所述密码锁组件包括轴向平行设置的三个密码轮3、与各密码轮3同轴并齿点配合的密码槽轮、设置在密码槽轮与底盖之间抵触密码槽轮的槽轮压簧、同时与三个密码槽轮上的凹槽配合的活动框,活动框上设有分别与三个密码槽轮的凹槽相吻合的凸块;所述活动框的末端与锁盒之间还设有活动框复位压簧;所述密码锁组件还包括设置在活 动框尾部外侧的转动块4以及转动块4复位扭簧,该转动块4上分别向外突出成型有限位块、挡块,且转动块4上还设有回拨槽,于所述活动框的尾部设有与所述转动块4上的限位块相对应的限位槽,所述限位块延伸入该限位槽中。所述锁扣组件包括两条上下叠放且与转动块4设置在活动框同侧的锁扣杆10,锁扣杆10的一端连接穿出于锁盒的推动按钮12,两锁扣杆10的中段交错地分别向外侧延伸出锁扣部9,每个锁扣部9与锁盒之间设有锁扣杆复位压簧;所述锁扣杆10的末端部与所述转动块4相对;于所述锁扣部9的下方还设有弹脚。所述锁盒的一侧设有两个插孔11,所述锁扣部9伸出在插孔11内;所述锁盒的另一侧设有供密码轮3露出的密码轮3孔。
所述钢丝组件包括能转动的收卷轮6、缠绕在收卷轮6上的钢丝7和驱动收卷轮6转动复位的复位机构。所述钢丝7的一端固定在收卷轮6上,钢丝7的另一端伸出锁盒外并与扣牌8连接,所述扣牌8上设有与插孔11内锁扣部9配合的锁孔81。所述复位机构为设置在收卷轮6中间的法条5,当拉出钢丝7时,钢丝7带动收卷轮6转动,收卷轮6转动时会拉动法条5收紧,此时的法条5具有复位形变的能力,当撤除钢丝7的外力后,法条5复位并驱动收卷轮6反方向转动,从而自动将钢丝7缠绕在收卷轮6上。
本实用新型的锁扣组件和密码锁组件部分为现有技术,该种密码锁结构通常应用在现有的防盗箱包中;本实用新型在现有密码锁的基础上加入钢丝卷组件,钢丝卷组件体积小,能够集成在锁盒中,对于锁盒的外观并不影响;如图3所示,当箱包处于锁紧状态时,箱包的包体2拉链的拉牌锁紧在插孔11的锁扣部9上,从而防止包体2的拉链被非法打开;另外,缠绕在收卷轮6上的钢丝被拉出,钢丝可以栓在柱体15上,然后钢丝端部的扣牌8可以锁紧在插孔11的锁扣部9上, 从而防止箱包被拿走;当需要解锁时,与传统密码锁相同,转动密码轮3到正确位置,接触锁扣部9的约束即可将拉链的拉牌和钢丝的扣牌8从插孔11中释放。本实用新型在传统密码锁基础上巧妙结合钢丝结构,对箱包起到双重防盗的功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双重防盗包,包括设置在包体上的密码锁,其特征在于:所述密码锁包括锁盒,所述锁盒内设有锁扣组件、用于控制锁扣组件状态的密码锁组件和钢丝卷组件;所述密码锁组件包括密码轮;所述锁扣组件包括两根以上的锁扣杆,所述锁扣杆的一侧向外延伸设有锁扣部,所述锁盒的一侧设有两个以上的插孔,所述锁扣部伸出在插孔内;所述锁盒的另一侧设有供密码轮露出的密码轮孔;所述钢丝组件包括能转动的收卷轮、缠绕在收卷轮上的钢丝和驱动收卷轮转动复位的复位机构,所述钢丝的一端固定在收卷轮上,钢丝的另一端伸出锁盒外并与扣牌连接,所述扣牌上设有与插孔内锁扣部配合的锁孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双重防盗包,其特征在于:所述密码锁设置在包体的顶部位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双重防盗包,其特征在于:所述锁盒包括顶盖和与顶盖配合的底盖,所述锁盒设置在包体的表面,所述包体内设有夹紧板,所述夹紧板与锁盒连接并夹持包体的面料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双重防盗包,其特征在于:所述密码锁组件包括轴向平行设置的三个密码轮、与各密码轮同轴并齿点配合的密码槽轮、设置在密码槽轮与底盖之间抵触密码槽轮的槽轮压簧、同时与三个密码槽轮上的凹槽配合的活动框,活动框上设有分别与三个密码槽轮的凹槽相吻合的凸块;所述活动框的末端与锁盒之间还设有活动框复位压簧;所述密码锁组件还包括设置在活动框尾部外侧的转动块以及转动块复位扭簧,该转动块上分别向外突出 成型有限位块、挡块,且转动块上还设有回拨槽,于所述活动框的尾部设有与所述转动块上的限位块相对应的限位槽,所述限位块延伸入该限位槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种双重防盗包,其特征在于:所述锁扣组件包括两条上下叠放且与转动块设置在活动框同侧的锁扣杆,锁扣杆的一端连接穿出于锁盒的推动按钮,两锁扣杆的中段交错地分别向外侧延伸出锁扣部,每个锁扣部与锁盒之间设有锁扣杆复位压簧;所述锁扣杆的末端部与所述转动块相对;于所述锁扣部的下方还设有弹脚。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双重防盗包,其特征在于:所述锁盒内设有用于安装密码锁组件和锁扣组件的第一腔体和用于安装钢丝卷组件的第二腔体。
  7. 一种密码锁,其特征在于:所述密码锁包括锁盒,所述锁盒内设有锁扣组件、用于控制锁扣组件状态的密码锁组件和钢丝卷组件;所述密码锁组件包括密码轮;所述锁扣组件包括两根以上的锁扣杆,所述锁扣杆的一侧向外延伸设有锁扣部,所述锁盒的一侧设有两个以上的插孔,所述锁扣部伸出在插孔内;所述锁盒的另一侧设有供密码轮露出的密码轮孔;所述钢丝组件包括能转动的收卷轮、缠绕在收卷轮上的钢丝和驱动收卷轮转动复位的复位机构,所述钢丝的一端固定在收卷轮上,钢丝的另一端伸出锁盒外并与扣牌连接,所述扣牌上设有与插孔内锁扣部配合的锁孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种密码锁,其特征在于:所述锁盒包括顶盖和与顶盖配合的底盖,所述锁盒设置在包体的表面,所述包体内设有夹紧板,所述夹紧板与锁盒连接并夹持包体的面料。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种密码锁,其特征在于:所述密码锁组件包括轴向平行设置的三个密码轮、与各密码轮同轴并齿点配合的密码槽轮、设置在密码槽轮与底盖之间抵触密码槽轮的槽轮压簧、同时与三个密码槽轮上的凹槽配合的活动框,活动框上设有分别与三个密码槽轮的凹槽相吻合的凸块;所述活动框的末端与锁盒之间还设有活动框复位压簧;所述密码锁组件还包括设置在活动框尾部外侧的转动块以及转动块复位扭簧,该转动块上分别向外突出成型有限位块、挡块,且转动块上还设有回拨槽,于所述活动框的尾部设有与所述转动块上的限位块相对应的限位槽,所述限位块延伸入该限位槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种密码锁,其特征在于:所述锁扣组件包括两条上下叠放且与转动块设置在活动框同侧的锁扣杆,锁扣杆的一端连接穿出于锁盒的推动按钮,两锁扣杆的中段交错地分别向外侧延伸出锁扣部,每个锁扣部与锁盒之间设有锁扣杆复位压簧;所述锁扣杆的末端部与所述转动块相对;于所述锁扣部的下方还设有弹脚。
