技术领域
本发明涉及音箱,尤其是一种三单元球形音箱。
背景技术
现有的音箱一般由长方形或者方形的箱体组成,箱体内扬声器向四周产生声波,声波在长方形或者方形的箱体内反射并将部分反射的声波传至箱体外,当这些反射的声波与扬声器产生的声波混后产生混合声波,因此现有的音箱产生的声音的失真度很大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种三单元球形音箱。
本发明的一种技术方案:
一种三单元球形音箱,包括:
低音发生器,低音发生器包括与外部低音分频器连接的低音扬声器,以及内腔呈球形的低音外壳,低音外壳的前端面设有低音出口,低音扬声器的前部与低音出口相对应并连接固定,低音扬声器的尾部位于低音外壳内腔内,低音外壳内腔的内壁涂有消音层;
中音发生器,中音发生器包括与外部中音分频器连接的中音扬声器,以及内腔呈球形的中音外壳,中音外壳的前端面设有中音出口,中音扬声器的前部与中音出口相对应并连接固定,中音扬声器的尾部位于中音外壳内腔内,中音外壳内腔的内壁涂有消音层;
高音发生器;高音发生器包括号角,与外部高音分频器连接的高音扬声器,两端开口的筒状壳体,以及球形散热器,高音扬声器位于筒状壳体内,且高音扬声器的前端与号角固定连接,后端紧贴球形散热器;
中音外壳固定于低音外壳的顶部表面,筒状壳体固定于中音外壳的顶部表面。
一种优选方案是低音外壳内腔内填充有羊毛毡或蚕丝,羊毛毡或蚕丝紧贴低音外壳内腔内壁的消音层;中音外壳内腔填充有羊毛毡或蚕丝,羊毛毡或蚕丝紧贴中音外壳内腔内壁的消音层。
一种优选方案是消音层为丁氰橡胶层。
一种优选方案是低音外壳和中音外壳分别为304不锈钢制成的空心球体。
一种优选方案是球形散热器为304不锈钢制成的实心球体。
一种优选方案是三单元球形音箱还包括连接管和若干根导线,低音外壳后端面设有导线孔,连接管的一端与低音外壳的顶部表面贯穿固定,另一端与中音外壳底部表面贯穿固定;一根导线的一端与外部低音分频器连接,另一端穿过导线孔与低音扬声器连接;另一根导线的一端与外部中音分频器连接,另一端依次穿过导线孔,低音外壳空腔以及连接管后与中音扬声器连接。
综合上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果:低音在低音外壳内腔内反射并相互抵消,防止了低音外壳内腔内的低音传至低音外壳的前端面,可以防止了低音外壳内腔内的低音对低音出口处的低音产生干扰,从而减少了低音的失真度;中音在中音外壳内腔内反射并相互抵消,防止了中音外壳内腔内的中音传至中音外壳的前端面,防止了中音外壳内腔内的中音对中音出口处的中音产生干扰,从而减少了中音的失真度,达到高保真的中音效果;低音发生器对低音进行还原,中音发生器对中音进行还原,高音发生器对高音进行还原,因此本发明能够发出的声音能够还原成真实的低音,中音和高音。

如图1所示,低音发生器10,低音发生器10包括与外部低音分频器连接的低音扬声器101,以及内腔呈球形的低音外壳102,低音外壳102的前端面设有低音出口103,低音扬声器101的前部与低音出口103相对应并连接固定,低音扬声器101的尾部位于低音外壳内腔104内,低音外壳内腔104的内壁涂有消音层105。如图1所示,图中低音外壳内腔104内箭头表示低音传播方向,低音扬声器101产生的低音向四周扩散,一部分低音沿着低音出口103往外扩散,另一部于低音外壳内腔104内扩散,低音在低音外壳内腔104内反射并相互抵消,防止了低音外壳内腔104内的低音传至低音外壳102的前端面,因此,可以防止了低音外壳内腔104内的低音对低音出口103处的低音产生干扰,从而减少了低音的失真度,达到高保真的低音效果。低音外壳内腔104内的消音层105对低音外壳内腔104内的低音起到消除作用,同时可以减少低音外壳102的振动。
如图1所示,中音发生器20,中音发生器20包括与外部中音分频器连接的中音扬声器201,以及内腔呈球形的中音外壳202,中音外壳202的前端面设有中音出口203,中音扬声器201的前部与中音出口203相对应并连接固定,中音扬声器201的尾部位于中音外壳内腔204内,中音外壳内腔204的内壁涂有消音层105。如图1所示,图中中音外壳内腔204内箭头表示中音传播方向,中音扬声器201产生的低音向四周扩散,一部分中音沿着中音出口203往外扩散,另一部于中音外壳内腔204内扩散,中音在中音外壳内腔204内反射并相互抵消,防止了中音外壳内腔204内的中音传至中音外壳202的前端面,因此,可以防止了中音外壳内腔204内的中音对中音出口203处的中音产生干扰,从而减少了中音的失真度,达到高保真的中音效果。中音外壳内腔204内的消音层105对中音外壳内腔204内的中音起到消除作用,同时可以减少中音对中音外壳202产生的振动。
如图1所示,高音发生器30;高音发生器30包括号角301,与外部高音分频器连接的高音扬声器302,两端开口的筒状壳体303,以及球形散热器304,高音扬声器302位于筒状壳体303内,且高音扬声器302的前端与号角301固定连接,后端紧贴球形散热器304。高音扬声器302的发生膜为钴磁球顶铝膜,号角301对高音扬声器302产生的高音起到能量加强的作用,球形散热器304对高音扬声器302后端的钴磁起到散热冷却的效果。
如图1所示,外部的CD播放机通过音频放大器分别与低音分频器,中音分频器和高音分频器连接;低音分频器,中音分频器和高音分频器分别将音频对应地分为低音,中音和高音,低音扬声器101通过低音外壳102产生一种保真度高的低音;中音扬声器201通过中音外壳202产生一种保真度高的中音;保真度高的低音,保真度高的中音以及高音扬声器302产生的高音能够使得三单元球形音箱产生的声音达到还原原声的效果。
如图1所示,中音外壳202固定于低音外壳102的顶部表面,筒状壳体303固定于中音外壳202的顶部表面。
具体地,如图1所示,低音外壳内腔104内填充有羊毛毡或蚕丝,羊毛毡或蚕丝紧贴低音外壳内腔104内壁的消音层105;中音外壳内腔204填充有羊毛毡或蚕丝,羊毛毡或蚕丝紧贴中音外壳内腔204内壁的消音层105。消音层105为丁氰橡胶层。
如图1所示,低音外壳102和中音外壳202分别为304不锈钢制成的空心球体,中音外壳202的半径不大于低音外壳102的半径,低音外壳102的半径为中音外壳202的半径的2~10倍。球形散热器304为304不锈钢制成的实心球体,304不锈钢制成的实心球体散热效果好,外表美观。304不锈钢制成的空心球体耐用可靠,而且可以回收利用,环保。
如图1所示,三单元球形音箱还包括连接管107和若干根导线,低音外壳102后端面设有导线孔,连接管107的一端与低音外壳102的顶部表面贯穿固定,另一端与中音外壳202底部表面贯穿固定;一根导线的一端与外部低音分频器连接,另一端穿过导线孔与低音扬声器101连接;另一根导线的一端与外部中音分频器连接,另一端依次穿过导线孔,低音外壳102空腔以及连接管107后与中音扬声器201连接,使得三单元球形音箱外表美观。
以上是本发明的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种三单元球形音箱,其特征在于,包括:
    低音发生器,所述低音发生器包括与外部低音分频器连接的低音扬声器,以及内腔呈球形的低音外壳,所述低音外壳的前端面设有低音出口,所述低音扬声器的前部与低音出口相对应并连接固定,所述低音扬声器的尾部位于低音外壳内腔内,所述低音外壳内腔的内壁涂有消音层;
    中音发生器,所述中音发生器包括与外部中音分频器连接的中音扬声器,以及内腔呈球形的中音外壳,所述中音外壳的前端面设有中音出口,所述中音扬声器的前部与中音出口相对应并连接固定,所述中音扬声器的尾部位于中音外壳内腔内,所述中音外壳内腔的内壁涂有消音层;
    高音发生器;高音发生器包括号角,与外部高音分频器连接的高音扬声器,两端开口的筒状壳体,以及球形散热器,所述高音扬声器位于筒状壳体内,且高音扬声器的前端与号角固定连接,后端紧贴球形散热器;
    所述中音外壳固定于低音外壳的顶部表面,所述筒状壳体固定于中音外壳的顶部表面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的三单元球形音箱,其特征在于,所述低音外壳内腔内填充有羊毛毡或蚕丝,所述羊毛毡或蚕丝紧贴低音外壳内腔内壁的消音层;所述中音外壳内腔填充有羊毛毡或蚕丝,所述羊毛毡或蚕丝紧贴中音外壳内腔内壁的消音层。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的三单元球形音箱,其特征在于,所述消音层为丁氰橡胶层。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的三单元球形音箱,其特征在于,所述低音外壳和中音外壳分别为304不锈钢制成的空心球体。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的三单元球形音箱,其特征在于,所述球形散热器为304不锈钢制成的实心球体。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的三单元球形音箱,其特征在于,所述三单元球形音箱还包括连接管和若干根导线,所述低音外壳后端面设有导线孔,所述连接管的一端与低音外壳的顶部表面贯穿固定,另一端与中音外壳底部表面贯穿固定;一根导线的一端与外部低音分频器连接,另一端穿过导线孔与低音扬声器连接;另一根导线的一端与外部中音分频器连接,另一端依次穿过导线孔,低音外壳空腔以及连接管后与中音扬声器连接。
