本发明涉及一种充电装置及电动代步车。
背景技术
电动代步车例如电动自行车、两轮自动平衡车、独轮平衡代步车、电动滑板车等,在充电时,均需手动将外接电线与设备进行插拔连接,使用不方便,且电动代步车的常规落地存放方式占地面积大,易磕绊行人。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种便于电动代步车充电及存放的充电装置及电动代步车。
一种充电装置,包括:
本体部;以及
挂钩,与所述本体部连接,所述挂钩用于挂放电动代步车,并与所述电动代步车电连接。
一种电动代步车,用于挂放在上述的充电装置上,并与所述挂钩电连接。
一种充电装置,包括:
支架,包括本体部及挂钩,所述挂钩与所述本体部连接,所述挂钩用于挂放电动代步车;以及
第一接触部,设于所述支架上,所述第一接触部用于与所述电动代步车 电连接。
一种电动代步车,用于挂放在上述的任一种充电装置上,并与所述第一接触部电连接。

下面参考图1-图11描述充电装置100与电动代步车200配合的结构示意图。其中,电动代步车200可以是电动自行车、两轮自动平衡车、独轮平衡代步车、电动滑板车等。
如图1-图11所示,充电装置100包括支架11和多个第一接触部12。
具体地,支架11包括本体部111和挂钩112,挂钩112用于挂放电动代步车200。由此,可以避免将电动代步车200存放在地面上,减少电动代步车200的占地空间,且可以减小磕绊行人的危险。第一接触部12设在支架11上,第一接触部12与电源电连接,电动代步车200上设有多个用于与第一接触部12电连接的第二接触部21,第二接触部21与电动代步车200的电路系统电连接。值得一提的是,这里所说的电源并不是电动代步车200内置的电源,而是外置的与充电装置100连接的电源。由此,当电动代步车200挂放在挂钩112上时,即可实现给电动代步车200充电,便于电动代步车200 的充电,避免用户忘记充电,同时可延长电动代步车200内的电池的寿命。
需要说明的是,挂钩112的形状不做限制,挂钩112可依据不同产品的外形和存放需求设置。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图5、图9-图11所示,第一接触部12设有多个,且多个第一接触部12均设在挂钩112上。相应地,第二接触部21设在电动代步车200的与挂钩112接触的部分。当电动代步车200挂放在挂钩112上时,第一接触部12和第二接触部21接触,可以实现同时给电动代步车200充电的目的。不仅可以避免将电动代步车200存放在地面上,减少电动代步车200的占地空间,减小磕绊行人的危险,而且无需动手将外接电线与电动代步车200进行插拔连接,便于实现电动代步车200的充电,且可以避免用户忘记充电,同时可延长电动代步车200内的电池的寿命。
可选地,如图1-图5所示,挂钩112为两个,第一接触部12为两个且分别设在两个挂钩112上。相应地,第二接触部21为两个,第二接触部21在电动代步车200上间隔分布且分别与两个第一接触部12接触以实现电连接。当电动代步车200挂放在挂钩112上时,第一接触部12和第二接触部21接触,可以实现同时给电动代步车200充电的目的。不仅可以避免将电动代步车200存放在地面上,减少电动代步车200的占地空间,减小磕绊行人的危险,而且无需动手将外接电线与电动代步车200进行插拔连接,便于实现电动代步车200的充电,且可以避免用户忘记充电,同时可延长电动代步车200内的电池的寿命。同时,两个挂钩112还可以提高电动代步车200固定的可靠性。
其中,挂钩112可以为导电挂钩,也即一个挂钩112就相当于一个第一接触部12。例如,在图1-图5所示的示例中,支架11上设有两个挂钩112, 每个挂钩112均为导电挂钩,当电动代步车200上的第二接触部21与挂钩112接触时,即可实现电源与电动代步车200的电路系统的电连接,也就能实现同时给电动代步车200充电的目的。这样,不仅可以避免将电动代步车200存放在地面上,减少电动代步车200的占地空间,减小磕绊行人的危险,而且无需动手将外接电线与电动代步车200进行插拔连接,便于实现电动代步车200的充电,且可以避免用户忘记充电,同时可延长电动代步车200内的电池的寿命。
当然,本发明不限于此,如图9-图11所示,挂钩112还可以为一个,第一接触部12为两个且在挂钩112上间隔分布。相应地,第二接触部21为两个,第二接触部21在电动代步车200上间隔分布且分别与同一挂钩112上的两个第一接触部12接触以实现电连接。当电动代步车200挂放在挂钩112上时,第一接触部12和第二接触部21接触,可以实现同时给电动代步车200充电的目的。不仅可以避免将电动代步车200存放在地面上,减少电动代步车200的占地空间,减小磕绊行人的危险,而且无需动手将外接电线与电动代步车200进行插拔连接,便于实现电动代步车200的充电,且可以避免用户忘记充电,同时可延长电动代步车200内的电池的寿命。同时,设置一个挂钩112可以简化电动代步车200的结构,有利于节约生产周期,降低生产成本。

在本发明的另一些实施例中,第一接触部12可以均设在本体部111上。当电动代步车200挂放在挂钩112上时,电动代步车200的车身的其他部分可以与本体部111接触,在本体部111上设置第一接触部12,并在车身上设置与第一接触部12接触的第二接触部21,可以实现电源与电动代步车200的电路系统的电连接。当电动代步车200挂放在挂钩112上时,不仅可以避免将电动代步车200存放在地面上,减少电动代步车200的占地空间,减小磕绊行人的危险,而且无需动手将外接电线与电动代步车200进行插拔连接,便于实现电动代步车200的充电,且可以避免用户忘记充电,同时可延长电动代步车200内的电池的寿命。另外还可以增加电动代步车200结构的多样性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1-图11所示,第一接触部12和第二接触部21均为导电片。由此可以简化第一接触部12和第二接触部21的结构及加工工艺,节约生产周期,降低生产成本。
当然,本发明不限于此,第一接触部12和第二接触部21中的一个可以为导电凹槽,第一接触部12和第二接触部21中的另一个可以为与导电凹槽配合的导电凸起。由此,当导电凸起配合在导电凹槽内时,可以增加第一接 触部12和第二接触部21之间连接的可靠性,从而提高电动代步车200工作的可靠性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,挂钩112与本体部111卡接或螺纹连接。由此可以增加挂钩112与本体部111之间连接的可靠性,从而提高电动代步车200挂放的可靠性,防止电动代步车200从支架11上掉落。当然,挂钩112还可以通过夹子、吸盘等结构固定在本体部111上,只要能够将挂钩112固定于本体部111上即可。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1、图6、图8和图9所示,支架11还包括用于支撑在地面上的支腿113,本体部111的下端与支腿113连接。由此,可以将支架11立在地面上,便于电动代步车200的存放和充电。
当然,本发明不限于此,支架11上还可以设有固定部,固定部适于与墙面、桌沿卡接或螺纹连接。由此,可以根据用户需求将电动代步车200存放在合适的位置。例如,可以利用夹子、螺钉、吸盘、卡扣等将支架11固定在桌沿等平板、桌腿等立式圆柱或墙面等平面上,满足用户的存放需求。
下面参考图1-图11描述根据本发明三个具体实施例的充电装置100与电动代步车200,值得理解的是,下述描述只是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例一
如图1-图5所示,根据本发明实施例的充电装置100包括本体部111和两个挂钩112,本体部111和两个挂钩112连接形成支架11。
挂钩112通过螺钉连接在本体部111上,电动代步车200用于挂放在挂钩112上。两个挂钩112均为导电挂钩,也即,两个挂钩112均被构造成第一接触部12而与电源连接。电动代步车200上设有两个间隔开的第二接触部 21,第二接触部21与电动代步车200的电路系统电连接。其中,第二接触部21为导电片,例如金属片。当电动代步车200挂放在挂钩112上时,两个第二接触部21分别与两个挂钩112接触并电连接,从而在存放的同时进行充电,操作方便,避免忘记充电,可延长电动代步车200内电池的寿命。同时将电动代步车200挂式存放,有利于节省空间。
当然,用于给电动代步车200充电的挂钩112和第二接触部21均至少是两个,允许因为信号校验、或者备份作用,再追加一定数量的挂钩112和第二接触部21。
如图1所示,支架11还包括适于支撑在地面上的支腿113,本体部111的下端与支腿113连接以使支架11立在地面上,便于电动代步车200的存放和充电。
当然,本发明中的挂钩112可以依据需要利用夹子、螺钉、吸盘、卡扣等固定在桌沿等平板、桌腿等立式圆柱或墙面等平面上,或本发明中的支架11上可以设有固定部,固定部可以利用夹子、螺钉、吸盘、卡扣等将支架11固定在桌沿等平板、桌腿等立式圆柱或墙面等平面上。
实施例二
如图6-图8所示,本实施例与实施例一的结构大致相同,其中相同的部件采用相同的附图标记,不同之处仅在于,本实施例中,充电装置100包括一个挂钩112且该挂钩112为导电挂钩以被构造成其中一个第一接触部12,另一个第一接触部12设在本体部111上,且另一个第一接触部12为导电片。相应地,电动代步车200上设有两个与第一接触部12一一对应的第二接触部21,与挂钩112接触的第二接触部21为设在电动代步车200上的导电片,与本体部111上的第一接触部12接触的第二接触部21为电动代步车200的一 部分,即电动代步车200的一部分为导电件且被构造成一个第二接触部21。
实施例三
如图9-图11所示,本实施例与实施例一的结构大致相同,其中相同的部件采用相同的附图标记,不同之处仅在于挂钩112为一个,两个第一接触部12均设在挂钩112上且在挂钩112上间隔设置,两个第一接触部12均为设在挂钩112上的导电片,电动代步车200上设有两个与第一接触部12一一对应的第二接触部21,两个第二接触部21均为设在电动代步车200上的导电片。
综上所述,在电动代步车200挂放在充电装置100上的同时,还可以实现电动代步车200的充电,不仅可以避免将电动代步车200存放在地面上,减少电动代步车200的占地空间,减小磕绊行人的危险,而且无需动手将外接电线与电动代步车200进行插拔连接,便于实现电动代步车200的充电,且可以避免忘记充电,同时可延长电池寿命。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种充电装置,其特征在于,包括:
    本体部;以及
    挂钩,与所述本体部连接,所述挂钩用于挂放电动代步车,并与所述电动代步车电连接。
  2. 一种充电装置,其特征在于,包括:
    支架,包括本体部及挂钩,所述挂钩与所述本体部连接,所述挂钩用于挂放电动代步车;以及
    第一接触部,设于所述支架上,所述第一接触部用于与所述电动代步车电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一接触部设有多个,多个所述第一接触部均设于所述挂钩上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述挂钩为两个,所述第一接触部为两个,两个所述第一接触部分别设于两个所述挂钩上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述挂钩为一个,所述第一接触部为两个,两个所述第一接触部间隔分布在所述挂钩上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一接触部设有多个,部分所述第一接触部设于所述挂钩上,部分所述第一接触部设于所述本体部上。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述第一接触部设有多个,多个所述第一接触部均设于所述本体部上。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述电动代步车上设有与所述第一接触部电连接的第二接触部,所述第一接触部与所述第二接触 部均为导电片。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述电动代步车上设有与所述第一接触部电连接的第二接触部,所述第一接触部为导电凹槽,所述第二接触部为与所述导电凹槽配合的导电凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述电动代步车上设有与所述第一接触部电连接的第二接触部,所述第一接触部为导电凸起,所述第二接触部为与所述导电凸起配合的导电凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述支架还包括支腿,所述支腿与所述本体部的下端连接,所述支腿用于支撑在地面上。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于,所述支架还包括固定部,所述固定部用于与墙面或桌沿卡接,或者,所述固定部用于与墙面或桌沿螺纹连接。
  13. 一种电动代步车,其特征在于,用于挂放在如权利要求2-12任一项所述的充电装置上,并与所述第一接触部电连接。
  14. 一种电动代步车,其特征在于,用于挂放在如权利要求1所述的充电装置上,并与所述挂钩电连接。
