本发明涉及一种抽油烟机。
背景技术
现有技术的抽油烟机结构,在电机轴带动风机旋转产生吸力而达到抽油烟和吸脏污的作用,由于受制于高转速电机噪音和油烟机风机的尺寸,电机转速普遍不高,吸力有限。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种抽油烟机,所述抽油烟风机工作时可具有足够的吸力,以达到对油烟前进吸取的目的。
根据本发明实施例的抽油烟机,包括:机体;风机系统,所述风机系统与所述机体相连且适于产生气流,所述风机系统设在所述机体的侧部;集油烟罩,所述集油烟罩与所述机体相连,所述集油烟罩限定出与所述风机系统连通的风道,所述集油烟罩包括间隔开布置的内罩和外罩,所述内罩和所述外罩之间限定出辅助风道,所述外罩上设有与所述辅助风道导通的进风口,所述内罩和所述外罩的底部间隔开设有与所述风道导通的出风口;储油盒,所述储油盒沿所述集油烟罩的周向延伸地设在所述辅助风道内,所述储油盒将所述辅助风道分隔成上部腔室和下部腔室,所述进风口和所述出风口与所述下部腔室导通,所述内罩上设有多个与所述上部腔室导通的滤油孔;辅助风机,所述辅助风机设在所述下部腔室内以产生气流;清洗装置,所述清洗装置设在所述机体上部,所述清洗装置上设有与所述上部腔室导通的清洗液进口。
根据本发明实施例的抽油烟机,辅助风机工作以产生气流,气流通过出风口吹出,从而可带动流向集油烟罩所包围的空气流的流动,以在集油烟罩的内罩所包围的空间内形成负压,进而可促进集油烟罩内的油烟的流动,以达到抽油烟机对油烟强劲吸取的目的,提高抽油烟机的吸油烟效果。
储油盒设在辅助风道内,通过滤油孔可实现向对油烟的分离过滤,过滤后的脏污通过重心作用流向储油盒中,从而可使得锅灶和食物因此干净整洁而不受污染。
清洗装置设在机体的上部以用于对集油烟罩进行清洗,当需要对抽油烟机进行清洗时,通过清洗液进口可清洗装置内加入清洗液,清洗液在重力作用下向下流动,以对集油烟罩进行清洗,由此,从而可实现抽油烟机的自清洗功能。

具体地,风机系统2与机体1相连且适于产生气流,风机系统2设在机体1的侧部,集油烟罩3与机体1相连,集油烟罩3限定出与风机系统2连通的风道34,集油烟罩3包括间隔开布置的内罩31和外罩32,内罩31和外罩32之间限定出辅助风道33,外罩32上设有与辅助风道33导通的进风口321,内罩31和外罩32的底部间隔开设有与风道34导通的出风口331。
储油盒4沿集油烟罩3的周向延伸地设在辅助风道33内,储油盒4将辅助风道33分隔成上部腔室332和下部腔室333,进风口321和出风口331与下部腔室333导通,内罩31上设有多个与上部腔室332导通的滤油孔311,辅助风机设在下部腔室333内以产生气流,清洗装置5设在机体1上部,清洗装置5上设有与上部腔室332导通的清洗液进口51。
换言之,如图1-图3所示,集油烟罩3可以包括内罩31和外罩32,内罩31和外罩32之间限定出辅助风道33,辅助风机设在辅助风道33内,外罩32上设有进风口321,进风口321与辅助风道33连通,内罩31的底部和外罩32的底部之间可间隔开以形成出风口331,出风口331分别与辅助风道33和风道34连通。这样,在辅助风机的作用可产生辅助气流,具体地,辅助气流从外罩32上的进风口321流向辅助风道33,并通过辅助风道33导向出风口331,最后从出风口331吹出,辅助气流从出风口331吹出时从而可带动流向集油烟罩3所包围的空气流的流动,以在集油烟罩3的内罩31所包围的空间内形成负压,进而可促进集油烟罩3工作时的油烟的流动,以达到抽油烟机100对油烟强劲吸取的目的,提高抽油烟机100的吸油烟效果。
储油盒4设在集油烟罩3的内罩31和外罩32之间且沿集油烟罩3的周向延伸,储油盒4将辅助风道33分隔成上部腔室332和下部腔室333,辅助风机设在下部腔室333内,进风口321和出风口331与下部腔室333导通,内罩31上设有多个与上部腔室332导通的滤油孔311。由此,辅助风机工作以产生气流,气流从进风口321流向下部腔室333,并通过下部腔室333流向出风口331,气流从出风口331流出从而可带动内罩31所包围的空气的流动,以增强集油烟机的吸油烟的风力,在风机系统2的作用下,油烟通过内罩31上的滤油 孔311流向上部腔室332,并排出至室外。通过滤油孔311可实现向对油烟的分离过滤,过滤后的脏污通过重心作用流向储油盒4中,从而可使得锅灶和食物因此干净整洁而不受污染。
清洗装置5设在机体1的上部以用于对集油烟罩3进行清洗,清洗装置5上设有清洗液进口51,清洗液进口51与上部腔室332导通,当需要对抽油烟机100进行清洗时,通过清洗液进口51可清洗装置5内加入清洗液,清洗液在重力作用下向下流动,以对集油烟罩3进行清洗,由此,从而可实现抽油烟机100的自清洗功能。对于清洗液而言,清洗液可以为清洗剂溶液,也可以为热水,能够清洗油污即可。
根据本发明实施例的抽油烟机100,辅助风机工作以产生气流,气流通过出风口331吹出,从而可带动流向集油烟罩3所包围的空气流的流动,以在集油烟罩3的内罩31所包围的空间内形成负压,进而可促进集油烟罩3内的油烟的流动,以达到抽油烟机100对油烟强劲吸取的目的,提高抽油烟机100的吸油烟效果。
储油盒4设在辅助风道33内,通过滤油孔311可实现向对油烟的分离过滤,过滤后的脏污通过重心作用流向储油盒4中,从而可使得锅灶和食物因此干净整洁而不受污染。
清洗装置5设在机体1的上部以用于对集油烟罩3进行清洗,当需要对抽油烟机100进行清洗时,通过清洗液进口51可清洗装置5内加入清洗液,清洗液在重力作用下向下流动,以对集油烟罩3进行清洗,由此,从而可实现抽油烟机100的自清洗功能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图7所示,清洗装置5的下端设有出水口52,清洗装置5的出水口52可被构造成,抽油烟机100工作时,清洗装置5的出水口52处于关闭状态,抽油烟机100需要进行冲洗时,清洗装置5的出水口52打开。在本发明的一些示例中,清洗装置5内可设有遮挡件,抽油烟机100正常工作抽油烟时,遮挡件遮挡清洗装置5的出水口52,出水口52处于关闭状态,抽油烟机100需要进行冲洗时,遮挡件移动以打开出水口52。

可选地,电机轴可垂直于机体1设置。如图1所示,机体1竖直设置,吸风通道34垂直机体1设置,由此,电机23驱动风轮231可绕水平方向转动,从而不仅有利于电机23驱动风轮231转动以进行吸风,也有利于气流在风道34和吸风通道211之间的流动,而且有 利于风机系统2的安装固定,提高风机系统2的稳定性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,集油烟罩3可形成为开口向下的喇叭形。换言之,集油烟罩3的开口在由下至上的方向上呈收缩趋势,集油烟罩3的下端开口朝向炉灶,在风机系统2的作用下,炉灶产生的油烟可流向集油烟罩3的开口,并可沿集油烟罩3的开口流动,通过喇叭形的集油烟罩3从而可更好地吸取烟气。如图1所示,集油烟罩3的内罩31和外罩32均可形成为喇叭形,外罩32设在内罩31的外侧且与内罩31之间限定出辅助风道33。
可选地,集油烟罩3的内罩31和外罩32绕其轴线旋转延伸角度可小于360°。即集油烟罩3的沿周向方向延伸的角度小于360°。由此,在保证集油烟罩3的集油烟的效果同时可减少集油烟罩3的材料成本,保证集油烟罩3的美观度。优选地,内罩31和外罩32可绕其轴线旋转延伸180°。从而可进一步地保证集油烟罩3的集油烟的效果,并进一步地减少集油烟罩3的材料成本,保证集油烟罩3的美观度。
可选地,外罩32相对于水平方向倾斜的角度可以为θ,0°≤θ≤90°。换言之,外罩32相对水平方向倾斜设置,且外罩32自上而下朝向外侧倾斜。由此,从而有利于集油烟罩3形成为喇叭形,也有利于从进风口321吸气以形成气流。进一步地,外罩32相对于水平方向倾斜的角度θ可以满足30°≤θ≤60°。
可选地,外罩32的下端的截面可形成为优弧形,内罩31的下端的截面形成为劣弧形,内罩31的下端设在外罩32的下端内且与外罩32间隔开形成出风口331。如图3所示,外罩32的下端向内弯曲以形成优弧形,即外罩32的下端形成为弧形且弧形的圆弧大于半圆的弧;内罩31的下端向外侧弯曲以形成弧形且弧形的圆弧小于半圆的弧,内罩31的劣弧形的下端位于外罩32的优弧形的下端内。由此,在内罩31的下端和外罩32的下端之间间隔开以形成出风口331,气流从出风口331流出时可沿内罩31的内壁流动,从而可带动内罩31所包围的油烟的流动。
有利地,出风口331的切线方向与水平面之间的夹角可以为φ,0°<φ≤90°。也就是说,出风口331的切线方向相对于水平方向倾斜。气流从出风口331流出时沿出风口331的切线方向流出,由此,气流从出风口331流出时可带动内罩31所包围的油烟的流动,并可带动油烟朝向风道34流动,以增强抽油烟机100的吸烟风劲。优选地,30°≤φ≤60°
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或 者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种抽油烟机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    风机系统,所述风机系统与所述机体相连且适于产生气流,所述风机系统设在所述机体的侧部;
    集油烟罩,所述集油烟罩与所述机体相连,所述集油烟罩限定出与所述风机系统连通的风道,所述集油烟罩包括间隔开布置的内罩和外罩,所述内罩和所述外罩之间限定出辅助风道,所述外罩上设有与所述辅助风道导通的进风口,所述内罩和所述外罩的底部间隔开设有与所述风道导通的出风口;
    储油盒,所述储油盒沿所述集油烟罩的周向延伸地设在所述辅助风道内,所述储油盒将所述辅助风道分隔成上部腔室和下部腔室,所述进风口和所述出风口与所述下部腔室导通,所述内罩上设有多个与所述上部腔室导通的滤油孔;
    辅助风机,所述辅助风机设在所述下部腔室内以产生气流;
    清洗装置,所述清洗装置设在所述机体上部,所述清洗装置上设有与所述上部腔室导通的清洗液进口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述集油烟罩包括:
    第一过滤段,所述第一过滤段的所述内罩和所述外罩之间限定出所述辅助风道,所述第一过滤段从上向下的径向尺寸逐渐增大;
    第二过滤段,所述第二过滤段形成为沿水平方向延伸的环形,所述第二过滤段外圈的所述内罩和所述外罩分别与所述第一过滤段上端的所述内罩和所述外罩相连;
    第三过滤段,所述第三过滤段的外罩形成为沿上下方向延伸的柱状,所述第三过滤段的所述内罩从上向下的径向尺寸逐渐增大,所述第三过滤段下端的所述内罩和所述外罩分别与所述第二过滤段内圈的所述内罩和所述外罩相连,所述清洗液进口内的清洗液依次经过所述第三过滤段、所述第二过滤段后流入所述上部腔室。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述第一过滤段、所述第二过滤段和所述第三过滤段的所述内罩上分别设有所述滤油孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述储油盒可拆卸地设在所述进风口和所述滤油孔之间,所述储油盒的截面形成为S形,所述储油盒的上端与所述第一过滤段的所述外罩相连,所述储油盒的下端与所述第一过滤段的所述内罩相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述滤油孔包括多排,多排所述滤油孔从所述上部腔室的底部向上延伸至所述第三过滤段的上部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述第一过滤段的所述内罩的外壁面上设有多个沿所述内罩的倾斜方向向下延伸至所述上部腔室底部的导油槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述辅助风道的截面积从上向下逐渐增大。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述风机系统包括:
    支撑框架,所述支撑框架设在所述机体的一侧且与所述机体相连,所述支撑框架内限定有与所述风道导通的吸风通道;
    电机支架,所述电机支架设在所述吸风通道内;
    电机,所述电机设在所述电机支架上,所述电机的电机轴上设有适于产生气流的风轮。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述电机轴垂直于所述机体设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述集油烟罩形成为开口向下的喇叭形。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述集油烟罩的所述内罩和所述外罩绕其轴线旋转延伸角度小于360°。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述内罩和所述外罩绕其轴线旋转延伸180°。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述外罩相对于水平方向倾斜的角度为θ,0°≤θ≤90°。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述外罩的下端的截面形成为优弧形,所述内罩的下端的截面形成为劣弧形,所述内罩的下端设在所述外罩的下端内且与所述外罩间隔开形成所述出风口。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的抽油烟机,其特征在于,所述出风口的切线方向与水平面之间的夹角为φ,0°<φ≤90°。
