本发明所述的智能故事机,包括有扬声器、摄像组件、天线及麦克组件,因而远程终端可通过该智能故事机与智能故事机侧的用户视频或语音通话,例如远程终端侧的用户可以与智能故事机侧的用户聊天、远程终端侧的用户(如家长)可以给智能故事机侧的用户(如孩子)讲故事等,很方便在异地出差或在公司加班的家长也能通过这种远程的方式给其孩子讲故事、和孩子聊天或者解答孩子的各种好奇疑问等,该种方式相对于孩子利用手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑等数码产品来说,其更便捷、对孩子的伤害(例如辐射伤害、屏幕光对视觉伤害等)更小及对孩子的吸引力更大(因故事机的外型设计一般都较卡通),更适合孩子使用;当然,该智能故事机也具有摄像头的全部功能,即可在终端上实时查看智能故事机的镜头前的所有画面或查看录像,例如,家长可在终端通过智能故事机实时查看小孩在家里的活动或状态(如睡觉),使家长能够便捷的了解小孩的情况,进而家长能够更好的照看小孩、小孩能够得到家长更多的关爱及便于家长与小孩之间能够更好的沟通和亲近;另外,由于所述主板中配置有讲故事程序,小孩可便捷的利用该智能故事机听故事,以便提高小孩的情商等。
相应地,所述扬声器包括喇叭及音腔组件,所述喇叭、音腔组件及上后盖配合构成音腔,该独立式音腔可极大提高视频通话、语音通话或音频播放(如讲故事)过程中的语音品质,进而提高用户的使用体验。所述麦克组件包括两个传声器,所述主板上配置有语音处理专用芯片,该结构可较好实现立体收音,使声音更具层次感,进而提高通话质量及用户通话体验。
相应地,所述主板还配置有人脸识别程序、人脸唤醒程序、人形判定程序、视频留言程序、语音控制程序、智能问答程序、哭声侦测程序和/或云端存储程序,该方式不仅可确保该智能故事机具有较高的信息交互能力及智能化程度,进而提高用户的使用体验,且在充当监控器方面可较好的监测画面中人物及人物活动状态,从而便于及时发现异常情况而发送相应的报警或提 示信号,进而便于家长及时了解小孩的潜在危险状况与提高相应区域的安防性。所述下前盖和下后盖的两侧扣合处皆设有七彩呼吸灯,该七彩呼吸灯可极大地提高小孩对该智能故事机的兴趣,进而提供用户的使用体验。
同时,本智能故事机中的扬声器、摄像组件、电源模块、麦克组件及主板等的结构及其安装方式皆较简单紧凑,具有较高的集成度。
另外,由于本发明所述的智能交互系统是基于上述智能故事机而改进,因此所述智能交互系统自然继承了所述智能故事机的所有优点。
综上,本发明不仅可极大地提高用户对其产品的兴趣及使用体验,且可便捷地通过终端远程与智能故事机侧用户实时视频或语音通话,进而使家长能够更好的照看小孩、小孩能够得到家长更多的关爱及便于家长与小孩之间能够更好的沟通和亲近,同时也能较好的减少小孩遭受电子产品带来的伤害,另外,本发明还具有较高的信息交互能力、智能化程度及监控安防性。

本技术领域技术人员可以理解,这里所使用的服务器、云端、远端网络设备等概念,具有等同效果,其包括但不限于计算机、网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集或多个服务器构成的云。在此,云由基于云计算 (Cloud Computing)的大量计算机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个超级虚拟计算机。本发明的实施例中,远端网络设备、终端设备与WNS服务器之间可通过任何通信方式实现通信,包括但不限于,基于3GPP、LTE、WIMAX的移动通信、基于TCP/IP、UDP协议的计算机网络通信以及基于蓝牙、红外传输标准的近距无线传输方式。
本发明提供了一种智能故事机的一个典型实施例的结构示意图如1~4所示,所述智能故事机包括壳体、主板25、扬声器、摄像组件、电源模块、天线(未示出)与麦克组件(未示出),所述壳体内为空腔,所述主板25、扬声器、摄像组件、电源模块、天线及麦克组件皆设于该空腔内,所述扬声器、摄像组件、电源模块、天线及麦克组件皆与主板25电性连接。
所述智能故事机的整体外形可为便于提高小孩兴趣的卡通或动物造型。所述壳体包括上前盖11、上后盖1、下前盖27及下后盖16,所述上前盖11与上后盖1扣合以形成上空腔且其扣合后外部形状为卡通造型的头部,所述下前盖27及下后盖16扣合以形成下空腔且其扣合后外部形状为卡通造型的身体部,所述由所述上前盖11与上后盖1扣合形成的卡通造型头部与由下前盖27及下后盖16扣合形成的卡通造型身体部通过连接件5连接,所述上空腔与下空腔通过该连接件5中的通孔而相通,所述摄像组件及扬声器通过穿过该通孔的连接线与主板25电性连接,所述下前盖27和下后盖16通过连接件与上后盖1固接;另外,由所述上前盖11与上后盖1扣合形成的卡通造型头部上还可设置左眼件8与右眼件9,由下前盖27及下后盖16扣合形成的卡通造型身体部两侧还可分别设置左手臂件17与右手臂件21,该左手臂件17与右手臂件21处皆设有七彩呼吸灯组件20,以提高小孩对该智能故事机的兴趣,进而提供用户的使用体验。
所述上前盖11上设有镜头窗口,所述摄像组件包括摄像头3及镜头座10,所述镜头座10固接于上前盖11的内壁上,所述摄像头3安装于镜头座10上且嵌于所述镜头窗口内;另外,所述镜头窗口处还设有镜头装饰环12,所述上前盖11外侧还设有钢圈13及装饰件14。优选地,所述摄像头3可采用4片高清大广角光学玻璃镜头组,具体可为110°广角或151°广角,分辨率为1280×720。
所述扬声器包括喇叭4及音腔盖7,所述喇叭4固接于音腔盖7上,所述音腔盖7固接于上后盖1的内壁上,所述喇叭4处于音腔盖7与上后盖1的内壁之间,所述喇叭4与音腔盖7之间设有密封海绵6,所述音腔盖7与上后盖1之间设有密封硅胶2,喇叭4、音腔盖7、上后盖1及相关密封件相互配合构成音腔36,所述喇叭4处于音腔36内;该扬声器中的独立式音腔36可极大提高视频通话、语音通话或音频播放(如讲故事)过程中的语音品质,进而提高用户的使用体验。
所述主板25固接于下前盖27的内壁上,所述主板25配置有音频播放程序及存储模块,所述存储模块可存储故事、古诗、成语、单词、算数、音乐及笑话等数据,用户可选择自己想要听的数据进行播放。同时,可根据实际需求,在所述主板25还配置有人脸识别程序、人脸唤醒程序、人形判定程序、视频留言程序、语音控制程序、智能问答程序、哭声侦测程序和/或云端存储程序;其中,其中,所述人脸识别程序可基于图像特征值提取算法,结合人脸识别技术,进而准确识别每位家庭成员,例如,在视频过程中,可自动在终端侧视频画面上的相应画面区域以文字及选定框的方式标注出“儿子”、“女儿”等;所述人形判定程序可基于图像深度学习技术,精确识别人形异动,进而实时监测出摄像画面中的人物,以便发现人物的异常行为而发送安防报警信号,例如,晚上无光状态下,当有小偷进入摄像区域时,即可准确识别出人形及异常行为,并发送相应的安防报警信息;当小孩出现在智能故事机的摄像头3前时,便能人脸唤醒智能故事机启动,以便直接进行讲故事、问答操作等;智能问答程序可基于搜索大数据(如360搜索大数据)耐心解答孩子的每一个好奇问题,孩子想问什么,都可通过搜索大数据搜索结果并以语音播报的方式回答孩子;语音控制程序有便于用户(例如小孩)通过语音方式对该智能故事机发送操作指令,例如,小孩对智能故事机发出“小叮当,给妈妈打电话”,该智能故事机即会向预设的终端用户发起视频或语音请求操作,又如,小孩对智能故事机发出“小叮当,我要听故事”,该智能故事机即会启动讲故事程序,再如,小孩对智能故事机发出“小叮当,地球是圆的还是方的”,该智能故事机即会通过搜索大数据搜到结果并将结果以语音形式播报方式回答出来;所述视频留言程序可利用深度神经网络技术,使该智能故事机可以根据用户的语音指令随时唤醒并向指定终端发送相应的 视频留言,该方式非常便于老人及小孩使用,例如,用户可通过语音对该智能故事机发出“小叮当,我要留言”,该智能故事机即可给予语音回复并启动视频留言功能;所述哭声侦测程序可基于隐马尔科夫模型,实时主动声音侦测,一旦发现哭泣声立即向特定终端发送提醒信息,例如,可将小孩的哭泣呼唤声及时传达给其父母,以便父母能及时知晓小孩的动态,其在具有一定的看护小孩的能力,且可有效减轻父母的负担;所述云端存储技术可基于云服务器实时或定时将记录的摄像画面上传至云端服务器存储,当然,终端侧用户也可以提前自己录制讲的故事上传至云端服务器,以便智能故事机侧用户从云端服务器获取而滞后播放,其不仅有便于实现异地且时差性讲故事/听故事,进而因家长能便捷给小孩更多关爱、小孩能得到家长的更多关爱而确保家长和小孩之间的感情,且该智能故事机可无需额外的硬件存储装置及可避免因硬件存储装置的遗失或损坏而造成录像丢失,同时,也有便于授权终端随时随地查看已记录存储的录像,例如查看最近7天或30天的录像音频数据等。
所述麦克组件中的传声器(未示出)嵌入或贴近所述下前盖27;优选地,所述主板25配置有语音专用处理芯片,所述麦克组件包括两个传声器,该两个传声器构成一个双麦克风阵列,该双麦克风阵列和语音专用芯片配合可较好实现立体收音,使声音更具层次感,进而提高通话质量及用户通话体验。当然,也可利用该麦克组件实施录音操作,例如,家长利用该智能故事录制其讲的故事存储在内置存储模块或云端存储中,以便小孩后续直接播放,同理,家长和小孩也可利用该智能故事机进行事件的录音。所述天线有便于该智能故事机通过无线网络或数据网络与服务器或终端进行信息交互等。
所述电源模块包括蓄电池22及便于该蓄电池22充电的USB接口电路板19,所述USB接口电路板19与主板25电性连接,所述USB接口电路板19固接于下后盖16的内壁上,所述下后盖16上开设有便于外接USB线与USB接口电路板19插接的插接口35,所述蓄电池22通过电池压板24固定于下空腔中,该电池压板24与下后盖16固接,所述USB接口电路板19处于所述电池压板24与下后盖16的内壁之间,所述蓄电池22与电池压板24之间设有防撞海绵23;另外,该USB接口电路板19也可用来与外接设备连接以进行数据传输。当然,该智能故事机也还可设置无线充电模块(未示出),以 便通过无线充电方式对该智能故事机中的相关储电装置实施充电。
另外,所述下空腔中还设有开关电路板18,所述下后盖16上嵌设有与该开关电路板18配合且延伸至外面的旋钮开关15,所述下前盖27上嵌设有与主板25配合的按键板26,其中,所述开关电路板18与主板25电性连接,且所述开关电路板18处于USB接口电路板19上方,旋钮开关15处于插接口35上方;该智能故事机底部还设有配重块28和防滑垫29。所述天线可固接于上后盖1上,也可设于下空腔内并固接于下前盖27或下后盖16上,还可直接固接于所述主板25上。
综上,本发明不仅可极大地提高用户对其产品的兴趣及使用体验,且可便捷地通过终端远程与智能故事机侧用户实时视频或语音通话,进而使家长能够更好的照看小孩、小孩能够得到家长更多的关爱及便于家长与小孩之间能够更好的沟通和亲近,同时也能较好的减少小孩遭受电子产品带来的伤害,另外,本发明还具有较高的信息交互能力、智能化程度及监控安防性。
请参见附图5,本发明还提供了一种智能交互系统,其包括上述任一技术方案所述的智能故事机40、服务器50及终端60,所述智能故事机40、服务器50及终端60依次通信连接。
其中,所述服务器50可为云端服务器,终端60可为手机、台式电脑、笔记本电脑或平板电脑等,所述智能故事机40与服务器50之间及服务器50与终端60之间皆采用HTTPS方式实现通信连接,使用时,终端60上安装一个特定APP或进入一个特定网页并通过无线网络或数据网络与服务器50通信连接,智能故事机40通过其上的天线与服务器50通信连接;通信时,所述智能故事机40与服务器50之间及所述服务器50与终端60之间须进行双向认证交互,并且其相互之间的数据流皆采用私有加密协议进行传输,以实现防黑客、防偷窃行为,进而确保数据流传输的安全性。另外,认证终端侧用户可通过授权方式邀请多个终端共享数据流。当然,该智能交互系统同样继承了所述智能故事机40的所有优点。
当家长在外出差时,可通过终端60(如手机)与智能故事机40进行远程通信连接,进而通过视频或语音方式与智能故事机侧的小孩聊天、回答小孩的疑问或声情并茂的给小孩将故事,以此培养、巩固或加深家长与孩子之间的感情;又如,当家长在外出差时,其可利用白天短暂的休息时间通过终 端60(如手机)录制一段原声故事,然后上传至服务器50,当小孩晚上想听家长讲故事且此时家长没有空闲时间时,智能故事机40侧用户可获取家长白天上传的原声故事数据并播放,智能故事机40侧的小孩即可听到家长的原声讲的故事了。
当然,该智能故事机40也可充电监控器使用,例如,在外出差的家长,晚上可在其终端60上通过与该终端60通信连接的智能故事机40远程实时查看智能故事机40中摄像头前小孩的动态(例如小孩的睡态、小孩是否有在哭等)。
因此,本发明不仅可便捷地通过终端远程与智能故事机侧用户实时视频或语音通话,进而使家长能够更好的照看小孩、小孩能够得到家长更多的关爱及便于家长与小孩之间能够更好的沟通和亲近,且具有较高的信息交互能力、智能化程度及监控安防性。
虽然上面已经示出了本发明的一些示例性实施例,但是本领域的技术人员将理解,在不脱离本发明的原理或精神的情况下,可以对这些示例性实施例做出改变,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种智能故事机,包括壳体、主板、扬声器、摄像组件、电源模块、天线与麦克组件,所述扬声器、摄像组件、电源模块、天线及麦克组件皆与主板电性连接;所述主板配置有讲故事程序及存储模块;
    所述壳体具有相互连通的上空腔和下空腔,所述扬声器与摄像组件设于所述上空腔内,所述主板、电源模块与麦克组件设于所述下空腔内;
    所述壳体上设有镜头窗口,所述摄像组件包括固接于所述壳体内壁上的镜头座及固接于所述镜头座上并嵌于所述镜头窗口内的摄像头;
    所述扬声器、电源模块、麦克组件及主板皆固接于所述壳体内壁上,所述天线固接于壳体内壁上或固接于主板上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上前盖、上后盖、下前盖及下后盖,所述上前盖与上后盖扣合以形成所述上空腔,所述下前盖及下后盖扣合以形成所述下空腔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述镜头座固接于所述上前盖的内壁上,所述扬声器固接于所述上后盖的内壁上;
    所述主板与麦克组件皆固接于所述下前盖的内壁上,且所述麦克组件处于所述主板与下前盖内壁之间;所述电源模块固接于所述下后盖的内壁上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述扬声器包括喇叭及音腔组件,所述喇叭、音腔组件及上后盖配合构成音腔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述音腔组件包括音腔盖,所述音腔盖固接于所述上后盖的内壁上,所述喇叭固接于所述音腔盖上且处于所述音腔盖与上后盖内壁之间。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述电源模块包括蓄电池及便于所述蓄电池充电的USB接口电路板,所述USB接口电路板与 主板电性连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述电源模块还包括电池压板,所述电池压板与USB接口电路板皆固接于所述下后盖的内壁上,所述蓄电池卡入所述电池压板中,所述USB接口电路板处于所述电池压板与下后盖的内壁之间;所述下后盖上设有与所述USB接口电路板配合的插接口。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述电源模块包括蓄电池及用于对所述蓄电池进行无线充电的无线充电模块。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述下前盖上嵌设有按键板,所述按键板与主板相抵压;
    所述下后盖内壁上固接有开关电路板,所述下后盖嵌设有与所述开关电路板配合且延伸至外面的旋钮开关,所述开关电路板与主板电性连接。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,下前盖和下后盖的两侧扣合处皆设有七彩呼吸灯。
  11. 如权利要求3所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述麦克组件包括两个传声器,所述主板上配置有语音处理专用芯片。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述两个传声器嵌入所述下前盖中。
  13. 如权利要求2所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述下前盖和下后盖通过连接件与上后盖固接,所述连接件上设有用于所述上空腔与下空腔相连通的通孔。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述摄像头采用4 片高清150°广角光学玻璃镜头组。
  15. 如权利要求1~14任一项所述的智能故事机,其特征在于,所述主板还配置有人脸识别程序、人脸唤醒程序、人形判定程序、视频留言程序、语音控制程序、智能问答程序、哭声侦测程序和/或云端存储程序。
  16. 一种智能交互系统,包括如权利要求1~15任一项所述的智能故事机、服务器及终端,所述智能故事机、服务器及终端依次通信连接。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的智能交互系统,其特征在于,所述智能故事机与服务器之间及所述服务器与终端之间皆采用HTTPS方式实现通信连接。
