汽车清洁刷 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁刷,尤其涉及一种汽车清洁刷。
背景技术
汽车在使用一段时间后,在汽车的表面会附上一层污渍或者灰层,影响汽车美观,如灰层积累在挡风玻璃上还会影响驾驶人的视线。为此,需要对汽车进行经常性的清洗。家庭常用的清洗方式为,直接拿一根清水管对车表面进行冲洗,再用抹布或者刷子进行刷洗,能够在一定程度上清洗车上灰层,然而清洗效果并不是特别地好。为了能够实现更好地进行清洗,人们设计了一种清洁刷,该清洁刷包括一刷头以及一连接清水的接水管,刷头上开设有出水口,该接水管上设置一储存皂液的皂液盒,清洗时,将皂液盒的皂液添加于接水管内,由于清水中存在了皂液,对汽车表面起到了很好的清洗效果。然而,对于现有的清洁刷,皂液添加结构较为复杂,皂液的添加方式较为繁琐。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种汽车清洁刷,结构简单,能够很好地进行皂液的添加,操作方便。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种汽车清洁刷,包括刷头、连接该刷头的出水管和设置于该出水管上的皂液盒,其特征在于:所述出水管和皂液盒之间设置有受压力控制保证皂液只能从皂液盒流向出水管的单向阀,所述皂液盒上设置有弹性压盖,弹性压盖用于将皂液从单向阀挤出。
采用上述技术方案后,具有如下优点:本发明利用一单向阀,使得皂液只能向出水管方向流动,利用一弹性压盖实现由皂液盒向出水管内添加皂液,保证水管内的水不能进入皂液盒,并且方便使用。
弹性压盖的结构可以是:该弹性压盖上形成有至少一个针孔。弹性压盖为弹性材料制成,如橡胶等。采用这种结构后,本发明利用一单向阀,使得皂液只能向出水管方向流动,利用一弹性压盖实现由皂液盒向出水管内添加皂液,用手指按压弹性压盖时,虽然,弹性压盖上的针孔被打开,然而,由于手指表面与弹性压盖表面的紧密贴合,使得手指表面将弹性压盖上的针孔进行密封,故在皂液盒内形成了一个密封的空间,随着手 指持续向下按压,皂液盒内的密封空间体积被压小,密封空间内的压强变大,单向阀打开,皂液盒内的皂液进入出水管内,皂液添加完成后,手指松开,手指表面对弹性压盖针孔的密封消失,外部空气进入皂液盒内,同时,弹性压盖在自身弹性材料的弹力作用下,逐渐恢复原状,外部空气进入的速度快于弹性压盖恢复的速度,在空气完全进入后,弹性压盖才恢复到原状,弹性压盖上的针孔,也随着逐渐闭合,防止了皂液盒内的皂液在无外力作用下泄漏,本发明采用一个弹性压盖即可实现皂液的添加,具有结构简单的特点,能够很好地进行皂液的添加,在使用时,只需按压弹性压盖和松开弹性压盖即可,操作方便。
进一步地,所述皂液盒上开设有加料口,该加料口上旋合有中空的皂液盒盖,所述弹性压盖设置有皂液盒盖的顶部,通过设置皂液盒盖便于皂液的添加,同时方便了弹性压盖的设置。
优选地,所述针孔通过针在弹性压盖上刺穿而成,采用针刺穿弹性压盖来形成针孔,针孔形成类似于上大下小的V形孔,无外力作用情况下,弹性压盖在材料弹性的作用下,能够很好地将针孔进行密封,有效防止皂液盒内的皂液外流。
作为改进,所述出水管上开设有加皂孔,所述单向阀包括置于加皂孔内的阀嘴,该阀嘴的底部切割有出料口,将阀嘴设计成V形,便于插入加皂孔内,同时保证阀嘴两侧的材料弹力能够将出料口密封,另外,出料口形成方式采用刀割,相对注塑一体成型出料口,使得出料口的口子较小,在出料口处两侧具有较好的材料恢复力,将出料口进行密封,在无外力作用下,防止皂液流入出水管内。
当然,弹性压盖的结构还可以如下:所述皂液盒上开设有加料口,该加料口上旋合有中空的皂液盒盖,所述弹性压盖包括弹性件、以及具有安装腔的按压块,所述按压块滑动连接在加料口内,所述按压块的侧面与加料口的内侧壁之间设有密封结构,所述按压块的端面设有穿孔,所述安装腔内设有封堵机构,所述弹性件的一端与皂液盒的内底部抵紧,所述弹性件的另一端与所述封堵机构抵紧,所述封堵机构常态下将穿孔封堵,在所述按压块被按压后反弹时,封堵机构将穿孔打开以使外部空气进入皂液盒内。采用上述结构后,具有如下优点:皂液盒内形成了一个密封的空间,随着手指持续向下按压上述的按压块,皂液盒内的密封空间体积被压小,密封空间内的压强变大,单向阀打开,皂液盒内的皂液进入出水管内,皂液添加完成后,手指松开,按压块在弹性件的作用下具有回弹复位的趋势,此时,相当于皂液盒内的空间体积有变大趋势,相当于皂液盒内气压小于大气压,在外部气压与皂液盒内气压的压力差下,封堵机构将穿孔打开以使外部空气进入皂液盒内,此时外部空气进入皂液盒内,当按压块完全复位后,皂液 盒内的空间体积已没有变大趋势,所以不存外部气压与皂液盒内气压的压力差,此时封堵机构将穿孔封堵,防止了皂液盒内的皂液从穿孔处泄露,只需按压弹性压盖和松开弹性压盖即可,操作方便。需要强调的是,若外部空气不能进入皂液盒内,则按压块不能复位,上述结构巧妙的运用了按压块在复位时造成外部气压与皂液盒内气压的压力差而使得封堵机构打开和关闭,具有创造性。
所述封堵机构包括压簧、堵头、以及具有内腔的安装筒,所述安装筒的端面与安装腔的端面贴合,所述压簧的一端与安装筒远离穿孔的一端抵紧,所述压簧的另一端与堵头连接并且使堵头与穿孔抵紧,所述安装筒上设有连通内腔与皂液盒内部的通孔。采用这种结构,封堵机构可以实现按压块在常态下堵头将穿孔封堵,在按压块复位时,压力差使堵头打开,实现自动封闭和打开。
所述穿孔的内端面处设有弧形腔,所述堵头靠近穿孔的一端设有圆弧形凸头,所述圆弧形凸头与弧形腔抵触。这样,可以使按压块在常态下堵头的封堵效果更好。
所述通孔位于安装筒的底部侧壁上。这样,即使皂液进入到安装筒的内腔,也会从通孔回到皂液盒内,避免皂液停留在安装筒的内腔。
所述安装筒的侧壁上设有穿槽,所述穿槽位于安装筒的侧壁上的最上端。这样,若未设置穿槽时,当皂液盒内的皂液较满时,通孔就可能浸在皂液中,造成在按压块复位时,空气不能进入至皂液盒内,从而不能使按压块顺利复位。当设置有上述的穿槽后,空气可以从穿槽进入至皂液盒内,保证按压块顺利复位。
所述皂液盒的内底部设有用于限位所述弹性件的限位板。所述弹性件靠近皂液盒的内底部的一侧卡接在限位板内。这样,可以保证弹性件的工作稳定性。弹性件可以是弹簧。
所述安装筒的端面与安装腔的端面贴合是指安装筒的端面与安装腔的端面粘接或者焊接。

再改进,所述皂液管套的端部固定连接有用以降低水压的降压结构。由于皂液是在压力的作用下通过单向阀排出,即皂液盒的内的压力大于出水管的皂液通道内的水压时才能排出,如果出水管的皂液通道内的水压较大时,将会造成按压块难以按下,影响使用。当具有降压结构后,出水管的皂液通道内的水压较小,从而方便按按压块按下,方便使用。

其中,如图1至3所示,出水管31的一端连接刷头1,出水管31的另一端与进水内管32的一端连接,进水内管32的另一端与进水外管33连接,刷头1的周壁上设置有刮条11,通过设置刮条11,用于刮除汽车表面的积水,使得刷子1具有刮水的功能,刷头1上可以设有毛刷,皂液盒21设置于出水管31上,具体地,在本发明实施例中皂液盒21的固定方式为,在皂液盒21的下方设置有皂液固定盖211,该皂液固定盖211和皂液盒21通过螺栓固定,出水管31穿设于皂液固定盖211和皂液盒21之间,另外,出水管31和皂液盒21之间设置有受压力控制保证皂液只能从皂液盒21流向出水管31的单向阀28,所述皂液盒21上设置有弹性压盖22,弹性压盖22用于将皂液从单向阀28挤出。
如图1、2、3,弹性压盖22的结构可以是:所述该弹性压盖22上形成有至少一个针孔221,弹性压盖为弹性材料制成,如橡胶等。进一步地,弹性压盖22的设置方式为,皂液盒21上开设有加料口001,该加料口001上旋合有中空的皂液盒盖23,所述弹性压盖22设置有皂液盒盖23的顶部,通过设置皂液盒盖23便于皂液的添加,同时方便了弹性压盖22的设置,该弹性压盖22上形成有至少一个针孔221,优选地,针孔221的数量在3~9个之间,针孔221的成形方式为,针孔221通过针在弹性压盖22上刺穿而成,采用针刺穿弹性压盖22来形成针孔221,针孔221形成类似于上大下小的V形孔,无外力作用情况下,弹性压盖22在材料弹性的作用下,能够很好地将针孔221进行密封,有效防止皂液盒21内的皂液外流。采用上述结构,本发明利用一单向阀28,使得皂液只能向出水管31方向流动,利用一弹性压盖22实现由皂液盒向出水管31内添加皂液,用手指按压弹性压盖22时,虽然,弹性压盖22上的针孔221被打开,然而,由于手指表面与弹性压盖22表面的紧密贴合,使得手指表面将弹性压盖22上的针孔221进行密封,故在皂液盒21内形成了一个密封的空间,随着手指持续向下按压,皂液盒21内的密封空间体积被压小,密封空间内的压强变大,单向阀28打开,皂液盒21内的皂液进入出水管31内,皂液添加完成后,手指松开,手指表面对弹性压盖22针孔221的密封消失,外部空气进入皂液盒21内,同时,弹性压盖22在自身弹性材料的弹力作用下,逐渐恢复原状,外部空气进入的速度快于弹性压盖22恢复的速度,在空气完全进入后,弹性压盖22才恢复到原状,弹性压盖22上的针孔221,也随着逐渐闭合,防止了皂液盒21内的皂液在无外力作用下泄漏,本发明采用一个弹性压盖22即可实现皂液的添加,具有结构简单的特点,能够很好地进行皂液的添加,在使用时,只需按压弹性压盖22和松开弹性压盖22即可,操作方便。
如图13、14、15,弹性压盖22的结构还可以是,可称之为弹性压盖22的第二种结构:所述皂液盒21上开设有加料口001,该加料口001上旋合有中空的皂液盒盖23, 所述弹性压盖22包括弹性件002、以及具有安装腔003的按压块004,所述按压块004滑动连接在加料口001内,这样,按压块004可以相对加料口001来回运动,加料口001的内侧壁可设置有限位凸缘025,按压块004的头部插接在皂液盒盖23内,限位凸缘025和皂液盒盖23起到限位弹性压盖22的作用,所述按压块004的侧面与加料口001的内侧壁之间设有密封结构,这样,可以避免液体泄漏,所述按压块004的端面设有穿孔005,所述安装腔003内设有封堵机构,所述弹性件002的一端与皂液盒21的内底部抵紧,所述弹性件002的另一端与所述封堵机构抵紧,所述封堵机构常态下将穿孔005封堵,在所述按压块004被按压后反弹时,封堵机构将穿孔005打开以使外部空气进入皂液盒21内。采用这种结构后,皂液盒内形成了一个密封的空间,随着手指持续向下按压上述的按压块004,皂液盒内的密封空间体积被压小,密封空间内的压强变大,单向阀打开,皂液盒内的皂液进入出水管内,皂液添加完成后,手指松开,按压块004在弹性件002的作用下具有回弹复位的趋势,此时,相当于皂液盒内的空间体积有变大趋势,相当于皂液盒内气压小于大气压,在外部气压与皂液盒内气压的压力差下,封堵机构将穿孔005打开以使外部空气进入皂液盒21内,此时外部空气进入皂液盒内,当按压块004完全复位后,皂液盒内的空间体积已没有变大趋势,所以不存外部气压与皂液盒内气压的压力差,此时封堵机构将穿孔005封堵,防止了皂液盒内的皂液从穿孔005处泄露,只需按压弹性压盖和松开弹性压盖即可,操作方便。需要强调的是,若外部空气不能进入皂液盒21内,则按压块004不能复位,上述结构巧妙的运用了按压块004在复位时造成外部气压与皂液盒内气压的压力差而使得封堵机构打开和关闭,具有创造性。
所述按压块004的侧面为圆周面,所述密封结构包括设在所述按压块004的侧面的密封槽023和设在密封槽023内的密封圈024。
所述封堵机构包括压簧006、堵头007、以及具有内腔008的安装筒009,所述安装筒009的端面与安装腔003的端面贴合,所述压簧006的一端与安装筒009远离穿孔005的一端抵紧,所述压簧006的另一端与堵头007连接并且使堵头007与穿孔005抵紧,所述安装筒009上设有连通内腔008与皂液盒21内部的通孔010。采用这种结构,封堵机构可以实现按压块004在常态下堵头007将穿孔005封堵,在按压块004复位时,压力差使堵头007打开,实现自动封闭和打开。
所述穿孔005的内端面处设有弧形腔011,所述堵头007靠近穿孔005的一端设有 圆弧形凸头012,所述圆弧形凸头012与弧形腔011抵触。这样,可以使按压块004在常态下堵头007的封堵效果更好。
所述通孔010位于安装筒009的底部侧壁上。这样,即使皂液进入到安装筒009的内腔008,也会从通孔010回到皂液盒21内,避免皂液停留在安装筒009的内腔008。
所述安装筒009的侧壁上设有穿槽013,所述穿槽013位于安装筒009的侧壁上的最上端。这样,若未设置穿槽013时,当皂液盒21内的皂液较满时,通孔010就可能浸在皂液中,造成在按压块004复位时,空气不能进入至皂液盒21内,从而不能使按压块004顺利复位。当设置有上述的穿槽013后,空气可以从穿槽013进入至皂液盒21内,保证按压块004顺利复位。
所述皂液盒21的内底部设有用于限位所述弹性件002的限位板014。所述弹性件002靠近皂液盒21的内底部的一侧卡接在限位板014内。这样,可以保证弹性件002的工作稳定性。弹性件002可以是弹簧。
所述安装筒009的端面与安装腔003的端面贴合是指安装筒009的端面与安装腔003的端面粘接或者焊接。
另外,结合图7至9所示,本发明实施例中,出水管31上开设有加皂孔314,所述单向阀28包括置于加皂孔314内的阀嘴281,该阀嘴281的底部切割有出料口,优选地,进一步地,将阀嘴281设计成V形,便于插入加皂孔314内,同时保证阀嘴281两侧的材料弹力能够将出料口密封,另外,出料口形成方式采用刀割,相对注塑一体成型出料口,使得出料口的口子较小,在出料口处两侧具有较好的材料恢复力,将出料口进行密封,在无外力作用下,防止皂液流入出水管31内。为了便于单向阀28的安装,单向阀28还包括一体成形于阀嘴281上缘的凸耳282,凸耳282贴合于出水管31的外壁之上,单向阀28安装时,只需将单向阀28插入加皂孔314即可。
此外,出水管31中部形成有中隔板313,该中隔板313将出水管31分成皂液通道312和清水通道311,所述加皂孔314与皂液通道312相通,通过将出水管31进行分层,实现清水和皂液水两路分开提供,既能够清水冲洗,又能够皂液水清洗。
同时,刷头1上开设有位于上部的射水孔12和位于下部的皂液孔13,所述出水管31的加皂孔314朝上,所述刷头1和所述出水管31之间连接有一换向接头28,该换向接头28上开设有连接上部的皂液通道312和下部的皂液孔13的第一连通孔292,该换向接头29上开设有连接下部清水通道311和上部的射水孔12的第二连通孔291。在实际使用过程中,为了保证操作上的便利,需要将弹性压盖22设置于皂液盒21的上方,这样,可以直接用大拇指直接进行按压弹性压盖22,满足操作习惯,同时,在刷头1 方面,一般是将射水孔12设置于刷头1的上部前端,而皂液孔13需要设置于刷头1刷子分布区域的底部,为此,需要配备一个换向接头29,利用第一连通孔292和第二连通孔291进行引流,实现皂液水和清水的流向转换。另外,通过在刷头1的前端开设射水孔12,该射水孔12的孔径远远小于出水管31的管径,在外接高压水源后,使得该射水孔12具有射水作用,类似于水枪的作用。
以外,再结合图5、6所示,出水管31和进水内管32之间连接有一换向开关,该换向开关包括阀体接头26、阀芯27、上推杆24和下推杆25,所述阀体接头26包括中心管套265,该中心管套265的一侧延伸有连接进水内管32的进水内管套264,该中心管套265的另一侧延伸有插入所述出水管31皂液通道312的皂液管套266和插入所述出水管31清水通道311的清水管套267,所述中心管套265上位于进水内管套264的底部中间开设有过渡孔道264,所述中心管套265上位于皂液管套266的底部中间开设有皂液孔道262,所述中心管套265上位于清水管套267的底部中间开设有射水孔道263,所述阀芯27置于中心管套265内,上推杆24设置于阀芯27的上部,下推杆25设置于阀芯27的下部,所述阀芯27包括阀芯本体271,该阀芯本体271上从上至下依次形成有用于密封皂液孔道262的上阀圈272、用于密封过渡孔道264的中阀圈273和用于密封射水孔道263的下阀圈274。由于出水管31内分层设置有皂液通道312和清水通道311,而进水内管32内只有一个通道,为了实现进水内管32分别与皂液通道312、清水通道311进行来回切换,本发明设置了换向开关,使用时,当上推杆24和下推杆25处于初始状态,中阀圈273堵住过渡孔道264,进水内管32内的清水不能流入出水管31内,当按压上推杆24时,阀芯本体27向下运动,上阀圈272堵住皂液孔道262,过渡孔道264与射水孔道263连通,进水内管32内的清水流经出水管31的清水通道311,当按压下推杆25时,阀芯本体27向上运动,下阀圈274堵住射水孔道263,过渡孔道264与皂液孔道262连通,进水内管32内的清水流经出水管31的皂液通道312。
另外,结合附图14、16、17,所述皂液管套266的端部固定连接有用以降低水压的降压结构。由于皂液是在压力的作用下通过单向阀28排出,即皂液盒21的内的压力大于出水管31的皂液通道312内的水压时才能排出,如果出水管31的皂液通道312内的水压较大时,将会造成按压块004难以按下,影响使用。当具有降压结构后,出水管31的皂液通道312内的水压较小,从而方便按按压块004按下,方便使用。
所述降压结构包括端塞015,所述端塞015具有凹腔016,所述凹腔016的一个侧壁与皂液管套266固定连接并且具有液体流口017,所述液体流口017的横截面积小于皂液孔道262的横截面积,所述凹腔016远离液体流口017的侧壁形成挡板018。这样,由于液体流口017的横截面积小于皂液孔道262的横截面积从而流量会从此降低,从而 降低水压。挡板018可以起到阻挡水流的作用,进一步起到降低水压的作用。
所述凹腔016的开口朝向中隔板313,凹腔016的开口与中隔板313之间具有间隔019。这样,可以改变液体的流动方向,避免液体直接冲向单向阀,从而进一步起到降低水压的作用。
另外,再结合附图14、16、17,所述进水内管套264的远离皂液盒21的一端设有第一接头020,所述进水内管32设有第二接头021,所述第一接头020和第二接头021可拆式连接。这样,相当于可以把皂液盒21这一部分模块化,可以选择性的添加皂液盒21这一模块。也可以不增加皂液盒21这一模块,第二接头021直接连接刷头1使用,如图19。具体第一接头020和第二接头021可以采用螺纹连接的方式连接。增加产品的多样化功能,满足客户的多样化需求。
另外,再结合附图13,所述出水管31具有折弯结构022。所述折弯结构的方向为:出水管31朝背离皂液盒21的方向弯折。这样,在具有折弯结构022后,可以方便清洗较高位置的地方。
最后,结合附图10,进水内管32上连接有进水外管33,该进水外管33包括进水外管33和进水内管32,在进水外管33和进水内管32之间设置有伸缩接头4,该伸缩接头4包括挤压件41和套管42,该挤压件41包括套设于进水内管32上的基环411,该基环411上延伸有至少一个延伸片412,该延伸片412上形成有压头413,所述进水内管32上开设有与所述压头413相对的通孔321,所述压头413置于通孔321内与所述进水外管33相接触,所述套管42套设于挤压件41外,所述套管42内壁上形成与所述压头413相对应用于将压头413压紧于进水外管33外壁上的凸起421。通过设置伸缩接头4,实现了进水外管33和进水内管32的伸缩功能,使用时,旋转套管42,套管42内的凸起421与挤压件41上的压头413分离,可以方便拉出进水外管33,拉至或者缩回至需要长度时,反向旋转套管42,套管42内的凸起421压紧挤压件41上的压头413,使得压头413压紧于进水外管33的外壁上,从而实现了进水外管33和进水内管32之间的快速锁紧。
汽车清洁刷使用时,按压弹性压盖22,向出水管31内添加皂液,按压下推杆25,进水内管32内的清水流经出水管31的皂液通道312带着皂液一起流向刷子1,用刷子1对汽车表面进行清洗,之后,按压上推杆24,进水内管32内的清水流经出水管31的清水通道311,清水经过刷子1的射水孔12,形成高压水流,实现对清洗后的汽车表面进行冲洗,之后,上推杆24和下推杆25恢复至初始位置,利用刷子1上的刮条11对冲洗后的汽车表面进行刮水操作。
以上所述,仅是本发明较佳可行的实施示例,不能因此即局限本发明的权利范围,对熟悉本领域的技术人员来说,凡运用本发明的技术方案和技术构思做出的其他各种相 应的改变都应属于在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 汽车清洁刷,包括刷头(1)、连接该刷头(1)的出水管(31)和设置于该出水管(31)上的皂液盒(21),其特征在于,所述出水管(31)和皂液盒(21)之间设置有受压力控制保证皂液只能从皂液盒(21)流向出水管(31)的单向阀(28),所述皂液盒(21)上设置有弹性压盖(22),弹性压盖(22)用于将皂液从单向阀(28)挤出。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述皂液盒(21)上开设有加料口(001),该加料口(001)上旋合有中空的皂液盒盖(23),所述弹性压盖(22)包括弹性件(002)、以及具有安装腔(003)的按压块(004),所述按压块(004)滑动连接在加料口(001)内,所述按压块(004)的侧面与加料口(001)的内侧壁之间设有密封结构,所述按压块(004)的端面设有穿孔(005),所述安装腔(003)内设有封堵机构,所述弹性件(002)的一端与皂液盒(21)的内底部抵紧,所述弹性件(002)的另一端与所述封堵机构抵紧,所述封堵机构在常态下将穿孔(005)封堵,在所述按压块(004)被按压后反弹时,封堵机构将穿孔(005)打开以使外部空气进入皂液盒(21)内。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述封堵机构包括压簧(006)、堵头(007)、以及具有内腔(008)的安装筒(009),所述安装筒(009)的端面与安装腔(003)的端面贴合,所述压簧(006)的一端与安装筒(009)远离穿孔(005)的一端抵紧,所述压簧(006)的另一端与堵头(007)连接并且使堵头(007)与穿孔(005)抵紧,所述安装筒(009)上设有连通内腔(008)与皂液盒(21)内部的通孔(010)。
  4. 按照权利要求3所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述穿孔(005)的内端面处设有弧形腔(011),所述堵头(007)靠近穿孔(005)的一端设有圆弧形凸头(012),所述圆弧形凸头(012)与弧形腔(011)抵触。
  5. 按照权利要求3所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述安装筒(009)的侧壁上设有穿槽(013),所述穿槽(013)位于安装筒(009)的侧壁上的最上端。
  6. 按照权利要求2所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述皂液盒(21)的内底部设有用于限位所述弹性件(002)的限位板(014)。
  7. 按照权利要求1所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,该弹性压盖(22)上形成有至少一个针孔(221)。
  8. 按照权利要求7所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述皂液盒(21)上开设有加料口(001),该加料口(001)上旋合有中空的皂液盒盖(23),所述弹性压盖(22)设置在皂液盒盖(23)的顶部。
  9. 按照权利要求1所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述出水管(31)中部形成有中隔板(313),该中隔板(313)将出水管(31)分成皂液通道(312)和清水通道(311),所述单向阀(28)与皂液通道(312)相通。
  10. 按照权利要求9所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述出水管(31)上与刷头(1)相对的一端连接有进水内管(32),出水管(31)和进水内管(32)之间连接有一换向开关,该换向开关包括阀体接头(26),所述阀体接头(26)包括中心管套(265),该中心管套(265)的一侧延伸有连接进水内管(32)的进水内管套(264),该中心管套(265)的另一侧延伸有插入所述出水管(31)的皂液通道(312)的皂液管套(266)和插入所述出水管(31)的清水通道(311)的清水管套(267),所述中心管套(265)上位于进水内管套(264)的底部中间开设有过渡孔道(261),所述中心管套(265)上位于皂液管套(266)的底部中间开设有皂液孔道(262),所述中心管套(265)上位于清水管套(267)的底部中间开设有射水孔道(263)。
  11. 按照权利要求10所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述皂液管套(266)的端部固定连接有用以降低水压的降压结构。
  12. 按照权利要求11所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述降压结构包括端塞(015),所述端塞(015)具有凹腔(016),所述凹腔(016)的一个侧壁与皂液管套(266)固定连接并且具有液体流口(017),所述液体流口(017)的横截面积小于皂液孔道(262)的横截面积,所述凹腔(016)远离液体流口(017)的侧壁形成挡板(018)。
  13. 按照权利要求12所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述凹腔(016)的开口朝向中隔板(313),凹腔(016)的开口与中隔板(313)之间具有间隔(019)。
  14. 按照权利要求10所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述进水内管套(264)的远离皂液盒(21)的一端设有第一接头(020),所述进水内管(32)设有第二接头(021),所述第一接头(020)和第二接头(021)可拆式连接。
  15. 按照权利要求1所述的汽车清洁刷,其特征在于,所述出水管(31)具有折弯结构(022)。
