Description

一种内桶底平衡环总成及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣脱水设备,尤其是一种应用在洗衣机上的内桶底平衡环总成及配置有该内桶底平衡环总成的洗衣机。
背景技术
现有的波轮洗衣机主要包括:外桶、内桶、平衡环、波轮、内桶底及法兰盘。其中内桶底,内桶底盖,法兰盘又统称为内桶底总成。现有的波轮洗衣机的平衡环位于内桶的上端,通过螺栓与内桶可拆卸连接,平衡环内部充满盐水用于平衡洗衣机脱水时上部不平衡载荷引起的振动,内桶底盖通过熔敷的方式设置在内桶的底部,用来增强其强度。由于现有的平衡环一般只设置在内桶的上端,在脱水程序时,内桶底部无法实现纠偏的功能,使得脱水过程噪音大,运行平稳性较差。
鉴于此提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可安装在洗衣机上,能够提高洗衣机脱水初期内桶平衡性的内桶底平衡环总成。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种配置有上述内桶底平衡环总成的洗衣机,以降低洗衣机脱水时的振动及噪音。
为了实现第一发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种内桶底平衡环总成,包括,内桶底盖,设置在内桶底盖底部并与内桶底盖固定连接的法兰盘,在所述内桶底盖与法兰盘之间至少设有一平衡环,所述平衡环的中心位于内筒底盖的旋转轴线上,在平衡环内填充有平衡介质。
进一步,所述法兰盘上设有与平衡环配合的环形凹槽结构,所述平衡环设置在内桶底盖与环形凹槽结构共同围成的环形腔室内。
进一步,所述平衡环与内桶底盖为一体结构,平衡环由内桶底盖的底部向下凸起, 且与环形凹槽结构为间隙配合,平衡环的顶面与内桶底盖的下端面连接为一体。
进一步,所述平衡环为多个,并沿着平衡环的轴向上下堆叠设置。
进一步,所述平衡环为多个,并沿着平衡环的径向左右并排设置。
进一步,所述平衡环可拆卸的设置在环形腔室内,并由内筒底盖与法兰盘夹紧固定在该环形腔室内。
进一步,所述环形腔室的截面形状与平衡环的截面形状相匹配,平衡环的顶面与内桶底盖的下端面接触,平衡环的侧面和底面与环形凹槽结构的内壁接触。

进一步,所述平衡环的底部到外桶底部的距离大于内桶底部到该外桶底部距离的三分之二。
采用本发明所述的技术方案后,带来以下有益效果:
本发明的平衡环更靠近旋转中心,使得洗衣机脱水启动时,纠偏的平衡介质处于较靠近内桶轴心处,有效提高了洗衣机脱水初期内桶平衡性,提高了洗衣机的脱水承载能力,降低了洗衣机的振动及噪音,并且由于本发明的平衡环设置在内桶底盖与法兰盘之间,不占用额外的洗衣机内部空间,因此可以直接对现有洗衣机进行改装,提高其纠偏能力,该平衡环更加靠近内桶底部,能够增强内桶底部的纠偏能力。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一
结合图1和图2所示,一种内桶底平衡环总成,包括,内桶底盖3、法兰盘4和至少一平衡环5,所述内桶底盖3一般安装在洗衣机内桶底部,所述法兰盘4设置在内桶底盖3底部并与内桶底盖3固定连接,所述平衡环5设置在内桶底盖3与法兰盘4之间,平衡环5的中心位于内桶底盖3的旋转轴线上,在平衡环5内填充有平衡介质,如可以填充液体形成液体平衡环,也可以添加滚珠和硅油形成滚珠式平衡环,当平衡环5高速旋转时,平衡介质随着平衡环5高速旋转产生一定的离心力,可用于抵消由重力不平衡所引起的内桶振动。
优选地,所述法兰盘4上设有与平衡环5配合的环形凹槽结构8,所述平衡环5设置在内桶底盖3与环形凹槽结构8共同围成的环形腔室内。这种设置方式使得平衡环5充分利用了内桶底盖3与法兰盘4之间的空间,并且具有较高的结构强度,不易被损坏。

优选的,所述内桶底盖3的上端边缘内侧还设有多个加强筋32。
实施例二
如图3所示,为提高平衡环5的平衡效果,本实施例中的所述平衡环5为多个,并沿着平衡环5的轴向上下堆叠设置。具体地,可以通过在平衡环5内设置隔断层,将平衡环5的内腔分隔为多个独立的腔室,也可以将多个直径相同的平衡环5熔敷在一起,以达到相同的效果。
实施例三
如图4所示,本实施例与实施例二的区别在于所述的多个平衡环5沿着平衡环5的径向左右并排设置,这种设置方式占用空间小,不影响内外桶之间的安全间隙,具体地,可以通过在平衡环5内设置隔断层,将平衡环5的内腔分隔为多个独立的腔室,也可以将多个直径不同的平衡环5熔敷在一起,以达到相同的效果。

如图5所示,本实施例的所述平衡环5为一单独的部件,平衡环5可拆卸的设置在环形腔室内,并由内筒底盖与法兰盘4夹紧固定在该环形腔室内,在安装时,先将平衡环5放置在法兰盘4的环形凹槽结构内,然后将平衡环5夹持在法兰盘4和内桶底盖3之间,再用螺栓将法兰盘4固定在内桶底盖3上。本实施例的平衡环5安装灵活,能够根据不同的容积,灵活搭配不同的平衡环5。
结合图6所示,一种配置有上述任一实施例中的内桶底平衡环总成的洗衣机,该洗衣机的其他结构与现有洗衣机相同,故不再详细描述,仅围绕本发明的改进部分展开详细描述,本发明的洗衣机还包括,外桶1、设置在外桶1内,用于容装洗涤物且可旋转的内桶2,设置在内桶2内腔底部的波轮7,所述波轮7和内桶2一般通过离合器与电机连接,通过离合器的动作,实现洗衣和脱水两种功能;所述内桶2包括内桶体21和内桶底22,在内桶体21的圆周方向上设有脱水孔,所述内桶底盖3固定连接在内桶底22的底部,并与内桶底22的形状相适应,起到增强内桶底22强度的作用。
具体地,在安装时,可通过将螺钉从法兰盘4一侧穿过法兰盘4和内桶底盖3,旋拧至内桶底22上,将三者同时固定。
优选地,为保证内外桶之间的安全间隙,所述平衡环5的底部到外桶底部的距离大于内桶底部到该外桶底部距离的三分之二。
优选的,所述内桶2的上端还设有一上平衡环6,所述上平衡环6与位于内桶底盖3与法兰盘4之间的平衡环5同轴设置。两组平衡环相互配合,有效提高了洗衣机内桶 的纠偏能力,使得脱水过程更加稳定,噪音更低。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种内桶底平衡环总成,其特征在于:所述环形腔室的截面形状与平衡环的截面形状相匹配,平衡环的顶面与内桶底盖的下端面接触,平衡环的侧面和底面与环形凹槽结构的内壁接触。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内桶底平衡环总成,其特征在于:所述内桶底盖的底面边缘设有向下延伸出的环形凸起,所述法兰盘的顶部外缘与环形凸起的内壁间隙配合。
  9. 一种配置有如权利要求1-8任一项所述的内桶底平衡环总成的洗衣机,所述洗衣机至少还包括,用于容装洗涤物且可旋转的内桶,所述内桶底盖固定连接在内桶的底部;所述内桶的上端还设有一上平衡环,所述上平衡环与位于内桶底盖与法兰盘之间的平衡环同轴设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种内桶底平衡环总成,其特征在于:所述平衡环的底 部到外桶底部的距离大于内桶底部到该外桶底部距离的三分之二。
