技术领域

背景技术
在现在的冷藏冷冻装置中,都设置有显示屏,用于显示设备的各种信息,例如用来显示冷藏冷冻设备的设定温度等信息。当显示屏点亮时,显示屏显示部分显示的信息透过装饰面板显示出来,便于用户掌握冰箱运行信息。亚克力板用在门体上主要是用做装饰性。然而,不论冷藏冷冻装置的显示屏点亮还是关闭,均能在装饰面板,即亚克力板上显示出显示屏或独立的显示区域,对冷藏冷冻装置的外观造成很大的影响。
发明内容

在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3和图5所示,显示装置30设置于主体20的打开侧的上部。主体20还包括上壳22、后罩24和处于打开侧的第一侧壳23。第一侧壳23的上部前侧具有第一缺口;上壳22的打开侧前部具有第二缺口。后罩24安装于第一侧壳23、上壳22和前面板,以限定出容纳显示装置30的容纳空间。透明板50设置于第一缺口和第二缺口处。透明板50的后表面均具有第一凹陷,真镀膜件40安装于第一凹陷。透明板50的后表面均具有第二凹陷,触摸膜件60安装于第二凹陷。透明板50的一个端面优选为与第一侧壳23的外表面处于同一平面或同一曲面上。透明板50的上端面优选为与上壳22的外表面处于同一平面或同一曲面上。在本发明的一些替代性实施例中,第一侧壳23和上壳22均不设置缺口,透明板50直接安装于前面板、第一侧壳23和上壳22以及后罩24围成的空间内。
在该实施例中,透明板50为亚克力透明区,透明区域70为玻璃透明区,后部用真镀膜件40和主体20中的结构件围成一个封闭黑空间,利用真镀膜件40的特性形成显示装置隐藏区,显示装置30固定于显示装置隐藏区内,当点亮显示装置30时,显示文字等映射到透明板50,在显示装置30关闭后,显示装置30隐藏,可实现整体的门体显示效果,创造了一种新的显示使用体验。
在本发明的一些实施例中,显示装置30可通过板架安装于容纳空间内。板架可包括平行于前面板延伸的板体部和至少一个向后凸出于板体部的弹片,以在显示装置30安装至板体部后使得弹片弹性抵接于后罩24,从而在前后方向(即门体的厚度方向)上对显示装置 30进行定位。板架与后罩24之间通过弹片软接触,可在前后方向上的一定范围内都可对显示装置30进行良好的定位,从而可保证显示装置30、真镀膜件40、透明板50、触摸膜件60和透明区域70相互紧贴。同时,也可利用弹片的变形能力缓冲显示装置30和后罩24在前后方向上的受力,从而避免显示装置30因受力过大而产生水波纹甚至损坏。进一步地,弹片的中间断开,以形成关于沿前后方向延伸的竖直平面对称设置的第一半部和第二半部。第一半部和第二半部的断开端可相对自由地运动,且弹片中间断开的开口可以为第一半部和第二半部的变形提供一定的让位空间。当弹片受到一定大小的作用力时,相比于完整的弹片来说,中间断开的弹片能够产生更大的弹性变形,从而增大弹片的形变能力,以为显示装置30提供更佳的定位和缓冲作用。同时,当作用在弹片上的作用力大到一定程度后,第一半部的断开端与第二半部的断开端可相互抵接,从而消除第一半部与第二半部之间的开口。此时,弹片的形变能力减弱,从而可提供更大的抵靠力。优选地,弹片的数量为三个,设置于显示装置30的上下两端以及中部。
在本发明的一些实施例中,门体还包括连通容纳空间和环境空间的进风风道和出风风道,进风风道内设有进风风机,进风风机配置成在显示装置30所处空间内的湿度达到预设的湿度阈值时受控地启动,以促使环境空气经进风风道流向容纳空间,以能够更加有效地带走显示装置30所产生的热量,而且还能够通过空气的加速流通产生明显的防凝露效果。本领域技术人员应理解,本发明实施例中所称的湿度阈值可以是用户或设计人员根据实际情况或实验结果而自行设定的湿度值,该湿度值通常用相对湿度值来表示,例如湿度阈值可以为60%、70%或80%。进风风机为离心风机,离心风机的压损小,送风效率较高,因此能够提高散热效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,本发明还提供了一种冷藏冷冻装置。该冷藏冷冻装置可为压缩式制冷冰箱或半导体式制冷冰箱。该冷藏冷冻装置可包括箱体和上述任一实施例中的门体。箱体可用于限定储物间室。门体可枢转地安装于箱体,以打开或关闭储物间室。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冷藏冷冻装置的门体,其特征在于,包括:
    主体,配置成打开或关闭所述冷藏冷冻装置的储物间室;
    显示装置,设置于所述主体内;和
    真镀膜件,其具有透明层,以及利用真空镀膜工艺在所述透明层的一侧或两侧表面形成的真镀膜层;所述真镀膜件安装于所述主体,且设置于所述显示装置的前方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其特征在于,还包括:
    触摸膜件,设置于所述真镀膜件的前方,且与所述显示装置电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,其特征在于,还包括:
    透明板,设置于所述触摸膜件和所述真镀膜件之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门体,其特征在于,
    所述主体包括前面板,所述前面板设置于所述触摸膜件的前方;且
    所述前面板的处于所述触摸膜件前方的区域为透明区域。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的门体,其特征在于,
    所述透明板为亚克力板;
    所述前面板的透明区域为玻璃,所述前面板的其余区域包括玻璃层和设置于所述玻璃层内侧的印刷层。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其特征在于,
    所述真镀膜件的所述透明层由聚碳酸酯制成。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其特征在于,
    所述真镀膜件的透光率为5%至8%。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的门体,其特征在于,
    所述显示装置设置于所述主体的打开侧的上部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的门体,其特征在于,
    所述主体还包括上壳、后罩和处于打开侧的第一侧壳;
    所述第一侧壳的上部前侧具有第一缺口;
    所述上壳的打开侧前部具有第二缺口;
    所述后罩安装于所述第一侧壳、所述上壳和所述前面板,以限定出容纳所述显示装置的容纳空间;
    所述透明板设置于所述第一缺口和所述第二缺口处;
    所述透明板的后表面均具有第一凹陷,所述真镀膜件安装于所述第一凹陷;
    所述透明板的后表面均具有第二凹陷,所述触摸膜件安装于所述第二凹陷。
  10. 一种冷藏冷冻装置,包括用于限定储物间室的箱体,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1所述的门体,所述门体可枢转地安装于所述箱体,以打开或关闭所述储物间室。
