【背景技术】
搅拌器作为一种实验工作以及日常生活中常用的设备,以磁力搅拌器为例,现有的磁力搅拌器在工作时,一般是直接将装有磁子和固液混合物的烧杯放在磁力搅拌台上,打开磁力搅拌开关进行搅拌操作。在搅拌的过程中磁子和固体颗粒物质产生一定的阻力,经常致使烧杯在搅拌过程中倾斜,从而影响搅拌效率,严重时会使烧杯翻倒造成水浴、油浴的不必要污染,这给整个实验操作带来很大的不便,有时在实验中为了避免以上意外的发生,实验员会不定时的进行观察和调整。
此外,在进行某些实验(如化学水浴沉积实验)时,需夹持片状实验品在烧杯中进行直立(同时烧杯中液体进行搅拌),或采取搅拌或晃动片状实验对象的方式,以保证实验品与烧杯中液体存在相对运动,针对以上两种情况,一般的夹持装置在一定的搅拌操作下容易导致实验品掉落,目前多采用人工方法来解决以上问题,较为浪费人力。

有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种搅拌系统、搅拌器及其夹持装置,以解决现有技术中搅拌器在搅拌过程中无法固定并旋转固态实验品的技术问题。

根据本发明一优选实施例,所述搅拌器包括叶片搅拌器、螺带搅拌器或者集热式磁力搅拌器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明进一步提供一种搅拌系统,所述搅拌系统包括用于容置待搅拌物质的容器以及上述实施例中任一项所述的搅拌器,所述搅拌器用于对容器内的待搅拌物质进行搅拌。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的搅拌系统、搅拌器及其夹持装置,通过设置简单的夹持装置结构,可以实现在搅拌过程中对实验品进行固定和转动的功能,其结构可靠且容易操作,减少了实验过程中对人力的耗费。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明搅拌系统一优选实施例的组成结构示意图。
该搅拌系统包括但不限于搅拌器100、用于容置待搅拌物质的容器200以及温度传感器400等。
搅拌器100用于对容器200内的待搅拌物质进行搅拌。温度传感器400用于感应水浴液体温度,以便控制水浴液体的温度。其中,容器200可以为烧杯等。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的搅拌器100可以为叶片搅拌器、螺带搅拌器或者集热式磁力搅拌器等等,在本领域技术人员的理解范围内,此处不再一一列举,本实施例中仅以集热式磁力搅拌器为例。
具体而言,该搅拌器100包括机身110以及夹持装置120,夹持装置装置120用于夹持实验品300并带动试验品转动。
该搅拌器的机身110上可以设有显示屏111、搅拌子速率控制旋钮112、夹持装置转动速率控制旋钮113以及夹持装置转动时间控制按钮114等。
显示屏111用于显示温度感应器400感应到的温度和设定的温度,可以通过触摸屏或者按钮来调整设定温度值。
搅拌子速率控制旋钮112用于控制搅拌子的转速。
夹持装置转动速率控制旋钮113通过搅拌器机身110内部电路电线,控制机身内电机转动轴的转动速率。
夹持装置转动时间控制按钮114则可以通过搅拌器机身110内部电路电线,控制机身110内电机转动轴的转动时间。关于搅拌器其他部分的结构特征,在本领域技术人员的理解范围内,此处不再赘述。
该夹持装置120包括:支撑连杆121以及夹持机构122;该支撑连杆121的一端与搅拌器机身110的顶部连接,另一端与夹持机构122连接。
优选地,该支撑连杆121包括第一支撑连杆1211和第二支撑连杆1212,第一支撑连杆1211与搅拌器机身110的顶部连接,连接形式可以为通过螺钉等结构连接。第二支撑连杆1212的一端与第一支撑连杆1211连接,另一端与夹持机构122连接。
进一步优选地,该第一支撑连杆1211还可以为高度可调的结构,进而带动第二支撑连杆1212上下移动,以调整第二支撑连杆1212的设置高度位置,即调整实验品300与烧杯的距离。
图中双向箭头为第二支撑连杆1212的调整示意,标号12111可以为为调节旋钮。
优选地,本实施例中的第一支撑连杆1211和第二支撑连杆1212均采用中空的管状结构,以便内部可以可以用于容置连接夹持装置120中的电机转动轴与机身的电线。
请一并参阅图2和图3,图2是图1实施例中夹持机构的结构正视图,图3是图1实施例中夹持机构的结构侧视图。
该夹持机构122包括驱动单元1221、连接组件1222、连接板1223以及夹持板1224。
其中,驱动单元1221包括驱动电机(图中未示)以及与驱动电机连接的电机转动轴12211,该电机转动轴12211与连接板1223连接。连接板1223的另一端通过连接组件1222与夹持板1224固定连接。
优选地,该夹持板1224为两片,一端夹设于连接板1223的两侧,另一端用于夹持实验品300。
驱动单元1221通过连接板1223驱动夹持板1224转动,进而带动夹持在夹持板1224上的实验品转动。
其中,夹持板1224用于夹持实验品300的一端内侧设有凹凸结构12241,用以增大对实验品300的夹持摩擦力。
优选地,该凹凸结构12241可以为锯齿状结构、凸点状结构或其他非光滑平面结构,保证夹持实验品时的稳定。
连接组件1222则包括固定螺杆12221以及固定螺母12222,该固定螺杆12221贯穿两片夹持板1224以及连接板1223的一端,固定螺母12222与固定螺杆12221配合。
其中,固定螺母12222与固定螺杆12221配合结构,一方面可以实现连接板1223与夹持板1224的连接;另一方面还可以提供两夹持板1224的夹持力,通过调节固定螺母12222与固定螺杆12221配合的松紧程度,进而达到调节两夹持板1224对实验品的夹持力度、夹持位置以及松开等目的。
在本实施例中,固定螺母12222可以为从固定螺杆12221的两端进行配合,当然,在其他实施例中,还可以为螺母12222从固定螺杆12221的一端进行配合的结构。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的搅拌系统、搅拌器及其夹持装置,通过设置简单的夹持装置结构,可以实现在搅拌过程中对实验品进行固定和转动的功能,其结构可靠且容易操作,减少了实验过程中对人力的耗费。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种用于搅拌器的实验品夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置包括:支撑连杆以及夹持机构;所述支撑连杆的一端与搅拌器机身的顶部连接,另一端与所述夹持机构连接;所述夹持机构包括驱动单元、连接组件以及夹持板,所述驱动单元通过所述连接组件与所述夹持板固定连接,所述夹持板用于夹持实验品,所述驱动单元用于驱动所述夹持板转动,进而带动夹持在所述夹持板上的实验品转动;所述支撑连杆包括第一支撑连杆和第二支撑连杆,所述第一支撑连杆与搅拌器机身的顶部连接,所述第二支撑连杆的一端与所述第一支撑连杆连接,另一端与所述夹持机构连接;所述夹持机构还包括连接板,所述连接板一端与所述驱动单元连接,另一端通过所述连接组件与所述夹持板连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述第一支撑连杆的高度可调,进而带动所述第二支撑连杆以调整所述第二支撑连杆的设置位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹持板为两片,夹设于所述连接板的两侧,所述连接组件包括固定螺杆以及固定螺母,所述固定螺杆贯穿所述两片夹持板以及所述连接板的一端,所述固定螺母与所述固定螺杆配合,实现所述连接板与所述夹持板的连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹持板用于夹持实验品的一端内侧设有凹凸结构,用以增大对所述实验品的夹持摩擦力。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述驱动单元包括驱动电机以及与所述驱动电机连接的电机转动轴,所述电机转动轴与所述连接板连接。
  6. 一种搅拌器,其特征在于,所述搅拌器包括机身以及夹持装置,所述夹持装置包括:支撑连杆以及夹持机构;所述支撑连杆的一端与所述机身的顶部连接,另一端与所述夹持机构连接;所述夹持机构包括驱动单元、连接组件以及夹持板,所述驱动单元通过所述连接组件与所述夹持板固定连接,所述夹持板用于夹持实验品,所述驱动单元用于驱动所述夹持板转动,进而带动夹持在所述夹持板上的实验品转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述搅拌器包括叶片搅拌器、螺带搅拌器或者集热式磁力搅拌器。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述支撑连杆包括第一支撑连杆和第二支撑连杆,所述第一支撑连杆与搅拌器机身的顶部连接,所述第二支撑连杆的一端与所述第一支撑连杆连接,另一端与所述夹持机构连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述第一支撑连杆的高度可调,进而带动所述第二支撑连杆以调整所述第二支撑连杆的设置位置。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述夹持机构还包括连接板,所述连接板一端与所述驱动单元连接,另一端通过所述连接组件与所述夹持板连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述夹持板为两片,夹设于所述连接板的两侧,所述连接组件包括固定螺杆以及固定螺母,所述固定螺杆贯穿所述两片夹持板以及所述连接板的一端,所述固定螺母与所述固定螺杆配合,实现所述连接板与所述夹持板的连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述夹持板用于夹持实验品的一端内侧设有凹凸结构,用以增大对所述实验品的夹持摩擦力。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述驱动单元包括驱动电机以及与所述驱动电机连接的电机转动轴,所述电机转动轴与所述连接板连接。
  14. 一种搅拌系统,其特征在于,所述搅拌系统包括用于容置待搅拌物质的容器以及搅拌器,所述搅拌器用于对容器内的待搅拌物质进行搅拌;所述搅拌器包括机身以及夹持装置,所述夹持装置包括:支撑连杆以及夹持机构;所述支撑连杆的一端与所述机身的顶部连接,另一端与所述夹持机构连接;所述夹持机构包括驱动单元、连接组件以及夹持板,所述驱动单元通过所述连接组件与所述夹持板固定连接,所述夹持板用于夹持实验品,所述驱动单元用于驱动所述夹持板转动,进而带动夹持在所述夹持板上的实验品转动。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的搅拌系统,其特征在于,所述支撑连杆包括第一支撑连杆和第二支撑连杆,所述第一支撑连杆与搅拌器机身的顶部连接,所述第二支撑连杆的一端与所述第一支撑连杆连接,另一端与所述夹持机构连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的搅拌系统,其特征在于,所述第一支撑连杆的高度可调,进而带动所述第二支撑连杆以调整所述第二支撑连杆的设置位置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的搅拌系统,其特征在于,所述夹持机构还包括连接板,所述连接板一端与所述驱动单元连接,另一端通过所述连接组件与所述夹持板连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的搅拌系统,其特征在于,所述夹持板为两片,夹设于所述连接板的两侧,所述连接组件包括固定螺杆以及固定螺母,所述固定螺杆贯穿所述两片夹持板以及所述连接板的一端,所述固定螺母与所述固定螺杆配合,实现所述连接板与所述夹持板的连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的搅拌系统,其特征在于,所述夹持板用于夹持实验品的一端内侧设有凹凸结构,用以增大对所述实验品的夹持摩擦力。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的搅拌系统,其特征在于,所述驱动单元包括驱动电机以及与所述驱动电机连接的电机转动轴,所述电机转动轴与所述连接板连接。
