本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机减振组件及洗衣机,能够有效减少洗衣机减振组件中吊杆的晃动和摇摆,使洗衣机保持安静稳定的脱水启动和运行,避免振动移位产生噪音。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
本发明的第一目的是提供一种洗衣机减振组件,包括吊杆,所述吊杆一端与洗衣机的外桶下部连接,另一端与洗衣机的箱体上部连接,还包括弹性缓冲机构,所述弹性缓冲机构套设在吊杆上,并与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接。
进一步的方案,所述弹性缓冲机构设有套设部,套设部套在吊杆上并与吊杆接触产生滑动阻尼,所述弹性缓冲机构与外桶的外壁的连接处分布在吊杆的两侧。
进一步的方案,所述弹性缓冲机构包括弹性件,弹性件的中间设置套在吊杆上的套设部,弹性件的两端设置在吊杆的两侧,并分别与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接。
进一步的方案,所述弹性件包括多个,各弹性件上下设置套设在吊杆上;
优选地,所述弹性件设有两个,包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件,第一弹性件和第二弹性件上下设置套设在吊杆中部,同时第一弹性件和第二弹性件的两端分别各自固定在洗衣机的外桶的外壁的中部,第二弹性件的长度大于第一弹性件的长度。
第一弹性件和第二弹性件上下设置套设在吊杆中部,可以根据吊杆的倾斜程度选择合适长度的弹性件,也可以上下调换设置。
进一步的方案,所述弹性件的一端设置套设部,另一端与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接;
优选地,所述弹性件至少包括两个,各弹性件与外桶的外壁的连接处分布在吊杆的两侧。
进一步的方案,所述弹性缓冲机构与洗衣机的外桶的外壁可拆卸式连接。
进一步的方案,所述弹性缓冲机构还包括固定件,所述固定件与弹性件相配合,将弹性件紧压在外桶的外壁上进行固定。
进一步的方案,所述弹性件的一端或两端设有固定部,所述固定件的一侧设有凹槽,所述弹性件的固定部设有与固定件的凹槽相配合的凸起,所述固定件将弹性件的固定部紧压在外桶的外壁上并与外桶固定连接。
进一步的方案,所述弹性缓冲机构套设在吊杆的中部位置,并与洗衣机的外桶的外壁中部固定连接;
优选地,所述弹性缓冲机构套设在洗衣机外桶上端开口以下的吊杆上,并与洗衣机的外桶的外壁中部固定连接。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种洗衣机,包括洗衣机箱体和外桶,洗衣机的箱体和外桶之间设有所述的洗衣机减振组件。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的洗衣机减振组件的吊杆上加设弹性缓冲机构,在洗衣机脱水振动时,有效减少吊杆和外桶在前后左右方向的晃动和摇摆。弹性缓冲机构套设在吊杆上,起到一定的摩擦阻尼作用,减少吊杆和外桶在竖直方向的运动;弹性缓冲机构与外桶外壁的连接处分列在吊杆两侧,两边缓冲力平衡,从而减轻外桶各个方向的振动及整个洗衣机的振动,避免产生较大的噪音,避免外桶撞击箱体的发生。
2、本发明可以根据洗衣机的振动幅度大小,确定采用的弹性缓冲机构的规格和数量。在吊杆上设置多个弹性件,分别与洗衣机外桶的外壁的不同位置连接固定,形成多点连接的方式,缓冲减振效果更好。
3、本发明弹性件的结构简单,利于生产制造,同时与固定件配合,固定效果好,进一步增强减振效果。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1至图4所示,本发明公开一种洗衣机减振组件,包括吊杆3,所述吊杆3一端与洗衣机的外桶2下部连接,另一端与洗衣机的箱体1上部连接,还包括弹性缓冲机构4,所述弹性缓冲机构4套设在吊杆3上,并与洗衣机的外桶2的外壁固定连接。
洗衣机的四个角均设有减振组件,外桶与箱体之间通过四个吊杆减振部件安装在一起,吊杆一端安装在洗衣机外桶下部的悬挂座上,另一端吊挂在相对应的箱体的角上。因此当洗衣机脱水时,吊杆减振组件起到一定的减振作用,但吊杆也会随着外桶上下前后左右的晃动和摇摆,甚至碰撞箱体形成较大噪音。在吊杆上设置弹性缓冲机构目的是为了进一步减少吊杆与外桶之间的位移,减小外桶的晃动,对洗衣机进行双重减振保护,避免洗衣机外桶撞击箱体、发生移位,产生噪音。
弹性缓冲机构套设在吊杆上,可以相对吊杆上下移动,从而产生一定的摩擦阻尼作用, 减少吊杆和外桶在上下方向的振动;弹性缓冲机构与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接,固定连接的位置可以根据弹性件的长度在吊杆对应的外桶外壁的适当位置,从而减少吊杆和外桶在前后左右方向的振动。
进一步的方案,所述弹性缓冲机构4套设在吊杆3的中部位置,并与洗衣机的外桶的外壁中部固定连接。
优选地,所述弹性缓冲机构套设在洗衣机外桶上端开口以下的吊杆上,并与洗衣机的外桶的外壁中部固定连接。弹性缓冲机构与洗衣机的外桶的外壁中部固定连接,并套设在对应位置的吊杆上,对外桶和吊杆的缓冲效果更好。
实施例一
如图1-4所示,本实施例所述弹性缓冲机构4设有套设部9,套设部9套在吊杆3上并与吊杆3接触产生滑动阻尼,所述弹性缓冲机构4与外桶2的外壁的连接处分布在吊杆3的两侧。
弹性缓冲机构可以为弹性件,如弹性材料制成的阻尼绳等,套设部用于套在吊杆上,并与吊杆滑动接触,并在洗衣机振动时上下移动对吊杆产生摩擦阻尼作用,减小洗衣机外桶和吊杆在上下方向上的振动。弹性缓冲机构与外桶的外壁的连接处分布在吊杆的两侧,以便达到左右缓冲的平衡,对外桶前后左右的振动起到更好的缓冲效果。
弹性件上设置套设部9、固定部11和连接部10,套设部9套设在吊杆3上,固定部11固定在外桶2的外壁上,连接部10起到连接和缓冲作用。套设部9、连接部10和固定部11可以一体成型,也可以相互连接成一体。
当一个弹性件的固定部和连接部有两个时,弹性件两端为固定部,套设部位于弹性件中间,连接部以套设部为中心,成“V”型对称设置。此时,弹性件套设在吊杆上时,两端的固定部需要分列在吊杆的两侧,与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接,以便达到左右缓冲的平衡,起到更好的缓冲效果。
当一个弹性件的有一个固定部和连接部时,需要设置多个弹性件,上下设置套设在吊杆上,同时,多个弹性件的固定部数目均等的分列在吊杆的两侧并与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接,也能够达到左右缓冲的平衡,起到更好的缓冲效果。
实施例二
如图1-4所示,本实施例所述弹性缓冲机构包括弹性件5,弹性件5的中间设置套在吊 杆上的套设部9,弹性件的两端设置在吊杆的两侧,并分别与洗衣机的外桶2的外壁固定连接。
吊杆上可以设置一个弹性件,也可以设置多个,可以根据振动程度进行设置。本实施例所述的弹性件中间为套设部,两端为固定部,固定部分别通过连接部与套设部连接。弹性件以套设部为中心左右对称。弹性件单独放置时,两个连接部可以形成一定夹角,也可以在同一直线上。当设置一个弹性件时,弹性件的两端的固定部以吊杆为中心,对称地设置在吊杆的两侧,固定安装在洗衣机的外桶的外壁上。
进一步的方案,所述弹性件5包括多个,各弹性件5上下设置套设在吊杆3上;
优选地,所述弹性件设有两个,包括第一弹性件7和第二弹性件8,第一弹性件7和第二弹性件8上下设置套设在吊杆中部,同时第一弹性件7和第二弹性件8的两端分别各自固定在洗衣机的外桶的外壁的中部,第二弹性件的长度大于第一弹性件的长度。
在使用时,可以根据洗衣机整机的振动幅度大小,确定采用弹性带的规格和数量。上下设置多个弹性带,进一步增强减振效果。由于吊杆的倾斜程度不同,套设在吊杆上部和下部的弹性件的长度不同,应根据安装的位置选择合适规格的弹性件。
实施例三
本实施例所述弹性件5的一端设置套设部9,另一端与洗衣机的外桶2的外壁固定连接。弹性件的一端与吊杆套设,另一端固定在洗衣机的外桶上,在洗衣机外桶振动时,减少震动幅度。
优选地,所述弹性件5至少包括两个,各弹性件与外桶的外壁的连接处分布在吊杆的两侧。更优选地,各弹性件与外桶的外壁的连接处在吊杆两侧均匀分布,可以使吊杆两侧的缓冲力基本一致,以便达到更好的减振效果。
本实施例的弹性件为弹性带,弹性带一端为套设部,另一端固定在洗衣机的外桶的外壁上。为了达到缓冲力的平衡,至少设置两个,与外桶的外壁的连接处分列在吊杆的两端。或者弹性带成对的设置,每对弹性带与外桶的外壁的连接处均分列在吊杆的两端,根据需要设置合适的对数。
或者弹性带的数目为偶数,安装完成后,吊杆两侧的固定在外桶的外壁上连接处的数目相同,再或者弹性带的数目不限,吊杆两侧的固定在外桶的外壁上的连接处的数目相差不超过1。这样来达到更好地缓冲减振效果。
实施例四
本实施例为以上方案的进一步限定,所述弹性缓冲机构4与洗衣机的外桶2的外壁可拆卸式连接。
本实施例中的弹性缓冲机构与洗衣机的外桶的外壁可拆卸式连接,可以便于更换弹力减弱的弹性阻尼绳,也便于根据洗衣机的规格和型号安装不同数量、规格的弹性缓冲机构,通用性大大增强。
进一步的方案,所述弹性缓冲机构4还包括固定件6,所述固定件6与弹性件5相配合,将弹性件5紧压在外桶2的外壁上进行固定。
弹性件可以直接与洗衣机的外桶的外壁连接,如在洗衣机的外桶的外壁上预先焊接连接环,弹性件可以与连接环连接;弹性件也可以借助固定件,通过螺栓连接、铆接、卡接等方式固定在外桶的外壁上,如此固定效果好,更有利于减振缓冲作用。
更进一步的方案,所述弹性件5的一端或两端设有固定部11,所述固定件6的一侧设有凹槽13,所述弹性件5的固定部11设有与固定件的凹槽13相配合的凸起,所述固定件将弹性件的固定部紧压在外桶的外壁上并与外桶固定连接。
固定件为固定卡,固定卡的两端设有固定孔12,朝向外桶的一侧中部设有凹槽。弹性件的两端与固定卡配合并水平设置,同时该水平的固定部上设有与凹槽配合的凸起,如此,弹性件的两端水平固定部由固定卡压在外桶的外壁上,利用螺栓配合固定孔将固定卡和弹性件的两端固定在外桶的外壁上。
弹性件的两端凸起卡在固定卡的凹槽中,可以防止振动过程中弹性阻尼绳从固定卡中滑脱,以免影响减振效果。
实施例五
如图1或2所示,本实施例提供一种洗衣机,包括洗衣机箱体1和外桶2,洗衣机的箱体和外桶之间设有上述实施例所述的洗衣机减振组件,减振组件包括吊杆3,弹性件5套设在吊杆上,并通过固定件6与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接。
在波轮洗衣机脱水启动和脱水运行时,外桶会随着电机的启动而晃动或摇摆,减振部件悬挂在洗衣机外桶的悬挂座上,在外桶摇摆时也会产生晃动,形成较大的振动和噪音。此时,弹性带的中部套在吊杆上,两边对称,两端固定在外桶上外壁上。在振动时,弹性带在吊杆上可以上下移动,起到一定的摩擦阻尼作用,可以一定程度上减少吊杆和外桶在上下方向的 振动。弹性带连接的两端均固定在外桶外壁上,可以起到缓冲作用,有效减少吊杆在前后左右方向上的晃动和摇摆。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机减振组件,包括吊杆,所述吊杆一端与洗衣机的外桶下部连接,另一端与洗衣机的箱体上部连接,其特征在于,还包括弹性缓冲机构,所述弹性缓冲机构套设在吊杆上,并与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述弹性缓冲机构设有套设部,套设部套在吊杆上并与吊杆接触产生滑动阻尼,所述弹性缓冲机构与外桶的外壁的连接处分布在吊杆的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述弹性缓冲机构包括弹性件,弹性件的中间设置套在吊杆上的套设部,弹性件的两端设置在吊杆的两侧,并分别与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括多个,各弹性件上下设置套设在吊杆上;
    优选地,所述弹性件设有两个,包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件,第一弹性件和第二弹性件上下设置套设在吊杆中部,同时第一弹性件和第二弹性件的两端分别各自固定在洗衣机的外桶的外壁的中部,第二弹性件的长度大于第一弹性件的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件的一端设置套设部,另一端与洗衣机的外桶的外壁固定连接;
    优选地,所述弹性件至少包括两个,各弹性件与外桶的外壁的连接处分布在吊杆的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述弹性缓冲机构与洗衣机的外桶的外壁可拆卸式连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6任意一项所述的一种洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述弹性缓冲机构还包括固定件,所述固定件与弹性件相配合,将弹性件紧压在外桶的外壁上进行固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件的一端或两端设有固定部,所述固定件的一侧设有凹槽,所述弹性件的固定部设有与固定件的凹槽相配合的凸起,所述固定件将弹性件的固定部紧压在外桶的外壁上并与外桶固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种洗衣机减振组件,其特征在于,所述弹性缓冲机构套设在吊杆的中部位置,并与洗衣机的外桶的外壁中部固定连接;
    优选地,所述弹性缓冲机构套设在洗衣机外桶上端开口以下的吊杆上,并与洗衣机的外桶的外壁中部固定连接。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括洗衣机箱体和外桶,其特征在于,洗衣机的箱体和外桶之间设有权利要求1-9任意一项所述的洗衣机减振组件。
