L'invention concerne un système (10) permettant d'établir une communication à distance entre un expéditeur et un récepteur inconnu, qui comprend un premier dispositif de traitement mobile (14) actionné par un utilisateur récepteur (12), un second dispositif de traitement mobile (24) actionné par un utilisateur émetteur (22), et un dispositif de traitement à distance (30) qui comprend des moyens de stockage à distance (28), le premier dispositif de traitement mobile (14), le second dispositif de traitement mobile (24) et le dispositif de traitement à distance (30) étant reliés à un réseau de communication télématique (18) ; comprenant en outre au moins un marqueur (20) associé ou pouvant être associé à une position ou un emplacement où l'utilisateur récepteur (12) souhaite être contacté, le ou les marqueurs (20) pouvant être lus par le second dispositif de traitement mobile (24) et comprenant un code d'identification unique qui correspond à un enregistrement compris dans le moyen de stockage à distance (28) et comprenant des informations de contact appartenant à et sélectionnées par l'utilisateur récepteur (12) ; le second dispositif de traitement mobile (24) étant configuré pour établir une communication à distance entre l'utilisateur émetteur (22) et l'utilisateur récepteur (12), les caractéristiques de la communication à distance dépendant des informations de contact comprises dans l'enregistrement, correspondant au code d'identification unique compris dans le ou les marqueurs (20).
