Description

一种串联结构LED灯串及其制作工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及一种的灯串,特别是针对一种串联结构LED灯串及其制造工艺。
背景技术
由于制作工艺限制,现有的铜线型贴片式LED灯串一般都是并联结构,串联结构的很少。目前市场上串联结构的贴片式LED灯串一般是先将铜线(漆包线)按制作要求剪切成对应的长度,然后再焊接贴片LED形成的。但是因为铜线型贴片式LED灯串所用漆包线较细,而且为了美观选用的贴片式LED一般也很小,因此操作起来并不容易,难于进行自动化生产。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种工艺可靠、结构稳定性好,自动化生产效率高的串联结构LED灯串及其制作工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种串联结构LED灯串的制作工艺,包括有以下生产制作步骤:
步骤一、先准备一根长的带有绝缘层的导线,在所述导线上按设置好的距离打磨出均匀间隔的导电平台;
步骤二、再将贴片式LED正负极沿所述导线延伸方向焊接于所述导电平台的两端;
步骤三、然后将所述贴片式LED背面中部的所述导线剪断;
步骤四、在每个所述贴片式LED的部位点胶固化成保护壳体。
另外一种串联结构LED灯串的制作工艺,包括有以下生产制作步骤:
步骤一、先准备一根长的带有绝缘层的导线,在所述导线上按设置好的距离压制出折皱,并在所述折皱两端打磨出导电平台;
步骤二、再将贴片式LED正负极沿所述导线延伸方向分别焊接于所述折皱两端的导电平台上;
步骤三、然后将所述折皱从所述导线上剪除;
步骤四、在每个所述贴片式LED的部位点胶固化成保护壳体。
作为上述两种技术方案的改进,所述导线由多根细漆包线或多根细漆包线加入至少一根细尼龙线绞合而成。
作为上述两种技术方案的改进,还包括有以下第五个生产制作步骤:步骤五、准备一根软性透光体塑料内肠,所述内肠内部中空且肠壁内包裹有沿轴向布置的二根相互隔离的电源线;将步骤四制作好的灯串置于所述内肠内部且将所述灯串两端的所述导线分别与两根所述电源线电连接;置于所述内肠内部的所述灯串至少有一组。
进一步,还包括有以下第六个生产制作步骤:步骤六、在步骤五制作好的灯串外部包覆绝缘外皮。
作为上述技术方案的改进,还包括有以下第五个生产制作步骤:步骤六、在步骤四制作好的灯串外部包覆绝缘外皮。
一种串联结构LED灯串,包括有导线,贴片式LED,所述导线上设置有均匀间隔的导电平台,所述贴片式LED正负极沿所述导线延伸方向焊接于所述导电平台的两端,所述导电平台中间还开有断口将所述导电平台两端分离;所述贴片式LED外部还包裹有点胶固化形成的保护壳体。
作为上述技术方案的改进,还包括有内肠,所述内肠内部中空且肠壁内包裹有沿轴向布置的二根相互隔离的电源线;所述灯串位于所述内肠内部且所述灯串两端的所述导线分别与两根所述电源线电连接;位于所述内肠内部的所述灯串至少有一组。
进一步,所述内肠由软性透光体塑料制成的。
进一步,所述灯串外部还包裹有绝缘外皮。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明是通过在一根长导线上先焊接贴片式LED后再剪切电线形成的串联结构,所以可以非常方便的通过自动化工艺实现生产制作,而且其生产效率及结构稳定性均优于采用先裁线后焊接的制作工艺。并且通过步骤四中点胶固化形成的保护壳体可以有效防止贴片式LED与导线脱离。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图3、图4,本发明的串联结构LED灯串的第一种制作工艺,包括有4个生产制作步骤:步骤一、先准备一根长的带有绝缘层的导线1,用激光机等设备在所述导线1上按设置好的距离打磨出均匀间隔的导电平台3;步骤二、再将贴片式LED2正负极沿所述导线1延伸方向焊接于所述导电平台3的两端;步骤三、然后用激光工具或机械制具等设备将所述贴片式LED2背面中部的所述导线1剪断;步骤四、在每个所述贴片式LED 2的部位点胶固化成保护壳体4。
由于本发明是通过在一根长的导线1上先焊接所述贴片式LED 2后再剪切所述导线1形成的串联结构,所以可以非常方便的通过自动化工艺实现生产制作,而且其生产效率及结构稳定性均优于采用先裁线后焊接的制作工艺。并且通过步骤四中点胶固化形成的保护壳体可以有效防止所述贴片式LED 2与所述导线1脱离。
参照图2至图4,本发明的另一种制作工艺,也包括有4个生产制作步骤:步骤一、先准备一根长的带有绝缘层的导线1,在所述导 线1上按设置好的距离压制出折皱8,并在所述折皱8两端打磨出导电平台3;步骤二、再将贴片式LED 2正负极沿所述导线1延伸方向分别焊接于所述折皱8两端的导电平台3上;步骤三、然后将所述折皱8从所述导线1上剪除;步骤四、在每个所述贴片式LED 2的部位点胶固化成保护壳体4。本工艺与第一种工艺相比,所述折皱8的剪除更容易实现。
优选地,所述导线1选用单芯漆包线。为了提高所述导线1的柔软性,所述导线1还可以由多根细漆包线绞合而成。也可以在多根细漆包线中加入至少一根细尼龙线,尼龙线的加入不仅可以使所述导线1具有更好的机械强度,而且还可以使得所述导线1内部漆包线的整体绝缘性更好。
参照图5,本发明第一种实施方式,其还包括有步骤五:步骤五、准备一根软性透光体塑料内肠7,所述内肠7内部中空且肠壁内包裹有沿轴向布置的二根相互隔离的电源线51、52;将步骤四制作好的灯串置于所述内肠7内部且将所述灯串两端的所述导线1分别与两根所述电源线51、52电连接;置于所述内肠7内部的所述灯串至少有一组。通过上述步骤可以非常方便地将灯串制作为高压灯串,使灯串可以直接接市电使用,无需额外提供驱动电源。
参照图4,本发明第一种实施方式,还包括有步骤六:在步骤五制作好的灯串外部包覆绝缘外皮6。
参照图5,本发明的另一种实施方式,其包括有步骤五:在步骤四制作好的灯串外部直接包覆绝缘外皮6。
包覆所述绝缘外皮6可以使灯串形成密封软管灯串,具有更好的防护性能,也可以使灯串满足户外使用的要求。
参照图3、图4,采用上述两种工艺方法制作一种串联结构LED灯串,包括有导线1,贴片式LED 2,其特征在于:所述导线1上设置有均匀间隔的导电平台3,所述贴片式LED 2正负极沿所述导线1延伸方向焊接于所述导电平台3的两端,所述导电平台3中间还开有断口将所述导电平台3两端分离;所述贴片式LED 2外部还包裹有点胶固化形成的保护壳体4。
参照图5,还包括有由软性透光体塑料制成的内肠7,所述内肠7内部中空且肠壁内包裹有沿轴向布置的二根相互隔离的电源线51、52;所述灯串位于所述内肠7内部且所述灯串两端的所述导线1分别与两根所述电源线51、52电连接;位于所述内肠7内部的所述灯串至少有一组。
参照图6、图7,灯串外部还包裹有绝缘外皮6。当灯串位于所述内肠7内部时,绝缘外皮6也应当将所述内肠7包裹在内。
以上所述只是本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种串联结构LED灯串的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括有以下生产制作步骤:
    步骤一、先准备一根长的带有绝缘层的导线(1),在所述导线(1)上按设置好的距离打磨出均匀间隔的导电平台(3);
    步骤二、再将贴片式LED(2)正负极沿所述导线(1)延伸方向焊接于所述导电平台(3)的两端;
    步骤三、然后将所述贴片式LED(2)背面中部的所述导线(1)剪断;
    步骤四、在每个所述贴片式LED(2)的部位点胶固化成保护壳体(4)。
  2. 一种串联结构LED灯串的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括有以下生产制作步骤:
    步骤一、先准备一根长的带有绝缘层的导线(1),在所述导线(1)上按设置好的距离压制出折皱(8),并在所述折皱(8)两端打磨出导电平台(3);
    步骤二、再将贴片式LED(2)正负极沿所述导线(1)延伸方向分别焊接于所述折皱(8)两端的导电平台(3)上;
    步骤三、然后将所述折皱(8)从所述导线(1)上剪除;
    步骤四、在每个所述贴片式LED(2)的部位点胶固化成保护壳体(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2任一所述的一种串联结构LED灯串的制作工 艺,其特征在于:所述导线(1)由多根细漆包线或多根细漆包线加入至少一根细尼龙线绞合而成。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2任一所述的一种串联结构LED灯串的制作工艺,其特征在于,还包括有以下第五个生产制作步骤:
    步骤五、准备一根软性透光体塑料内肠(7),所述内肠(7)内部中空且肠壁内包裹有沿轴向布置的二根相互隔离的电源线(51、52);将步骤四制作好的灯串置于所述内肠(7)内部且将所述灯串两端的所述导线(1)分别与两根所述电源线(51、52)电连接;置于所述内肠(7)内部的所述灯串至少有一组。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种串联结构LED灯串的制作工艺,其特征在于,还包括有以下第六个生产制作步骤:
    步骤六、在步骤五制作好的灯串外部包覆绝缘外皮(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2任一所述的一种串联结构LED灯串的制作工艺,其特征在于,还包括有以下第五个生产制作步骤:
    步骤五、将步骤四制作好的灯串外部包覆绝缘外皮(6)。
  7. 一种串联结构LED灯串,包括有导线(1),贴片式LED(2),其特征在于:所述导线(1)上设置有均匀间隔的导电平台(3),所述贴片式LED(2)正负极沿所述导线(1)延伸方向焊接于所述导电平台(3)的两端,所述导电平台(3)中间还开有断口将所述导电平台(3)两端分离;所述贴片式LED(2)外部还包裹有点胶固化形成的保护壳体(4)。
