按摩器是根据物理学,仿生学,生物电学、中医学以及多年临床实践而研制开发出的新一代保健器材。它不仅拥有八大仿真功能,让您确实体会到针灸、推拿、按摩、锤击、火罐、刮痧、瘦身、免疫调节八种功能的美妙感觉,还有治疗高血压的独特功效。用若干个独立软触按摩头,可放松肌肉、舒缓神经、促进血液循环、加强细胞新陈代谢、增强皮肤弹性,可缓解疲劳、明显减轻各种慢性疼痛、急性疼痛和肌肉酸痛,放松身体减轻压力,减少皮肤皱纹。
现有脚部按摩器通常会采用一个气泵进行打气操作,用气囊固定住脚部,然后用电机驱动按摩头进行脚底按摩,由于采用电机和气泵组合,使得设备体积较大,占用空间较多,同时生产维护成本较高。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型旨在提供一种单电机驱动足底按摩和气泵打气的低成本、小体积、易维护的新型单电机脚部按摩器。
为实现该技术目的,本实用新型的方案是:一种新型单电机脚部按摩器,包括电机、壳体、揉捏按摩头、气泵组件,所述电机设置在壳体中部,所述电机一端通过偏心齿轮组与传动轴驱动连接,所述传动轴两端连接有揉捏按摩头;
所述电机另一端连接至气泵组件,所述气泵组件包括偏心轮、气泵壳、压板、软胶活塞,所述软胶活塞一端与压板固定连接,所述软胶活塞另一端于气泵壳固定连接,所述压板顶部与偏心轮固定连接,所述电机与偏心轮驱动连接,电机带动偏心轮转动使得压板做上下活动,进而实现压板挤压软胶活塞进行抽气操作。
作为优选,所述揉捏按摩头包括足底滚轮、外滚轮和内滚轮,所述外滚轮和内滚轮均为圆柱形结构,所述足底滚轮包括连接臂和足底板,所述外滚轮、内滚轮、和连接臂一端嵌套在传动轴上,所述外滚轮和内滚轮分别位于连接臂两侧,所述足底板、外滚轮和内滚轮表面设置有按摩凸起。
本实用新型的有益效果,本申请通过电机两头输出扭力,使其一头通过偏心齿轮组带动传动轴,联动揉捏按摩头来实现足底按摩功能,另一头由通过电机输出扭力,驱动偏心轮做轴向运动,带动压板挤压软胶活塞来达到打气功能;本申请仅仅只需要使用一个电机,使得结构紧凑,大幅节省内部空间,并且充气量大,大幅降低制造成本,同时减少维护成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1-5所示,本实用新型所述的具体实施例为一种新型单电机脚部按摩器,包括电机1、壳体2、揉捏按摩头3、气泵组件4,所述电机1设置在壳体2中部,所述电机1一端通过偏心齿轮组6与传动轴5驱动连接,所述传动轴5两端连接有揉捏按摩头3;
所述电机1另一端连接至气泵组件4,所述气泵组件4包括偏心轮41、气泵壳42、压板43、软胶活塞44,柔性的软胶活塞44一端与硬质的压板43固定连接,所述软胶活塞44另一端于气泵壳42固定连接,所述压板43顶部与偏心轮41固定连接,所述电机1与偏心轮41驱动连接,电机1带动偏心轮41转动使得压板43做上下活动,进而实现压板43挤压软胶活塞44进行抽气操作。
为了获得更好的足底按摩效果,所述揉捏按摩头3包括足底滚轮7、外滚轮8和内滚轮9,所述外滚轮8和内滚轮9均为圆柱形结构,所述足底滚轮7包括连接臂10和足底板11,所述外滚轮8、内滚轮9、和连接臂10一端嵌套在传动轴5上,所述外滚轮8和内滚轮9分别位于连接臂10两侧,所述足底板11、外滚轮8和内滚轮9表面设置有按摩凸起12。这样可以保证足底的中部和后部都可以很好的受力揉捏。
本申请通过电机两头输出扭力,使其一头通过偏心齿轮组带动传动轴,联动揉捏按摩头来实现足底按摩功能,另一头由通过电机输出 扭力,驱动偏心轮做轴向运动,带动压板挤压软胶活塞来达到打气功能;本申请仅仅只需要使用一个电机,使得结构紧凑,大幅节省内部空间,并且充气量大,大幅降低制造成本,同时减少维护成本。

    所述电机另一端连接至气泵组件,所述气泵组件包括偏心轮、气泵壳、压板、软胶活塞,所述软胶活塞一端与压板固定连接,所述软胶活塞另一端于气泵壳固定连接,所述压板顶部与偏心轮固定连接,所述电机与偏心轮驱动连接,电机带动偏心轮转动使得压板做上下活动,进而实现压板挤压软胶活塞进行抽气操作。
