본 발명은 아기용 쿠션에 관한 것으로서, 아기(영/유아)의 머리와 신체부분을 기대어 잘 수 있도록 베개부와 쿠션부가 형성되어 자는 동안 아기의 몸이 뒤집히지 않고 고정될 수 있도록 하여 질식사와 같은 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있으며, 상기 쿠션부를 탈부착 가능하게 하여 사용자의 상황에 대해 알맞게 적용할 수 있음은 물론, 유지 보수가 용이한 아기용 쿠션에 관한 것이다.

Description

아기용 쿠션
본 발명은 아기용 쿠션에 관한 것으로서, 아기(영/유아)의 머리와 신체부분을 기대어 잘 수 있도록 베개부와 쿠션부가 형성되어 자는 동안 아기의 몸이 뒤집히지 않고 고정될 수 있도록 하여 질식사와 같은 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있으며, 상기 쿠션부를 탈부착 가능하게 하여 사용자의 상황에 대해 알맞게 적용할 수 있음은 물론, 유지 보수가 용이한 아기용 쿠션에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 베개는 사용자의 목을 받쳐주어 숙면을 취할 수 있게 만드는 것을 말한다.
이러한 종래의 베개는 성인들을 대상으로 주로 제작되었기 때문에 (영)유아들이 보다 편안하게 잠을 취할 수 있도록 만드는 베개가 필요했다.
또한, 유아가 보다 안전하게 잠을 잘 수 있도록 유아가 뒤집히는 것을 방지할 수 있는 구성을 제공하여 유아를 보호하면서도 가슴부분에 무게를 주어 안정감을 느끼게 할 수 있는 구성에 대한 연구가 필요했다.
또한, 영유아의 경우 본능적으로 손이나 발을 움직이게 되는데, 이러한 활동에 의해 이불이 안면을 덮거나 또는 스스로 엎드린 상태가 되어 질식하게 되는 안전사고의 우려가 높은 문제점이 있었다.
대한민국 등록실용신안 제377,121호에 개시되어 있는 영유아용 베개는 머리받침부와 목받침부를 제공하여 목과 머리를 받쳐주는 기술만 개시하고 있을 뿐이어서 유아가 보다 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있고, 뒤집혀서 발생되는 안전사고를 방지할 수 없다는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 아기(영/유아)의 머리를 놓일 수 있는 베개부와, 아기의 신체를 고정할 수 있도록 상기 베개부의 양측에 탈부착되도록 결합되는 한 쌍의 쿠션부에 의해 아기가 자는 동안 몸이 뒤집히지 않고 고정될 수 있도록 하여 질식사와 같은 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 아기용 쿠션을 제공한다.
또한, 쿠션부의 일측 또는 타측에 연결부가 마련되어 안전띠에 의해 쿠션부의 간격을 조절할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 체형의 아기에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 아기용 쿠션을 제공한다.
또한, 아기의 신체(팔/다리)를 고정할 수 있는 안착홈의 내측에 통풍홈을 형성하여 상대적으로 연약한 아기의 피부 트러블을 방지하고 체온조절을 할 수 있도록 하는 아기용 쿠션을 제공한다.
아울러, 쿠션부의 탈부착이 가능하여 아기를 재울 때, 안거나 또는 눕힌 상태 등 다양한 상황에 알맞은 형태로 변형하여 적용할 수 있으며, 세탁, 수선 등 유지 보수가 용이한 아기용 쿠션을 제공한다.
상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 아기용 쿠션은 아기의 머리부분이 안착될 수 있도록 오목한 형태로 이루어진 헤드부(110)가 구비되며, 내부에 쿠션부재(120)가 충진된 베개부(100)와; 상기 베개부(100)의 양측 단부에 베개부를 기준으로 상호 대칭되도록 결합되는 한 쌍의 쿠션부(200)를 포함하되, 상기 쿠션부(200)는 외주면에 적어도 2개 이상의 안착부(300)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 쿠션부(200)는 탈부착이 가능하도록 상기 베개부(100)와 결합되는 부분에 체결부재(210)가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 쿠션부(200)는 일측 또는 타측에 연결부(220)가 형성되고, 상기 연결부의 내측을 관통하여 부착되도록 외주면에 암, 수 벨크로(231,232)가 형성되어 쿠션부의 간격 조절을 할 수 있는 안전띠(230)가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이와 같이 본 발명은 아기(영/유아)의 머리를 놓일 수 있는 베개부와, 아기의 신체를 고정할 수 있도록 상기 베개부의 양측에 탈부착되도록 결합되는 한 쌍의 쿠션부에 의해 아기가 자는 동안 몸이 뒤집히지 않고 고정될 수 있도록 하여 질식사와 같은 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 쿠션부의 일측 또는 타측에 연결부가 마련되어 안전띠에 의해 쿠션부의 간격을 조절할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 체형의 아기에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다.

본 발명에 따른 아기용 쿠션은 바람직하게는 베개부(100)와, 쿠션부(200)와, 안착부(300)로 구성된다.
이에 상기 베개부(100)는 아기의 머리부분이 안착될 수 있도록 오목한 형태로 이루어진 헤드부(110)가 구비되며, 내부에 쿠션부재(120)가 충진되어 형성된다.
이때, 상기 헤드부(110)는 오목한 형태를 유지할 수 있도록 바람직하게는 테두리 부분을 재봉선에 의해 형성되는 것으로, 베개부(100)의 중앙부분에 배치될 수 있다.
이러한 헤드부(110)는 아기의 머리 부분을 부드럽고 포근하게 지지해주는 역할을 함과 동시에, 아기의 머리 부분 중 후두부가 자연스럽게 위치하도록 하여 바람직한 두상의 골격을 형성할 수 있도록 하고, 편안한 자세로 숙면을 유도할 수 있다.

이때, 상기 연결부(220)는 고리 형태로 형성될 수 있고, 상기 안전띠(230)는 외주면에 암, 수 벨크로(231,232)가 형성되어 상기 고리 형태의 연결부를 관통하여 부착될 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 상기 연결부(220)는 바람직한 일 실시예로, 도 6 내지 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이, 제1블록(221) 및 상기 제1블록과 결합되어 일측을 회전축으로 타측이 회전 가능한 제2블록(222)으로 이루어진다.
즉, 상기 연결부(220)는 제1블록(221) 및 제2블록(222)의 결착 및 분리를 통해 상기 안전띠(230)를 고정 및 개방하도록 하는 것을 의미할 수 있다.
이에 상기 연결부(220)를 통해 안전띠(230)를 고정하는 방법에 대해 설명한다.
먼저, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 제2블록(222)의 일측에 회전축(힌지)을 기준으로 개방시킬 수 있으며, 사용자가 용이하게 개방이 가능하도록 제2블록의 일측이 절곡된 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
이후, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이, 사용자는 안전띠(230)를 상기 제1블록(221)의 위에 위치한 후, 제2블록(222)을 회전시켜 폐쇄함으로서, 안전띠를 고정할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 안전띠(230)의 견고한 고정을 위해, 상기 연결부(220)의 제1블록(221)은 상기 제2블록(222)과 접촉되는 제1내측면(223) 및 상기 제1내측면 상에 배치된 제1패킹(224)이 형성되고, 상기 제2블록(222)은 상기 제1블록(221)과 접촉되는 제2내측면(225) 및 상기 제2내측면 상에 배치된 제2패킹(226)이 형성된다.
이때, 상기 제1패킹(224) 및 제2패킹(226)은 고무와 같은 탄성을 갖는 소재로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 상술한 방법에서 상기 제1블록(221)과 제2블록(222)의 사이에 제1패킹(224) 및 제2패킹(226)이 배치되어 안전띠(230)가 상기 제1,2패킹 사이에 개재된 상태로 고정될 수 있으며, 탄성 소재에 의해 더욱 견고하게 고정될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 제1패킹(224)의 단면은 상기 제2블록(222)이 상기 제1블록(221)과 결합되는 방향으로 갈수록 점점 두꺼워지고, 상기 제2패킹(226)의 단면은 상기 제2블록(222)이 상기 제1블록(221)으로부터 분리되는 방향으로 갈수록 점점 두꺼워지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이러한 제1패킹(224) 및 제2패킹(226)은 사용자가 안전띠를 게재한 후, 제2블록(222)을 제1블록 방향으로 회전하여 고정시키는 과정에서, 서로 대향되는 방향으로 구배를 갖는 구조를 통해 더욱 견고한 체결력을 가질 수 있다.
한편, 도 8 내지 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 제1패킹(224)은 상기 제1내측면(223)과 소정 간격 이격되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제1패킹(224)은 길이 방향으로 관통하는 관통홀(227) 및 상기 관통홀을 통과하여 상기 제1패킹을 지지하는 지지대(228)를 포함한다.
즉, 상기 제1패킹(224)이 제1블록(221)의 제1내측면(223)과 소정 간격(d)으로 이격되어 배치됨에 따라, 지지대(228)의 고정축(229)를 기준으로 제1패킹이 소정의 회전 운동을 할 수 있도록 형성된다.
이때, 상기 관통홀(227)은 상기 제1패킹(224)의 너비(W) 방향을 따라 연장되며, 상기 제1패킹은 상기 관통홀을 통과하는 상기 지지대(228)를 중심으로 좌,우 운동이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
즉, 상기 제1패킹(224)의 지지대(228)에 의한 회전 운동 및 관통홀(227)에 의한 좌,우 운동에 따라 아기로 하여금 쿠션부(200)가 너무 꽉 조이지 않고 편안한 착용감을 가질 수 있도록 할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기 제2패킹(226)은 상기 제1패킹(224)과 동일한 형태로 형성될 수 있으나, 연결부(220)의 내구성을 고려하여 제2패킹(226)은 제2내측면(235) 상에 직접 배치되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 쿠션부(200)는 바람직하게는 외주면에 적어도 2개 이상의 안착부(300)가 형성된다.
이때, 상기 안착부(300)는 아기의 신체 중 팔과 다리 부분이 놓여질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것으로, 아기의 팔이나 다리가 흘러내리는 것을 방지하고, 수면 중에 몸이 뒤집히는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 안착부(300)는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 쿠션부(200)의 몸체를 기준으로 사선방향으로 형성되며, 내측에는 통풍홈(310)이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
즉, 상기 안착부(300)는 사선방향으로 형성되어 아기의 신체 구조상 팔, 다리가 편안하게 안착될 수 있도록 하는 역할을 한다.
또한, 상기 통풍홈(310)은 바람직하게는 안착부의 내측에 적어도 1개 이상이 형성되는 것으로, 아기의 팔이나 다리가 놓여진 상태에서도 통풍홈을 통해 공기가 통과할 수 있도록 하여 더운 여름철에도 아기의 체온조절이 가능하여 땀띠, 습진 등의 피부트러블을 방지할 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 아기(영/유아)의 머리를 놓일 수 있는 베개부와, 아기의 신체를 고정할 수 있도록 상기 베개부의 양측에 탈부착되도록 결합되는 한 쌍의 쿠션부에 의해 아기가 자는 동안 몸이 뒤집히지 않고 고정될 수 있도록 하여 질식사와 같은 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 쿠션부의 일측 또는 타측에 연결부가 마련되어 안전띠에 의해 쿠션부의 간격을 조절할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 체형의 아기에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다.
또한, 아기의 신체(팔/다리)를 고정할 수 있는 안착홈의 내측에 통풍홈을 형성하여 상대적으로 연약한 아기의 피부 트러블을 방지하고 체온조절을 할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다.
아울러, 쿠션부의 탈부착이 가능하여 아기를 재울 때, 안거나 또는 눕힌 상태 등 다양한 상황에 알맞은 형태로 변형하여 적용할 수 있으며, 세탁, 수선 등 유지 보수가 용이한 장점이 있다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적의 실시예들이 개시되었다. 여기서, 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진자라면, 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 아기의 머리부분이 안착될 수 있도록 오목한 형태로 이루어진 헤드부(110)가 구비되며, 내부에 쿠션부재(120)가 충진된 베개부(100)와;
    상기 베개부(100)의 양측 단부에 베개부를 기준으로 상호 대칭되도록 결합되는 한 쌍의 쿠션부(200)를 포함하되,
    상기 쿠션부(200)는 외주면에 적어도 2개 이상의 안착부(300)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기용 쿠션.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 쿠션부(200)는
    탈부착이 가능하도록 상기 베개부(100)와 결합되는 부분에 체결부재(210)가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기용 쿠션.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 쿠션부(200)는
    일측 또는 타측에 연결부(220)가 형성되고, 상기 연결부의 내측을 관통하여 부착되도록 외주면에 암, 수 벨크로(231,232)가 형성되어 쿠션부의 간격 조절을 할 수 있는 안전띠(230)가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기용 쿠션.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 안착부(300)는
    아기의 신체 중 팔과 다리 부분이 걸쳐지는 경우, 팔이나 다리가 흘러내리는 것을 방지하고, 수면 중에 몸이 뒤집혀 안전사고가 발생되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 상기 쿠션부(200)의 몸체를 기준으로 사선방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기용 쿠션.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 안착부(300)는
    내측에는 공기가 통과하여 아기의 체온조절을 할 수 있도록 통풍홈(310)이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아기용 쿠션.
