技术领域
本发明涉及于用电设备领域,更具体而言,涉及一种用于电源装置的浪涌保护方法和浪涌保护装置和用电设备。
背景技术
在相关技术中,用电设备,如变频微波炉往往在硬件电路上从电源输入端设置浪涌检测电路,并将浪涌信号输入到比较器。当浪涌检测电路的输入信号比比较器的设定参考值大时,则触发比较器输出使得电源进入浪涌保护状态。
但是,对于电源装置来说,其浪涌保护电压的设定参考值往往是固定的。这样会使得设定参考值很难兼顾浪涌保护的灵敏性的同时避免干扰造成的浪涌保护误触发。
发明内容
本发明实施方式旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明实施方式需要提供一种浪涌保护方法和浪涌保护装置和用电设备。
本发明实施方式的一种浪涌保护方法,用于电源装置,该浪涌保护方法 包括以下步骤:
确定该电源装置的输入电源的相位;
根据该电源的相位设置基准参考阈值;
获取浪涌信号并判断该浪涌信号的幅值是否超过在判断时当前的参考阈值,该参考阈值由该基准参考阈值根据该电源的相位修改得到;
若该浪涌信号的幅值超过判断时当前的该参考阈值,触发对该电源装置的浪涌保护;

具体地,输入电源例如是外部市电电源,频率为50HZ,电压为220V。当然,输入电源还可以是其它类型的电源,而不限于频率为50HZ,电压为220V的电源。在一个例子中,浪涌信号的幅值为电压值,参考阈值为电压值。
需要指出的是,在实际应用时,在步骤S12与S13之间,实施浪涌保护方法的设备或装置在电路上或程序上控制时,一般会有一定的延时存在。这种延时是客观存在的。
在某些实施方式中,确定电源装置的输入电源的相位的步骤S11包括:获取电源的过零信号和电源频率以确定电源的相位。

需要说明的是,曲线C2不是正弦波,参考阈值的幅值设置要大于0,因此,曲线C2不会与横轴相交,或者说,参考阈值的变化曲线C2是一个分段周期函数的曲线。类似于Y=N+sinT(0<T≤π)和Y=-N+sinT(π<T≤2π)N为正值常数。这样才能确保在电源接近过零点的时候,设定阈值所对应的保护点与检测到的正常电压有足够的差值,不会因为干扰或者误差,造成误保护。图2是作为示意性地表示曲线C2,由于分辨率的问题,无法体现曲线C2与横轴不相交的特征。
在某些实施方式中,请参图3,浪涌保护方法还包括步骤:
S21,判断下一个浪涌信号的幅值是否超过在判断时当前的参考阈值;
若下一个浪涌信号的幅值超过判断时当前的参考阈值,S14,触发对电源装置的浪涌保护;
若下一个浪涌信号的幅值没超过判断时当前的参考阈值,S23,判断电源的过零点是否出现;
若电源的过零点出现,S12,根据电源的相位设置基准参考阈值;
若电源的过零点没出现,S15,根据电源的相位修改参考阈值。
如此,使得浪涌保护方法的判断更准确。
具体地,在本发明的示例中,请结合图2,电源的相位按正弦规律变化,在一个电源周期T内,电源有3个过零点A1、A2、A3。通过对电源过零点的判断,使得浪涌保护方法能够消除在两个过零点间所累计的误差,进而能更准确地判断电源的相位和参考阈值的修改。
需要指出的是,在实际应用时,在步骤S15与S21之间,实施浪涌保护方法的设备或装置在电路上或程序上控制时,一般会有一定的延时存在。这 种延时是客观存在的。
请参图4,本发明实施方式的一种浪涌保护装置100,用于电源装置200。浪涌保护装置100包括处理模块102、浪涌检测模块104和比较模块106,处理模块102用于确定电源装置200的输入电源的相位和根据电源的相位设置基准参考阈值;
浪涌检测模块104用于获取浪涌信号并输出浪涌信号至比较模块106;
比较模块106用于判断浪涌信号的幅值是否超过在判断时当前的参考阈值,参考阈值由基准参考阈值根据电源的相位修改得到;
若浪涌信号的幅值超过判断时当前的参考阈值,处理模块102用于触发对电源装置200的浪涌保护;
若浪涌信号的幅值没超过判断时当前的参考阈值,处理模块102用于根据电源的相位修改该参考阈值。
上述浪涌保护装置100,与浪涌信号的幅值相比较的参考阈值会根据电源的相位来调整,使得参考阈值不会固定不变,进而兼顾浪涌保护的灵敏性的同时避免干扰造成的浪涌保护误触发。
具体地,处理模块102、浪涌检测模块104和比较模块106可以由电路的方式实现,也可以由硬件加软件的方式来实现。
需要指出的是,上述对浪涌保护方法的实施方式的解释说明也适用于本实施方式的浪涌保护装置100,为避免冗余,在此不再详细展开。
在某些实施方式中,电源为按正弦规律变化的电源,参考阈值由基准参考阈值根据正弦规律变化来修改。

若下一个浪涌信号的幅值没超过判断时当前的参考阈值,处理模块102用于判断电源的过零点是否出现;
若电源的过零点出现,处理模块102用于根据电源的相位设置基准参考阈值;
若电源的过零点没出现,处理模块102用于根据电源的相位修改参考阈值。
需要指出的是,上述对浪涌保护方法的实施方式的解释说明也适用于本实施方式的浪涌保护装置100,为避免冗余,在此不再详细展开。
请参图4,本发明实施方式的一种用电设备300,包括电源装置200和上述任一实施方式的浪涌保护装置100,浪涌保护装置100连接电源装置200。
上述用电设备300,与浪涌信号的幅值相比较的参考阈值会根据电源的相位来调整,使得参考阈值不会固定不变,进而兼顾浪涌保护的灵敏性的同时避免干扰造成的浪涌保护误触发。
在某些实施方式中,用电设备300为变频微波炉,电源装置200为数字电源装置。

应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施方式方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,所述程序在执行时,包括方法实施方式的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施方式中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施方式,可以理解的是,上述实施方式是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在
本发明的范围内可以对上述实施方式进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种浪涌保护方法,用于电源装置,其特征在于,该浪涌保护方法包括以下步骤:
    确定该电源装置的输入电源的相位;
    根据该电源的相位设置基准参考阈值;
    获取浪涌信号并判断该浪涌信号的幅值是否超过在判断时当前的参考阈值,该参考阈值由该基准参考阈值根据该电源的相位修改得到;
    若该浪涌信号的幅值超过判断时当前的该参考阈值,触发对该电源装置的浪涌保护;
    若该浪涌信号的幅值没超过判断时当前的该参考阈值,根据该电源的相位修改该参考阈值。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的浪涌保护方法,其特征在于,该电源为按正弦规律变化的电源,该参考阈值由该基准参考阈值根据正弦规律变化来修改。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的浪涌保护方法,其特征在于,该参考阈值的变化曲线是一个分段周期函数的曲线。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的浪涌保护方法,其特征在于,所述确定该电源装置的输入电源的相位的步骤包括:获取该电源的过零信号和电源频率以确定该电源的相位。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的浪涌保护方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:
    判断下一个该浪涌信号的幅值是否超过在判断时当前的该参考阈值;
    若下一个该浪涌信号的幅值超过判断时当前的该参考阈值,触发对该电源装置的浪涌保护;
    若下一个该浪涌信号的幅值没超过判断时当前的该参考阈值,判断该电源的过零点是否出现;
    若该电源的过零点出现,根据该电源的相位设置该基准参考阈值;
    若该电源的过零点没出现,根据该电源的相位修改该参考阈值。
  6. 一种浪涌保护装置,用于电源装置,其特征在于,该浪涌保护装置包括处理模块、浪涌检测模块和比较模块,该处理模块用于确定该电源装置的输入电源的相位和根据该电源的相位设置基准参考阈值;
    该浪涌检测模块用于获取浪涌信号并输出该浪涌信号至该比较模块;
    该比较模块用于判断该浪涌信号的幅值是否超过在判断时当前的参考阈值,该参考阈值由该基准参考阈值根据该电源的相位修改得到;
    若该浪涌信号的幅值超过判断时当前的该参考阈值,该处理模块用于触发对该电源装置的浪涌保护;
    若该浪涌信号的幅值没超过判断时当前的该参考阈值,该处理模块用于根据该电源的相位修改该参考阈值。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的浪涌保护装置,其特征在于,该电源为按正弦规律变化的电源,该参考阈值由该基准参考阈值根据正弦规律变化来修改。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的浪涌保护装置,其特征在于,该参考阈值的变化曲线是一个分段周期函数的曲线。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的浪涌保护装置,其特征在于,在确定该电源装置的输入电源的相位时,该处理模块用于获取该电源的过零信号和电源频率以确定该电源的相位。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的浪涌保护装置,其特征在于,该比较模块用于判断下一个该浪涌信号的幅值是否超过在判断时当前的该参考阈值;
    若下一个该浪涌信号的幅值超过判断时当前的该参考阈值,该处理模块用于触发对该电源装置的浪涌保护;
    若下一个该浪涌信号的幅值没超过判断时当前的该参考阈值,该处理模块用于判断该电源的过零点是否出现;
    若该电源的过零点出现,该处理模块用于根据该电源的相位设置该基准参考阈值;
    若该电源的过零点没出现,该处理模块用于根据该电源的相位修改该参 考阈值。
  11. 一种用电设备,其特征在于,包括电源装置和如权利要求6-10任一项所述的浪涌保护装置,该浪涌保护装置连接该电源装置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的用电设备,其特征在于,该用电设备为变频微波炉,该电源装置为数字电源装置。
