Abstract
本发明公开了具有导流功能的屋面采光板,包括采光板本体,所述采光板本体为波浪形,采光板本体的波峰处直径为波谷处直径的五倍,并且所述采光板本体的波谷沿其长度方向直径逐渐减小,所述采光板本体的两侧边设置为倒V形钩,所述倒V形钩与采光板本体的波谷临近。本发明的波浪形采光板通过将波峰处直径设为波谷处直径的五倍,可将波谷作为导流槽使用,通过将波谷设为沿其长度方向直径逐渐减小的结构,使波谷处不易形成积水或堆积杂物,通过将采光板的两侧边设置为倒V形钩,使采光板不易漏水,同时便于连接。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种屋面采光建材,具体地说,是具有导流功能的屋面采光板。
背景技术
在不适宜植物生长的季节,温室能提供生育期和增加产量,多用于低温季节喜温蔬菜、花卉、林木等植物栽培或育苗等。温室的种类多,依不同的屋架材料、采光材料、外形及加温条件等又可分为很多种类,如玻璃温室、塑料聚碳酸脂温室;单栋温室、连栋温室;单屋面温室、双屋面温室等。温室结构应密封保温,但又应便于通风降温。现代化温室中具有控制温湿度、光照等条件的设备,用电脑自动控制创造植物所需的最佳环境条件。温室是以采光覆盖材料作为全部或部分围护结构材料,可在冬季或其它不适宜露地植物生长的季节供栽培植物的建筑。
为了提高采光性,人们通常会在建筑物顶部铺设采光板,传统的采光板主要分为平面采光板和波浪形采光板,波浪形采光板在使用过程中逐渐暴露出如下缺点:(1)采光板不具有导流功能,在雨天时容易在波谷处形成积水,并且波谷处易堆积垃圾;(2)采光板连接处易发生漏水问题;(3)采光板连接操作麻烦,施工便利性差。因此,有必要对传统的波浪形采光板做进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,目的在于提供一种具有导流功能,能防止漏水,并且便于连接的波浪形采光板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:具有导流功能的屋面采光板,包括采光板本体,所述采光板本体为波浪形,所述采光板本体的波峰处直径大于波谷处直径,并且所述采光板本体的波谷沿其长度方向直径逐渐减小,所述采光板本体的两侧边设置为倒V形钩。
进一步地,所述倒V形钩与所述采光板本体的波谷临近。
进一步地,所述采光板本体由玻璃纤维材料制成。
进一步地,所述采光板本体的波峰处直径为波谷处直径的五倍。
进一步地,所述倒V形钩的顶部与所述采光板本体的波峰平齐。
进一步地,所述采光板本体的厚度为15-20mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的波浪形采光板通过将波峰处直径设为波谷处直径的五倍,可将波谷作为导流槽使用,通过将波谷设为沿其长度方向直径逐渐减小的结构,使波谷处不易形成积水或堆积杂物,通过将采光板的两侧边设置为倒V形钩,使采光板不易漏水,同时便于连接。

下面结合附图及实施方式对本发明做进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,其为本发明的具有导流功能的屋面采光板,包括采光板本体1,采光板本体1为波浪形,采光板本体1由玻璃纤维材料制成,厚度为15-20mm,采光板本体1的波峰2处直径为波谷4处直径的五倍,并且采光板本体1的波谷4沿其长度方向直径逐渐减小,采光板本体1的两侧边设置为倒V形钩3,倒V形钩3与采光板本体1的波谷临近,并且倒V形钩3的顶部与采光板本体1的波峰平齐。
本发明的波浪形采光板通过将波峰处直径设为波谷处直径的五倍,可将波谷作为导流槽使用,通过将波谷设为沿其长度方向直径逐渐减小的结构,使波谷处不易形成积水或堆积杂物,通过将采光板的两侧边设置为倒V形钩,使采光板不易漏水,同时便于连接。

1.具有导流功能的屋面采光板,其特征在于:包括采光板本体(1),所述采光板本体(1)为波浪形,所述采光板本体(1)的波峰(2)处直径大于波谷(4)处直径,并且所述采光板本体(1)的波谷(4)沿其长度方向直径逐渐减小,所述采光板本体(1)的两侧边设置为倒V形钩(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有导流功能的屋面采光板,其特征在于:所述倒V形钩(3)与所述采光板本体(1)的波谷临近。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有导流功能的屋面采光板,其特征在于:所述采光板本体(1)由玻璃纤维材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有导流功能的屋面采光板,其特征在于:所述采光板本体(1)的波峰(2)处直径为波谷(4)处直径的五倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有导流功能的屋面采光板,其特征在于:所述倒V形钩(3)的顶部与所述采光板本体(1)的波峰平齐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有导流功能的屋面采光板,其特征在于:所述采光板本体(1)的厚度为15-20mm。
