Description

Cushion material
One aspect of the present invention relates to a cushion material used for a vehicle seat or bedding.
Conventionally, various types of cushioning materials are known for improving the sitting comfort and sleeping comfort to the user's body. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-111423 describes a mattress cushion material including a first layer located on the user's body side and a second layer located on the opposite side of the first layer from the body. . Both the first layer and the second layer are flexible polyurethane foam layers. The first layer is a high resilience flexible polyurethane foam in which irregularities are formed on the body side. The second layer has a plurality of irregularities on the first layer side, and is in contact with the first layer via the irregularities.

特開2007-111423号公報JP 2007-111423 A 特開2007-277398号公報JP 2007-277398 A
Each cushion material mentioned above has a corrugated uneven shape on the surface facing the user's body. This uneven shape is provided in order to enhance the dispersibility of body pressure due to contact with the body of the user when the user contacts the body. However, there is a concern that this uneven shape may give the user a feeling of pressure such as, for example, pressure on the body. Moreover, when the convex-and-concave part of uneven | corrugated shape directly hits a user's body, there exists a possibility that a high pressure may be applied to a user's body. In this way, the cushion material with the convex portions exposed on the surface may give a feeling of pressure to the user, and there is room for improvement in terms of comfort such as sitting comfort or sleeping comfort.
An object of one aspect of the present invention is to provide a cushion material that can reduce the feeling of pressure applied to a user and can improve the comfort of use.
A cushioning material according to an embodiment of the present invention is a cushioning material that is used while a user's body is placed thereon, and is a urethane first member positioned on the body side, and the body opposite to the first member. A second member that is located on the side and is harder than the first member. The first member and the second member are bonded to each other, and the bonding surface of the first member to the second member and the bonding surface of the second member to the first member are uneven. The body-side surface of the first member is flat. In the state where the first member and the second member are bonded to each other, the convex portion of the second member is visible from the body side.
This cushion material includes a first member located on the user's body side and a second member harder than the first member. Thus, by providing the hard 2nd member, while being able to suppress an excessive deformation | transformation of a cushioning material, a good fit can be given to a user by putting a body on the soft 1st member. In addition, since the bonding surface of the first member with the second member and the bonding surface of the second member with the first member are uneven, the body pressure of the body is dispersed by these uneven shapes. It can be made easier. Furthermore, since the surface of the first member on the body side is flat, the contact area between the first member and the body can be increased, and the body pressure of the body can be further easily dispersed. Moreover, in this cushion material, the convex part of the 2nd member can be visually recognized from the body side. Therefore, since the convex portion of the second member is visible from the body side via the first member, the convex portion of the second member to which the first member is bonded is compared with the directly exposed convex portion. And is thinly visible. Therefore, since the convex part of the 2nd member on which the 1st member was bonded together is visually recognized thinly and vaguely, the feeling of pressure given to a user etc. can be reduced. Furthermore, by visually recognizing the convex part, the presence of the convex part can be grasped by the user, and the design of the cushion material can be enhanced by showing the convex part thinly. Moreover, the 1st member is affixed on the 2nd member, and when a body contacts the flat surface of a 1st member, the load concerning a user's body can be reduced. Therefore, since the problem that a high pressure is applied to the body can be suppressed, the usability can be improved.
Further, the first member may be made of film-free urethane, and the second member may be polyester solid cotton. In this case, when the second member is a solid cotton made of polyester, it is possible to suppress the sag of the cushion material. Moreover, the 1st member by the side of a body is comprised with non-film | membrane urethane, The air permeability and water absorption of a 1st member can be improved. Therefore, it is possible to suppress stuffiness and to further improve the comfort of use. Furthermore, since the film-free urethane has a rougher surface than the urethane with a film, the visibility of the convex portion of the second member can be enhanced. Therefore, the convex part of the second member can be made slightly visible, and the design can be further improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the cushion material according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
The cushion material 1 according to the present embodiment includes, for example, a vehicle seat such as an automobile or a train, a seat for a transport aircraft other than a vehicle such as an aircraft, a seat other than a transport aircraft such as a nursing chair, a cushion, a mattress, or Used as bedding for futons. The cushion material 1 is used by being housed in a cover for preventing dirt, for example. The cushion material 1 is used with the user's back applied as a seat or with the user's body applied as a cushion or bedding. The cushion material 1 is used for enhancing cushioning and improving sitting comfort or sleeping comfort. Further, the cushion material 1 may be used for reducing the impact.
As shown in FIG. 1, the cushion material 1 has a rectangular shape extending in the longitudinal direction D1 in plan view. The cushion material 1 has a certain width in the width direction D2 and a certain thickness in the height direction D3. The cushion material 1 includes a first member 10 located above the height direction D3 and a second member 20 located below the first member 10. The first member 10 and the second member 20 are different materials from each other.
As shown in FIG. 2, the first member 10 has a certain width in the width direction D2 and a rectangular shape that extends long in the longitudinal direction D1. The first member 10 is made of, for example, a sponge-like material that is colored pink or the like and has a relatively coarse eye. Moreover, since the 1st member 10 is coarse and is thinner than the 2nd member 20, when the 1st member 10 is visually recognized from the height direction D3, the other side of the height direction D3 of the 1st member 10 can be seen through. . The first member 10 is made of urethane. As an example, the first member 10 is made of filmless urethane, and thereby the air permeability and water absorption of the first member 10 are enhanced.
The first member 10 includes a surface 11 facing the user's body and a bonding surface 12 that is positioned on the opposite side of the surface 11 and bonded to the second member 20. The surface 11 has a flat shape extending in the longitudinal direction D1 and the width direction D2. The bonding surface 12 includes a plurality of irregularities 12A. The unevenness 12A includes a concave portion 12a and a convex portion 12b arranged along the longitudinal direction D1 and the width direction D2, respectively. The concave portion 12a and the convex portion 12b have, for example, a truncated pyramid shape. Moreover, the recessed part 12a and the convex part 12b are arrange | positioned at the grid | lattice form. The concave portions 12a and the convex portions 12b are alternately arranged along the longitudinal direction D1, and are arranged alternately along the width direction D2.
As shown in FIG. 3, the second member 20 has a rectangular shape like the first member 10. The shape and size of the second member 20 in plan view (when viewed from the height direction D3) are, for example, the same as the shape and size of the first member 10 in plan view. The second member 20 is colored lighter than the first member 10 such as white. The second member 20 is made of a material that is finer and harder than the first member 10. The second member 20 has a function as a core material of the cushion material 1.
As an example, the second member 20 is a solid cotton made of polyester. The 2nd member 20 is shape | molded so that it may become desired thickness, for example, when cotton is heated or resin is sprayed and compressed and hardened | cured. Thus, the second member 20 is made of a harder material than the first member 10 and has a fine eye. Therefore, even if the second member 20 is visually recognized from the height direction D3, the opposite side of the second member 20 in the height direction D3 cannot be seen through.
The second member 20 includes a surface 21 that faces the opposite side of the user's body, and a bonding surface 22 that is positioned on the opposite side of the surface 21 and is bonded to the first member 10. The surface 21 has a flat shape extending in the longitudinal direction D1 and the width direction D2. Since the surface 21 extends in parallel with the surface 11 of the first member 10 and is flat, the cushion material 1 can be stably placed.
The bonding surface 22 includes a plurality of irregularities 22A. The plurality of irregularities 22A include a concave portion 22a and a convex portion 22b arranged along the longitudinal direction D1 and the width direction D2, respectively. The shape, size, and arrangement mode of the recess 22a and the projection 22b are the same as the shape, size, and arrangement mode of the recess 12a and the projection 12b of the first member 10, for example.
FIG. 4 is a view showing a side surface of the cushion material 1. As shown in FIG. 4, the thickness of the first member 10 is thinner than the thickness of the second member 20, for example. However, the thickness of the first member 10 may be approximately the same as the thickness of the second member 20 or may be thicker than the second member 20. The first member 10 and the second member 20 are bonded together in the height direction D3. The bonding surface 12 of the first member 10 and the bonding surface 22 of the second member 20 have the same shape and are in close contact with each other. This state is realized, for example, by pushing the unevenness 12A of the first member 10 into the unevenness 22A of the second member 20 while pulling the first member 10 made of filmless urethane in the longitudinal direction D1 and the width direction D2.
The bonding surface 12 and the bonding surface 22 form a waveform shape P1 when they are bonded to each other. This waveform shape P1 extends in each of the longitudinal direction D1 and the width direction D2. The waveform shape P1 is formed by the close contact between the concave portion 12a of the first member 10 and the convex portion 22b of the second member 20, and the close contact between the convex portion 12b of the first member 10 and the concave portion 22a of the second member 20. . The waveform shape P1 is, for example, a trapezoid with rounded corners.
As shown in FIG. 1, the period of the waveform shape P1 aligned in the longitudinal direction D1 is longer than the period of the waveform shape P1 aligned in the width direction D2, for example. The shape of the convex portion 22b of the second member 20 (the concave portion 12a of the first member 10) is a rectangular shape that extends long in the width direction D2 and has rounded corners.
Next, functions and effects obtained from the cushion material 1 according to this embodiment will be described.
The cushion material 1 includes a first member 10 positioned on the body side (upper side) of the user and a second member 20 that is harder than the first member 10. By providing the hard second member 20 as described above, excessive deformation of the cushioning material 1 can be suppressed, and the body is placed on the soft first member 10 to give a good fit to the user. Can do.
In the past, a mattress was formed by wrapping wound cotton in solid cotton such as the second member 20. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the urethane 1st member 10 softer than the 2nd member 20 is affixed, even if it does not wrap wound cotton, it can be set as a mattress with a high fit. Therefore, it is possible to easily provide a mattress having a good fit simply by accommodating the cushion material 1 in which the soft first member 10 is attached to the second member 20 in the cover.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 4, the bonding surface 12 of the first member 10 with the second member 20 and the bonding surface 22 of the second member 20 with the first member 10 are both uneven 12A and uneven It is made into the uneven | corrugated shape provided with 22A. Therefore, the body pressure of the body can be easily dispersed by these uneven shapes. Further, since the body-side surface 11 of the first member 10 is flat, the contact area between the first member 10 and the body can be increased, and the body pressure of the body can be further easily dispersed. it can.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, in the cushion material 1, the convex portion 22 b of the second member 20 is visible from the body side. Therefore, since the convex portion 22b of the second member 20 is visible from the body side via the first member 10, the convex portion 22b of the second member 20 to which the first member 10 is bonded is directly exposed. Compared with the convex part which was made, it is visually recognized thinly. Therefore, since the convex part 22b of the 2nd member 20 with which the 1st member 10 was bonded together is visually recognized thinly and vaguely, the feeling of pressure given to a user can be reduced.
The convex portion 22 b does not directly appear on the surface of the cushion material 1. The convex part 22b is supposed to be raised on the surface of the cushion material 1, and is visually recognized as well. Thus, by visually recognizing the convex portion 22b, the user can be made aware of the presence of the convex portion 22b, and the design of the cushion material 1 can be enhanced by showing the thin convex portion 22b. . That is, for example, when the cushion material 1 is used as a cushion or bedding, the convex portion 22b that is visually recognized to be thinly raised can give a warmth to the user or the like, and the functionality as the cushion material 1 and Design can be further enhanced.
Moreover, the first member 10 is bonded to the second member 20 and the body contacts the flat surface 11 of the first member 10, thereby reducing the load on the user's body. Therefore, since the problem that a high pressure is applied to the body can be suppressed, the usability can be improved.
Further, the first member 10 is made of filmless urethane, and the second member 20 is solid cotton made of polyester. Therefore, when the second member 20 is a solid cotton made of polyester, it is possible to suppress the sag of the cushion material 1. Moreover, since the 1st member 10 by the side of a body is comprised with non-film | membrane urethane, since the breathability and water absorption of the 1st member 10 can be improved, it can suppress stuffiness and further improve usability. be able to. Furthermore, since the filmless urethane has a coarser eye than the film-equipped urethane, the visibility of the convex portions 22b of the second member 20 can be improved. Therefore, the convex part 22b of the 2nd member 20 can be made visible visually, and the design property can be improved further.
Moreover, as FIG. 4 shows, the recessed parts 12a and 22a and the convex parts 12b and 22b which form the waveform shape P1 are arranged in parallel along both the longitudinal direction D1 and the width direction D2. That is, the concave portions 12a and 22a and the convex portions 12b and 22b are arranged in a lattice pattern. Therefore, the body pressure can be more easily dispersed as compared with the case where the concave portion and the convex portion are provided side by side along only one direction. Thus, by further improving body pressure dispersibility, the sitting comfort or sleeping comfort provided to the user can be further improved.
Further, in the cushion material 1, the bonding surface 12 of the first member 10 and the bonding surface 22 of the second member 20 have the same shape and are bonded so as to be in close contact with each other. Therefore, compared with the case where the bonding surface is a flat surface, the corrugated bonding surfaces 12 and 22 can more reliably block the air passage formed between the bonding surfaces 12 and 22. Thus, since the passage of air can be blocked more reliably, the cushion material 1 with improved nonflammability can be obtained.
As mentioned above, although embodiment of the cushioning material concerning this invention was described, this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, It deform | transforms in the range which does not change the summary described in the claim, or other It may be applied to a thing. That is, the present invention can be variously modified without changing the gist described in the claims.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the cushion material 1 having a rectangular shape in plan view has been described. However, the shape of the cushion material does not have to be rectangular and can be changed as appropriate. The shape of the cushion material according to the present invention may be, for example, a quadrangular shape other than a rectangular shape, a polygonal shape other than a rectangular shape, an oval shape, or a circular shape.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the cushion material 1 in which the first member 10 is made of non-film urethane and the second member 20 is solid cotton made of polyester has been described. However, the material of the first member 10 and the material of the second member 20 can be changed as appropriate. Further, the thickness of the first member 10 and the thickness of the second member 20 can be appropriately changed. For example, a material other than filmless urethane may be used as the first member 10, and the first member 10 may be thinner than the second member 20 so that the convex portion 22 b of the second member 20 can be visually recognized.
In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the first member 10 is colored pink or the like and the second member 20 is colored lighter than the first member 10 such as white is described. However, the color of the 1st member 10 and the 2nd member 20 is not limited to said example, It can change suitably. For example, the second member 20 may be colored in a darker color than the first member 10.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the concave portions 12a and 22a and the convex portions 12b and 22b having the truncated pyramid shape, and the bonding surfaces 12 and 22 forming the trapezoidal waveform shape P1 with rounded corner portions have been described. . However, the shape of the concave portion and the convex portion, and the shape of the bonding surface are not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed. For example, instead of the truncated pyramid-shaped concave portions 12a and 22a and the convex portions 12b and 22b shown in FIG. 4, the shape of the concave and convex portions may be a parabolic shape having no flat surface at the tip. Further, the shape of the convex portion may be a pointed shape that tapers toward the tip. Furthermore, the waveform shape of the bonding surface may be a sine wave shape or a rectangular wave shape.
