Abstract
食用菌工厂屋顶吊顶结构,包括吊顶板(1),在吊顶板(1)上设置尼龙蘑菇钉(2),在尼龙蘑菇钉(2)的螺杆部分(21)和蘑菇头部(22)上设置有尼龙材料涂层(23),尼龙蘑菇钉(2)的螺杆部分(21)穿过吊顶板(1),尼龙蘑菇钉(2)的蘑菇头部(22)设置在吊顶板(1)的下端,尼龙蘑菇钉(2)的吊耳部分(24)与固定在屋面上的花兰螺栓(3)上的挂钩(31)相连接。该结构具有隔热、气密、保温效果好的优点,满足食用菌的培养需要。
Description
本发明涉及一种食用菌工厂,尤其涉及一种食用菌工厂屋顶吊顶结构。
传统的食用菌产业一般是利用蔬菜大棚进行栽培,科技含量低,规模小,利润少,种植、栽培技术相对简单。现在主要采用食用菌出菇房进行工厂化种植。现有食用菌工厂屋顶吊顶结构,隔热、气密、保温效果不好,容易跑冷,不能很好地满足食用菌的培养需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种保温效果好的食用菌工厂屋顶吊顶结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:食用菌工厂屋顶吊顶结构,包括:吊顶板,包括:在所述吊顶板上设置有尼龙蘑菇钉,在所述尼龙蘑菇钉的螺杆部分和蘑菇头部上设置有尼龙材料涂层,所述尼龙蘑菇钉的螺杆部分穿过吊顶板,所述尼龙蘑菇钉的蘑菇头部设置在吊顶板的下端,在所述尼龙蘑菇钉的吊耳部分与固定在屋面上的花兰螺栓上的挂钩相连接。
本发明的优点是:上述食用菌工厂屋顶吊顶结构,隔热、气密、保温效果性能好,不容易跑冷,可以很好地满足食用菌的培养需要。

如图1、图2所示,食用菌工厂屋顶吊顶结构,包括:吊顶板1,包括:在所述吊顶板1上设置有尼龙蘑菇钉2,在所述尼龙蘑菇钉2的螺杆部分21和蘑菇头部22上设置有尼龙材料涂层23,所述尼龙蘑菇钉2的螺杆部分21穿过吊顶板1,所述尼龙蘑菇钉2的蘑菇头部22设置在吊顶板1的下端,在所述尼龙蘑菇钉2的吊耳部分24与固定在屋面上的花兰螺栓3上的挂钩31相连接。
上述食用菌工厂屋顶吊顶结构,隔热、气密、保温效果性能好,不容易跑冷,可以很好地满足食用菌的培养需要。
