Abstract
L'invention concerne une plaque de verrouillage de fibula comprenant une partie de corps (1) et une partie renflée (2) destinée à verrouiller l'extrémité inférieure de la fibula. La partie renflée (2) est disposée au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure de la partie de corps (1); plusieurs trous de boulon (2), à travers lesquels doivent pénétrer des boulons (7), sont respectivement formés sur la partie de corps (1) et sur la partie renflée (2); plusieurs trous d'aiguille d'opération (4), à travers lesquels doivent pénétrer des aiguilles d'opération, sont formés sur la partie renflée (2); au moins une griffe de positionnement (5) conçue pour être verrouillée dans l'extrémité inférieure verrouillée de la fibula est disposée au bord de la partie renflée (2); une rainure (53) est formée au niveau d'une partie racine (52) de la griffe de positionnement (5) reliée à la partie renflée (2); la rainure (53) est située dans le côté arrière de la griffe de positionnement (5). La disposition d'une griffe de positionnement (5) et le verrouillage de ladite griffe sur l'extrémité inférieure verrouillée de la fibula permettent d'effectuer un positionnement rapide destiné à la plaque de verrouillage de fibula et d'obtenir un effet de stabilisation; étant donné qu'une rainure (53) est formée dans le côté arrière de la griffe de positionnement (5), après la fixation de la partie de corps (1) avec la partie renflée (2) à travers les boulons (7), la griffe de positionnement (5) peut être rompue au niveau de la rainure (53) en fonction de l'état pratique d'un patient, de telle sorte que la plaque de verrouillage de fibula peut satisfaire différentes exigences.
