Abstract

一种用于测量吊盘转动角度的装置及方法,装置包括被测主体吊盘(1)、连接在吊盘(1)上的悬吊绳(2)和稳绳(3)、套装在稳绳(3)上的滑架(4)、安装在滑架(4)上端的陀螺仪(5)和陀螺仪(5)信号无线发射器(6),以及安装在吊盘(1)上的倾角传感器(7)和无线信号接收处理器(8)。在滑架(4)运行过程中,陀螺仪(5)时刻测量滑架(4)的位姿,并将测量信号通过有线的方式传输给无线发射器(6),无线发射器(6)将滑架(4)运行过程中的位姿信号以无线方式传输给无线信号接收处理器(8),通过将滑架(4)位于稳绳(3)顶部时的位姿与位于稳绳(3)底部时的位姿相减,准确得到吊盘(1)沿y方向的扭转角度。对于吊盘(1)沿x方向和z方向的倾角,通过倾角传感器(7)即可实时测量,能简便准确地测出吊盘(1)在三个方向的转动角。
