Description

一种同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置 技术领域
本发明涉及安检装置领域,特别是涉及一种同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置。
背景技术
随着中国经济的腾飞和不断的发展,在中国举办的大型国际会展、重要国际会议,各地建设的大型公园、博物馆、展览馆以及交通发展带来的汽车站、火车站、飞机场数量不断增加。人们越来越多的关注起出行安全这个话题,人们意识到出行安全是维护社会持续、稳定、健康发展的核心要素。安全检查现在已经成为人们日常生活中很普遍的经历,坐地铁,搭火车,乘飞机,甚至是逛博物馆,进体育馆,看演唱会,都可能会经过这样一道程序。
所谓安全检查,就是通过某些技术手段和设施来检查旅客或观众及其行李物品中是否有枪支、刀具、弹药和易燃易爆危险品等,从而拦截住可能的危险分子与安全隐患,预防暴力犯罪活动或事故的发生。现如今最常见的安检设备是广泛部署在机场、火车站和地铁站的X射线安全检查设备、安检门和手持金属探测器。
现如今世界各地发生的纵火自焚恐怖袭击屡见不鲜,不法分子常用汽油等易燃易爆液体实施犯罪。但是,现有的液体安全检查设备多为大型设备且通常价格昂贵、使用步骤繁琐、可行性较差,而手持探测仪基本以金属探测仪为主功能单一,如果可以将两种检测功能集合在一个检测装置上则会大大提高安检的效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,结构简单,携带方便,探测到金属或可燃液体会发出警报或提示,方便同时完成两种物质的检测,提高安检效率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,包括壳体、传感器和金属感应线圈,所述的壳体内靠近底部安装有金属感应线圈,该壳体内还安装有传感器,该传感器与外部检测液体所挥发到空气中分子相接触。
作为优选,所述的传感器安装在壳体的一端露出在壳体外侧壁上。
作为另一种优选,所述的壳体的一端设置有进气口,该进气口通过通气管与壳体内部的传感器相连,该通气管上安装有吸气装置。
进一步的,所述的吸气装置为风扇。
进一步的,所述的壳体上开有供通气管内的气体排出的排气口。
进一步的,所述的壳体的外侧连接布置有手柄部。
进一步的,所述的手柄部或者壳体内安装有电池和电源开关。
进一步的,所述的电池为充电电池,且在手柄部或者壳体的侧壁上开有与电池相连的充电插口。
进一步的,所述的手柄部安装在壳体的一端或者上部。
进一步的,所述的手柄部或者壳体内安装有与金属感应线圈以及传感器相连的指示灯和/或报警发声器。
有益效果:本发明涉及一种同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,结构简单,携带方便,探测到金属或可燃液体会发出警报或提示,方便同时完成两种物质的检测,提高安检效率,另外,可以采用将挥发气体吸入的方式进行检测易燃易爆液体,保证检测的准确性,防止出现误报的情况;探测到金属或可燃液体时有多种警报方式,还配有方便使用和携带的握柄,方便使用。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授 的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
如图1-4所示,本发明的实施方式涉及一种同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,包括壳体1、传感器3和金属感应线圈2,所述的壳体1内靠近底部安装有金属感应线圈2,该壳体1内还安装有传感器3,该传感器3与外部检测液体所挥发到空气中分子相接触。
探测部分有两种功能分别是:金属探测和可燃液体探测。
金属探测通过对金属感应线圈2通电产生磁场,当有金属进入磁场时会引起磁场发生变化,由此判断携带金属并通过警报部分的声光发出警报。
可燃液体探测是通过吸入或靠近可燃液体挥发的气体使催化燃烧传感器中检测元件电阻升高,桥路输出电压发生变化,由此判断出携带可燃液体并通过警报部分的声光发出警报。
作为本发明的第一种实施例,如图1所示,所述的传感器3安装在壳体1的一端露出在壳体1外侧壁上,通过传感器3直接靠近接触可燃液体挥发的气体,这种结构比较简单,成本较低,但是相对容易被干扰,发生误报。
作为本发明的第二种实施例,如图2所示,所述的壳体1的一端设置有进气口4,该进气口4通过通气管6与壳体1内部的传感器3相连,该通气管6安装有吸气装置5,吸气装置5可以安装在通气管6上靠近进气口4的位置,这种结构采用将可燃液体挥发的气体吸入到壳体1内部进行检测,避免了在外部复杂的环境中被干扰误报的情况,而且而且有些检测的气体温度较高,传感器3直接接触刚挥发出现的高温气体容易损坏,将高温气体吸入后可以经过通气管6的冷却后再与传感器3接触,防止损坏传感器3。
作为第二种实施例的优选,所述的吸气装置5为风扇,风扇能产生负压吸力将外部的空气吸入到通气管6,还能提高冷却的效率,成本低,比较合适。
作为第二种实施例的优选,所述的壳体1上开有供通气管6内的气体排出的排气口,排气口的设置能快速排出经过检测的气体,防止气体在壳体1内残留,影响下一次的检测的准确性。
为了检测装置使用方便,所述的壳体1的外侧连接布置有手柄部10。
所述的手柄部10或者壳体1内安装有电池9和电源开关11,方便便携使 用,节省电源。
进一步的,所述的电池9为充电电池,且在手柄部10或者壳体1的侧壁上开有与电池9相连的充电插口12,方便反复充电来使用检测装置,不用更换电源。
进一步的,所述的手柄部10安装在壳体1的一端或者上部,手柄部10安装在一端和上部都是合理的,可根据实际情况进行调整。
进一步的,所述的手柄部10或者壳体1内安装有与金属感应线圈2以及传感器3相连的指示灯8和/或报警发声器7,对金属和可燃液体分别有不同的警报方式例如:红灯/短鸣-金属警报;黄灯/长鸣-可燃液体警报,为避免干扰金属探测功能,警报部分也要远离检测线圈。
本发明结构简单,携带方便,探测到金属或可燃液体会发出警报或提示,方便同时完成两种物质的检测,提高安检效率,另外,可以采用将挥发气体吸入的方式进行检测易燃易爆液体,保证检测的准确性,防止出现误报的情况;探测到金属或可燃液体时有多种警报方式,还配有方便使用和携带的握柄,方便使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,包括壳体(1)、传感器(3)和金属感应线圈(2),其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)内靠近底部安装有金属感应线圈(2),该壳体(1)内还安装有传感器(3),该传感器(3)与外部检测液体所挥发到空气中分子相接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,其特征在于:所述的传感器(3)安装在壳体(1)的一端露出在壳体(1)外侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)的一端设置有进气口(4),该进气口(4)通过通气管(6)与壳体(1)内部的传感器(3)相连,该通气管(6)安装有吸气装置(5)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,其特征在于:所述的吸气装置(5)为风扇。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)上开有供通气管(6)内的气体排出的排气口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)的外侧连接布置有手柄部(10)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,其特征在于:所述的手柄部(10)或者壳体(1)内安装有电池(9)和电源开关(11)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,其特征在于:所述的电池(9)为充电电池,且在手柄部(10)或者壳体(1)的侧壁上开有与电池(9)相连的充电插口(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,其特征在于:所述的手柄部(10)安装在壳体(1)的一端或者上部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的同时检测金属和易燃易爆液体的安检检测装置,其特征在于:所述的手柄部(10)或者壳体(1)内安装有与金属感应线圈(2)以及传感器(3)相连的指示灯(8)和/或报警发声器(7)。
