- Table 1 the content of disodium lauroyl glutamate and aluminum dimyristate coated treated mica and iron-substituted synthetic mica were compared to analyze the moist texture, application and adhesion of the cosmetic composition.
- the examples and comparative examples were prepared according to the content composition of each of the above components.
- the powder part was put in a Henschel mixer, mixed at high speed (800-1200 rpm) for about 5 minutes, and then spray-sprayed while stirring the oil part at low speed (400-600 rpm).
- the mixture was mixed at a high speed (800 to 1200 rpm) for about 3 minutes on a Henschel mixer, and then crushed twice using an atomizer, followed by filtration at 30 mesh.
- the semifinished product through the series of manufacturing processes was molded for 1 to 3 seconds at a pressure of 30-50 kgf / cm 2 .
- Examples 1 to 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 containing polymethyl methacrylate and iron-substituted synthetic mica were found to be very improved. Further, Examples 1 to 2 comprising disodium lauroyl glutamate and aluminum dimyristate coated mica have remarkably excellent effects in moist feel and adhesion, fine feel, makeup aggregation and lifting. On the other hand, Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were obtained by using nylon powder together with silica instead of silicon-coated mica and polymethyl methacrylate instead of iron-substituted synthetic mica. Very poor rating from.
- Example 3 to which disodium stearoyl glutamate-coated talc was applied was better than that of Comparative Example 4 to which alkylsilane and dimethicone coated talc were applied. From the above result, it was confirmed that it is preferable to apply disodium stearoyl glutamate coating talc rather than applying silicone coating talc to a coloring cosmetic composition.
- the hardness and dropping stability of the pressed powders prepared in Examples 1 and 3 and Comparative Examples 2 and 3 were evaluated, and grazing and caking caused by agglomeration of oil and fine particles, etc. Confirmed. Hardness was measured using JAL Type (JIS K 6301) penetration hardness tester of Japan Polymer Machinery Co., Ltd., and the average values are shown in Table 6 below. The measurement of drop stability measured the time when each of the molded examples and the comparative examples were broken by vertical free fall on a 3 mm rubber plate at a height of 70 cm. In addition, the grading and caking on the surface of the product is evaluated as a phenomenon that occurs when the surface of the product is taken about 100 to 120 times assuming that the three molded products are actually used by women using a makeup tool (puff). It was.
- Examples 1 and 3 obtained a high score in the moist texture, applicability and adhesion, and at the same time, the drop stability with the appropriate hardness was confirmed as four or more pass levels. In addition, the grading and caking caused by the oil agglomeration was confirmed to be stable without abnormalities. On the other hand, Comparative Examples 2 and 3 to which silica and nylon powder and silicon-coated mica were applied were identified as product failure levels in drop stability while forming low hardness.
- the cosmetic conditions of the application coating of the cosmetic composition of Example 3 and the comparative example 3 to actual skin, ie, a uniform makeup film, a smooth makeup expression, and makeup persistence were evaluated.
- the subjects were 28 females aged 20 to 45 years who checked the feeling and condition of applying the product and the persistence after makeup.
- Example 3 prepared according to the present invention showed a very excellent cosmetic effect in a uniform cosmetic film and a smooth cosmetic expression, it was confirmed that it is excellent in makeup persistence satisfaction.
- Comparative Example 3 it was confirmed at a moderate level in terms of uniform makeup and smooth makeup expression.
- Comparative Example 3 since the spherical powder content and the silicon-coated mica content were somewhat higher, it was difficult to form a uniform cosmetic film due to poor adhesiveness, and smooth cosmetic expression was not realized because of the powder blowing phenomenon.
- the cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises polymethylmethacrylate, iron substituted synthetic mica and disodium lauroylglutamate, and mica coated with aluminum dimyristate having a proper average particle diameter and uniform particle size distribution. This improves the moist texture, excellent adhesion and spreadability, and forms a smooth and uniform makeup film even on the skin.
- the cosmetic composition of the present invention significantly improves moldability and drop stability by including talc coated with disodium stearoyl glutamate.
