Description

A DISHWASHER COMPRISING A CARD HOLDER
The present invention relates to a dishwasher comprising a card holder.
Electronic cards in dishwashers comprise electronic software including washing programs and controlling the operation. The electronic cards are usually disposed on the rear side of the control panel in the dishwasher. Thus, the electronic card is prevented from contacting water during the washing process. Today, built-in dishwashers that have lesser number of buttons are preferred for aesthetic purposes. The dishwasher is desired to occupy less space since the same is used in the kitchen counter. Therefore, control panels located at the upper side of the dishwasher are not preferred and the washing tub is widened upwards. Moreover, the electronic cards generally disposed at the upper side of the dishwasher are moved under the washing tub. Water may drop to the lower side during the washing process performed in the washing tub. In case the electronic card contacts water, risk of fire may arise. Therefore, various protective sheaths have been developed. However, water contacting components other than the electronic card leads to malfunction and fire risks. Adding separate protective sheaths to each of the components located at the lower side of the washing tub leads to the failure of fitting components into the lower side of the washing tub, makes the assembly difficult, and increases the costs.
In the state of the art International Patent Application No. WO2016119844, a household appliance comprising a card holder is disclosed.
The aim of the present invention is the realization of a dishwasher that is enabled to operated in a safe manner.
The dishwasher realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention, explicated in the first claim and the respective claims thereof, comprises a body; and a washing tub that is disposed in the body and wherein items to be washed are placed. On the body an electronic card is disposed, that comprises software related to washing programs and that controls the operation. The electronic card is disposed under the washing tub on a card holder. Thus, the electronic card is prevented from contacting water and from being damaged. The dishwasher comprises a mains cable that is connected to the body and that provides electrical transmission, and an interference filter that enables the electrical current to be transmitted to the machine in a regulated manner. The electric current transmitted to the machine is enabled to be constant by means of the interference filter.
The dishwasher of the present invention comprises a grouping element whereon the card holder, the interference filter, and the mains cable are disposed. The grouping element can be attached/detached onto/from the body.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises the grouping element comprising a card holder housing whereon the card holder is disposed. Thus, the safety of the card holder is improved and the latter is prevented from contacting water.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises the grouping element comprising a filter housing wherein the interference filter is disposed. The filter housing is disposed close to the card holder housing on the grouping element.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises a cable housing whereon the mains cable is disposed, and a locking element that is fixed on the cable housing and that prevents the mains cable from dislodging from the housing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the grouping element comprises a fixing surface. The grouping element is fixed on the body by means of the fixing surface. The grouping element is fixed on the body by means of at least one protrusion and a fixing element on the fixing surface being fitted into the gaps arranged on the body.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises a drain hose that enables the water in the washing tub to be discharged, and a holding element that is disposed on the grouping element and that prevents the drain hose from being detached from the washing tub. The holding element is located on the lateral side of the fixing surface and enables the drain hose to be fixed by at least partially surrounding the drain hose.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises the grouping element comprising an opening arranged on the fixing surface. The mains cable is passed through the opening so as to be disposed into the cable housing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the grouping element comprises a plurality of claws that are disposed on the filter housing and that enable the interference filter to be fixed into the filter housing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher comprises the card holder, wherein at least two covers are attached onto each other and the electronic card is disposed therebetween.

The card holder (5), the interference filter (7) and the mains cable (6) are disposed together (Figure 1, Figure 4)
The dishwasher (1) of the present invention comprises a grouping element (8) that is attachable/detachable onto/from the body (2) and whereon the interference filter (7), the mains cable (6), and the card holder (5) are disposed. The card holder (5), the interference filter (7), and the mains cable (6) are fixed together onto the body (2) by means of the grouping element (8). Moreover, the grouping element (8) acts as a protector for the card holder (5), the interference filter (7), and the mains cable (6). The card holder (5), the interference filter (7), and the mains cable (6) are enabled to be attached/detached onto/from the body (2) at the same time by the grouping element (8) being attached/detached onto/from the body (2) (Figure 5).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher (1) comprises the grouping element (8) comprising a card holder housing (9) whereon the card holder (5) is detachably attached. The card holder (5) is slidably attached onto the card holder housing (9) and fixed. Thus, the mounting of the electronic card (4) is facilitated.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the grouping element (8) comprises the card holder housing (9) that prevents the card holder (5) from contacting water. Thus, the safety of the dishwasher (1) is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher (1) comprises a filter housing (10) that prevents the interference filter (7) from external factors and wherein the interference filter (7) is detachably attached. The filter housing (10) is disposed next to the card holder housing (9) on the grouping element (8). The filter housing (10) has a cylindrical form so as to match the interference filter (7). The interference filter (7) is seated on the filter housing (10) and fixed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher (1) comprises the grouping element (8) comprising a cable housing (11) that is U-shaped so as to receive the mains cable (6) and a locking element (12) that enables the mains cable (6) to be fixed and protected and that is attached onto the cable housing (11). The mains cable (6) is seated on the cable housing (11). The locking element (12) is disposed on the mains cable (6) so as to prevent the same from being detached from the cable housing (11). The locking element (12) is fixed onto the grouping element (8). Thus, the mains cable (6) remains between the cable housing (11) and the locking element (12). The mains cable (6) is protected by preventing the contact of the same with water.
