본 발명은 댄스스포츠 신발에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 댄스스포츠 신발의 외부바닥창 하면에 미끌림방지돌기구를 형성하여 댄스스포츠의 수행시, 미끌림을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 댄스스포츠 신발에 관한 것이다.
댄스 스포츠는 누구나 쉽게 배울 수 있고 건강에 좋은 스포츠이며, 레크레이션으로 즐길 수 있다. 반면에 점점 숙달이 되어 초보적 수준에서 상급의 수준에 이르게 될수록 체력과 고도의 기술, 그리고 파트너와의 조화를 요하는 것이 댄스 스포츠의 특징이다.
댄스스포츠가 과거에는 춤을 매개체로 하는 사교, 또는 오락적인 요소가 많았으나 현재는 IOC(국제올림픽위원회)에 가입을 앞두고 있는 스포츠의 한 종목으로서도 그 위상을 드높이고 있다. 이미 국내에서는 2013년에 전국체전 정식종목이 되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 생활체육과 엘리트체육은 물론 국민들의 뜨거운 관심종목 중의 하나가 되었다.
이와 같이 많은 관심 속에 댄스스포츠 선수들의 기량은 과거와는 비교할 수 없는 많은 발전을 가져왔으며, 메이크업과 전용 경기복, 또는 전용슈즈 등 거기에 따른 경기용품 또한 비약적인 발전을 가져온 것 또한 사실이다.
댄스스포츠가 과거에는 아름다움을 추구했다면 현재는 완전한 스포츠로써 좀 더 크고, 좀 더 강하며, 좀 더 빠른 움직임을 요구하고 있는 실정이며, 그러한 요건을 충족시키기 위해서 지면반력을 이용하여 빠르고 정확한 동작을 크고 강하게 구현하도록 하고 있다.
댄스스포츠 신발은 댄스의 종목에 따라 다양한 구조와 형태로 개발되어 있다. 댄스스포츠에서 발바닥은 플랫(Flat) 또는 호울푸트(Whole foot)라 부르고 있으며, 발가락(Toe) 부분, 발뒤꿈치를 제외한 발바닥 앞부분(Ball)과 발뒤꿈치(Heel)로 구분되며, 댄스스포츠의 동작 중 턴은 발가락이나 발바닥 앞부분을 바닥에 지지한 상태에서 실시하고 있다.
이러한 턴은 발가락이나 발바닥 앞부분에 체중이 집중되기 때문에 발가락, 발목 등의 부상이 흔히 발생하며, 마루 면에 닿는 신발이 미끄러져 균형을 잃게 되며 수행능력은 물론 자칫 심각한 사고를 초래할 수 있다.
또한, 댄스스포츠 신발의 발바닥 앞부분이 마모되어 매끄러워짐으로써 마루바닥에서의 미끌림 현상이 빈번하여 원활한 댄스스포츠 동작 수행에 어려움이 따르게 되는데, 이러한 문제를 조금이나마 줄이기 위해 댄스스포츠 선수들은 이마에 흐르는 땀을 손으로 닦아 슈즈 바닥면에 묻히는 등의 행위를 통해 마찰력을 조금 높이는 것에 만족해야 하는 실정이다.
따라서, 댄스스포츠 신발이 원래의 기능은 유지하면서 확실한 마찰력을 높일 수만 있다면 선수들의 경기력을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
본 발명의 배경이 되는 기술로는 대한민국등록특허 제10-1055699호 댄스스포츠 신발이 개시되어 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 실정을 감안하여 창안된 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 댄스스포츠 신발의 외부바닥창 하면에 미끌림방지돌기구를 형성하여 댄스스포츠의 수행시 댄스스포츠 신발이 마루바닥에서 미끌려지는 것을 방지하고, 상기 외부바닥창에 형성된 상기 미끌림방지돌기구가 댄스스포츠의 수행시 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 하는 댄스스포츠 신발을 제공하는데 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 착용자의 발등을 감싸도록 이루어지는 착용부; 상기 착용부의 하측에 설치되어 착용자의 발바닥이 안착되는 가죽재질의 내부밑창; 상기 내부밑창에 결합되되 가죽의 털이 지면 방향을 향하도록 결합되는 가죽재질의 외부바닥창;으로 이루어지고, 상기 외부바닥창의 하면부는, 뒷굽이 부착되는 후방면부와 다수개의 미끌림방지돌기구가 형성된 전방면부와 상기 후방면부에서 전방면부방향으로 경사지게 형성되는 경사면부로 이루어지며, 상기 미끌림방지돌기구는 상기 전방면부의 가장자리에 일렬되게 형성되고, 상기 전방면부에는 착용자 발의 종자골이 위치한 발바닥의 두툼한 부위에 대응되는 보조돌기구가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 외부바닥창에는 상기 미끌림방지돌기구를 고정하기 위한 고정홈이 하면에서 상면방향으로 관통되게 형성되고, 상기 고정홈은 원형 띠 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면 댄스스포츠 신발의 외부바닥창 하면에 돌출되게 형성된 미끌림방지돌기구로 인해 외부바닥창의 가죽 털이 마모되더라도 댄스스포츠의 수행시 미끌림이 방지되어 원활한 댄스스포츠를 수행할 수 있게 되고, 상기 미끌림방지돌기구가 외부바닥창으로부터 쉽게 이탈되지 않음에 따라 댄스스포츠 신발의 장기간 사용을 가능케 하여 경제적 이점을 제공하게 된다.

특히, 상기 외부바닥창(30)의 하면부 중 전방면부에 이러한 현상이 두드러지게 발생함으로 본 발명에서는 상기 외부바닥창(30)의 전방면부(32)에 다수개의 미끌림방지돌기구(40)를 형성하여 이러한 문제를 방지하게 된다.
즉, 상기 외부바닥창(30)의 하면부는 뒷굽(35)이 부착되는 후방면부(34)와, 실리콘재질로 이루어진 다수개의 미끌림방지돌기구(40)가 형성된 전방면부(32)와, 상기 후방면부(34)에서 전방면부방향으로 하향 경사지게 형성되는 경사면부(33)로 이루어지는데, 상기와 같은 문제를 방지하기 위한 상기 미끌림방지돌기구(40)는 상기 전방면부(32)의 가장자리를 따라 형성된다.

즉, 일반적으로 댄스스포츠의 수행시, 상기 전방면부(32)의 전체면을 활용하게 되나 댄스스포츠의 특성상 신체밸런스의 유지 및 신체 곡선의 미려함을 위해 발바닥의 두툼한 부위를 마루바닥에 미끄러지듯이 마찰하면서 수행하게 되는데, 이러한 과정에서 발바닥의 두툼한 부위와 대응되는 전방면부(32)의 부위가 더욱 많은 마찰력을 받게 되므로 본원 발명에서는 착용자 발의 종자골이 위치한 발바닥의 두툼한 부위와 대응되는 위치의 상기 전방면부(32)에 상기 보조돌기구(50)를 형성하여 장기간 댄스스포츠의 원활한 수행에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
또한, 상기 외부바닥창(30)이 가죽재질로 이루어지는 이유는, 댄스스포츠의 특성상 발가락의 구부림 동작, 발의 움직임 등이 수시로 변경되는데, 상기 외부바닥창(30)이 일반적인 신발과 같이 PP재질로 이루어지는 경우 발가락의 구부림동작이나 발의 움직임에 유연하게 대응하지 못하는 문제가 있으므로 본 발명에서는 상기 외부바닥창(30)을 가죽재질로 구성함으로써 댄스스포츠의 수행을 원활히 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
또한, 상기 외부바닥창(30)에는 상기 미끌림방지돌기구(40)를 고정하기 위한 고정홈(36)이 상기 외부바닥창(30)의 하면에서 상면방향으로 관통되게 형성된다.
즉, 액상의 실리콘을 상기 고정홈(36)에 투여하여 일정시간 방치하여 굳힘으로써 상기 미끌림방지돌기구(40)가 형성되도록 하는 것이다.
이때, 상기 고정홈(36)은 원형 띠 형상으로 형성되는데, 이는 상기 미끌림방지돌기구(40)의 형성시 원형 띠의 안쪽부분에 해당되는 외부바닥창의 가죽 털이 상기 미끌림방지돌기구(40)에 함께 결합되어 굳혀짐으로써 댄스스포츠의 수행시 상기 미끌림방지돌기구(40)가 외부바닥창(30)으로부터 떨어져 나가는 것을 방지하기 위함인 것이다.
또한, 상기 고정홈(36)을 통해 상기 미끌림방지돌기구(40)를 형성하는 경우, 상기 고정홈(36)으로 투여된 액상의 실리콘이 상기 내부밑창(20)과 외부바닥창(30)사이로 흘러들어 굳혀짐으로써 재차 상기 미끌림방지돌기구(40)의 이탈을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
상기와 같이 본 발명을 상세히 설명하였으나, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에 통상의 지식을 갖는 자라면 본 발명의 범주에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 변형실시가 가능할 것이다. 그러므로, 본 발명의 범위는 상술한 실시예에 한정하지 않고, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라, 이 청구범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 착용자의 발등을 감싸도록 이루어지는 착용부; 상기 착용부의 하측에 설치되어 착용자의 발바닥이 안착되는 가죽재질의 내부밑창; 상기 내부밑창에 결합되되 가죽의 털이 지면 방향을 향하도록 결합되는 가죽재질의 외부바닥창;으로 이루어지고,
    상기 외부바닥창의 하면부는, 뒷굽이 부착되는 후방면부와 다수개의 미끌림방지돌기구가 형성된 전방면부와 상기 후방면부에서 전방면부방향으로 경사지게 형성되는 경사면부로 이루어지며,
    상기 미끌림방지돌기구는 상기 전방면부의 가장자리에 일렬되게 형성되고, 상기 전방면부에는 착용자 발의 종자골이 위치한 발바닥의 두툼한 부위에 대응되는 보조돌기구가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댄스스포츠 신발.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 외부바닥창에는 상기 미끌림방지돌기구를 고정하기 위한 고정홈이 하면에서 상면방향으로 관통되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댄스스포츠 신발.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 고정홈은 원형 띠 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댄스스포츠 신발.
