一种瓶身定位机构,用于对瓶底设有定位部的瓶子(100)进行朝向定位,包括依次带动多个所述瓶子(100)移动的拨瓶装置,以及带动所述拨瓶装置上的瓶子(100)绕自身轴向旋转的旋瓶装置,所述拨瓶装置上设有用于承托所述瓶子(100)的托瓶部件(5),所述托瓶部件(5)上设有与所述定位部相配合以限制所述瓶子(100)自转的限位部。通过拨瓶装置将瓶子(100)依次带动随拨瓶装置移动,在移动过程中,通过旋瓶装置带动瓶子(100)自转,直到瓶底的定位部与托瓶部件(5)上的限位部相配合,瓶子(100)停止自转,完成定向。采用该瓶身定位机构后瓶子(100)能够在连续输送中自动完成精准的定向,提升了生产效率,降低了劳动力成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及灌装设备领域,尤其是一种用于对瓶身的朝向进行定位的瓶身定位机构。
背景技术
日常生活中,有些瓶子的瓶身和盖子是有方向要求的,是为了方便倒液和贴标签时能按瓶身方向贴不同的标签(如,对于带手柄的瓶子,标签需要贴在瓶身的与手柄相对的一侧,因而在贴标签前需对瓶身的周向进行定位而将其摆正)。在生产过程中,为了使瓶子在压盖或贴标签时瓶身的朝向符合要求,都要对瓶身朝向进行定位。将瓶身的朝向摆正的传统处理方式有两种:一种是人工摆正,一种是用视觉识别系统结合机械手操作。这两种方式一个是工人的劳动强度大,另一个是经济成本太大。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种用于对连续输送的瓶子依次进行瓶身朝向自动定位的瓶身定位机构,以降低工人的劳动强度。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种瓶身定位机构,用于对瓶底设有定位部的瓶子进行朝向定位,包括依次带动多个所述瓶子移动的拨瓶装置,以及带动所述拨瓶装置上的瓶子绕自身轴向旋转的旋瓶装置;所述拨瓶装置上设有用于承托所述瓶子的托瓶部件,所述托瓶部件上设有与所述定位部相配合以限制所述瓶子自转的限位部。
优选地,所述拨瓶装置具有绕自身轴向旋转的拨瓶星轮,所述拨瓶星轮的外周边缘开设有与所述瓶子的瓶身侧面相配合并带动所述瓶子绕着所述拨瓶星轮的轴心做圆周运动的拨瓶凹槽。
在一个方面,所述拨瓶星轮的外周边缘上间隔设置有多个所述的拨瓶凹槽。多个拨瓶凹槽沿周向等间隔设置。
进一步优选地,所述拨瓶装置还包括与所述拨瓶星轮同轴固定的托瓶部件安装板,所述托瓶部件固定在所述托瓶部件安装板上并对应在所述拨瓶凹槽的下方。
在另一个方面,所述拨瓶装置还包括将所述瓶子向下压紧在所述托瓶部件上的压瓶装置。压瓶装置能够将瓶子压在托瓶部件上,防止瓶子在被旋瓶装置带动自转时上跳,而导致瓶底的定位部无法与托瓶部件上的限位部配合。
更具体地,所述压瓶装置包括安装板、上下运动地连接在所述安装板上方的压瓶板、连接在所述安装板和所述压瓶板之间提供所述压瓶板向下的压力的弹性件。
优选地,所述定位部和所述限位部的其中一个是凹槽,另一个是凸部。
在一个具体实施例中,所述瓶子的瓶底上沿圆周方向间隔设置有多个内凹的定位槽,所述定位槽沿所述瓶子的径向延伸,所述定位部为凹设在其中一个所述定位槽中的凹槽;所述限位部为固定在所述托瓶部件上的定位块,所述定位块上设有与所述定位槽相配合的凸部。
优选地,所述旋瓶装置包括设置在所述拨瓶装置外侧的皮带轮组,所述皮带轮组包括至少两个皮带固定轮及卷绕在所述至少两个皮带固定轮之间的皮带,所述皮带压紧在所述拨瓶装置上的瓶子的侧面。
更优选地,所述旋盖装置还包括用于张紧所述皮带的皮带张紧装置。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下优点:通过拨瓶装置将瓶子依次带出并随拨瓶装置移动,在移动过程中,通过旋瓶装置带动瓶子自转,直到瓶底的定位部与拨盖装置的托瓶部件上的限位部相配合,瓶子停止自转,完成定向;采用本发明结构简单,成本较低,能够在连续输送瓶子的过程中自动完成精准的定向,大大提升了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度,从而减少劳动力成本。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
参阅图 1 ,其示出了一种瓶身带有手柄 120 的瓶子 100 ,该瓶子 100

移动的拨瓶装置,以及带动所述拨瓶装置上的瓶子 100 绕自身轴向旋转的旋瓶装置;所述拨瓶装置上设有用于承托所述瓶子的托瓶部件 5 ,托瓶部件 5
上设有与所述定位部相配合以限制瓶子 100 自转的限位部。
其中,所述拨瓶装置具有绕自身轴向旋转的拨瓶星轮 4 ,拨瓶星轮 4 的外周边缘开设有与瓶子 100
的瓶身侧面相配合并带动瓶子 100 绕着拨瓶星轮 4 的轴心线做圆周运动的拨瓶凹槽 401 。拨瓶星轮 4 的外圆周上间隔设置有多个的拨瓶凹槽 401
,多个拨瓶凹槽 401 沿拨瓶星轮 4 的周向等间隔设置。拨瓶装置还包括与拨瓶星轮 4 同轴固定的托瓶部件安装板 6 ,托瓶部件 5 固定在托瓶部件安装板 6
上并对应在拨瓶凹槽 401 的下方。托瓶部件安装板 6 随拨瓶星轮 4 同步转动,托瓶部件 5 的数量与拨瓶凹槽 401 的数量相同。
如图 2 所示,托瓶部件 5 上设有与瓶子 100 的瓶底形状相适配的锥形凸起,并固定安装有一个定位块

上的定位块 501 并未进入带有凹槽 10 的定位槽 110 中,如图 4 所示。当瓶子 100 转动到托瓶部件 5 上的定位块 501 进入带有凹槽 10
的定位槽 110 中后,瓶子 100 处于瓶身朝向确定状态,由于凹槽 10 与定位块 501 上的凸部的配合左右,瓶子 100 无法再继续自转,此时皮带在瓶子
100 的瓶身侧面打滑。
采用本发明的瓶身定位机构,能够在瓶子连续输送过程中对瓶子的瓶身朝向自动定位,方便了后续的贴标签的作业。本发明不仅结构简单,制造成本低,而且大幅提高了瓶身定向的效率,减少了人力成本。

- 一种瓶身定位机构,用于对瓶底设有定位部的瓶子进行朝向定位,其特征在于:包括依次带动多个所述瓶子移动的拨瓶装置,以及带动所述拨瓶装置上的瓶子绕自身轴向旋转的旋瓶装置;所述拨瓶装置上设有用于承托所述瓶子的托瓶部件,所述托瓶部件上设有与所述定位部相配合以限制所述瓶子自转的限位部。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的瓶身定位机构,其特征在于:所述拨瓶装置具有绕自身轴向旋转的拨瓶星轮,所述拨瓶星轮的外周边缘开设有与所述瓶子的瓶身侧面相配合并带动所述瓶子绕着所述拨瓶星轮的轴心做圆周运动的拨瓶凹槽。
- 根据权利要求 2 所述的瓶身定位机构,其特征在于:所述拨瓶星轮的外周边缘上间隔设置有多个所述的拨瓶凹槽。
- 根据权利要求 2 所述的瓶身定位机构,其特征在于:所述拨瓶装置还包括与所述拨瓶星轮同轴固定的托瓶部件安装板,所述托瓶部件固定在所述托瓶部件安装板上并对应在所述拨瓶凹槽的下方。
- 根据权利要求 1 或 4 所述的瓶身定位机构,其特征在于:所述拨瓶装置还包括将所述瓶子向下压紧在所述托瓶部件上的压瓶装置。
- 根据权利要求 5 所述的瓶身定位机构,其特征在于:所述压瓶装置包括安装板、上下运动地连接在所述安装板上方的压瓶板、连接在所述安装板和所述压瓶板之间提供所述压瓶板向下的压力的弹性件。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的瓶身定位机构,其特征在于:所述定位部和所述限位部的其中一个是凹槽,另一个是凸部。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的瓶身定位机构,其特征在于:所述瓶子的瓶底上沿圆周方向间隔设置有多个内凹的定位槽,所述定位槽沿所述瓶子的径向延伸,所述定位部为凹设在其中一个所述定位槽中的凹槽;所述限位部为固定在所述托瓶部件上的定位块,所述定位块上设有与所述定位槽相配合的凸部。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的瓶身定位机构,其特征在于:所述旋瓶装置包括设置在所述拨瓶装置外侧的皮带轮组,所述皮带轮组包括至少两个皮带固定轮及卷绕在所述至少两个皮带固定轮之间的皮带,所述皮带压紧在所述拨瓶装置上的瓶子的侧面。
