L'invention concerne un système de formation de soudure métallique par CMT, ledit système comportant un ordinateur personnel industriel (1) de soudage, utilisé pour commander un mécanisme (4) de soudage et un moyen (3) d'alimentation en fil de soudage relié à un appareil entier de formation de soudure; le moyen (3) d'alimentation en fil de soudage est disposé entre une tête de soudage et un bras (2) d'entraînement de soudage, et l'ordinateur personnel industriel (1) de soudage est relié à un tableau (5) de commande. L'invention concerne également un procédé de formation de soudure métallique par CMT, comportant cinq étapes: une pièce à traiter est mise en place, le système de formation de soudure par CMT analyse la forme du métal de traitement, un moteur d'inférence code et spécifie une trajectoire de travail, le mécanisme de soudage soude le long de la trajectoire, et le processus de soudage fait l'objet d'une comparaison et d'une correction.
