Description

曲面背板及其应用的曲面显示器 技术领域

背景技术
近年来,随着平面显示技术的提升,各大厂商陆续推出了大尺寸的液晶显示面板,消费者观看时,电视屏幕边缘的图像与人眼之间的距离差异也越来越大,这会造成边缘图像变形及失真。藉由曲面显示器设计,可实现相较于平面更好的观看效果。
现有曲面工艺技术中,背光模组的背板结构通常通过两种方式实现:第一,通过多段弯曲金属板搭接形成的曲面结构,但是存在着曲率精度不稳定、零件数过多、加工困难等问题。第二,通过模具直接成形整体曲面金属背板,但缺点是一体成形式的金属背板,重量过重以及材料成本高,且一体成形式曲面背板成形之后,背板曲率因金属板材应力释放不良,容易产生了成形后曲率不稳的缺点。
发明内容

有益效果
本申请的有益效果是本申请在于藉由具有固定曲率的固定板件固定于背板件上,使所述背板件与固定板件具有相同曲率,藉此改善曲面背板件曲率不稳定的缺点,以及减轻背板件重量,进而达到整机减重效果,对应用于大型曲面液晶显示面板效果显着,另外,同一个背板件因搭配不同曲率的固定板件,实现了模组可变曲率的效果,更进一步地,本申请提出的背板件,其上的通孔结构除了与固定件卡扣结合外,另一个效果就是有效的降低背板内产生的应力,从而达到曲率稳定的效果。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本申请可用以实施的特定实施例。本申请所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本申请,而非用以限制本申请。

首先,请参阅图1至图2,图1是本申请一实施例的曲面背板的固定板件的示意图,图2是本申请一实施例的曲面背板的背板件的示意图。本申请曲面背板,包括:至少一固定板件10及一背板件20,所述背板件20为公知所述的背板,固定板件10为一板状,可为金属材料,且所述板状以至少一折弯角度θ折弯形成至少一弯折处11,所述板状周缘包括多个固定件12;背板件20具有对应该些固定件12的多个接合件22,用以使该些固定件12固定于该些接合件22上。
在一实施例中,亦可使用多个固定板件10是固定于单一背板件20上,以增加固定强定。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述板状为矩形形状,也可为正方形形状,所述折弯处11平行于所述板状两侧边缘13,也就是垂直于上下边缘14。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述折弯处11位于所述板状中央,使所述板状对称折弯,特别是该些个固定件12以所述折弯处11为基准分别位于所述板状两侧周缘。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述折弯角度θ小于90度,更精确而言所述折弯角度θ介于0~45度。
接着,请参阅图3至图4,图3是本申请一实施例的曲面背板的示意图,图4是本申请一实施例的固定板件固定于背板件的示意图,在本申请的一实施例中,该些固定件12与该些结合件22为相互形成一卡扣结构,该些固定件12为一扣件,该些结合件22为多个通孔,所述扣件卡扣于所述通孔上使所述固定板件10固定于所述背板件20上,所述固定板件10为金属材质,该些固定件12彼此之间的间隔等同于该些结合件22彼此之间的间隔。
再者,通过在背板件20上开设多个通孔,可以减轻整体背板的重量,背板件20上开设的多个通孔亦可有效的降低背板内产生的应力,从而达到曲率稳定的效果。
请参阅图5至图6,图5是本申请一实施例的曲面背板的螺丝锁固的示意图,图6是本申请一 实施例的固定板件固定于背板件的的螺丝锁固的示意图。如上述,该些固定件12与该些结合件22为相互形成螺丝锁固结构,所述板状的该些固定件12为螺丝,该些结合件22为多个通孔,所述螺丝锁固于所述通孔上,使所述固定板件固定于所述背板件上。
在本申请的一实施例中,该些接合件以一数组排列于所述背板件上,也就是说所述通孔以一数组排列于所述背板件上,该些固定件彼此之间间隔等同于该些结合件彼此之间的间隔。
根据上述内容,本申请更可包括曲面显示器,曲面显示器包括:一显示面板;一背光模块,所述背光模块包括一曲面背板,请再参阅图1至图2,所述曲面背板包括:至少一固定板件,其为一板状,且所述板状以至少一折弯角度折弯形成至少一弯折处,所述板状周缘包括多个固定件;一背板件,具有对应该些固定件的多个接合件,用以使该些固定件固定于该些接合件上。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述板状为矩形形状,也可为正方形形状,所述折弯处11平行于所述板状两侧边缘13,也就是垂直于上下边缘14。

请参阅图5至图6,图5是本申请一实施例的曲面背板的螺丝锁固的示意图,图6是本申请一实施例的固定板件固定于背板件的的螺丝锁固的示意图。如上述,该些固定件12与该些结合件22为相互形成螺丝锁固结构,所述板状的该些固定件12为螺丝,该些结合件22为多个通孔,所述螺丝锁固于所述通孔上,使所述固定板件固定于所述背板件上。
在本申请的一实施例中,该些接合件以一数组排列于所述背板件上,也就是说所述通孔以一数组排列于所述背板件上,该些固定件彼此之间间隔等同于该些结合件彼此之间的间隔。
更进一步地,根据上述内容,本申请更可包括曲面显示装置,曲面显示装置包括一曲面显示器,所述曲面显示器包括一显示面板及一背光模块,所述背光模块包括一曲面背板,请再参阅图1至图2,所述曲面背板包括:至少一固定板件,其为一板状,且所述板状以至少一折弯角度折弯形成至少一弯折处,所述板状周缘包括多个固定件;一背板件,具有对应该些固定件的多个接合件,用以使该些固定件固定于该些接合件上。

在本申请的一实施例中,该些接合件以一数组排列于所述背板件上,也就是说所述通孔以一数组排列于所述背板件上,该些固定件彼此之间间隔等同于该些结合件彼此之间的间隔。
本申请的有益效果是本申请在于藉由具有固定曲率的固定板件固定于背板件上,使所述背板件与固定板件具有相同曲率,藉此改善曲面背板件曲率不稳定的缺点,以及减轻背板件重量,进而达到整机减重效果,对应用于大型曲面液晶显示面板效果显着,另外,同一个背板件因搭配不同曲率的固定板件,实现了模组可变曲率的效果,更进一步地,本申请提出的背板件,其上的通孔结构除了与固定件卡扣结合外,另一个效果就是有效的降低背板内产生的应力,从而达到曲率稳定的效果。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种曲面背板,包括:
    至少一固定板件,其为一板状,且所述板状以至少一折弯角度折弯形成至少一弯折处,所述板状周缘包括多个固定件;
    一背板件,具有对应该些固定件的多个接合件,用以使该些固定件固定于该些接合件上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的曲面背板,其中所述板状为矩形形状,所述折弯处平行于所述板状两侧边缘。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的曲面背板,其中所述折弯处位于所述板状中央,使所述板状对称折弯。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的曲面背板,其中所述折弯角度介于0~45度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的曲面背板,其中该些固定件与该些结合件为相互形成一卡扣结构。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的曲面背板,其中该些固定件为一扣件,该些结合件为多个通孔,所述扣件卡扣于所述通孔上,使所述固定板件固定于所述背板件上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的曲面背板,其中该些接合件以一数组排列于所述背板件上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的曲面背板,其中该些固定件与该些结合件为相互形成螺丝锁固结构,该些固定件为螺丝,该些结合件为通孔,所述螺丝锁固于所述通孔上,使所述固定板件固定于所述背板件上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的曲面背板,其中所述固定板件为金属材质。
  10. 一种曲面显示器,包括:
    一显示面板;
    一背光模块,包括一曲面背板,所述曲面背板包括:
    至少一固定板件,其为一板状,且所述板状以一至少折弯角度折弯形成至少一弯折处,所述板状周缘包括多个固定件;
    一背板件,具有对应该些固定件的多个接合件,用以使该些固定件固定于该些接合件上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的曲面背板,其中所述板状为矩形形状,所述折弯处平行于所述板状两侧边缘。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的曲面背板,其中所述折弯处位于所述板状中央,使所述板状对称折弯。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的曲面背板,其中所述折弯角度介于0~45度。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的曲面背板,其中该些固定件与该些结合件为相互形成一卡扣结构。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的曲面背板,其中该些固定件为一扣件,该些结合件为多个通孔,所述扣 件卡扣于所述通孔上,使所述固定板件固定于所述背板件上。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的曲面背板,其中该些接合件以一数组排列于所述背板件上。
  17. 如权利要求10所述的曲面背板,其中该些固定件与该些结合件为相互形成螺丝锁固结构,该些固定件为螺丝,该些结合件为通孔,所述螺丝锁固于所述通孔上,使所述固定板件固定于所述背板件上。
  18. 如权利要求10所述的曲面背板,其中所述固定板件为金属材质。
  19. 一种曲面显示装置,包括一曲面显示器,所述曲面显示器包括一显示面板及一背光模块,所述背光模块包括一曲面背板,所述曲面背板包括:
    至少一固定板件,其为一板状,且所述板状以至少一折弯角度折弯形成至少一弯折处,所述板状周缘包括多个固定件;
    一背板件,具有对应该些固定件的多个接合件,用以使该些固定件固定于该些接合件上;
    所述板状为矩形形状,所述折弯处平行于所述板状两侧边缘;
    所述折弯处位于所述板状中央,使所述板状对称折弯;
    所述折弯角度介于0~45度;
    该些固定件与该些结合件为相互形成一卡扣结构,该些固定件为一扣件,该些结合件为多个通孔,所述扣件卡扣于所述通孔上,使所述固定板件固定于所述背板件上;
    该些接合件以一数组排列于所述背板件上;
    该些固定件与该些结合件为相互形成螺丝锁固结构,该些固定件为螺丝,该些结合件为通孔,所述螺丝锁固于所述通孔上,使所述固定板件固定于所述背板件上;
    所述固定板件为金属材质;
