Abstract
一种防雾显示屏,包括显示模组(1)、保护板(2)、干燥器(3)及充气装置(4),显示模组(1)上设有边框(5),保护板(2)设置于边框(5)上,显示模组(1)、边框(5)以及保护板(2)之间形成内腔(10),边框(5)、保护板(2)或者显示模组(1)上设有与内腔连通的进气孔(50),边框(5)、保护板(2)或者显示模组(1)上设有与内腔连通的排气孔(51),充气装置(4)与干燥器(3)相连,干燥器(3)与进气孔(50)连通。防雾显示屏的充气装置抽入外部空气,外部空气经过干燥器后形成干燥空气,干燥空气通过进气孔进入内腔并从排气孔排出,内腔中具有持续流动的干燥空气,使得内腔的露点有效降低,避免保护板的内部表面出现结露现象,能够彻底解决保护板上水雾遮挡显示模组图像的问题,保证产品的使用性能。
Description
本发明涉及显示屏技术领域,特别涉及一种防雾显示屏。
目前在交互智能平板行业,对画面显示质量有很高的要求。无论是采用红外触控技术的显示屏,还是采用电容触控技术的显示屏,其显示模组上一般都设有一层起保护作用的保护板。通常这层保护板与显示模组之间留有间隙,此间隙是为了避免保护板和显示模组相互影响,引起如彩晕、变形挤压等问题。而间隙处难免存在一定湿度的空气,当显示屏工作一段时间后,由于设备发热及外部冷空气的影响,保护板的内部表面会出现结露现象。保护板上的水雾会遮挡显示模组的图像,致使显示信息不完整,严重影响产品的使用。
发明内容
基于此,本发明在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防雾显示屏,结构简单,能够有效地解决保护板的结露问题。
其技术方案如下:
一种防雾显示屏,包括显示模组、保护板、干燥器及充气装置,所述显示模块上设有边框,所述保护板设置于边框上,该显示模组、边框以及保护板之间形成内腔,所述边框、保护板或者显示模组上设有与内腔连通的进气孔,所述边框、保护板或者显示模组上设有与内腔连通的排气孔,所述充气装置与干燥器相连,所述干燥器与进气孔连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述进气孔设置在边框上,所述排气孔设置在边框上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述边框包括竖向设置的左框架和右框架及横向设置的上框架和下框架,所述上框架、左框架、下框架、右框架依次相连形
成环状,所述进气孔设置在下框架上,所述排气孔设置在上框架上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述进气孔为多个,多个所述进气孔间隔设置在下框架上,所述排气孔为多个,多个所述排气孔间隔设置在上框架上,所述干燥器通过多个气管与多个进气孔分别连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述防雾显示屏还包括底座,所述干燥器与充气装置分别固定在底座上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底座固定在显示模组上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述防雾显示屏还包括控制器,所述显示模块、充气装置分别与控制器电性连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述保护板为钢化玻璃。
在其中一个实施例中,所述干燥器为CMD膜干燥器。
在其中一个实施例中,所述充气装置为微型充气泵。
下面对前述技术方案的优点或原理进行说明:
上述防雾显示屏,充气装置抽入外部空气,外部空气经过干燥器后形成干燥空气,干燥空气通过进气孔进入内腔并从排气孔排出,内腔中具有持续流动的干燥空气,使得内腔的露点有效降低,避免保护板的内部表面出现结露现象。该防雾显示屏结构简单,能够彻底解决保护板上水雾遮挡显示模组图像的问题,保证产品的使用性能。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1-2所示,本实施例所述的防雾显示屏,包括显示模组1、保护板2、干燥器3及充气装置4,所述显示模块上设有边框5,所述保护板2设置于边框5上,该显示模组1、边框5以及保护板2之间形成内腔10,所述边框5上设有与内腔10连通的进气孔50,所述边框5上设有与内腔10连通的排气孔51,所述充气装置4与干燥器3相连,所述干燥器3与进气孔50连通。上述防雾显示屏,充气装置4抽入外部空气,外部空气经过干燥器3后形成干燥空气,干燥空气通过进气孔50进入内腔10并从排气孔51排出,内腔10中具有持续流动的干燥空气,使得内腔10的露点有效降低,避免保护板2的内部表面出现结露现象。该防雾显示屏结构简单,能够彻底解决保护板2上水雾遮挡显示模组1图像的问题,保证产品的使用性能。
需要说明的是,所述进气孔50也可以设置在保护板2或者显示模组1上,所述排气孔51也可以设置在保护板2或者显示模组1上,但是基于加工的方便性及外形的美观性,所述的进气孔50优选设置在边框5上,所述的排气孔51优选设置在边框5上。
如图2所示,所述边框5包括竖向设置的左框架和右框架及横向设置的上框架和下框架,所述上框架、左框架、下框架、右框架依次相连形成环状,所述进气孔50设置在下框架上,所述排气孔51设置在上框架上。干燥空气从下部进入内腔10,受热后从上部排出,保证其持续稳定地流动。优选地,所述进气孔50为多个,多个所述进气孔50间隔设置在下框架上,所述排气孔51为多个,多个所述排气孔51间隔设置在上框架上,所述干燥器3通过多个气管与多个进气孔50分别连通。干燥空气从多个进气孔50进入内腔10,使得整个内腔10的露点保持在一个较低的温度,彻底解决水雾问题。
在本实施例中,所述防雾显示屏还包括底座6,所述干燥器3与充气装置4分别固定在底座6上,实现干燥器3与充气装置4的固定。优选地,所述底座6固定在显示模组1上,与显示模组1形成一个整体,方便使用和运输。
本实施例所述的防雾显示屏还包括控制器,所述显示模块、充气装置4分别与控制器电性连接。当显示模块运行时,控制器会控制充气装置4运行,
将干燥空气持续地送入内腔10中。
其中,本实施例所述的保护板2为钢化玻璃,具有良好的机械性能和耐热抗震性能。所述干燥器3为CMD膜干燥器,CMD膜干燥器由成千上万根中空纤维膜丝组成,对水分具有极强的渗透作用,利用反吹空气进行干燥,露点控制更低,干燥效果更好,且无需维护,可长期使用。所述充气装置4为微型充气泵,占用空间小,质量小。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种防雾显示屏,其特征在于,包括显示模组、保护板、干燥器及充气装置,所述显示模块上设有边框,所述保护板设置于边框上,该显示模组、边框以及保护板之间形成内腔,所述边框、保护板或者显示模组上设有与内腔连通的进气孔,所述边框、保护板或者显示模组上设有与内腔连通的排气孔,所述充气装置与干燥器相连,所述干燥器与进气孔连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防雾显示屏,其特征在于,所述进气孔设置在边框上,所述排气孔设置在边框上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的防雾显示屏,其特征在于,所述边框包括竖向设置的左框架和右框架及横向设置的上框架和下框架,所述上框架、左框架、下框架、右框架依次相连形成环状,所述进气孔设置在下框架上,所述排气孔设置在上框架上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的防雾显示屏,其特征在于,所述进气孔为多个,多个所述进气孔间隔设置在下框架上,所述排气孔为多个,多个所述排气孔间隔设置在上框架上,所述干燥器通过多个气管与多个进气孔分别连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防雾显示屏,其特征在于,还包括底座,所述干燥器与充气装置分别固定在底座上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的防雾显示屏,其特征在于,所述底座固定在显示模组上。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的防雾显示屏,其特征在于,还包括控制器,所述显示模块、充气装置分别与控制器电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的防雾显示屏,其特征在于,所述保护板为钢化玻璃。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的防雾显示屏,其特征在于,所述干燥器为CMD膜干燥器。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的防雾显示屏,其特征在于,所述充气装置为微型充气泵。
