Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs, des systèmes et des procédés pour générer et disperser des structures de taille nanométrique, telles que des nanobulles. L'invention concerne un réacteur vortex (300) qui comporte un corps (308) avec une première extrémité (304) et une seconde extrémité (306). Un orifice d'entrée (302) au niveau de la première extrémité (304) dirige un fluide dans le corps de réacteur (308) où il se déplace vers la seconde extrémité (306). Un mécanisme d'induction de vortex (132) est positionné à l'intérieur du corps de réacteur (308) et comprend une pluralité de passages inclinés pour induire un mouvement vertical à l'intérieur du fluide en mouvement. Une section du mécanisme d'induction de vortex (132) est entourée par un élément poreux (150). Un gaz est passé à travers l'élément poreux (150) de sorte que des structures de taille nanométrique, telles que des nanobulles, se forment sur la surface interne de l'élément poreux (150). Le mouvement vertical du fluide aide à cisailler les structures de taille nanométrique en formation, telles que des nanobulles, de façon à générer des structures de taille nanométrique, telles que des nanobulles, de petite taille et de distribution de taille étroite.
