本发明的有益效果在于:采用金属支架组件将陶瓷发热组件稳定地固定于吹风机内部,避免绝缘胶件因受热软化,不能稳固陶瓷发热体的问题,还可利用智能控制模块调节陶瓷发热组件两端电压,调节吹风机出风温度。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明提出了一种智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,包括电源线1、外壳2、电机3、风叶4和电源开关,电源开关设置外壳2的表面,电源线1固定至外壳2的内部,为吹风机供电,电机3的转轴与风叶4固定连接,电机3带动风叶4转动,还包括片状陶瓷发热片组成的陶瓷发热组件5、金属支架组件6和智能控制模块主板7,金属支架组件6依次将陶瓷发热组件5、电机3和风叶4固定在外壳2内部;陶瓷发热组件5包括若干并联的陶瓷发热片501,陶瓷发热片501呈米字型结构固定,智能控制模块主板7用于调节陶瓷发热组件5两 端电压,调节出风的温度。本发明采用金属支架组件6将陶瓷发热组件5稳定地固定于吹风机内部,避免绝缘胶件因受热软化,不能稳固陶瓷发热体的问题,还可利用智能控制模块主板7调节陶瓷发热组件5两端电压,调节吹风机出风温度。
陶瓷发热组件5发热快、耗电量低、表面不带电,能够保证不漏电,用户在使用过程中无需担心短路起火。
本发明使用陶瓷发热组件5,代替了现有市场上的石棉支架和石棉纸,杜绝了石棉纤维颗粒对人体造成危害,保证吹出环保健康的热风或冷风,孕妇也可放心使用。
金属支架组件6包括第一陶瓷固定支架601、第二陶瓷固定支架602、封闭铝材603、金属垫片604、钣金件605和固定支架606,第一陶瓷固定支架601和第二陶瓷固定支架602分别固定在封闭铝材603的两端,陶瓷发热片501设在封闭铝材603内,金属垫片604和钣金件605均固定在第二陶瓷固定支架602上,钣金件605包括延伸部,通过该延伸部固定在固定支架606上;电机3和风叶4固定在固定支架606上。
金属支架组件6还包括减震垫607,减震垫607固定在第一陶瓷固定支架601处。
第一陶瓷固定支架601和第二陶瓷固定支架602均包括圆形固定框,圆形固定框内设有与陶瓷发热片501相对应的米字型固定槽。
具体的,固定支架606包括圆筒组件和设在圆筒组件外侧的固定环,电机3和风叶4固定在圆筒组件内,能够有效降低吹风机在使用过程发出的噪音。
外壳2包括前壳201、后壳202、手柄203、前网204和后网205,前网204固定在前壳201的前端,即出风口,后网205固定在后网205的末端,即进风口,后网205为铁网,后壳202和后网205之间设有一环形装饰件206;手柄203包括两部分构成,分别固定在前壳201的末端和后壳202的前端,前壳201和后壳202的两侧分别卡接有一装饰件207。
智能控制模块主板7包括控制按键、第一控制芯片、第一显示屏和第一负离子组件,控制按键、第一显示屏和第一负离子组件分别与第一控制芯片电性 连接;控制按键包括第一开/关机按键、风量/功率增加按键和风量/功率降低按键;第一显示屏显示温度数值和功率数值。第一开/关机按键长按2秒开机,开机功率1500W,第一显示屏背光红色,带记忆;第一开/关机按键长按2秒关机,关机时先断开陶瓷发热组件5电源,第一显示屏背光蓝色闪亮,电机3全功率工作,5秒后自动关机;单击第一开/关机按键由热风模式进入冷风模式,背光蓝色,雪花灯亮。第一显示屏的风扇标识和功率标识W常开。
具体的,温度过载保护板701固定在封闭铝材603处。
第一开/关机按键用于,长按M秒后,发送开机信号至第一控制芯片,使吹风机进入热风模式;单击后发送模式变换信号至第一控制芯片,使吹风机由热风模式转换为冷风模式或由冷风模式转换为热风模式;长按N秒后,发送关机信号至第一控制芯片,使吹风机关机;M和N均为整数,大于等于1;具体的,在本实施例中,M和N均为2。
风量/功率增加按键用于,在冷风模式下发送风量增加信号至第一控制芯片,在热风模式下发送功率增加信号至第一控制芯片;
风量/功率降低按键用于,在冷风模式下发送风量降低信号至第一控制芯片,在热风模式下发送功率降低信号至第一控制芯片。
电源线1输入电压为120V、频率为60HZ或电压为240V、频率为50HZ的电流至吹风机,电机3和风叶4的输出电压为10~24V,陶瓷发热组件5的输出电压为60~120V,第一负离子组件的输出电压为120V,吹风机的整机功率为500W-1500W。上述数值为本实施例的一种情况,其他数值也属于本专利保护范围内。
实施例二
在本实施例中,智能控制模块主板7的组成与实施例一不同。
智能控制模块主板7包括第二开/关机按键、电位器、第二控制芯片、第二显示屏和第二负离子组件,第二开/关机按键、电位器、第二显示屏和第二负离子组件分别与第二控制芯片典型连接;
第二开/关机按键用于,长按P秒后,发送开机信号至第二控制芯片,使吹风机进入热风模式;单击后发送模式变换信号至第二控制芯片,使吹风机由热 风模式转换为冷风模式或由冷风模式转换为热风模式;长按Q秒后,发送关机信号至第二控制芯片,使吹风机关机;P和Q均为整数,大于等于1;在本实施例中,P和Q均为2。
电位器用于发送风量/功率增加信号或风量/功率降低信号至第二控制芯片。
电源线1输入电压为120V、频率为60HZ或电压为240V、频率为50HZ的电流至吹风机,电机3和风叶4的输出电压为10~24V,陶瓷发热组件5的输出电压为60~120V,第二负离子组件的输出电压为120V。吹风机的整机功率为500W-1500W。上述数值为本实施例的一种情况,其他数值也属于本专利保护范围内。
在上述两个实施例中,用控制按键进行调节控制和用电位器进行调节控制的工作原理是一样的,通过电源线1向吹风机输入电压为120V、频率为60HZ或电压为240V、频率为50HZ的电流,电机3和风叶4的输出电压在10~~24V之间可调,输出的负离子电压都是120V,输出的陶瓷发热组件5的电压都是在60~~120V之间可调,吹风机的整机功率500W~~1500W,负离子一开机就一直输出,关机时自动关机。
本发明将陶瓷发热组件5运用于吹风机上,通过结构、硬件、软件组合控制可比传统吹风机提升效率50%以上(也就是省电50%以上)。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,包括电源线、外壳、电机、风叶和电源开关,所述电源开关设置所述外壳的表面,所述电源线固定至所述外壳的内部,为吹风机供电,所述电机的转轴与所述风叶固定连接,其特征在于:还包括片状陶瓷发热片组成的陶瓷发热组件、金属支架组件和智能控制模块,所述金属支架组件依次将所述陶瓷发热组件、电机和风叶固定在所述外壳内部;所述陶瓷发热组件包括若干并联的陶瓷发热片,所述陶瓷发热片呈米字型结构固定,所述智能控制模块用于调节所述陶瓷发热组件两端电压,调节出风的温度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,其特征在于:所述金属支架组件包括第一陶瓷固定支架、第二陶瓷固定支架、封闭铝材、金属垫片、钣金件和固定支架,所述第一陶瓷固定支架和所述第二陶瓷固定支架分别固定在所述封闭铝材的两端,所述陶瓷发热片设在所述封闭铝材内,所述金属垫片和所述钣金件均固定在所述第二陶瓷固定支架上,所述钣金件包括延伸部,通过该延伸部固定在所述固定支架上;所述电机和所述风叶固定在所述固定支架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,其特征在于:所述金属支架组件还包括减震垫,所述减震垫固定在所述第一陶瓷固定支架处。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,其特征在于:所述第一陶瓷固定支架和所述第二陶瓷固定支架均包括圆形固定框,所述圆形固定框内设有与所述陶瓷发热片相对应的米字型固定槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,其特征在于:所述外壳包括前壳、后壳、手柄、前网和后网,所述前网固定在所述前壳的前端,所述后网固定在所述后网的末端,所述后壳和所述后网之间设有一环状装饰件;所述手柄包括两部分构成,分别固定在所述前壳的末端和所述后壳的前端,所述前壳和所述后壳的两侧分别卡接有一装饰件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,其特征在于:所述智能控制模块包括控制按键、第一控制芯片、第一显示屏和第一负离子组件,所述控制按键、第一显示屏和所述第一负离子组件分别与所述第一控制芯片电性连接;所述控制按键包括第一开/关机按键、风量/功率增加按键和风量/功率降低按键;
    所述第一开/关机按键用于,长按M秒后,发送开机信号至所述第一控制芯片,使吹风机进入热风模式;单击后发送模式变换信号至所述第一控制芯片,使吹风机由热风模式转换为冷风模式或由冷风模式转换为热风模式;长按N秒后,发送关机信号至所述第一控制芯片,使吹风机关机;M和N均为整数,大于等于1;
    所述风量/功率增加按键用于,在冷风模式下发送风量增加信号至所述第一控制芯片,在热风模式下发送功率增加信号至所述第一控制芯片;
    所述风量/功率降低按键用于,在冷风模式下发送风量降低信号至所述第一控制芯片,在热风模式下发送功率降低信号至所述第一控制芯片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,其特征在于:所述电源线输入电压为120V、频率为60HZ或电压为240V、频率为50HZ的电流至吹风机,所述电机和所述风叶的输出电压为10~24V,所述陶瓷发热组件的输出电压为60~120V,所述第一负离子组件的输出电压为120V。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,其特征在于:所述智能控制模块包括第二开/关机按键、电位器、第二控制芯片、第二显示屏和第二负离子组件,所述第二开/关机按键、电位器、第二显示屏和第二负离子组件分别与所述第二控制芯片典型连接;
    所述第二开/关机按键用于,长按P秒后,发送开机信号至所述第二控制芯片,使吹风机进入热风模式;单击后发送模式变换信号至所述第二控制芯片,使吹风机由热风模式转换为冷风模式或由冷风模式转换为热风模式;长按Q秒后,发送关机信号至所述第二控制芯片,使吹风机关机;P和Q均为整数,大于等于1;
    所述电位器用于发送风量/功率增加信号或风量/功率降低信号至所述第二控制芯片。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能陶瓷负离子吹风机,其特征在于:所述电源线输入电压为120V、频率为60HZ或电压为240V、频率为50HZ的电流至吹风机,所述电机和所述风叶的输出电压为10~24V,所述陶瓷发热组件的输出电压为60~120V,所述第二负离子组件的输出电压为120V。
