, 110-2, 110-3)의 사용자는 단말에 설치되어 있는 SNS 애플리케이션을 실행시키고, 신규 SNS 메시지를 작성하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 이용하여 이미지를 포함하는 SNS 메시지를 작성할 것이다. 사용자 단말로는 통신망에 접속하여 데이터 통신 가능한 데스크탑 형태의 컴퓨터나, 노트북, 스마트폰, PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) 등의 휴대용 단말기가 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 SNS 메시지 작성시 이미지에 링크를 붙여서 메시지에 포함시킬 수 있으며, 이미지의 적어도 일부 영역에 링크를 붙이고, 링크가 붙어 있는 영역을 복수개 설정할 수도 있다.
작성된 SNS 메시지를 전송하라는 명령이 사용자로부터 입력되면, 작성 완료된 SNS 메시지는 네트워크를 통해 SNS 서버(120)로 송신되며, SNS 서버(120)는 SNS 메시지를 SNS 상에서 접근이 가능하도록 처리한다.
예컨대, 발신자의 계정에 포스팅하여 SNS 상에서 상기 발신자를 팔로잉하는 팔로워들이 볼 수 있도록 한다거나, 또는 수신자가 정해져 있는 형태의 SNS 인 경우 해당 수신자 단말로 전달한다.
즉, 본 발명에서 SNS 메시지는 수신자가 정해져 일방향으로 전달되는 형태의 메시지에 한정되지 않으며, SNS 상에서 게시되거나 전달되는 컨텐츠의 단위를 의미한다.
SNS 메시지의 전송이란, SNS상에서 발신자 이외의 사용자가 볼 수 있도록 처리하는 것을 의미하며 반드시 수신자에게 전달되는 형태의 처리로 한정되지 않는다.
따라서, 수신자 단말이란 발신자 단말에 의해 전송된 SNS 메시지에 접근하는 단말로 해석되며, 반드시 발신자 단말로부터 직접 전달받는 단말로 한정되지 않는다.
한편, SNS 메시지 전송시 링크가 붙어 있는 이미지 영역에 대한 정보와 링크 정보는 부가 정보로서 메시지에 포함되어 전송될 것이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이미지 링크 배포 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, SNS 애플리케이션은 사용자에 의해 선택된 이미지와, 링크 정보를 생성할 영역의 모양에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 링크 툴을 화면에 표시한다(S202). 사용자는 새로운 SNS 메시지를 작성하기 위해 첨부할 이미지를 선택하며 선택된 이미지의 적어도 일부 영역에 하나 이상의 링크를 설정하기 위한 다양한 모양의 링크 툴을 사용할 수 있다.
다음으로, 사용자의 입력 또는 조작에 따라, 링크 툴이 선택되고 선택된 링크 툴에 대응하는 모양의 영역이 화면에 표시된 이미지에 설정된다(S204). 또한, 설정된 각 영역에 대응하는 링크 정보가 사용자로부터 입력된다(S206).
링크 영역이 설정된 이미지를 SNS 메시지로 전송하기 위해, SNS 애플리케이션은 사용자에 의해 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴의 종류(영역의 모양), 영역의 크기 및 영역의 위치를 포함하는 영역 정보와, 각 영역의 링크 목적지를 나타내는 링크 정보가 포함되는 부가 정보를 생성한다(S208). 설정된 영역에 사용되는 오브젝트는 벡터 그래픽 객체일 수 있으며, 그에 따라 영역의 모양, 크기, 위치를 간단한 방법으로 지정할 수 있다.
생성된 SNS 메시지는 이미지와 상기에서 생성된 부가 정보를 포함하여 생성되며(S210), SNS를 통해 즉 SNS 서버 및 네트워크를 통해 수신자의 단말에 전송될 것이다(S212).
이와 같이 처리함으로써, SNS를 통해 전달되는 메시지에 포함된 이미지와 별도로, 해당 이미지에 사용된 링크 툴의 종류, 영역 크기 및 영역 위치를 포함하는 영역 정보와 상기 링크 정보가 부가 정보로 더 포함되어서 전달될 수 있으며, 다른 사용자들은 수신한 부가정보를 포함하는 메시지 그대로 재배포하거나, 또는 후술하는 바와 같이 해당 이미지에 또 다른 링크를 거는 등 간단히 편집하거나 수정하여 사용할 수 있다.
도 3 내지 도 5는 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 이미지 링크 배포 방법이 구현된 사용자 인터페이스 화면을 도시한 것이다.
SNS 메시지에 하나 이상의 링크가 연결된 이미지를 포함시켜 전송하기 위해, 사용자는 SNS 서비스를 제공하는 SNS 애플리케이션을 실행하고, SNS의 다양한 기능 중 신규 SNS 메시지를 작성하는 기능을 위한 사용자 인터페이스가 화면에 출력되도록 조작할 것이다. 상기 사용자 인터페이스에서, 링크를 연결하여 전송할 이미지를 선택하면, 선택된 이미지와 함께 적어도 하나의 링크 툴이 화면에 표시될 것이다. 또한, 사용자는 이미지 선택 이전 또는 이후에 SNS 메시지의 전송 목적지를 나타내는 계정 정보, 수신자의 주소, 또는 전화번호 등의 정보를 입력할 것이다.
도 3(a)는 SNS 메시지 수신자의 전화번호(311)로 전송할 이미지를 선택하는 화면을 도시한 것으로, 단말에 저장된 복수의 이미지 중에서 선택된 이미지가 화면 상단(312)에 크게 표시되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 사용자가 이미지에 링크를 부가하고자 하는 경우, 이미지 선택 후 '링크 작성' 명령에 해당하는 버튼(313)을 선택하며, 그 결과로서 도 3(b)와 같은 화면으로 이동할 것이다.
도 3(b)의 화면에는, 링크 작성을 위한 적어도 하나의 링크 툴(322)과 링크 작성의 대상이 되는 이미지(321)가 출력된다. 사용자는 이 화면에서 이미지의 적어도 일부 영역에 링크를 연결할 수 있다. 또한, 이미지의 일부 영역에 링크를 설정하는 작업을 쉽게하기 위해 도 3(a)에서 선택된 이미지를 도 3(b)와 같이 확대할 수도 있다.
또한, 도 3(c)에서와 같이, 링크 툴(322) 중 하나를 선택하여 이미지 위에 지정하라는 도움말(331)을 화면에 출력하여 사용자의 조작을 도울 수 있다. 링크 툴로, 사각 모양의 영역을 설정하기 위한 사각 툴(301), 원 모양의 영역을 설정하기 위한 원형(302) 툴 및 임의의 모양의 영역을 설정하기 위한 연필 툴(303) 중 적어도 하나가 사용될 수 있으며, 실시예에 따라 다른 모양의 영역을 설정하기 위한 다른 링크 툴이 사용될 수 있음은 당업자에게 자명하다.
도 4(a)는 사용자가 링크 툴(322) 중에서 사각 툴(301)을 선택한 후의 화면으로서, 사각 툴(301)에 해당하는 모양의 오브젝트(412)가 기본(최초) 위치에, 예컨대 이미지(321)의 좌측 상단에 표시되며, 이 사각 모양의 링크 ①에 대응하는 링크 정보 입력란(413)이 이미지(321) 아래에 표시되었다. 사각 툴(301)을 클릭하는 대신 이미지(321) 위로 드래그앤드롭(Drag and Drop)한 경우에는, 드롭하는 위치에 사각 툴에 해당하는 모양이 표시될 것이다.
도 4(b)는 사용자의 입력에 따라 사각 툴 모양(301)의 위치와 크기가 변경되고, 그에 대응하는 링크 ①의 링크 주소가 입력된 화면을 도시한 것이다. 링크 주소는 사용자에 의해 입력란(413)에 직접 입력될 수 있으며. 사용자가 클립보드에 미리 복사하여 둔 링크 주소를 붙여넣기할 수도 있다. 이 실시예에서 사용자는 이미지(321) 내의 인물이 착용한 선글라스 부분에 링크를 연결하여 그에 관련된 정보를 공유하려는 의도를 가진 것으로 보인다.
도 4(c)는 사용자가 두번 째 링크를 작성하기 위해 원형 툴(302)을 선택하고 이 링크 ②에 대응하는 링크 모양의 위치와 크기를 변경하고 링크 주소 정보를 입력한 화면을 도시한 것이다.
각 링크 영역에 표시된 오브젝트에는 링크 식별자를 나타내는 번호, 링크를 삭제할 수 있는 x 형태의 인터페이스, 그리고 링크의 크기를 변경할 수 있는 세모 모양의 인터페이스가 표시되어 있음을 알 수 있다.
도 5(a) 및 도 5(b)는 상기와 같은 방법에 의해 6개의 링크가 이미지의 일부 영역에 설정되는 과정을 도시한 것이다.
도 5(b)에서 링크 작성 완료를 나타내는 버튼(511)이 선택되면, 링크가 설정된 영역에 대한 정보와 각 영역의 링크 주소에 대한 정보가 저장될 것이며, 저장된 정보는 전송할 SNS 메시지에 대응하는 부가 정보의 생성에 사용될 것이다.
도 5(c)는 6개의 링크가 설정된 이미지와 함께 전송할 텍스트가 사용자에 의해 입력되는 화면을 도시한 것이다.
도 5(c)에서 SNS 메시지를 전송하라는 명령에 대응하는 버튼(512)이 선택되면, 선택되어 있는 이미지, 이 이미지에 대해 연결된 링크들에 관련된 부가 정보, 사용자가 입력한 텍스트 정보를 포함하는 SNS 메시지가 생성되고 SNS를 통해 전송될 것이다.
생성되는 메시지의 부가 정보에는 상기에서 사용자에 의해 선택된 적어도 하나의 링크 툴에 대응하는 복수의 영역 정보와 복수의 링크 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 영역 정보에는 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴의 종류, 영역의 크기 및 영역의 위치가 포함되며, 링크 정보에는 해당 영역에 설정된 링크 목적지인 링크 주소가 포함될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 생성되어 전송되는 부가 정보는, 해당 SNS 메시지를 수신하는 단말의 최초 메시지 수신 인터페이스에는 표시되지 않고 최초 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 출력된 대응 이미지가 선택될 때 표시될 수 있다.
그러나, 다른 실시예에서는 사용자로 하여금, SNS 메시지 수신 단말에 메시지가 수신되어 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 이미지가 표시된 메시지가 표시될 때 상기 부가 정보에 포함되는 영역 정보 및 링크 정보를 바로 표시할 것인지 여부를 선택하도록 할 수 있다.
예를 들어, SNS 메시지를 수신하는 단말의 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 출력되는 이미지 상에 설정 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴을 바로 오버레이하여 표시할지, 또는 처음에는 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 이미지만 표시하고 이 이미지가 선택될 때 비로서 설정 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴을 오버레이하여 표시할지 여부를 나타내는 표시 옵션을 사용자가 설정할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하고, 사용자의 설정에 따라 메시지 수신 인터페이스의 표시 내용을 조정할 수 있다. 이 경우, 사용자의 입력에 따라 설정된 표시 옵션에 대한 정보는 SNS 메시지에 포함되어 전송될 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이미지 링크 사용 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 수신자 단말에 제1 SNS 메시지가 수신되면, SNS 애플리케이션은 제1 SNS 메시지에 포함된 제1 이미지를 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 표시한다(S602). 수신되는 메시지에는 제1 이미지와, 제1 이미지 상에 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴의 종류, 영역 크기 및 영역 위치를 포함하는 영역 정보 및 링크 정보를 포함하는 부가 정보가 포함될 것이다.
다음으로, 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 출력된 제1 이미지가 사용자에 의해 선택되면, 제1 SNS 메시지에 포함된 영역 정보를 이용하여 제1 이미지 상에 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴을 오버레이하여 표시한다(S604).
이미지 상에 표시된 링크 툴 중 하나를 사용자가 선택하면, SNS 애플리케이션은 제1 SNS 메시지에 포함된 링크 정보를 이용하여 해당 링크 툴에 연결된 URL(Uniform Resource Locator)로 접속하도록 제어한다(S606). 링크된 URL의 웹 페이지는 SNS 애플리케이션 또는 별도의 웹 브라우저 프로그램을 통해 사용자에게 제공될 수 있다.
도 7 및 도 8은 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 이미지 링크 사용 방법이 구현된 사용자 인터페이스 화면을 도시한 것이다.
도 7(a)는 수신자 단말에 SNS 메시지가 수신되어 출력되는 화면으로서, 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 링크가 연결된 이미지(701)와 텍스트만 표시되고 메시지에 부가된 부가 정보는 표시되지 않았음을 알 수 있다.
사용자가 메시지에 포함된 이미지(701)를 선택하면, 도 7(b)와 같이 이미지(701)에 설정된 링크 영역들과 각 영역에 대응하는 링크 주소 정보를 볼 수 있다.
그러나, 실시예에 따라서는 메시지에 부가된 부가 정보가 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 바로 표시되도록 할 수도 있다.
또는, 부가 정보의 표시 여부를 메시지 발송자나 메시지 수신자가 선택할 수 있도록 표시 옵션을 설정할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 메시지 발송자나 메시지 수신자가 부가 정보 중에서 어떤 정보는 메시지에 바로 표시되고 어떤 정보는 메시지의 이미지를 선택할 때 표시될지 여부를 설정하도록 할 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 메시지 발송자가 부가 정보를 처음에 표시하도록 표시 옵션을 설정하여 메시지를 발송한 경우는, 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 이미지가 표시될 때 이미지에 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴이 이미지에 오버레이되어 표시될 것이다.
메시지 발송자가 부가 정보를 처음에 표시하지 않도록 표시 옵션을 해제하여 메시지를 발송한 경우는, 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 이미지가 표시될 때 이미지에 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴이 표시되지 않고 수신자가 이 이미지를 선택했을 때 링크 툴이 이미지 위에 나타나게 될 것이다.
도 7(b)에서 사용자가 이미지에 오버레이된 링크 툴 중 하나(712)를 선택하면, 도 7(c)와 같이 선택된 링크 영역에 대응하는 URL(711)의 웹 페이지(721)로 이동하여 메시지 송신자가 공유하고자 한 정보를 볼 수 있다.
도 8(a) 내지 도 8(c)는 메시지 송신자가 작성한 이미지 링크들을 메시지 수신자가 복사하여 재사용하는 실시예를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
메시지 수신자는 SNS 메시지에 포함된 제1 이미지에 설정된 링크 영역(들)에 대한 모양, 크기, 위치, 링크 주소 등에 대한 정보를 복사하여 다른 이미지에 적용할 수 있다.
도 8(a)를 참조하면, 제1 이미지(802)에 오버레이된 링크 툴의 복사 명령의 입력을 위해 복사하기 버튼(801)이 선택되면, SNS 애플리케이션은 링크 툴에 대응하는 영역 정보 및 링크 정보를 클립 보드에 저장한다. 실시예에 따라, 이미지에 설정된 복수의 링크 영역 전부 또는 일부를 선택하여 복사하도록 할 수도 있을 것이다.
도 8(b)는 메시지 수신자가 선택한 제2 이미지(811)가 표시된 화면으로, 도 8(a)에서 복사한 정보를 제2 이미지(811) 상에 붙여넣기하기 위한 버튼(812)이 포함되어 있다.
도 8(b)에서 붙여넣기 버튼(812)이 선택되어 붙여넣기 명령이 입력되면, 클립보드로부터 영역 정보 및 링크 정보가 독출되며, 도 8(c)에 도시된 바와 같이 독출된 영역 정보에 대응하는 링크 툴이 제2 이미지에 오버레이되어 표시되고 독출된 링크 정보도 화면에 표시된다. 이때, 각 영역에 대응하는 링크 정보를 입력란에 붙여 넣어 사용자가 수정 가능하도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자의 입력에 따라 제2 이미지(811)에 오버레이된 링크 툴이 나타내는 영역의 크기, 영역의 위치 및 링크 정보 중 적어도 하나를 수정할 수 있다. 또한, 사용자의 입력에 따라 제2 이미지(811) 상에 붙여넣어진 링크들 중 적어도 일부를 삭제하거나 새로운 링크를 작성하여 연결할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자가 링크가 연결된 제2 이미지를 SNS 메시지로 다른 사용자에게 보내기를 원하는 경우, SNS 애플리케이션은 상기와 같이 수정된 영역의 크기 및 위치와 링크 정보를 포함하는 제2 이미지의 부가 정보를 생성하고, 제2 이미지와 제2 이미지의 부가 정보를 포함하는 제2 SNS 메시지를 생성하고, SNS를 통해 상기에서 생성된 제2 SNS 메시지를 전송한다. SNS 애플리케이션은 도 8(c)와 같이 영역 정보와 그에 따른 링크 정보를 편집할 수 있는 편집 버튼(821), 링크가 연결된 제2 이미지(811)를 저장할 수 있는 저장 버튼(822), 링크가 연결된 제2 이미지(811)를 타인과 공유하기 위한 기능이 연결된 공유 버튼(823) 등을 포함하여 메시지 수신자가 수신한 이미지 링크를 재사용할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령은 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(magnetic media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체(optical media), 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다.
이상에서 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 당업자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 사용자 단말이 이미지 링크를 배포하는 방법에 있어서,
    사용자에 의해 선택된 이미지와, 링크 정보를 생성할 영역의 모양에 대응하는 적어도 하나 이상의 링크 툴을 화면에 표시하는 단계와;
    상기 사용자의 입력에 따라, 상기 화면에 표시된 이미지에 상기 사용자에 의해 선택된 링크 툴에 대응하는 모양의 영역을 설정하는 단계와;
    상기 사용자로부터 상기 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 정보를 입력받는 단계와;
    상기 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴의 종류, 영역 크기 및 영역 위치를 포함하는 영역 정보와 상기 링크 정보가 포함된 부가 정보를 생성하는 단계와;
    상기 이미지 및 상기 부가 정보를 포함하는 SNS(Social Network Service) 메시지를 생성하는 단계와;
    SNS를 통해 상기 생성된 SNS 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 포함하되,
    상기 SNS 메시지를 생성 및 편집하는 애플리케이션은 휴대용 단말기 전용 프로그램이며,
    상기 SNS 메시지를 생성 및 편집하는 애플리케이션에 의해,
    발신자의 계정 정보, 수신자의 주소 또는 전화번호를 포함하는 전송 목적지를 입력하는 입력란,
    상기 사용자에 의해 선택된 이미지를 출력하는 제1출력란,
    상기 사용자 단말에 저장된 이미지의 출력, 상기 SNS 메시지의 생성 및 편집을 위한 도움말의 출력 및 상기 링크 정보의 출력이 이루어지는 제2출력란,
    상기 링크 툴을 선택하는 선택란이 디스플레이되며,
    상기 제2출력란에 출력되는 이미지는 축소된 이미지이며,
    상기 축소된 이미지의 선택에 대응하여 상기 제1출력란에 해당 이미지를 확대 출력하며, 상기 제1출력란에 출력된 이미지는 확대 가능하며,
    상기 사용자에 의해 선택된 이미지를 출력하는 제1출력란에는 해당 이미지의 특정 영역을 지정하는 적어도 하나 이상의 오브젝트가 표시되며,
    상기 오브젝트는 벡터 그래픽 객체이며,
    적어도 하나 이상의 상기 오브젝트는 상기 링크 정보의 출력이 이루어지는 제2출력란에 표시된 번호와 일치하는 번호 인터페이스를 디스플레이하며,
    미리 지정된 상기 오브젝트의 모양 선택은 상기 링크 툴의 선택에 의해 이루어지며,
    상기 링크 툴은 임의의 모양의 영역을 설정하기 위한 연필 툴을 포함하며,
    상기 사용자의 입력에 따라, 상기 SNS 메시지를 수신하는 단말의 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 출력되는 이미지 상에 상기 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴을 바로 오버레이하여 표시할지 또는 상기 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 출력되는 이미지가 선택될 때 상기 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴을 오버레이하여 표시할지 여부를 나타내는 표시 옵션을 설정하며,
    상기 설정된 표시 옵션에 대한 정보는 상기 생성되는 SNS 메시지에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 링크 배포 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 이미지와 적어도 하나의 링크 툴을 화면에 표시하는 단계는,
    상기 SNS에 대응하는 애플리케이션의 신규 SNS 메시지를 작성하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스에서, 사용자가 링크를 연결할 이미지를 선택한 경우 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 링크 배포 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 생성되는 부가 정보는, 상기 사용자에 의해 선택된 복수의 링크 툴에 대응하는 복수의 영역 정보와 복수의 링크 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 링크 배포 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 생성되는 부가 정보는, 상기 SNS 메시지를 수신하는 단말의 메시지 수신 인터페이스에는 표시되지 않고 상기 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 출력된 대응 이미지가 선택될 때 표시되는 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 링크 배포 방법.
  5. 청구항 1에 의해 배포된 이미지 링크를 사용자 단말이 사용하는 방법으로서,
    제1 이미지와, 상기 제1 이미지 상에 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴의 종류, 영역 크기 및 영역 위치를 포함하는 영역 정보 및 링크 정보를 포함하는 부가 정보가 포함된 제1 SNS 메시지가 수신되면, 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 상기 제1 SNS 메시지에 포함된 제1 이미지를 출력하는 단계와;
    사용자에 의해 상기 메시지 수신 인터페이스에 출력된 제1 이미지가 선택되면, 상기 제1 SNS 메시지에 포함된 영역 정보를 이용하여 상기 제1 이미지 상에 설정된 영역에 대응하는 링크 툴을 오버레이하여 표시하는 단계와;
    상기 사용자에 의해 상기 오버레이된 링크 툴이 선택되면, 상기 제1 SNS 메시지에 포함된 링크 정보를 이용하여 상기 링크 툴에 연결된 URL로 접속하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 링크 사용 방법.
