为实现上述目的,本发明提出的水龙头包括水道和本体外壳,所述水道内设置有阀芯腔、进水通道和出水通道,所述进水通道和所述出水通道均与所述阀芯腔相通,所述水道套设于所述本体外壳内,所述水道为无铅材质的水道。
优选地,所述水道为塑料或不锈钢材质的水道。
优选地,所述水道为PPO、PA或PPS材质的水道。
优选地,所述水龙头还包括阀芯、阀芯转轴座、把手座和把手杆,所述阀芯设置在所述阀芯腔中,所述把手杆通过阀芯转轴座带动所述阀芯转动并控制所述进水通道与所述出水通道的通断。
优选地,所述阀芯为陶瓷、塑料、铜或不锈钢材质的阀芯。
优选地,所述水龙头还包括进水管和出水管,所述进水管与所述进水通道连接,所述出水管与所述出水通道连接。
优选地,所述出水管为不锈钢材质的一体式水管,所述出水管与所述出水通道连接的一端设置有两个O型密封圈。
优选地,所述出水管为内层为塑料、外层为金属的双层水管,所述出水管的内层与所述出水通道之间采用螺纹件或者快接头连接,且螺纹件或者快接头为塑料材质。
优选地,所述进水管为塑料或不锈钢材质的一体式水管。
优选地,所述进水管为内层为塑料、外层为金属的双层水管。
优选地,所述本体外壳包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端靠近所述出水管,所述第二端靠近所述进水管;所述水道包括第三端和第四端,所述第三端与所述第一端连接,所述第四端与所述第二端连接从而将所述水道固设于所述本体外壳内。
优选地,所述第一端的内壁上设置有限位凸肩,所述第三端上设置有凸台,所述限位凸肩与所述凸台抵接。
优选地,所述第一端的内壁上设置有螺纹,所述第三端与所述第一端通过螺纹连接。
优选地,所述第四端与所述第二端通过挡圈或者螺纹连接。
优选地,所述出水管与所述本体外壳通过本体装饰盖固定连接。
优选地,所述本体外壳靠近所述进水管和所述出水管的壁体外径大于所述本体外壳中间壁体的外径。
优选地,所述水道包括第一段和第二段,所述第一段的第一端与所述本体外壳通过挡圈固定连接,另一端与所述第二段螺纹连接;所述第二段的未与所述第一段连接的一端通过挡圈与所述本体外壳固定连接。
优选地,所述本体外壳的壁体外径沿所述进水管到所述出水管的方向逐渐缩减。
优选地,所述本体外壳呈圆柱形或者方柱形。
本发明提出的水龙头采用分层设计的原理,将与水接触的水道、进水管、出水管和水龙头本体外壳进行分离,水道、进水管、出水管、阀芯均为无铅材料。所述水龙头进水管的出水端与水道进水口连接,阀芯分别与水道的进水通道和出水通道连接,所述出水管的进水口与水道的出水通道连接,这样所述水龙头的进水管、水道、阀芯、出水管就形成了一个内部畅通的无铅水道。当水龙头进水管和净水器连接时,经过滤芯处理的净化水经过无铅水道,不会有铅及其他重金属析出,真正达到国家水龙头无铅化标准的要求,保证消费者用水安全。

本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施方式,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明的一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,本发明实施方式中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本发明中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
另外,本发明各个实施方式之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
请参照图1和图2,在本发明一种实施方式中,该水龙头包括水道4和本体外壳5,所述水道4内设置有阀芯腔、进水通道42和出水通道41,所述进水通道42和所述出水通道41均与所述阀芯腔相通,所述水道4套设于所述本体外壳5内,所述水道4为无铅材质的水道4。
本发明提出的水龙头采用分层设计的原理,将与水接触的水道4、进水管13、出水管1和水龙头本体外壳5进行分离,水道4、进水管13、出水管1、阀芯9均为无铅材料。所述水龙头进水管13的出水端与水道4进水口连接,阀芯9分别与水道4的进水通道42和出水通道41连接,所述出水管1的进水口与水道4的出水通道41连接,这样所述水龙头的进水管13、水道4、阀芯9、出水管1就形成了一个内部畅通的无铅水道4。当水龙头进水管13和净水器连接时,经过滤芯处理的净化水经过无铅水道4,不会有铅及其他重金属析出,真正达到国家水龙头无铅化标准的要求,保证消费者用水安全。本方案除了适用于净水设备、饮水设备行业外,还可适用于卫浴、茶饮等行业。
现有技术中也有一种方法来获得无铅水龙头,即将本体外壳5、水道4、进水管13、出水管1材料改成不含铅的不锈钢。这种方法的缺点是不锈钢材质较硬,不适合于压铸,而且切削加工难度大,导致成本高,不易大面积推广应用。本发明提出的技术方案中,水龙头本体外壳5和水道4设计成单独两个零部件,先通过注塑、压铸或切削成型的方法制造出水道4和水龙头本体外壳5,水龙头本体外壳5外表面可进行电镀或者喷涂加工,然后将水道4套装于水龙头本体外壳5内进行连接固定。
本体外壳5可以采用金属件,也可以采用塑料件。当本体外壳5为塑料材质时,优选ABS、PPS、PC或PC/ABS合金。ABS是五大合成树脂之一,其抗冲击性、耐热性、耐低温性、耐化学药品性及电气性能优良,还具有易加工、制品尺寸稳定、表面光泽性好等特点,容易涂装、着色,还可以进行表面喷镀金属、电镀、焊接、热压和粘接等二次加工;PC是聚碳酸酯,具有许多优点,比如具高强度及弹性系数、高冲击强度、使用温度范围广、成形收缩率低、尺寸安定性良好、耐疲劳性佳、耐候性佳、无味无臭对人体无害符合卫生安全;PC/ABS合金是PC的改性材料,是PC和ABS混合的一种材料,可提高弯曲模量、耐热性、电镀性能等。当本体外壳5是ABS、PPS、PC、PC/ABS合金或其他容易进行电镀、喷涂表面处理的材料时,可以在本体外壳5外表面进行电镀或喷涂处理,使水龙头的外观呈现金属光泽,或者进一步增强水龙头的物化性能。
优选地,所述水道4为塑料或不锈钢材质的水道4。
优选地,所述水道4为PPO、PA或PPS材质的水道4。PPO、PA、PPS均是塑料,其中,PPO是聚苯醚,具有刚性大、耐热性高、难燃,强度较高电性能优良等优点,另外,PPO还具有耐磨、无毒、耐污染等优点;PA是聚酰胺,具有良好的综合性能,包括力学性能、耐热性、耐磨损性、耐化学药品性和自润滑性,且摩擦系数低,有一定的阻燃性,易于加工;PPS是聚苯硫醚,具有耐高温、耐腐蚀和优越的机械性能。
优选地,所述水龙头还包括阀芯9、阀芯转轴座10、把手座8和把手杆7,所述阀芯9设置在所述阀芯腔中,所述把手杆7通过阀芯转轴座10带动所述阀芯9转动并控制所述进水通道42与所述出水通道41的通断。
优选地,所述阀芯9为陶瓷、塑料、铜或不锈钢材质的阀芯9。
优选地,所述水龙头还包括进水管13和出水管1,所述进水管13与所述进水通道42连接,所述出水管1与所述出水通道41连接。
优选地,所述出水管1为不锈钢材质的一体式水管,所述出水管1与所述出水通道41连接的一端设置有两个O型密封圈。具体地,在水道4的出水通道41一端,出水管1上设有双O密封圈与水道4内壁起密封作用。
优选地,所述出水管1为内层为塑料、外层为金属的双层水管,所述出水管1的内层与所述出水通道41之间采用螺纹件或者快接头连接,且螺纹件或者快接头为塑料材质。
优选地,所述进水管13为塑料或不锈钢材质的一体式水管。
优选地,所述进水管13为内层为塑料、外层为金属的双层水管。
具体地,用铜/合金管做出水管1和/或进水管13的外层,用无铅软管做出水管1和/或进水管13的内层,水从软管中经过就不会向水中引入铅。另外,出水管1和/或进水管13的外层外表面可进行电镀或喷涂处理,从而提高出水管1和/或进水管13的硬度和耐腐蚀等性能,而且也能使出水管1和/或进水管13的外观更加多样化。
优选地,所述本体外壳5包括第一端52和第二端53,所述第一端52靠近所述出水管1,所述第二端53靠近所述进水管13;所述水道4包括第三端44和第四端45,所述第三端44与所述第一端52连接,所述第四端45与所述第二端53连接从而将所述水道4固设于所述本体外壳5内。具体地,本体外壳5内设置有收容空间,水道4收容于该收容空间内,且水道4的两端分别于本体外壳5的内壁连接从而实现水道4与本体外壳5的固定连接。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述第一端52的内壁上设置有限位凸肩51,所述第三端44上设置有凸台43,所述限位凸肩51与所述凸台43抵接。以图1所示的方向确定上下方位,水龙头本体外壳5既是外观件又是结构件,第三端44(即水道4上端)由下往上插入水龙头本体外壳5之中,第三端44上设置有凸台43与水龙头本体外壳5第一端52(即本体外壳5上端)的限位凸肩51连接限位。限位凸肩51和凸台43只是抵接的关系,并没有固定连接,需要配合第二端53与第四端45的固定连接将水道4固定在本体外壳5内。
另一实施方式中,所述第一端52的内壁上设置有螺纹,所述第三端44与所述第一端52通过螺纹连接。不同于凸台43与限位凸肩51的抵接,在该实施方式中,第一端52内壁上设置有内螺纹,水道4第三端44的外表面设置有外螺纹,本体外壳5的第一端52和水道4的第三端44通过螺纹固定连接。
进一步地,所述第四端45与所述第二端53通过挡圈或者螺纹连接。
优选地,所述出水管1与所述本体通过本体装饰盖3固定连接。通过本体装饰盖3将出水管1固定在水道4中,出水管1上设有止卡与本体装饰盖3固定,所述本体装饰盖3与水道4外壁通过螺纹连接固定,出水管1上设有双O密封圈与水道4内壁起密封作用。
为了实现水龙头外形的多样化,将本体设置成多种形状比如两端大中间小的葫芦形、锥形或者柱形等。
优选地,所述本体外壳5靠近所述进水管13和所述出水管1的壁体外径大于所述本体外壳5中间壁体的外径。此时,本体外壳5的形状为葫芦形。
进一步地,所述水道4包括第一段和第二段,所述第一段的第一端52与所述本体外壳5通过挡圈固定连接,另一端与所述第二段螺纹连接;所述第二段的未与所述第一段连接的一端通过挡圈与所述本体外壳5固定连接。为了将水道4固定在葫芦形的本体外壳5中,将水道4设置成多段形式,以分节连接的方式将水道4固定在本体外壳5中,两段水道4之间以螺纹连接的方式固定连接,水道4与本体外壳5之间通过挡圈固定连接。
优选地,所述本体外壳5的壁体外径沿进水管13到出水管1的方向逐渐缩减。此时,本体外壳5的形状为锥形。
优选地,所述本体外壳5呈圆柱形或者方柱形。
以下具体说明水龙头各零部件的连接关系。
将出水管1插入水道4上端孔中,即将出水管1的进水口与水道4的出水通道41连通。水道4上端与水龙头本体外壳5连接,左右分别与左阀芯9、右阀芯9连接,底部与水龙头进水管13连接。水龙头本体外壳5下端与第二锁紧螺母连接固定。水龙头本体左右端分别与左把手座8、右把手座8相连接。右把手杆7插入右把手座8与右阀芯转轴座10相连接;右阀芯转轴座10分别与右阀芯9、阀芯外壳11、把手杆7和把手座8相连接;阀芯外壳11里面包裹住阀芯9,外面与第一锁紧螺母6相连接,第一锁紧螺母6与水龙头本体外壳5通过螺纹连接对阀芯9进行锁紧固定;水龙头阀芯9外面被阀芯外壳11包裹保护,左端与水道4右侧进水通道42的出水口连接形成封闭水路;阀芯9右侧与阀芯转轴座10相连接。进水管13上端与水道4连接形成密封水路,下端分别与第二锁紧螺母、法兰、锁紧垫片连接固定,密封圈与所述进水管13和水道4进水通道42的进水口连接起密封作用。其中,阀芯9为陶瓷或不锈钢材质的阀芯9。双出水无铅水龙头是左右对称结构,左边各部件连接方式与右边相同,在此不做赘述。
本发明的技术方案也适用于单出水无铅水龙头。单出水无铅水龙头与双出水无铅水龙头的技术方案一样,区别在于双出水无铅水龙头有两个水道4,可以分别放出两种不同的水。单出水无铅水龙头只有一个水道4。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种水龙头,其特征在于,包括水道和本体外壳,所述水道内设置有阀芯腔、进水通道和出水通道,所述进水通道和所述出水通道均与所述阀芯腔相通,所述水道套设于所述本体外壳内,所述水道为无铅材质的水道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水道为塑料或不锈钢材质的水道。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水道为PPO、PA或PPS材质的水道。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水龙头还包括阀芯、阀芯转轴座、把手座和把手杆,所述阀芯设置在所述阀芯腔中,所述把手杆通过阀芯转轴座带动所述阀芯转动并控制所述进水通道与所述出水通道的通断。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述阀芯为陶瓷、塑料、铜或不锈钢材质的阀芯。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水龙头还包括进水管和出水管,所述进水管与所述进水通道连接,所述出水管与所述出水通道连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述出水管为不锈钢材质的一体式水管,所述出水管与所述出水通道连接的一端设置有两个O型密封圈。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述出水管为内层为塑料、外层为金属的双层水管,所述出水管的内层与所述出水通道之间采用螺纹件或者快接头连接,且螺纹件或者快接头为塑料材质。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述进水管为塑料或不锈钢材质的一体式水管。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述进水管为内层为塑料、外层为金属的双层水管。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述本体外壳包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端靠近所述出水管,所述第二端靠近所述进水管;所述水道包括第三端和第四端,所述第三端与所述第一端连接,所述第四端与所述第二端连接从而将所述水道固设于所述本体外壳内。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述第一端的内壁上设置有限位凸肩,所述第三端上设置有凸台,所述限位凸肩与所述凸台抵接。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述第一端的内壁上设置有螺纹,所述第三端与所述第一端通过螺纹连接。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述第四端与所述第二端通过挡圈或者螺纹连接。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述出水管与所述本体外壳通过本体装饰盖固定连接。
  16. 如权利要求6所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述本体外壳靠近所述进水管和所述出水管的壁体外径大于所述本体外壳中间壁体的外径。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水道包括第一段和第二段,所述第一段的第一端与所述本体外壳通过挡圈固定连接,另一端与所述第二段螺纹连接;所述第二段的未与所述第一段连接的一端通过挡圈与所述本体外壳固定连接。
  18. 如权利要求6所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述本体外壳的壁体外径沿所述进水管到所述出水管的方向逐渐缩减。
  19. 如权利要求6所述的水龙头,其特征在于,所述本体外壳呈圆柱形或者方柱形。
