优选地,所述获取笔记本的内置芯片的标识信息,并采集笔记本的页面对应的电子文档包括:
通过拍照获取所述页面对应的电子图片;
分析所述电子图片,获取所述电子图片的内容中的文字部分和图画部分;
识别所述文字部分的关键词,并对所述关键词添加超级链接;
对所述文字部分和所述图画部分进行排版,形成电子文档。
本发明提供的技术方案中第一接收模块,用于接收来自智能终端发送的所述笔记本的页码和所述页码对应的页面的标记内容;第一存储模块,用于存储所述页码和所述标记内容至所述笔记本的内置芯片,并把所述页码和所述标记内容添加进所述内置芯片的内容索引中,所述内置芯片安置在所述笔记本内。通过使用所述智能终端获取所述页面的标记内容和页码,并把所述页面的标记内容和页码添加进所述笔记本内置芯片的内容索引中,提高了创建索引的效率,所创建的索引页更方便进行查询。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种笔记本,请参照图1,在本发明身笔记本第一实施例中,所述笔记本包括:
第一接收模块10,用于接收来自智能终端发送的所述笔记本的页码和所述页码对应的页面的标记内容;
使用智能终端对笔记本上的内容进行标记,并使所述标记的标记内容和标记的页码进行关联,所述标记内容可以为时间,或者是所述内容的主题。
第一存储模块20,用于存储所述页码和所述标记内容至所述笔记本的内置芯片120,并把所述页码和所述标记内容添加进所述内置芯片120的内容索引中,所述内置芯片120安置在所述笔记本内。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述第一接收模块10接收来自所述智能终端返回的标记内容和所述页面的页码,如图11所示,所述内置芯片120设置在笔记本封面的夹层中。更具体地,在本实施例中所述标记内容为:“植物手绘”,所述页码为“10”,所述第一存储模块20把所述所述标记内容为:“植物手绘”添加进所述笔记本内容的索引的第10页。所以从索引可知第10页是记载与植物手绘有关的内容;因为所述内置芯片120是内置在所述笔记本上,所以所述索引将一直跟随所述笔记本。通过使用所述智能终端获取所述笔记本内容和页码的第一关联信息建立电子索引,并使用所述笔记本内置芯片120进行存储,提高了创建索引的效率,所创建的索引页更方便进行查询。
请参照图2,基于本发明笔记本第一实施例,在本发明笔记本第二实施例中,还包括:
第二接收模块30,用于接收来自所述智能终端的查询请求;
当任一种智能终端:如手机或电脑,与所述笔记本进行通信,并可根据预设的通讯规则向所述笔记本发出查询信息,以进一步获取所述笔记本的索引信息。
第一发送模块40,用于根据所述查询请求,发送包括所述内容索引的查询结果至所述智能终端。
在本实施例中,具体地,所述智能终端为手机,手机使用蓝牙技术向所述笔记本发送符合预设规则查询信息,第二接收模块30在接收到所述查询信息后,所述笔记本的第一发送模块40向所述手机返回所述笔记本的索引信息,所述索引信息包括第几页为什么内容;通过使用智能设备进行无线查询,使得智能终端很方便的进行对索引的查询,节省用户查询时间,提升用户体验。
需要说明的是,所述智能终端与所述笔记本进行通信的技术不限于所述蓝牙技术,在有些实施例中使用的是NFC(非接触式射频识别技术),2.4G无线技术,或其他无线通信技术,应当根据具体问题进行选择。
本发明还提供了一种智能终端,请参照图3,在本发明智能终端第一实施例中,所述智能终端包括:
采集模块50,用于获取笔记本的内置芯片120的标识信息,并采集笔记本的页面对应的电子文档;
所述采集方式在本实施例中为智能终端采取拍照方式获取页面内容,但是应当说明的是,在有些实施例中采用扫描的形式采集页面内容,而在另一些实施例中采用的是在笔记本中设置压力传感器,获取书写时笔的轨迹来获取页面内容。在本实施例中所述智能终端通过蓝牙技术获取所述内置芯片120的标识信息,应当说明的是在有些实施例中使用的是NFC技术,2.4G无线技术,或其他无线通信技术,应当根据具体问题进行选择。所有内置芯片120的标识信息都是唯一地,通过所述标识信息可以区分所述电子文档属于哪个笔记本。
获取模块60,用于获取所述页面的页码和所述电子文档的标记内容;
需要说明的是,通过获取所述页面的页码方式为多种的,在有些实施例中所述页码信息为人工输入,在另一些实施例中为笔记本中的内置芯片120向所述智能终端发送所述笔记本处于打开页面的那页的页码。在本实施例中,采用的是获取所述页面内容后,通过图像识别技术,识别所述页面内容中的页码,所述页码为预先印刷在笔记本页面固定位置上的数字。
第二发送模块70,用于发送所述页码和所述标记内容至所述内置芯片120;
为了所述标记内容和所述页码形成可以跟所所述笔记本绑定的索引,智能终端会发送所述标记内容和所述页码至所述内置芯片120。
第二存储模块80,用于存储所述电子文档、所述标识信息、所述页码和所述标记内容。
对于所述电子文档进行存储,使得用户可以直接在智能终端上对所述电子文档进行查看,并对多个所述笔记本进行管理。具体的在本实施例中,所述采集模块50采集到所述第10页的页面内容,并转换所述页面内容为电子文档,所述获取模块60对所述电子文档进行分析,获取其中出现最多的名词为所述标记内容,更具体地,在本实施例中获取的出现最多的名词为“北京”,则对所述第10页的电子文档标记标记内容为“北京”,所述第二发送模块70把“第10页和“北京”发送至笔记本的内置芯片120上,同时还获取了所述内置芯片120的标识信息“BJB000001”,并使所述第二存储模块80存储所述第10页的电子文档,所述电子文档属于页面“第10页”,属于笔记本为“BJB000001”和所述标记内容为“北京”的信息存储至所述智能终端本地硬盘。通过对所述电子文档和信息存储在智能终端上,方便了用户进行查看和检索,方便了用户操作,提升了用户体验;同时为所述笔记本生成了所述第一关联信息,方便了创建索引,也为查询提供了方便。
请参照图4,基于本发明智能终端第一实施例,在本发明智能终端第二实施例中,还包括:
第三发送模块90,用于向所述内置芯片120发送查询请求;
在本实施例中,通过无线技术所述智能终端向所述内置芯片120发送查询信息,所述查询信息包括:请求所述内置芯片120的标识信息。
第三接收模块100,用于接收来自所述内置芯片120发送的包括所述笔记本的内容索引的查询结果。
具体的在本实施例中,所述第三发送模块90通过蓝牙技术对所述笔记本的内置芯片120发送查询所述内置芯片120标识信息的请求,第三接收模块100接收到所述内置芯片120发送的包括所述笔记本的内容索引的查询结果和所述标识信息,使得用户可以在智能设备上查看所述笔记本的内容索引或目录,不需要用户逐页进行阅读所述笔记本,提高了用户体验。
请参照图5,基于本发明智能终端第一实施例,在本发明智能终端第三实施例中,还包括:
第四发送模块110,用于发送所述电子文档、所述标识信息、所述页码和所述标记内容至云端服务器。
具体地,在本实施例中,在使用所述第二存储模块80存储所述第10页的电子文档,所述电子文档属于页面“第10页”,属于笔记本为“BJB000001”,所述标记内容为“北京”的信息存储至所述智能终端本地硬盘后,还使用第四发送模块110存储上述信息至指定的云端服务器。通过把所述信息上传至云端服务器,使得用户可以使用不同的智能终端在不同的地点进行查阅已经获取的信息,为用户提供了方便,提升了用户体验。
请参照图6,基于本发明智能终端第一实施例,在本发明智能终端第四实施例中,所述采集模块包括:
获取单元51,用于通过拍照获取所述页面对应的电子图片;
分析单元52,用于分析所述电子图片,获取所述电子图片的内容中的文字部分和图画部分;
识别单元53,用于识别所述文字部分的关键词,并对所述关键词添加超级链接;
在本实施例中,通过文字识别技术获取图片中的文字,并自动对所述文件进行分析,对敏感字符自动添加相应的搜索或指定的超级链接,对网址则直接添加超级链接。
排版单元54,用于对所述文字部分和所述图画部分进行排版,形成电子文档。
具体地在本实施例中,所述获取单元51对所述笔记本页面的进行拍照获取所述页面的电子图片,使用文字识别技术对所述电子图片进行分析,所述分析单元52获取图片中的所有文字,包括在图片固定位置获取的页码信息。并对所述获取的文字进行分析,对敏感字符如地方,更具体地,在本实施例中识别单元53会对地名“北京”,增加超级链接“https://www.baidu.com/s?wd=
%E5%8C%97%E4%BA%AC”(其中“%E5%8C%97%E4%BA%AC”为“北京”两个汉字符合互联网请求地对应的编码),使得用户在查看智能终端的时候可以直接点击所述链接进入搜索引擎去查找有关资料;所述排版单元54根据所述电子图片的内容,在获取其中所有文字后,还获取了所述电子图片中的图片部分,在形成电子文档时,根据智能设备的平面动态进行排版,提高用户体验。
本发明提供一种笔记本内容索引创建方法应用于笔记本,请参照图7,在本发明笔记本内容索引创建方法第一实施例中,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,接收来自智能终端发送的所述笔记本的页码和所述页码对应的页面的标记内容;
使用智能终端对笔记本上的内容进行标记,并使所述标记的标记内容和标记的页码进行关联,例如所述标记内容可以为时间,或者是所述内容的主题。
步骤S20,存储所述页码和所述标记内容至所述笔记本的内置芯片120,并把所述页码和所述标记内容添加进所述内置芯片120的内容索引中,所述内置芯片120安置在所述笔记本内。
具体地,在本实施例中,接收来自所述智能终端返回的标记内容和所述页面的页码,如图11所示,所述内置芯片120设置在笔记本封面的夹层中。更具体地,在本实施例中所述标记内容为:“植物手绘”,所述页码为“10”,把所述所述标记内容为:“植物手绘”添加进所述笔记本内容的索引的第10页。所以从索引可知第10页是记载与植物手绘有关的内容;因为所述内置芯片120是内置在所述笔记本上,所以所述索引将一直跟随所述笔记本。通过使用所述智能终端获取所述笔记本内容和页码的第一关联信息建立电子索引,并使用所述笔记本内置芯片120进行存储,提高了创建索引的效率,所创建的索引页更方便进行查询。
请参照图8,基于本发明笔记本内容索引创建方法第一实施例,在本发明笔记本内容索引创建方法第二实施例中,还包括:
步骤S30,接收来自所述智能终端的查询请求;
当任一种智能终端:如手机或电脑,与所述笔记本进行通信,并可根据预设的通讯规则向所述笔记本发出查询信息,以进一步获取所述笔记本的索引信息。
步骤S40,根据所述查询请求,发送包括所述内容索引的查询结果至所述智能终端。

所述采集方式在本实施例中为智能终端采取拍照方式获取页面内容,但是应当说明的是,在有些实施例中采用扫描的形式采集页面内容,而在另一些实施例中采用的是在笔记本中设置压力传感器,获取书写时笔的轨迹来获取页面内容。在本实施例中所述智能终端通过蓝牙技术获取所述内置芯片120的标识信息,应当说明的是在有些实施例中使用的是NFC技术,2.4G无线技术,或其他无线通信技术,应当根据具体问题进行选择。所有内置芯片120的标识信息都是唯一地,通过所述标识信息可以区分所述电子文档属于哪个笔记本。
步骤S60,获取所述页面的页码和所述电子文档的标记内容;

在本实施例中,通过无线技术所述智能终端向所述内置芯片120发送查询信息,所述查询信息包括:请求所述内置芯片120的标识信息。
步骤S100,接收来自所述内置芯片120发送的包括所述笔记本的内容索引的查询结果。
对于所述电子文档进行存储,使得用户可以直接在智能终端上对所述电子文档进行查看,并对多个所述笔记本进行管理。具体的在本实施例中,采集到所述第10页的页面内容,并转换所述页面内容为电子文档,对所述电子文档进行分析,获取其中出现最多的名词为所述标记内容,更具体地,在本实施例中获取的出现最多的名词为“北京”,则对所述第10页的电子文档标记标记内容为“北京”,把“第10页和“北京”发送至笔记本的内置芯片120上,同时还获取了所述内置芯片120的标识信息“BJB000001”,存储所述第10页的电子文档,所述电子文档属于页面“第10页”,属于笔记本为“BJB000001”和所述标记内容为“北京”的信息存储至所述智能终端本地硬盘。通过对所述电子文档和信息存储在智能终端上,方便了用户进行查看和检索,方便了用户操作,提升了用户体验;同时为所述笔记本生成了所述第一关联信息,方便了创建索引,也为查询提供了方便;在本实施例中,通过蓝牙技术对所述笔记本的内置芯片120发送查询所述内置芯片120标识信息的请求,收到所述内置芯片120发送的包括所述笔记本的内容索引的查询结果和所述标识信息,使得用户可以在智能设备上查看所述笔记本的内容索引或目录,不需要用户逐页进行阅读所述笔记本,提高了用户体验。
请参照图10,基于本发明笔记本内容索引创建方法第三实施例,在本发明笔记本内容索引创建方法第四实施例中,所述获取笔记本的内置芯片120的标识信息,并采集笔记本的页面对应的电子文档包括:
步骤S51,通过拍照获取所述页面对应的电子图片;
步骤S52,分析所述电子图片,获取所述电子图片的内容中的文字部分和图画部分;
步骤S53,识别所述文字部分的关键词,并对所述关键词添加超级链接;
在本实施例中,通过文字识别技术获取图片中的文字,并自动对所述文件进行分析,对敏感字符自动添加相应的搜索或指定的超级链接,对网址则直接添加超级链接。
步骤S54,对所述文字部分和所述图画部分进行排版,形成电子文档。
具体地在本实施例中,对所述笔记本页面的进行拍照获取所述页面的电子图片,使用文字识别技术对所述电子图片进行分析,获取图片中的所有文字,包括在图片固定位置获取的页码信息。并对所述获取的文字进行分析,对敏感字符如地方,更具体地,在本实施例中会对地名“北京”,增加超级链接“https://www.baidu.com/s?wd=%E5%8C%97%E4%BA%AC”(其中“%E5%8

Claims (12)

  1. 一种笔记本,其特征在于,所述笔记本包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收来自智能终端发送的所述笔记本的页码和所述页码对应的页面的标记内容;
    第一存储模块,用于存储所述页码和所述标记内容至所述笔记本的内置芯片,并把所述页码和所述标记内容添加进所述内置芯片的内容索引中,所述内置芯片安置在所述笔记本内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述笔记本,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二接收模块,用于接收来自所述智能终端的查询请求;
    第一发送模块,用于根据所述查询请求,发送包括所述内容索引的查询结果至所述智能终端。
  3. 一种智能终端,其特征在于,所述智能终端包括:
    采集模块,用于获取笔记本的内置芯片的标识信息,并采集笔记本的页面对应的电子文档;
    获取模块,用于获取所述页面的页码和所述电子文档的标记内容;
    第二发送模块,用于发送所述页码和所述标记内容至所述内置芯片;
    第二存储模块,用于存储所述电子文档、所述标识信息、所述页码和所述标记内容。
  4. 如权利要求3所述智能终端,其特征在于,所述采集模块包括:
    获取单元,用于通过拍照获取所述页面对应的电子图片;
    分析单元,用于分析所述电子图片,获取所述电子图片的内容中的文字部分和图画部分;
    识别单元,用于识别所述文字部分的关键词,并对所述关键词添加超级链接;
    排版单元,用于对所述文字部分和所述图画部分进行排版,形成电子文档。
  5. 如权利要求3所述智能终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    第三发送模块,用于向所述内置芯片发送查询请求;
    第三接收模块,用于接收来自所述内置芯片发送的包括所述笔记本的内容索引的查询结果。
  6. 如权利要求5所述智能终端,其特征在于,所述采集模块包括:
    获取单元,用于通过拍照获取所述页面对应的电子图片;
    分析单元,用于分析所述电子图片,获取所述电子图片的内容中的文字部分和图画部分;
    识别单元,用于识别所述文字部分的关键词,并对所述关键词添加超级链接;
    排版单元,用于对所述文字部分和所述图画部分进行排版,形成电子文档。
  7. 如权利要求3所述智能终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    第四发送模块,用于发送所述电子文档、所述标识信息、所述页码和所述标记内容至云端服务器。
  8. 如权利要求7所述智能终端,其特征在于,所述采集模块包括:
    获取单元,用于通过拍照获取所述页面对应的电子图片;
    分析单元,用于分析所述电子图片,获取所述电子图片的内容中的文字部分和图画部分;
    识别单元,用于识别所述文字部分的关键词,并对所述关键词添加超级链接;
    排版单元,用于对所述文字部分和所述图画部分进行排版,形成电子文档。
  9. 一种笔记本内容索引创建方法,应用于笔记本,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    接收来自智能终端发送的所述笔记本的页码和所述页码对应的页面的标记内容;
    存储所述页码和所述标记内容至所述笔记本的内置芯片,并把所述页码和所述标记内容添加进所述内置芯片的内容索引中,所述内置芯片安置在所述笔记本内。
  10. 如权利要求9所述笔记本内容索引创建方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收来自所述智能终端的查询请求;
    根据所述查询请求,发送包括所述内容索引的查询结果至所述智能终端。
  11. 一种笔记本内容索引创建方法,应用于智能终端,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    获取笔记本的内置芯片的标识信息,并采集笔记本的页面对应的电子文档;
    获取所述页面的页码和所述电子文档的标记内容;
    发送所述页码和所述标记内容至所述内置芯片;
    储所述电子文档、所述标识信息、所述页码和所述标记内容;
    向所述内置芯片发送查询请求;
    接收来自所述内置芯片发送的包括所述笔记本的内容索引的查询结果。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的笔记本内容索引创建方法,其特征在于,所述获取笔记本的内置芯片的标识信息,并采集笔记本的页面对应的电子文档包括:
    通过拍照获取所述页面对应的电子图片;
    分析所述电子图片,获取所述电子图片的内容中的文字部分和图画部分;
    识别所述文字部分的关键词,并对所述关键词添加超级链接;
    对所述文字部分和所述图画部分进行排版,形成电子文档。
