Description
本发明涉及一种冷风扇,属于制冷设备技术领域。
冰晶盒作为冷风扇的制冷元件,经常需要从冷风扇内被取出或重新放置到冷风扇内。当需要取出冰晶盒或者放置冰晶盒时,每次都要打开冷风扇的过滤网,再打开蒸发滤芯,这样操作十分不方便。此外,经常开合过滤网和蒸发滤芯,会降低过滤网和蒸发滤芯卡扣的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种冷风扇,以解决现有冷风扇冰晶盒被取出或重新放置时必须打开过滤网和蒸发滤芯,操作不便,且降低固定卡扣使用寿命的问题。

一种冷风扇,包括水箱、加水装置、冰晶盒、冰盒框,其中,

本发明实施例提供一种冷风扇,包括水箱、加水装置、冰晶盒、冰盒框及其他结构。
如图1所示,在冷风扇的中下部,也就是水箱的部位的侧壁上,设置了加水装置1。通过加水装置1可以直接向冷风扇水箱中加水,也可以通过加水装置1将手伸进去放置或取出

如图3至图5所示,冰晶盒2使用时放置在冰盒框3内,冰盒框3以一定角度倾斜设置在水箱内,因此冰晶盒也呈斜放的状态。冰盒框3整体上设置在加水装置1的斜下方,二者通过各自的开口形成空间上的连接。
如图6及图7中所示,冰盒框3顶部为用于取放冰晶盒的开口31,中部由四个侧板形成用于容纳冰晶盒的空间,底部固定至水箱底部。冰盒框顶部的用于取放冰晶盒的开口31相对应于加水装置的整体上的开口,人手可以通过这两个开口取出或放置冰晶盒。冰盒框顶部的用于取放冰晶盒的开口31设置为渐扩开口,一方面方便冰晶盒的取放,另一方面适于

如果不使用本发明实施例提供的上述加水装置和冰盒框结构,冷风扇需要取出或放置冰晶盒时,要如图2所示那样打开过滤网和蒸发滤芯组件,然后才能放置或者取出冰晶盒,这样做有两个缺点:1、每次都要分别取出过滤网和蒸发滤芯组件后才能取出冰晶盒,操作非常不方便;2、蒸发滤芯组件和过滤网都是通过卡扣与冷风扇侧壁固定,经常取出会磨损卡扣,缩短过滤网和蒸发滤芯组件卡扣的使用寿命。而本发明上述实施例通过可旋转开合的加水装置及使冰晶盒倾斜放置的冰盒框结构,避免了上述缺点,操作方便,同时也延长了过滤网和蒸发滤芯组件卡扣的使用时间,提升了用户体验。

- 根据权利要求3所述的冷风扇,其特征在于,构成冷风扇侧壁一部分的所述加水装置的至少一部分为方形构件,其两端分别连接侧板,在所述两个侧板和所述方形构件之间形成所述整体上的开口。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冷风扇,其特征在于,所述加水装置上设置有扣手,所述扣手设置在方形构件外侧,其向内凹进形成供人手能够进入并向外扣动方形构件的结构。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冷风扇,其特征在于,接近于所述加水装置下端开口处,在两个扇形侧板上设置有滚轴,用于将所述加水装置连接至所述冷风扇侧壁并使所述加水装置旋转打开或关闭。
- 根据权利要求6所述的冷风扇,其特征在于,还包括装配在所述冷风扇侧壁上的加水装置支架,所述滚轴可转动地安装在所述加水装置支架下部的凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的冷风扇,其特征在于,在加水装置1上部设置有用于与冷风扇侧壁上的加水装置相扣合的卡扣结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冷风扇,其特征在于,所述冰盒框顶部为用于取放冰晶盒的开口,中部由四个侧板形成用于容纳冰晶盒的空间,底部固定至所述水箱底部。
- 根据权利要求9所述的冷风扇,其特征在于,在所述冰盒框中部外侧设置支撑板,用于将所述冰盒框以一定角度倾斜固定在所述水箱中。
- 根据权利要求9所述的冷风扇,其特征在于,所述冰盒框中部的侧板上设置有用于供液体进出的孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冷风扇,其特征在于,还包括过滤网、蒸发滤芯组件,其中,所述过滤网和所述蒸发滤芯组件设置在与加水装置所在的冷风扇侧壁相邻的侧壁上。
