Abstract

本发明提供了一种指纹识别按键,包括指纹识别模组,还包括软硬结合板,所述指纹识别模组设于软硬结合板的第一硬性线路板区域的一侧表面上,指纹识别模组的线路与软硬结合板的柔性线路区域连接,在硬性线路板区域的另一侧表面与指纹识别模组位置相对应处设有与柔性线路区域连接的轻触开关,所述柔性线路区域的线路与软硬结合板的第二硬性线路板区域的线路连接。本发明还提供了一种移动终端和手机,均包括所述的指纹识别按键。与现有技术相比,通过将指纹识别按键中的补强钢片替换为软硬结合板,同时将指纹识别模组以及轻触开关分别设置在软硬结合板的硬性线路板的两侧表面上,这样能够节省空间,不仅结构可靠,而且提高了指纹识别按键的硬度。

Description

一种指纹识别按键及移动终端、手机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种指纹识别技术,特别是一种指纹识别按键及移动终端、手机。
背景技术
目前,随着人们对隐私安全性的要求越来却高,众多移动终端的生产厂家在涉及产品时,会将隐私安全作为一个重要的卖点进行宣传,导致移动终端基本均配备了指纹识别功能,现有的指纹识别按键的设计,主要采用柔性线路板以及补强钢片作为指纹传感器以及轻触开关还有走线的载体,由于补强钢片仅是为了用来局部补强该区域的柔性线路板使其不至于弯折的工艺,在设置有轻触开关后,再多次对轻触开关按压之后,由于补强钢片只是用做补强柔性线路板不至于弯折的作用,因此他并不具备能够承受多次按压的压力,因此导致补强钢片容易变形,强度差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种指纹识别按键及移动终端、手机,使得提高承载指纹识别模组以及轻触开关的板件的强度。
本发明提供了一种指纹识别按键,包括指纹识别模组,还包括软硬结合板,所述指纹识别模组设于软硬结合板的第一硬性线路板区域的一侧表面上,指纹识别模组的线路与软硬结合板的柔性线路区域连接,在硬性线路板区域的另一侧表面与指纹识别模组位置相对应处设有与柔性线路区域连接的轻触开关,所述柔性线路区域的线路与软硬结合板的第二硬性线路板区域的线路连接。
进一步地,所述轻触开关设于指纹识别模组的中心位置上。
进一步地,所述第一硬性线路板区域的形状和大小与指纹识别模组的形状和大小相适配。
进一步地,所述指纹识别模组包括设于第一硬性线路板区域表面上的环形 的边框、位于边框内的指纹传感器以及覆盖在指纹传感器上并且嵌入边框中的玻璃板。
进一步地,所述轻触开关的开关位置处设有金属弹片。
本发明还提供了一种移动终端,包括所述的指纹识别按键。
进一步地,所述指纹识别按键设于移动终端的正面、背面或移动终端四周的侧边处。
本发明还提供了一种手机,包括所述的指纹识别按键。
进一步地,所述指纹识别按键设于手机的正面、背面或手机四周的侧边处。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过将指纹识别按键中的补强钢片替换为软硬结合板,由于软硬结合板自身强度好,因此不需要另外再使用补强钢片进行补强,同时将指纹识别模组以及轻触开关分别设置在软硬结合板的其中一块硬性线路板的两侧表面上,这样能够节省空间,而且将指纹识别模组的线路以及轻触开关的线路与柔性线路区域的线路相连,通过另一块硬性线路板与手机的主板连接,不仅结构可靠,而且提高了指纹识别按键的硬度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种指纹识别按键,包括指纹识别模组1和轻触开关(Dome Switch)3,在指纹识别模组1与轻触开关3承载在软硬结合板2上,其中,软硬结合板2包括第一硬性线路板区域4和第二硬性线路板区域6以及连接第一硬性线路板区域4和第二硬性线路板区域6的柔性线路区域5;指纹识别模组1包括设于第一硬性线路板区域6一侧表面上的环形的边框7、位于边框7内的指纹传感器8以及覆盖在指纹传感器8上并且嵌入边框7中的盖板9,指纹识别模组1通过第一硬性线路板区域6替代现有的柔性线路板与补强钢片的结构,由于第一硬性线路板区域6具有硬性线路板的硬度,能够承受多次的按压,而且正反两面都可以进行贴片,与传统的补强钢片结构相比,它能够避免补强钢片容易变形的问题;本发明中指纹识别模组1的其余元器件的设置与现有技术中指纹识别模组1的元器件的设置位置以及结构均未发生改变。
所述轻触开关3设于第一硬性线路板区域4与指纹识别模组1位置相对应的另一侧表面上,轻触开关3的开关位置上覆盖有金属弹片10。
本发明中指纹识别模组1的线路以及轻触开关3的线路均匀柔性线路区域5上的线路连接并将信号传输至第二硬性线路板区域6上,第二硬性线路板区域6上可设有用于与主控制板(产品整机的主板)连接的板对板连接器,用于与主控制板通信。
本发明中的盖板9可以为蓝宝石、涂覆式、陶瓷或玻璃制成。
本发明还公开了一种移动终端以及手机,这两种产品均采用了本发明的指纹识别按键,指纹识别按键通过第二硬性线路板区域6上的板对板连接器与产品主板连接,实现指纹识别的功能,本发明的指纹识别按键可以设置在移动终端或手机具有显示屏(触摸屏)的正面、具有拍照摄像头的背面或者是四周的侧边(边框)上。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种指纹识别按键,包括指纹识别模组,其中:还包括软硬结合板,所述指纹识别模组设于软硬结合板的第一硬性线路板区域的一侧表面上,指纹识别模组的线路与软硬结合板的柔性线路区域连接,在硬性线路板区域的另一侧表面与指纹识别模组位置相对应处设有与柔性线路区域连接的轻触开关,所述柔性线路区域的线路与软硬结合板的第二硬性线路板区域的线路连接;所述轻触开关设于指纹识别模组的中心位置上,所述第一硬性线路板区域的形状和大小与指纹识别模组的形状和大小相适配,且所述轻触开关的开关位置上覆盖有金属弹片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的指纹识别按键,其中:所述指纹识别模组包括设于第一硬性线路板区域表面上的环形的边框、位于边框内的指纹传感器以及覆盖在指纹传感器上并且嵌入边框中的盖板。
  3. 一种移动终端,其中:包括指纹识别按键,所述指纹识别按键包括指纹识别模组和软硬结合板,所述指纹识别模组设于软硬结合板的第一硬性线路板区域的一侧表面上,指纹识别模组的线路与软硬结合板的柔性线路区域连接,在硬性线路板区域的另一侧表面与指纹识别模组位置相对应处设有与柔性线路区域连接的轻触开关,所述柔性线路区域的线路与软硬结合板的第二硬性线路板区域的线路连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中:所述指纹识别按键设于移动终端的正面、背面或移动终端四周的侧边处。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中:所述轻触开关设于指纹识别模组的中心位置上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中:所述第一硬性线路板区域的形状和大小与指纹识别模组的形状和大小相适配。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中:所述指纹识别模组包括设于第一硬性线路板区域表面上的环形的边框、位于边框内的指纹传感器以及覆盖在指纹传感器上并且嵌入边框中的盖板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中:所述轻触开关的开关位置处设有金属弹片。
  9. 一种手机,其中:包括指纹识别按键,所述指纹识别按键包括指纹识别模组和软硬结合板,所述指纹识别模组设于软硬结合板的第一硬性线路板区域的一侧表面上,指纹识别模组的线路与软硬结合板的柔性线路区域连接,在硬性线路板区域的另一侧表面与指纹识别模组位置相对应处设有与柔性线路区域连接的轻触开关,所述柔性线路区域的线路与软硬结合板的第二硬性线路板区域的线路连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手机,其中:所述指纹识别按键设于手机的正面、背面或手机四周的侧边处。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的手机,其中:所述轻触开关设于指纹识别模组的中心位置上,所述第一硬性线路板区域的形状和大小与指纹识别模组的形状和大小相适配。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的手机,其中:所述指纹识别模组包括设于第一硬性线路板区域表面上的环形的边框、位于边框内的指纹传感器以及覆盖在指纹传感器上并且嵌入边框中的盖板。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的手机,其中:所述轻触开关的开关位置处设有金属弹片。
