可选地,执行数据备份操作包括但不限于以下两种方式:第一种,处理器41控制通信接口43主动搜寻与终端30连接的备份终端,并将选定数据发送给备份终端,以实现对选定数据进行备份。第二种,处理器41控制通信接口43对选定数据进行云备份。
为避免误操作,本实施例在用户下达当前备份指令后还需要用户进行确认是否需要备份。具体可选地,处理器41还用于控制通信接口43在执行数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份之前向用户发出是否执行数据备份操作的询问请求;若接收到用户反馈的确认执行数据备份操作的应答消息,则处理器41执行数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份;若未接收到用户反馈的确认执行数据备份操作的应答消息,则处理器41放弃执行数据备份操作。
其中,所述应答消息可视为用户第二次下达的备份指令,而当前备份指令可视为用户第一次下达的备份指令。
在上述所有实施例中,所述终端可以为智能手机、便携式通信装置、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理或平板电脑)、笔记本电脑等移动终端,也可以是佩戴于肢体或者嵌入于衣物、首饰、配件中的可穿戴设备,还可以是其他具有数据存储功能的智能电子设备。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种终端主动备份数据的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    预置用于控制终端执行数据备份操作的预设备份指令;
    获取用户下达的当前备份指令,所述当前备份指令包括声音指令、指纹指令、手势指令、物理按键指令的至少一种。
    判断所述当前备份指令是否与所述预设备份指令相匹配;
    在所述当前备份指令与所述预设备份指令相匹配时,所述终端向用户发出是否执行所述数据备份操作的询问请求;
    在所述终端未接收到用户反馈的确认执行所述数据备份操作的应答消息时,所述终端放弃执行所述数据备份操作;
    在所述终端接收到用户反馈的确认执行所述数据备份操作的应答消息时,所述终端主动搜寻与其连接的备份终端,并将选定数据发送给所述备份终端,以执行所述数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述应答消息为终端通过语音采集、指纹录入、拍摄、物理按键采集中的至少一种方式采集到用户下达的消息,所述应答消息和所述预设备份指令所包括的从用户采集到的信息相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述终端接收到用户反馈的确认执行所述数据备份操作的应答消息时,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端对选定数据进行云备份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述选定数据包括根据用户的选择指令所选择的用户的个人数据、应用数据、多媒体数据、隐私数据以及配置数据中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端和所述备份终端之间通过USB或者WiFi建立连接。
  6. 一种终端主动备份数据的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    预置用于控制终端执行数据备份操作的预设备份指令;
    获取用户下达的当前备份指令,所述当前备份指令包括声音指令、指纹指令、手势指令、物理按键指令的至少一种。
    判断所述当前备份指令是否与所述预设备份指令相匹配;
    在所述当前备份指令与所述预设备份指令相匹配时,所述终端执行所述数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述终端执行所述数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端向用户发出是否执行所述数据备份操作的询问请求;
    在所述终端接收到用户反馈的确认执行所述数据备份操作的应答消息时,终端执行所述数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份的步骤;
    在所述终端未接收到用户反馈的确认执行所述数据备份操作的应答消息时,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端放弃执行所述数据备份操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述应答消息为终端通过语音采集、指纹录入、拍摄、物理按键采集中的至少一种方式采集到用户下达的消息,所述应答消息和所述预设备份指令所包括的从用户采集到的信息相同。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述终端执行所述数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份的步骤,包括:
    所述终端主动搜寻与其连接的备份终端,并将选定数据发送给所述备份终端,以实现对所述选定数据进行备份。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述终端和所述备份终端之间通过USB或者WiFi建立连接。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述终端执行所述数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份的步骤,包括:
    所述终端对选定数据进行云备份。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述选定数据包括根据用户的选择指令所选择的用户的个人数据、应用数据、多媒体数据、隐私数据以及配置数据中的至少一种。
  13. 一种终端,其中,所述终端包括处理器,以及与所述处理器连接的存储器和通信接口,
    所述通信接口用于预置用于控制终端执行数据备份操作的预设备份指令;
    所述存储器用于存储所述以及预设备份指令;
    所述通信接口还用于获取用户下达的当前备份指令,所述当前备份指令包括声音指令、指纹指令、手势指令、物理按键指令的至少一种;
    所述处理器用于判断所述当前备份指令是否与所述预设备份指令相匹配,以及在所述当前备份指令与所述预设备份指令相匹配时执行所述数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其中,在执行所述数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份之前,所述通信接口还用于向用户发出是否执行所述数据备份操作的询问请求;若所述通信接口接收到用户反馈的确认执行所述数据备份操作的应答消息,则所述处理器执行所述数据备份操作以对选定数据进行备份;若所述通信接口未接收到用户反馈的确认执行所述数据备份操作的应答消息,则所述处理器放弃执行所述数据备份操作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端,其中,所述应答消息为所述通信接口通过语音采集、指纹录入、拍摄、物理按键采集中的至少一种方式采集到用户下达的消息,所述应答消息和所述预设备份指令所包括的从用户采集到的信息相同。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其中,所述通信接口还用于主动搜寻与所述终端连接的备份终端,所述通信接口进一步用于将所述选定数据发送给所述备份终端,以使得所述处理器实现对所述选定数据进行备份。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的终端,其中,所述通信接口和所述备份终端之间通过USB或者WiFi建立连接。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其中,所述处理器用于对所述选定数据进行云备份。
