Description
本公开涉及商用家电配件技术领域,例如涉及一种商用家电的投币器支架及商用家电。
相关技术的商用洗衣机组合模式都是将干衣机叠放在洗衣机上面,一旦运营商想更换洗衣机的读卡器时只能将上面的干衣机挪下来,再将洗衣机的控制盘、台面板全部卸下才能更换其上的读卡器。由于商用滚筒洗衣机体积和重量均较大的原因,在挪动和安装时非常困难,往往需要两到三人才能完成,不仅浪费时间,还浪费了人力成本。而且传统商用洗衣机的投币器安装都是通过螺钉将投币器和控制盘直接紧固,一旦投币器出现问题,只能将整个洗衣机的控制盘全部卸下才能维修,其同样存在更换和维修困难的问题。
发明内容
本公开提供一种商用家电的投币器支架,解决了相关技术中商用家电投币器或读卡器的更换以及维修困难、人力成本过高的问题。
本公开还提供一种商用家电,包括上述商用家电的投币器支架,解决了相关技术中投币器或读卡器的更换、维修困难的问题。
一种商用家电的投币器支架,包括:
本体,安装在商用家电的控制盘上,所述本体上开设有安装槽孔;
第一支撑臂,设置在安装槽孔的第一侧边上,呈折弯的扣接在所述控制盘上;
第二支撑臂,位于安装槽孔的第二侧边上,所述第一支撑臂扣接在控制盘上后,所述第二支撑臂卡接于控制盘,且在卡接过程中可沿控制盘滑动。
可选地,所述第一支撑臂包括向控制盘内部折弯的第一折弯板以及与所述第一折弯板呈α夹角的第二折弯板,所述第二折弯板指向本体设置,所述第二折弯板与第一折弯板相配合扣接在控制盘上。
可选地,所述α夹角为钝角,且所述α夹角的角度为100°-130°。
可选地,所述第二支撑臂包括向控制盘内部下方折弯的第三折弯板,所述
第三折弯板朝向第一支撑臂的一侧设有第四折弯板,所述第四折弯板未连接第三折弯板的一端远离本体设置,且所述第四折弯板与第三折弯板之间的折弯处形成有β角。
可选地,所述β角为钝角,且所述β角的角度为160°-165°。
可选地,所述控制盘上开设有与所述本体外形相一致的凹槽,所述凹槽内开设有槽孔,所述本体安装在所述凹槽内。
可选地,所述凹槽上开设有安装缺口,所述第二支撑臂经所述安装缺口卡接于控制盘,且在卡接过程中所述第四折弯板与所述安装缺口的侧壁相对滑动。
可选地,所述本体上还安装有位于所述安装槽孔一侧的安全锁。
本公开还提供一种商用家电,包括上述商用家电的投币器支架。
可选地,所述商用家电为洗衣机或者干衣机。
本公开无需挪动干衣机以及拆卸控制盘,只需简单拆装投币器支架即可更换维修投币器(也可以是刷卡器),简单高效。

本实施例提供一种商用家电的投币器支架,用于安装投币器,如图1-7所示,上述投币器支架包括:本体1、位于本体1上的第一支撑臂3以及第二支撑臂4,其中:
上述本体1安装在商用家电的控制盘2上,可选地,如图4,在控制盘2上冲压有凹槽21,在凹槽21内开设有槽孔22,上述本体1嵌设在凹槽21内,并通过第一支撑臂3和第二支撑臂4安装在控制盘2上。可选地,上述凹槽21的形状与本体1的形状相一致,使得本体1嵌设在凹槽21内后,其外表面与控制盘2的外表面处于同一平面内,提高整个商用家电的美观性。
在本体1上冲压有安装槽孔11,该安装槽孔11是通过在本体1上设置安装槽,随后在安装槽内开孔形成的。且该安装槽孔11的形状与投币器6的形状相同,投币器6通过安装槽孔11安装于本体1上,可选地,是在安装槽孔11内的边缘位置开设有通孔12,安装投币器6时,将投币器6嵌入安装槽孔11内,随后通过螺栓穿过通孔12螺纹连接于投币器6,将投币器6安装在投币器支架的本体1上。可选地,在安装槽孔11上还设有两个支撑板13,上述投币器6在嵌入安装槽孔11内时,其下端通过上述两个支撑板13支撑。
本实施例中,如图5和图6,在本体1上还设有安全锁安装孔14,该安全锁安装孔14靠近上述安装槽孔11设置,用于安装安全锁5(如图1)。之所以将安全锁安装孔14靠近安装槽孔11设置,是为了安装安全锁5时,为安全锁5的锁舌提供转动的空间。
如图3、图6以及图7所示,上述第一支撑臂3设置在安装槽孔11的第一侧边上,且呈折弯的扣接在控制盘2上,可选地,上述第一支撑臂3包括向控制盘2的凹槽21内部折弯的第一折弯板31(图3所示的左侧),以及与第一折弯板31呈α夹角的第二折弯板32,该第二折弯板32指向本体1设置,通过第二折弯板32与第一折弯板31相配合,可使得第一支撑臂3扣接在控制盘2上。本实施例中,上述α夹角为钝角,且其开口朝向本体1设置,α夹角的角度为100°-130°,该角度的设置,可使得第一支撑臂3扣接于控制盘2。
上述第二支撑臂4位于安装槽孔11的第二侧边上,该第二支撑臂4卡接于控制盘2(图3所示),且在卡接过程中可沿控制盘2滑动。可选地,该第二侧边与设有第一支撑臂3的第一侧边相邻而设,如图6以及图7,上述第二支撑臂

可选地,上述β角为钝角,且该钝角开口背离本体1设置,上述β角的角度为160°-165°,使得第二支撑臂4卡接在控制盘2上。
本实施例中,如图4,上述控制盘2的凹槽21上开设有安装缺口23,上述第二支撑臂4经该安装缺口23卡接于控制盘2,且在卡接过程中第四折弯板42与安装缺口23的侧壁相对滑动。
本实施例的上述投币器支架在安装时,首先将投币器6以及安全锁5安装在投币器支架上,安装有投币器6和安全锁5的投币器支架倾斜并形成角度,可选地,所述角度为20°-30°,将投币器支架设有第一支撑臂3的一端放置于控制盘2的槽孔22内,且先由第一支撑臂3的第一折弯板31接触控制盘2,以第一支撑臂3为圆心转动投币器支架,转动过程投币器支架设有第二支撑臂4的一端逐渐靠近控制盘2的凹槽21,至第二支撑臂4的第四折弯板42对齐控制盘2的安装缺口23处,并且第四折弯板42接触安装缺口23的第一侧边,第四折弯板42与安装缺口23的第一侧边滑动一段距离,可选地所述距离为10-15mm,至第一支撑臂3扣接在控制盘2上。
需要说明的是,上述投币器支架也可以用于安装读卡器,此时只需读卡器面板形状与本实施例的上述商用家电的投币器支架相匹配即可。
本实施例还提供一种商用家电,如图8所示,该商用家电包括上述商用家电的投币器支架10,通过设置该投币器支架10,使得投币器6或读卡器的更换、维修简单易操作,即拆卸控制盘即可完成操作。可选地,上述商用家电为洗衣机或者干衣机。
本公开的商用家电的投币器支架,省去了更换、维修投币器(也可以是刷卡器)工作中挪动干衣机以及拆卸控制盘的步骤,使得投币器更换、维修工作
更加简单高效。

- 一种商用家电的投币器支架,包括:本体(1),安装在商用家电的控制盘(2)上,所述本体(1)上开设有安装槽孔(11);第一支撑臂(3),设置在所述安装槽孔(11)的第一侧边上,呈折弯的扣接在所述控制盘(2)上;第二支撑臂(4),设置于所述安装槽孔(11)的第二侧边上,所述第一支撑臂(3)扣接在所述控制盘(2)上后,所述第二支撑臂(4)卡接于所述控制盘(2),且在卡接过程中可沿所述控制盘(2)滑动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的商用家电的投币器支架,其中,所述第一支撑臂(3)包括向所述控制盘(2)内部折弯的第一折弯板(31)以及与所述第一折弯板(31)呈α夹角的第二折弯板(32),所述第二折弯板(32)指向所述本体(1)设置,所述第二折弯板(32)与所述第一折弯板(31)相配合扣接在所述控制盘(2)上。

- 根据权利要求1所述的商用家电的投币器支架,其中,所述第二支撑臂(4)包括向所述控制盘(2)内部下方折弯的第三折弯板(41),所述第三折弯板(41)朝向所述第一支撑臂(3)的一侧设有第四折弯板(42),所述第四折弯板(42)未连接所述第三折弯板(41)的一端远离所述本体(1)设置,且所述第四折弯板(42)与所述第三折弯板(41)之间的折弯处形成有β角。
- 根据权利要求4所述的商用家电的投币器支架,其中,所述β角为钝角,且所述β角的角度为160°-165°。
- 根据权利要求5所述的商用家电的投币器支架,其中,所述控制盘(2)上开设有与所述本体(1)外形相一致的凹槽(21),所述凹槽(21)内开设有槽孔(22),所述本体(1)安装在所述凹槽(21)内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的商用家电的投币器支架,其中,所述凹槽(21)上开设有安装缺口(23),所述第二支撑臂(4)经所述安装缺口(23)卡接于所述控制盘(2),且在卡接过程中所述第四折弯板(42)与所述安装缺口(23)的侧壁相对滑动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的商用家电的投币器支架,其中,所述本体(1)上还安装有位于所述安装槽孔(11)一侧的安全锁(5)。
- 一种商用家电,其中,包括权利要求1-8任一所述的商用家电的投币器支架。
- 根据权利要求9所述的商用家电,其中,所述商用家电为洗衣机或干衣机。
