Description

便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及烤炉设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构。
背景技术
随着人们户外活动的丰富,用于野外烧烤的烤炉被广泛应用,主要包括炉身、底架和支脚,通过支脚放置在底面对底架进行支撑,炉身则安装至底架上用于烧烤。现有的烤炉结构一般都是固定的,其体积较大,运输较为不便,在外出郊游时携带不便。而少有的便于携带的烤炉往往都采用拆卸式的进行收叠,在携带至郊外之后需要花费一定时间进行组装。另外还有的烤炉结构也只是简单的对炉身和底架进行收叠,而支脚所占用的体积还是很大。且在烤炉收折之后烤炉和底架容易松脱掉落,同样也会造成运输不便。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构,其支脚收放的同时还能对炉身进行锁定,节约存放空间且运输过程不会松脱。
本实用新型的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构,包括炉身、底架以及支脚组件,底架内形成一收纳腔,炉身安装于收纳腔内并可沿收纳腔的高度方向运动,炉身上设有第一连接部;收纳腔内的底部枢接有旋转件,该旋转 件上设有第二连接部,第二连接部用于在炉身运动至收纳腔底部时与第一连接部固定连接;支脚组件包括第一支脚和第二支脚,第一支脚的中部与第二支脚的中部均枢接于底架底部;所述旋转件与第一支脚联动,且在第一支脚和第二支脚向着相互靠近的方向转动时,第一支脚用于带动所述第一连接部向着靠近所述第二连接部的方向运动以使第一连接部和第二连接部固定连接。
优选的,旋转件的底端开设有安装槽,第一支脚上设有伸入收纳腔内的枢转部,该枢转部嵌装于安装槽内以使所述旋转件与第一支脚联动。
优选的,安装槽的内壁形成配合面,枢转部的外壁形成有驱动面,该驱动面用于在第一支脚转动时与所述配合面摩擦配合。
优选的,所述配合面以及驱动面均呈方形。
优选的,第二支脚的中部穿接至枢转部并与该枢转部枢转配合。
优选的,底架上开设有限位孔,第一支脚上设有限位部,该限位部滑动的穿接于限位孔内。
优选的,第一支脚上形成有抵挡部,第二支脚上形成有抵接部,该抵接部用于在所述限位部滑动至限位孔的其中一个端部时抵接至抵挡部。
优选的,第一连接部为设于炉身底部的卡槽,第二连接部为设于旋转件顶部的卡勾。
相比现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于:其炉身可收纳在底架上的收纳腔内,进行初步收叠;同时在支脚组件进行收折时,即第 一支脚和第二支脚在向着相互靠近的方向转动,此时第一支脚会带动旋转件转动,从而使旋转件上的第二连接部与炉身上的第一连接部固定连接,如此在实现支脚组件的收叠之后还可对炉身进行锁定,从而方便携带,且在运输过程中炉身不会与底架脱离。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步描述:
如图1-图4所示的便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构,包括炉身10、底架20以及支脚组件30,具体底架20内形成一收纳腔,将炉身10可安装于收纳腔内,同时炉身10可沿收纳腔的高度方向运动,且炉身10上设有第一连接部。另外,在收纳腔内的底部枢接有旋转件40,在旋转件40上设有第二连接部,该第二连接部在炉身10运动至收纳腔底部时可以与第一连接部固定连接。上述支脚组件30包括第一支脚31和第二支脚32,将第一支脚31的中部与第二支脚32的中部均枢接在底架20底部;上述旋转件40与第一支脚31联动,且在第一 支脚31和第二支脚32向着相互靠近的方向转动时,第一支脚31可用于带动所述第一连接部向着靠近所述第二连接部的方向运动,以使第一连接部和第二连接部固定连接。
在上述结构基础上,在收折本实用新型的烤炉时,可以使炉身10沿收纳腔的高度方向向收纳腔的底部运动,在炉身10运动至收纳腔的底部时,使用者可手动使第一支脚31和第二支脚32向着相互靠近的方向运转动,即收折方向。而第一支脚31转动的过程中,上述旋转件40会随着第一支脚31的转动而转动,旋转件40转动则会带动第一连接部向着第二连接部转动以使第一连接部和第二连接部固定连接,如此在完成支脚组件30的收折之后还将炉身10和底架20锁定,便于烤炉的携带和运输。当然,在需要使用该烤炉时,使第一支脚31和第二支脚32向着相互远离的方向转动,即展开方向,同样的旋转件40会随第一支脚31转动,使第一连接部与第二连接部脱离,此时使炉身10沿收纳腔的高度方向向收纳腔的顶部运动即可实现整个烤炉的展开。
另外,需要说明的是,在本实施例中,上述第一支脚31和第二支脚32向着相互远离的方向转动后,会伸出于炉身10底端外部,即是说第一支脚31和第二支脚32的支撑端点比炉身重心更加靠外,因而能够保持炉身10稳定不倾倒。
优选的,可在旋转件40的底端开设有安装槽42,相应的在第一支脚31上设有枢转部311,使该枢转部311伸入收纳腔内,同时该枢转部311嵌装于安装槽42内,如此可实现旋转件40与第一支脚 31的联动。进一步的,安装槽42的内壁形成配合面421,相应的枢转部311的外壁形成有驱动面313,该驱动面313用于在第一支脚31转动时与所述配合面421摩擦配合,如此在枢转部311转动时由于驱动面313与配合面421的摩擦配合,旋转件40便可与枢转部311联动了。
为了提高枢转部311的驱动力,上述所述配合面421以及驱动面313均呈方形,使彼此间的摩擦力更大,驱动效果更好。
当然,使上述枢转部311与安装槽42过盈配合,也可实现上述联动效果。而其他情况下,将旋转件40直接与第一支脚31固定,第一支脚31转动时旋转件40便可随着转动。
优选的,可将第二支脚32的中部穿接至枢转部311,同时使第二支脚32与枢转部311枢转配合,方便安装也便于第一支脚31和第二支脚32之间的相对转动。另外,在本实施例中,可通过在旋转件40中部螺接一螺栓,使该螺栓同时螺接枢转部311内,如此可实现旋转件40、第一支脚31和第二支脚32的安装,且旋转件40、第一支脚31和第二支脚32的安装可以是以该螺栓为转轴进行转动。
优选的,还可在底架20上开设有限位孔21,相应的在第一支脚31上设有限位部312,使限位部312滑动的穿接于限位孔21内,如此在第一支脚31转动时,限位部312会在限位孔21内滑动,在限位部312抵接至限位孔21的其中一个端部时,此时便是第一支脚31的转动极限,避免第一支脚31的转动角度过大。
进一步的,在第一支脚31上形成有抵挡部,相应的第二支脚32 上形成有抵接部,在限位部312滑动至限位孔21的其中一个端部时,该抵接部可抵接至抵挡部,从而限定第二支脚32的进一步转动,同样也可避免第二支脚32的转动角度过大。
优选的,在本实施例中,上述第一连接部为设于炉身10底部的卡槽,第二连接部为设于旋转件40顶部的卡勾41,在旋转件40转动时,卡勾41会卡接至卡槽内从而使炉身10固定在底架20上。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

  1. 便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构,包括炉身、底架以及支脚组件,其特征在于,底架内形成一收纳腔,炉身安装于收纳腔内并可沿收纳腔的高度方向运动,炉身上设有第一连接部;收纳腔内的底部枢接有旋转件,该旋转件上设有第二连接部,第二连接部用于在炉身运动至收纳腔底部时与第一连接部固定连接;支脚组件包括第一支脚和第二支脚,第一支脚的中部与第二支脚的中部均枢接于底架底部;所述旋转件与第一支脚联动,且在第一支脚和第二支脚向着相互靠近的方向转动时,第一支脚用于带动所述第一连接部向着靠近所述第二连接部的方向运动以使第一连接部和第二连接部固定连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构,其特征在于,旋转件的底端开设有安装槽,第一支脚上设有伸入收纳腔内的枢转部,该枢转部嵌装于安装槽内以使所述旋转件与第一支脚联动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构,其特征在于,安装槽的内壁形成配合面,枢转部的外壁形成有驱动面,该驱动面用于在第一支脚转动时与所述配合面摩擦配合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构,其特征在在于,所述配合面以及驱动面均呈方形。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构,其特征在于,第二支脚的中部穿接至枢转部并与该枢转部枢转配合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的便携式烤炉的支脚收放结构,其特征在于,底架上开设有限位孔,第一支脚上设有限位部,该限位部滑动的穿接于限位孔内。
