Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Konfigurieren eines ersten Geräts (1) mittels eines zweiten Geräts (2). Es weist die folgenden Schritte auf: Detektieren (S11) eines aktiven NFC-Geräts durch ein im passiven NFC-Modus befindliches NFC-Modul (12) des erste Geräts (1). Falls das aktive NFC-Gerät das zweite Gerät (2) ist, Aussenden (S12) einer Statusrückmeldung durch das erste Gerät (1) mittels seines im passiven NFC-Modus befindlichen NFC-Moduls (12). Empfangen (S13) von vom zweiten Gerät (2) ausgesandten Konfigurationsdatendurch das NFC-Modul (12) des erste Geräts (1) im passiven NFC-Modus. Speichern der empfangenen Konfigurationsdaten in einem Konfigurationsdatenspeicher (11) des ersten Geräts (1). Beschreibung
Verfahren zum Konfigurieren von Geräten und entsprechende Geräte Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Konfigurieren eines ersten Geräts mittels eines zweiten Geräts und entsprechende Geräte.
Aus der EP 3 035 552 AI ist die generelle Idee bekannt Kon- figurationsinformationen für ein Gerät mittels Nahfeldkommunikation, auch NFC genannt, von einem mobilen Gerät aus durchzuführen. Dabei werden zunächst Konfigurationsinforma¬ tionen von dem Gerät auf das mobile Gerät geladen, dort mo¬ difiziert, und die modifizierten Konfigurationsinformationen wieder vom mobilen Gerät auf das Gerät übertragen.
Die US 9, 058, 550 B2, die EP 2 199 946 AI und die US 9, 184, 801 B2 zeigen die generelle Idee, Konfigurationsinformationen mittels Nahfeldkommunikation zu übertragen, hier allerdings auf ein ausgeschaltetes Gerät, dessen Nahfeldkommunikations-Modul die Konfigurationsinformationen zwischenspeichert und nach Anschalten des Geräts auf dieses überträgt. Auch die
US 7,825,776 B2 offenbart eine entsprechende Zwischenspei- cherung .
Bei der US 8, 718, 554 B2 wird zusätzlich zur Nahfeldkommunikation zumindest ein weiterer drahtloser Kommunikationskanal geöffnet und verwendet, um Konfigurationsdaten von einem Gerät auf ein anderes zu übertragen.
Aus der US 9,197,312 B2 ist ein System zur Nahfeldkommunikation bekannt. Unter anderem werden Daten zwischen zwei NFC-Geräten synchronisiert, Schlüssel oder andere Codes übergeben, Nut¬ zer-Profile ausgetauscht oder auf unterschiedliche Automati- sierungs-Funktionalitäten eines Gebäudes zugegriffen. Instrumente, Geräte und Steuerungseinheiten benötigen in vielen Anwendungen, insbesondere bei Land- oder Seefahrzeugen, ein sogenanntes Set-up oder eine Konfiguration, die oft über einen sogenannten CAN-Bus oder andere festverdrahtete Verbindungen erfolgen. Die Set-up-Parameter werden lokal im Gerät gespeichert, meist als sogenannte Firmware mittels eines Firmwa¬ re-Updates in einem Nur-Lese-Speicher, einem sogenannten EEPROM. Die Verbindung über CAN-Bus oder einen anderen festverdrahteten Datenbus sind teuer, aufwendig oder schwierig zu handhaben, insbesondere wenn ein spezielles weiteres Gerät erforderlich ist .
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine weitere Möglichkeit der Konfiguration eines Geräts anzugeben, insbesondere unter An- wendung der Nahfeldkommunikation, die im folgenden Text durch das Kürzel NFC bezeichnet wird.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren zum Konfigurieren eines ersten Geräts mittels eines zweiten Geräts weist folgende vom ersten Gerät auszuführende Schritte auf: Detektieren eines aktiven NFC-Geräts durch ein im passiven NFC-Modus befindliches
NFC-Modul des ersten Geräts. Falls das aktive NFC-Gerät das zweiten Gerät ist, sendet das ersten Gerät eine Statusrückmeldung mittels seines im passiven NFC-Modus befindlichen NFC-Moduls. Andernfalls wird weiter detektiert, ohne eine Rückmeldung abzugeben. Nach Abgabe der Statusrückmeldung werden vom aktiven NFC-Gerät ausgesandte Konfigurationsdaten durch das im passiven NFC-Modus befindliche NFC-Modul empfangen. Die empfangenen Konfigurationsdaten werden in einem Konfigurationsdatenspeicher des ersten Geräts gespeichert. Anschließend startet entweder ein Konfigurationsprozeß des ersten Geräts basierend auf den ge¬ speicherten Konfigurationsdaten, oder, falls kein separater Konfigurationsschritt erforderlich ist, wird das Gerät direkt entsprechend der neu gespeicherten Konfigurationsdaten be- trieben. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren hat den Vorteil, daß das NFC-Modul nur zum Aufbauen einer Datenverbindung und zum Datentransfer dient, dort aber lokal keine Speicherung von Daten erfolgt. Dies erhöht den Schutz gegen unerlaubtes Auslesen beziehungsweise Einschreiben von Daten ins NFC-Modul vor oder nach Durchführung des Konfigurationsverfahrens. Damit werden Datenmanipulationen und der Diebstahl von Daten erschwert. Die Nutzung der Nahfeldkommunikation erleichtert zudem die Handhabung und erspart einen gewissen Verdrahtungsaufwand.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren zum Konfigurieren eines ersten Geräts mittels eines zweiten Geräts weist folgende vom zweiten Gerät auszuführende Schritte auf: Zunächst werden Konfigura¬ tionsdaten für das erste Gerät erstellt. Dann werden Status¬ informationen im aktiven NFC-Modus ausgesandt. Es wird de- tektiert, ob eine Statusrückmeldung eines Geräts im passiven NFC-Modus erfolgt. Ist dies der Fall und ist das detektierte Gerät das erste Gerät, werden die erstellten Konfigurationsdaten an das erste Gerät gesendet. Das zweite Gerät ist vorzugsweise ein mobiles Gerät. Das Erstellen der Konfigurationsdaten kann somit an einem beliebigen Ort erfolgen. Zum Übertragen der Konfigurationsdaten auf das erste Gerät wird das zweite Gerät in dessen Nähe gebracht, sodaß eine Nahfeldkommunikationsverbindung aufgebaut werden kann. Die Daten werden dann über diese übertragen. Da alle Konfigurationsdaten zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits erstellt sind, entfällt die Eingabe von Informationen am zweiten Gerät weitestgehend, die Übertragung der Konfigura- tionsdaten erfolgt ohne großen Aufwand. Dies ist insbesondere dann von Vorteil, wenn in Abhängigkeit der Umgebung, in der sich das erste Gerät befindet, derartige Eingaben oder ähnliches nur schwierig oder umständlich erfolgen können, beispielsweise aufgrund eines beengten Bauraums.
Ebenfalls im Rahmen der Erfindung liegend ist es, die Konfigurationsdaten zunächst auf einem dritten Gerät zu erstellen, sie dann auf das zweite Gerät zu übertragen, und dann von diesem mittels Nahfeldkommunikation auf das erste Gerät. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß als mobiles Gerät ein relativ kleines Gerät verwendet werden kann, welches nicht besonders gut zur Da¬ teneingabe ausgebildet zu sein braucht. Die Dateneingabe erfolgt „
dann weitestgehend auf einem dafür besser geeigneten dritten Gerät, beispielsweise einem ortsfesten oder einem mobilen Computer mit großem Bildschirm und komfortablen Eingabemitteln. Die Übertragung von diesem auf das zweite Gerät erfolgt drahtgebunden oder drahtlos, lokal, in einem Datennetz, dem Internet oder der sogenannten Cloud. Auch diese Abwandlungen fallen unter den Begriff des Erstellens von Konfigurationsdaten auf dem zweiten Gerät. Vorteilhafterweise erfolgt eine Authentifizierung des jeweils anderen Geräts und oder der von diesem empfangenen Daten. Mittels der Authentifizierung des jeweils anderen Geräts wird überprüft, ob es sich bei dem jeweils andere Gerät um ein für das Kon¬ figurationsverfahren geeignetes Gerät handelt, insbesondere ob das andere Gerät für dieses spezielle Gerät zum erfindungsgemäßen Konfigurationsverfahren zugelassen ist. Weiterhin wird geprüft, ob die Konfigurationsdaten gewissen vorgegebenen oder
vorgebbaren Sicherheitsanforderungen entsprechen, und ob sie geeignet und dafür zugelassen sind, gegebenenfalls vorhandene Konfigurationsdaten zu überschreiben.
Vorzugsweise geht der NFC-Kommunikation ein Aufbau einer Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Gerät und dem NFC-Modul des ersten Geräts voraus. Nachfolgend zur NFC-Kommunikation erfolgt ein Trennen der entsprechenden Verbindung. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß das Gerät nur dann konfigurierbar ist, wenn es mit dem NFC-Modul verbunden ist. Dies führt zu einem zusätzlichen Sicherheits¬ gewinn, da eine versehentliche oder mißbräuchliche Konfiguration aufgrund der fehlenden Verbindung dann nicht erfolgen kann. Weiterhin kann das NFC-Modul, nachdem es von dem ersten Gerät getrennt ist, zur Konfiguration von weiteren Geräten Anwendung finden. Somit werden Bauteile eingespart und damit Kosten. Der Verbindungsaufbau erfolgt dabei körperlich, beispielsweise wird eine mechanische und elektrische Verbindung durch eine
Steckverbindung hergestellt. Alternativ dazu erfolgt der Verbindungsaufbau funktional, also ohne eine körperliche Verbindung auf- oder abzubauen, beispielsweise über einen Datenbus durch Zuordnen des entsprechenden Geräts zu einem ebenfalls am Datenbus befindlichen NFC-Modul . Auf diese Weise werden die Vorteile eines Datenbus, beispielsweise des CAN-Bus, und die Vorteile der Nahfeldkommunikation miteinander verbunden.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Speichermedium enthält Instruktionen die, wenn sie von einem oder mehreren Prozessoren eines Geräts ausgeführt werden, dazu führen, daß das Gerät zum Ausführen des Verfahrens veranlaßt wird. Das Speichermedium ist dabei ein Datenträger wie Floppydisk, optisches Speichermedium, USB Stick, Festplatte oder ein anderes geeignetes Speichermedium.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Gerät ist zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem oder mehreren der Verfahrensansprüche geeignet. Insbesondere weist ein derartiges Gerät einen Konfigurati¬ onsdatenspeicher auf, ein im passiven NFC-Modus betriebenes NFC-Modul, zumindest ein konfigurierbares Modul und eine Steuereinheit. Das NFC-Modul ist gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung ein separates Bauteil, das mit dem Gerät verwendbar und auch wieder von diesem trennbar ist. Vorteile dieser
Ausgestaltungen entsprechen denjenigen die zum entsprechenden Verfahren angegeben sind.
Die Konfigurationsdaten gehören zumindest einer der nachfolgend genannten Datenarten an. Verriegelungsdaten und
Entriegelungsdaten zum Sperren oder Entsperren eines Geräts beziehungsweise von Teilfunktionen eines Geräts. Systemeins¬ tellungsdaten, die zur Beschreibung des Systems, in dem sich das Gerät befindet, dienen. Dies sind unter anderem Einstellungen zu Füllstandsensoren, der Geometrie eines Flüssigkeitsbehälters, ein Systemprofil, vorgegebene Leistungsbegrenzungen eines Motors oder andere Parameter. Personalisierungsdaten sind beispielsweise Logos, die beim Start des Geräts oder bei dessen Abschaltung oder in bestimmten Betriebssituationen angezeigt werden, Bilder, Hintergrundbilder, vorgefertigte Texte, Favoritenlisten und ähnliches. Gemeinsam von mehreren Geräten eines Fahrzeugs verwendete Fahrzeugdaten sind beispielsweise Drehzahlbeschränkungen, Abschaltbedingungen (auch mit dem englischen Ausdruck "disabling features" bezeichnet) und weitere. Auch Logbuchdaten und Informationen zum Sammeln von Daten fallen unter die erfindungsgemäß behandelten Konfigu- rationsdaten .
Es versteht sich, daß die genannten Merkmale auch abgewandelt und in anderer Reihenfolge oder Kombination als hier beschrieben sinnvoll anwendbar sind und somit unter den Schutz der Patentansprüche fallen. Außer den bisher genannten Vorteilen ergeben sich auch Vorteile aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen anhand der Figuren. Dabei zeigen:

Fig.3 Erfindungsgemäße Geräte Fig.l zeigt ein Flußdiagramm eines erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens für ein erstes Gerät 1. Zu dem Gerät 1 und weiteren Geräten siehe auch die Beschreibung zu Fig.3. Das Verfahren startet mit einem Schritt S10. Im Schritt Sil detektiert das im passiven NFC-Modus befindliche NFC Modul 12 des ersten Geräts 1, ob sich ein im aktiven NFC-Modus befindliches NFC-Gerät in seiner Nähe be¬ findet. Im aktiven NFC-Modus sendet ein Gerät aktiv über die Antenne seines NFC-Moduls. Es benötigt dazu eine Energiever¬ sorgung. Im passiven NFC-Modus wird keine geräteeigene Ener¬ gieversorgung zur Nahfeldkommunikation benötigt. Die von der Antenne empfangene Energie eines aktiven NFC-Geräts reicht aus, um das im passiven NFC-Modus befindliche Gerät mit der für die Nahfeldkommunikation erforderlichen Energie zu versorgen. Wird im Schritt Sil kein aktives NFC-Gerät detektiert, oder ist ein detektierte Gerät nicht das zugehörige beziehungsweise erwartete zweite Gerät 2, so wird zum Schritt Sil zurückverzweigt, an¬ dernfalls zum Schritt S12. Im Schritt S12 wird mittels der über die NFC-Antenne 123 empfangenen Energie eine Statusrückmeldung durch das 1. Gerät abgegeben. Im Schritt S13 empfängt das erste Gerät 1 Konfigurationsdaten, die vom zweiten Gerät 2, das sich im aktiven NFC-Modus befindet, ausgesandt werden. Im Schritt S14 werden die empfangenen Konfigurationsdaten in einem Konfigu- rationsdatenspeicher 11 des ersten Geräts 1 gespeichert. Im Schritt S15 wird das erste Gerät basierend auf den gespeicherten Konfigurationsdaten konfiguriert. Anschließend erfolgt der Betrieb des ersten Geräts 1 im Schritt S16 basierend auf den gespeicherten Konfigurationsdaten. Falls im Gerät 1 keine Konfiguration erforderlich ist, sondern der Betrieb direkt basierend auf den gespeicherten Konfigurationsdaten erfolgt, entfällt der Schritt S15. Zwischen Schritt S15 und Schritt S16 kann durchaus eine längere Zeitspanne verstreichen, wenn das Gerät 1 zwar neu konfiguriert wird, danach aber nicht direkt in Betrieb genommen wird. Handelt es sich um eine einmalige
Konfiguration, so endet das Verfahren nach Schritt S16. Falls vorgesehen ist, das Gerät 1 neu zu konfigurieren, wird nach Schritt S16 zum Schritt Sil zurückverzweigt. Dies erfolgt vorzugsweise nur aufgrund einer Anforderung durch den Benutzer, einer Anforderung durch die Steuereinheit des Geräts, oder in bestimmten zeitlichen Intervallen. In diesem Fall erfolgt das Detektieren des Schritts Sil nur zu wenigen, ausgewählten Zeitpunkten. Eine unerwünschte oder unerwartete Konfigurati¬ onsänderungen wird somit vermieden. Alternativ dazu kann der Schritt Sil dauernd ausgeführt werden, was den Vorteil hat, daß eine Neukonfiguration des Geräts ohne großen Aufwand nur bei Annäherung eines entsprechend vorbereiteten zweiten Geräts 2 erfolgt, falls eine solche "schnelle" Konfiguration unter Inkaufnahme einer geringeren Datensicherheit gewünscht ist.
Gemäß einer Variante der Erfindung wird im Schritt S101 zunächst eine Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Gerät 1 und dem ihm zugeordneten NFC-Modul 12 aufgebaut. Diese Verbindung wird im Schritt S132 wieder getrennt. Diese Trennung erfolgt gemäß einer Variante direkt nach dem Empfangen der Konfigurationsdaten im Schritt S132. Alternativ dazu erfolgt das Trennen im Schritt S142 nach dem Speichern der empfangenen Konfigurationsdaten, oder im Schritt S152 nach Abschluß der Konfiguration.
Gemäß einer Variante wird das aktive NFC-Gerät nachfolgend an Schritt Sil im Schritt Slll einer Authentifizierung unterworfen. Wird das aktive NFC-Gerät als das zweite Gerät 2 authentifiziert, so wird zu Schritt S12 verzweigt, andernfalls zurück zu Schritt Sil. Gemäß einer weiteren Variante werden im Schritt S131, der auf Schritt S13 folgt, die empfangenen Konfigurationsdaten einer Authentifizierung unterworfen . Lassen sich diese nicht eindeutig authentifizieren, so wird zu Schritt Sil zurückverzweigt, andernfalls zu Schritt S14 beziehungsweise Schritt S132.
Fig.2 zeigt ein Flußdiagramm eines erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens für ein zweites Gerät 2. Im Schritt S20 werden Konfigurati¬ onsdaten für das erste Gerät 1 erstellt. Im Schritt S21 werden Statusinformationen des zweiten Geräts 2 im aktiven NFC-Modus ausgesandt. Im Schritt S22 wird detektiert, ob eine Status¬ rückmeldung eines im passiven NFC-Modus betriebenen Geräts 1 vorliegt. Ist dies nicht der Fall, wird zu Schritt S21 zu¬ rückverzweigt, andernfalls zu Schritt S23. Im Schritt S23 werden die Konfigurationsdaten an das Gerät 1 gesendet.
Gemäß einer Variante erfolgt im Schritt S221 eine Authenti- fizierung des ersten Geräts 1, dessen Statusrückmeldung im
Schritt S22 empfangen wurde. Wenn es als korrektes zweites Gerät authentifiziert ist, wird zu Schritt S23 verzweigt, andernfalls zu Schritt S22. Gemäß einer Variante der Erfindung wird im Schritt S201 zunächst eine Verbindung zwischen dem zweiten Gerät 2 und dem ihm zugeordneten NFC-Modul 22 aufgebaut. Diese Verbindung wird im Schritt S232 wieder getrennt. In diesem Fall kann ein zweites Gerät verwendet werden, das im Normalfall ohne NFC-Modul be- trieben wird, und nur bei Bedarf mit einem NFC-Modul verbunden wird . „
Gemäß einer Variante erfolgt das Erstellen der Konfigurati¬ onsdaten im Schritt S20 nicht auf dem zweiten Gerät 2, sondern auf einem dritten Gerät 3, von welchem sie dann auf das zweite Gerät 2 übertragen werden.
Fig.3 zeigt erfindungsgemäße Geräte 1-3. Ein erstes Gerät 1 weist einen Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 11 auf, der hier mit Ml bezeichnet ist, ein im passiven NFC-Modus betriebenes NFC-Modul 12, mehrere konfigurierbare Module 13, die hier mit KM bezeichnet sind, sowie eine Steuereinheit 14 , die hier mit μϋ bezeichnet ist . Entsprechende Bezeichnungen werden auch zu anderen Geräten verwendet, dort aber nicht unbedingt erneut erläutert. Das NFC-Modul 12 weist eine NFC-Antenne 123 und weitere dem Fachmann bekannte und daher hier nicht dargestellte Elemente auf. Ein Element zum Speichern von übertragenen Daten ist hier nicht erforderlich, da die Konfigurationsdaten direkt im Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 11 abgelegt werden. Sollte ein NFC-Modul Verwendung finden, welches eine Datenspeicherung erlaubt, so wird erfindungsgemäß davon nicht Gebrauch gemacht, um eine möglichst hohe Datensicherheit zu erreichen.
Das NFC-Modul 12 ist hier als separate Einheit gezeigt, die über eine Steckverbindung 121 mit dem Gerät 1 verbindbar, und von diesem wieder trennbar ist. Alternativ dazu ist das NFC-Modul 12 über eine hier gestrichelt dargestellte Leitung 122 mit einem Datenbus 4 verbunden. Dieser Datenbus 4 steht über eine Leitung 400 mit dem Gerät 1 in Verbindung. Statt über die Steckverbindung 121 werden das Gerät 1 und das NFC-Modul 12 in diesem Fall über den Datenbus 4 miteinander verbunden beziehungsweise voneinander getrennt.
Am Datenbus 4 befinden sich mit diesem über Leitungen 401-404 verbundene weitere konfigurierbare Module: Ein Anzeigegerät 131, hier mit LCD gekennzeichnet, ist ein Bildschirm, auf dem das Gerät 1 Informationen an seinen Benutzer visuell ausgibt. Es handelt sich dabei um ein LC-Display, um ein LED-Display, ein
OLED-Display, eine Bildröhre oder eine Anzeige gemäß einer anderen geeigneten Technologie. Das Anzeigegerät 131 wird mittels der für es vorgesehenen Konfigurationsdaten, die im Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 11 liegen, konfiguriert beziehungsweise betrieben. Weiterhin befinden sich am Datenbus ein Meßinstrument 132, eine Navigationseinheit 133 und ein Da¬ tenspeicher 134, der beispielsweise Logbuchdaten eines Fahrtenschreibers eines Landfahrzeugs oder eines Marinefahrzeugs aufzeichnet. Auch diese werden mittels für sie vorgesehener Konfigurationsdaten, die im Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 11 liegen, konfiguriert beziehungsweise betrieben. Entsprechendes gilt für die konfigurierbaren Module 13. Dient ein Modul 13 beispielsweise zum Berechnen von Entfernungen, so wird es mittels der für es vorgesehenen Konfigurationsdaten auf das metrische, ein nautisches oder ein anderes Maßsystem konfiguriert. Dient ein Modul 13 zum Berechnen eines Tankinhalts aus einem
Füllstandssensorsignal, so sind für dieses Modul Konfigura¬ tionsdaten vorgesehen, die die Geometrie des Tanks beschreiben.
Am Datenbus 4 befindet sich ein weiteres erstes Gerät 1 ' , welches ein Meßinstrument 132' als konfigurierbares Modul aufweist, einen Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 11' und eine Steuereinheit 14' . Das Gerät 1' steht über die Leitung 405 und den Datenbus 4 mit dem NFC-Modul 12 in Datenaustauschverbindung wenn es Konfigurationsdaten benötigt. Ansonsten ist es von diesem getrennt.
Ein zweites Gerät 2 weist einen Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 21 auf, ein NFC-Modul 22 eine Steuereinheit 24, eine Benutzer¬ schnittstelle 25 und einen Befehlsdatenspeicher 26. Das
NFC-Modul 22 ist hier als fester Bestandteil des Geräts 2 ausgeführt, kann alternativ dazu aber auch, wie zum Gerät 1 gezeigt, eine separate Einheit sein, die mit dem Gerät 2 verbindbar und auch wieder von diesem trennbar ist. Das NFC-Modul 22 wird im aktiven Modus betrieben und steht, wie mittels Doppelpfeil angedeutet, über seine NFC-Antenne 223 mit dem
NFC-Modul 12 des Geräts 1 in Nahfeldkommunikationsverbindung 41. Im Befehlsdatenspeicher 26 ist eine Software, beispielsweise eine sogenannte App, auch Applikation genannt, abgelegt, die das Erstellen von Konfigurationsdaten im Gerät 2 ermöglicht. Dazu wird über die Benutzerschnittstelle 25 dem Benutzer über Menüs etc. die Möglichkeit gegeben, Konfigurationsdaten für ein erstes Gerät 1 zu erstellen und zu bestätigen. Die bestätigten Konfigurationsdaten werden im Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 21 abgelegt. Die Übertragung der Konfigurationsdaten vom Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 21 über das NFC-Modul 22 und das NFC-Modul 12 in den Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 11 des Geräts 1 erfolgt wie zu Fig.l und Fig.2 beschrieben. Diese sowie alle anderen Aktionen des Geräts 2 werden über die Steuereinheit 24 gesteuert.
Das Gerät 2 weist eine hier durch einen Pfeil angedeutete Schnittstelle 52 zu einem Speichermedium 5 auf. Das Spei- chermedium 5 ist schematisch als optischer Datenspeicher wie CD oder DVD dargestellt und enthält Instruktionen, die in den Befehlsdatenspeicher 26 überspielt werden und das Gerät 2 in die Lage versetzen ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren auszuführen. Eine entsprechende Schnittstelle 51, 53 weisen auch die Geräte 1, 3 auf, welche Instruktionen von einem Speichermedium 5 in einen Befehlsdatenspeicher 16,36 ablegen. Die dort abgelegten Instruktionen versetzen die Geräte 1,3 in die Lage ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren auszuführen. Ein drittes Gerät 3 weist einen Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 31 auf, eine Steuereinheit 34, eine Benutzerschnittstelle 35 und einen Befehlsdatenspeicher 36. Das Gerät 3 steht mittels einer hier nicht näher ausgeführten drahtlosen oder drahtgebundenen Verbindung 42, die über einen Doppelpfeil angedeutet ist, mit dem Gerät 2 in Verbindung. Am Gerät 3 können, wie zum Gerät 2 beschrieben, Konfigurationsdaten erstellt und im Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 31 abgelegt werden. Sie werden dann über die Verbindung 42 auf den Konfigurationsdatenspeicher 21 des Geräts 2 übertragen, von wo aus sie mittels Nahfeldkommunikation auf das Gerät 1 übertragen werden. Eine Modifikation oder Ergänzung der im Gerät 3 erstellten Konfigurationsdaten im Gerät 2 ist gemäß einer Variante mittels dessen Benutzerschnittstelle 25 und den im Befehlsdatenspeicher 26 angegebenen Instruktionen ermöglicht. In einer Variante wird auf die Benutzerschnittstelle 25 und den Befehlsdatenspeicher 26, zumindest soweit sie die Konfiguration des Geräts 1 betreffen, verzichtet. Das Gerät 2 dient dann hauptsächlich der Übermittlung der im Gerät 3 erstellten Konfigurationsdaten auf das Gerät 1.
Es versteht sich, daß die in den einzelnen Ausführungsbeispielen und in der Beschreibungseinleitung genannten Maßnahmen auch in anderen als den dargestellten Kombinationen sinnvoll verwendbar sind, und Weiterbildungen, auch wenn sie im einzelnen nicht genannt sind, im Ermessen des Fachmanns stehen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Verfahren zum Konfigurieren eines ersten Geräts (1,1') mittels eines zweiten Geräts (2), aufweisend die Schritte: - Detektieren (Sil) eines aktiven NFC-Geräts durch ein im passiven NFC-Modus befindliches NFC-Modul (12) des ersten Geräts (1,1'),
- falls das aktive NFC-Gerät das zweite Gerät (2) ist, Aussenden (S12) einer Statusrückmeldung durch das erste Gerät (1,1') mittels seines im passiven NFC-Modus be¬ findlichen NFC-Moduls (12),
- Empfangen (S13) von vom im aktiven NFC-Modus befindlichen zweiten Gerät (2) ausgesandten Konfigurationsdaten durch das NFC-Modul (12) des ersten Geräts (1,1') im passiven
NFC-Modus,
- Speichern (S14) der empfangenen Konfigurationsdaten in einem Konfigurationsdatenspeicher (11,11') des ersten Geräts (1,1'),
- Start der Konfigurierung (S15) durch das erste Gerät (1,1') basierend auf den gespeicherten Konfigurationsdaten und/oder Betrieb (S16) des ersten Geräts (1,1') basierend auf den gespeicherten Konfigurationsdaten.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, mit dem der NFC-Kommunikation (S11-S13) vorausgehenden Schritt
- Aufbau (S101) einer Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Gerät (1,1') und dem NFC-Modul (12) des ersten Geräts (1,1'), und dem der NFC-Kommunikation (S11-S13) nachfolgenden Schritt
- Trennen (S132, S142, S152) der Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Gerät (1,1') und dem NFC-Modul (12) des ersten Geräts (1,1') ·
3. Verfahren zum Konfigurieren eines ersten Geräts (1) mittels eines zweiten Geräts (2), aufweisend die Schritte:
- Erstellen (S20) von Konfigurationsdaten für das erste Gerät (1) auf dem zweiten Gerät (2), - Aussenden (S21) von Statusinformationen durch das zweite Gerät (2) im aktiven NFC-Modus,
- Detektieren (S22) einer Statusrückmeldung eines im passiven NFC-Modus betriebenen Geräts (1) durch das im aktiven NFC-Modus befindliche zweite Gerät (2),
- falls das detektierte passive Gerät das erste Gerät (1) ist, Senden (S23) von Konfigurationsdaten durch das zweite Gerät (2) an das erste Gerät (1) .
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Erstellen (S20) der Konfigurationsdaten für das erste Gerät (1) zumindest teilweise auf einem dritten Gerät (3) erfolgt, und diese dann auf das zweite Gerät (2) übertragen werden.
5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit dem weiteren Schritt:
- Authentifizierung (Slll, S131, S221) des jeweils anderen Geräts (2,1) und/oder der von diesem empfangenen Daten.
6. Speichermedium (5) enthaltend Instruktionen die, wenn sie von einem oder mehreren Prozessoren eines Geräts (1,2,3) ausgeführt werden, das Gerät (1,2,3) zum Ausführen des Verfahrens einer der Ansprüche 1-5 veranlassen.
7. Gerät das zum Durchführen des Verfahrens eines der vor¬ hergehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet ist.
8. Gerät nach Anspruch 7, aufweisend einen Konfigurations¬ datenspeicher (11), ein im passiven NFC-Modus betriebenes NFC-Modul (12), zumindest ein konfigurierbares Modul (13), und eine Steuereinheit (14) .
Gerät nach Anspruch 8, wobei das NFC-Modul (12) ein separates Bauteil ist, das mit dem Gerät (1,1') verbindbar ist.
Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, Speichermedium (5) nach Anspruch 6, oder Gerät (1,2,3) nach einem der Ansprüche 7-9, wobei die Konfigurationsdaten zumindest eine der folgenden Datenarten sind: Verriegelungsdaten,
Entriegelungsdaten, Systemeinstellungsdaten, Personali- sierungsdaten, Fahrzeugdaten, und Logbuchdaten.
