Description
本发明涉及农业植保机技术领域,特别涉及农业植保机及用于该农业植保机的流量计。
农业植保机,是用于农林植物保护作业的无人驾驶飞机。植保机可以实现喷洒作业,用于喷洒药剂、种子和粉剂等。植保机体型娇小而功能强大,可负载农药并在低空喷洒农药,其喷洒效率远高于传统人工。
现有的植保机的流量计主要针对特定应用场景,只能适用某几种液体计量,不能在恶劣环境下长时间使用,不便于作业维护。尤其是在农业喷洒作业中,常常需要兼容数百种农药,一般的流量计不能适应不同农药造成的损伤,尤其是对乳油,粘性农药,易结块农药,容易造成转子摩擦力变化,影响精度。当转子黏上药之后,不易清洗,影响作业。因此,现有的植保机的流量计很难在这种恶劣环境中精确计量,当流量计结垢后,又不能够快速拆卸清洗,恢复计量精度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种农业植保机及用于该农业植保机的流量计。
一种流量计,其用于装设于水箱上以检测水箱中液体的流量,包括:流量计壳体、设置于所述流量计壳体内的转子叶轮以及用于检测所述转子叶轮的转速的流量传感器;所述流量计壳体上设有进液口、出液口以及第一开口部,所述第一开口部上设有可密封且可拆卸的第一盖体。
进一步地,所述流量计壳体内还设有保持架,所述转子叶轮连接于所述保持架上。
进一步地,所述第一开口部的内周壁上设有第一卡接槽,所述保持架上设有与所述第一卡接槽相适配的第一卡接部。
进一步地,所述保持架和所述流量计壳体之间设有第一密封圈。
进一步地,所述第一盖体上设有连接部,所述第一开口部上设有配合部,所述连接部与所述配合部相连接以将所述第一盖体密封于所述第一开口部上。
进一步地,所述连接部为设置于所述第一盖体的内周壁上的内螺纹,所述配合部为设置于所述第一开口部的外周壁上的外螺纹,所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹配合连接。

需要说明的是,所述第一盖体410设置在所述流量计壳体10的第一开口部130上的方式并不仅仅局限于上述两种方式,任意可以实现第一盖体410以可拆卸的方式设置在所述流量计壳体10的第一开口部130上的连接方式都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述流量计壳体10内还设有保持架50,所述转子叶轮20连接于所述保持架50上。所述保持架50可以保持所述转子叶轮20转动时的稳定性。
进一步地,结合图6所示,所述第一开口部130的内周壁上设有第一卡接槽1301,所述保持架50上设有与所述第一卡接槽1301相适配的第一卡接部510,所述保持架50通过所述第一卡接部510与所述第一开口部130的第一卡接槽1301的相互配合而固定在流量计壳体10上。
可选地,结合图7所示,所述流量计壳体10内还设有板件101,所述转子叶轮20设置于所述板件101和所述保持架50之间,所述板件101的顶部设有第一凹槽1011,所述保持架50的底部设有与所述第一凹槽1011相对应的第二凹槽501,所述转子叶轮20的中部设有转轴210,所述转轴210的两自由端2101分别设置在所述板件101的第一凹槽1011和所述保持架50的第二凹槽501内,进而将所述转子叶轮20设置于所述板件101和所述保持架50之间,通过所述转轴210的两自由端2101与第一凹槽1011以及第二凹槽501的相互配合,保
持所述转子叶轮20转动时的稳定性。
进一步地,结合图2所示,所述保持架50和所述流量计壳体10之间设有第一密封圈610,可以保证所述流量计1的密封性。可选地,结合图6所示,所述第一密封圈610设置于所述保持架50和所述第一开口部130的内周壁之间。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述流量计壳体10上还设有第二开口部140,所述第二开口部140上设有第二盖体420,所述第二开口部140用于与所述水箱中的液体相通。
可选地,结合图2所示,所述第二开口部140上设有第二卡接槽141,所述第二盖体420上设有与所述第二卡接槽141相适配的第二卡接部421,所述第一盖体410通过卡扣连接的方式可拆卸的设置在所述流量计壳体10的第二开口部140上。需要说明的是,所述第二盖体420设置在所述流量计壳体10的第二开口部140上的方式并不仅仅局限于此,任意可以实现第二盖体420可拆卸的设置在所述流量计壳体10的第二开口部140上的连接方式都属于本发明保护的范围。例如,所述第二开口部140的外周壁上设有外螺纹,所述第二盖体420的内周壁上设有与所述外螺纹相适配的内螺纹,所述第二盖体420还可以通过螺纹连接的方式可拆卸的设置在所述流量计壳体10的第二开口部140上。
进一步地,结合图2所示,所述第二盖体420和所述流量计壳体10之间设有第二密封圈620,可以保证所述流量计1的密封性。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述第一开口部130与所述第二开口部140相对设置。可选地,所述第一开口部130设置于所述流量计壳体10的顶部,所述第二开口部140设置于所述流量计壳体10的底部。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述第一开口部130沿所述流量计壳体10的轴向设置于所述流量计壳体10的端部,所述进液口110和所述出液口120沿所述流量计壳体10的径向设置于所述流量计壳体10的外周壁上。可选地,所述进液口110与所述出液口120相对设置。
在本发明一实施方式中,所述流量计1还包括:第一接头710和第二接头720,所述第一接头710连接于所述进液口110,所述第二接头720连接于所述
出液口120。可选地,所述第一接头710为快速接头,或所述第二接头720为快速接头,或所述第一接头710为快速接头,且所述第二接头720为快速接头,方便液路系统搭建和拆装。
本发明的流量计1工作时,流体从第一接头710通过所述进液口110进入到流量计壳体10的第二开口部140内,再通过所述出液口120从第二接头720流出流量计壳体10。在此过程中,通过流体流速变化带动转子叶轮20转动,流量传感器30可以检测到转子叶轮20的转速,通过计算转子叶轮20的转速可以得到流体流量。当流体属于腐蚀易粘结液体,出现转子叶轮20粘连时,可以快速拆卸第一盖体410,对转子叶轮20及时进行清洗,再重新安装,恢复流量计的计量精度。同样,也便于清洗流量计壳体10内部的其他结构件。
参见图8所示,本发明实施例提供的农业植保机,包括机体、与所述机体连接的机臂和设置在所述机臂上的动力组件,所述农业植保机还包括:用于装载农药的水箱2和如上所述的流量计1,所述流量计1设置于所述水箱2上。可选地,所述飞行植保机为多旋翼飞行器。需要说明的是,在如上所述的实施例和实施方式中关于所述流量计1的描述同样适用于所述农业植保机。
本发明的农业植保机工作时,当流量计用于粘性液体计量,流体属于腐蚀易粘结液体,出现流量计的转子叶轮粘连时,可以快速拆卸第一盖体,对转子叶轮及时进行清洗,再重新安装,恢复流量计的计量精度。同样,也便于清洗流量计壳体内部的其他结构件。更加便于农业植保机执行野外作业时喷洒药剂,安装便捷,可以用于各种农药腐蚀液体流量的测量。

Claims (17)
- 一种流量计,其用于装设于水箱上以检测水箱中液体的流量,其特征在于,包括:流量计壳体、设置于所述流量计壳体内的转子叶轮以及用于检测所述转子叶轮的转速的流量传感器;所述流量计壳体上设有进液口、出液口以及第一开口部,所述第一开口部上设有可密封且可拆卸的第一盖体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述流量计壳体内还设有保持架,所述转子叶轮连接于所述保持架上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述第一开口部的内周壁上设有第一卡接槽,所述保持架上设有与所述第一卡接槽相适配的第一卡接部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述保持架和所述流量计壳体之间设有第一密封圈。
- 根据权利要求1所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述第一盖体上设有连接部,所述第一开口部上设有配合部,所述连接部与所述配合部相连接以将所述第一盖体密封于所述第一开口部上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述连接部为设置于所述第一盖体的内周壁上的内螺纹,所述配合部为设置于所述第一开口部的外周壁上的外螺纹,所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹配合连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述连接部为设置于所述第一盖体上的第一卡扣部,所述配合部为设置于所述第一开口部上的第二卡扣部,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部配合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述流量计壳体上还设有第二开口部,所述第二开口部上设有第二盖体,所述第二开口部用于与所述水箱中的液体相通。
- 根据权利要求8所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述第二盖体和所述流 量计壳体之间设有第二密封圈。
- 根据权利要求8所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述第二开口部上设有第二卡接槽,所述第二盖体上设有与所述第二卡接槽相适配的第二卡接部。
- 根据权利要求8所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述第一开口部与所述第二开口部相对设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的流量计,其特征在于,还包括:第一接头和第二接头,所述第一接头连接于所述进液口,所述第二接头连接于所述出液口。
- 根据权利要求12所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述第一接头为快速接头,或/及所述第二接头为快速接头。
- 根据权利要求1所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述第一开口部沿所述流量计壳体的轴向设置于所述流量计壳体的端部,所述进液口和所述出液口沿所述流量计壳体的径向设置于所述流量计壳体的外周壁上。
- 根据权利要求14所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述进液口与所述出液口相对设置。
- 一种农业植保机,包括机体、与所述机体连接的机臂和设置在所述机臂上的动力组件,其特征在于,所述农业植保机还包括:用于装载农药的水箱和如权利要求1~15中任一项所述的流量计,所述流量计设置于所述水箱上。
- 根据权利要求16所述的农业植保机,其特征在于,所述农业植保机为多旋翼飞行器。
