目前,市场上的智能手机都采用LCD或AMOLED作为显示屏幕,其中,LCD或AMOLED都是主动发光器件,功耗大,是智能手机主要的功耗之一,从而严重影响了智能手机的电池续航能力;LCD或AMOLED的屏幕亮度高,发出的光对眼睛刺激大,长时间使用智能手机容易造成眼睛疲劳,甚至引起视力下降,而智能手机屏幕的背光投射设计,使得强光下阅读困难,并且有视角限制。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明提供的移动终端电池盖第一实施例的结构示意图。
如图1所示,该移动终端电池盖100包括主控电路110、电源管理电路120、触控电路130以及电子墨水屏140。
其中,主控电路110、电源管理电路120、触控电路130分别与电子墨水屏140连接,主控电路110、电源管理电路120分别与移动终端10连接;主控电路110与触控电路130连接;电源管理电路120用于为电子墨水屏140提供电源;触控电路130用于接收电子墨水屏140的换屏操作,换屏操作包括翻页、后退及返回主页等触控按键;主控电路110用于接收触控电路130的数据,且与移动终端10进行通信,并将通信的内容显示在电子墨水屏140上,从而使得电子墨水屏140可以扩展为移动终端10的另一显示屏幕。本实施例中,电池盖100主体上设有凹腔,电子墨水屏140嵌设在凹腔内。
本发明提供的移动终端电池盖100由于设有电子墨水屏140,电子墨水屏140在阅读的时候不耗电,只有在翻页刷新的时候才耗电,功耗低;电子墨水屏140看起来更像印刷文字,使眼睛更加轻松;电子墨水屏140的可视角度大且在强光下可视,提升用户的阅读体验。
其中,主控电路110与移动终端10连接是通过串行外设接口SPI或者蓝牙BT,主控电路110与移动终端10通过串行外设接口SPI或者蓝牙BT进行数据传输;主控电路110与触控电路130连接是通过串行外设接口SPI或者I2C总线;主控电路110与电子墨水屏140连接是通过串行外设接口SPI。
具体的,主控电路110分别与触控电路130、电子墨水屏140及移动终端10连接,均可以通过串行外设接口SPI,串行外设接口(Serial Peripheral Interface,简称SPI)是一种高速的、全双工、同步的通信总线,只需要四根线进行数据传输,可以节约芯片的引脚,串行外设接口SPI通用性好,与各种芯片都具有良好的兼容性。其中,四根线包括电源线VBAT、地线GND、传输线SPI以及识别线ID,其中识别线ID可以自动识别电池盖与移动终端安装或拆卸情况,该电池盖还可以根据用户的需求进行拆换。
主控电路110与移动终端10还可以通过蓝牙无线连接,可以进一步减少芯片引脚的数量,即只需要三根线进行数据传输,其中,三根线包括电源线VBAT、地线GND及识别线ID,减少了传输线SPI;主控电路110与触控电路130还可以通过I2C总线连接,I2C总线是双向、两线、串行、多主控的接口标准,非常适合在器件之间进行近距离、非经常性的数据通信。
电源管理电路120为电池连接器,具体可以为测试探针或者弹簧针,移动终端10通过电池连接器120为电子墨水屏140供电,使得该电池盖不需要额外增加电池,降低成本,并且减少厚度。
本实施例中,电源管理电路120可以为单独的电子元件,在其他实施例中,电源管理电路也可以是主控电路的子电路,主控电路控制电源管理电路为电子墨水屏提供电源。
请一并参阅图2和图3,图2是本发明提供的移动终端电池盖第二实施例的结构示意图,图3是移动终端电池盖第二实施例的工艺结构示意图。
如图2所示,该电池盖200进一步包括触摸屏250,触摸屏250通过贴合材料202(见图3)贴合设置在电子墨水屏240上,且触摸屏250与触控电路230连接,用于触摸控制电子墨水屏240的换屏。
如图3所示,电池盖200包括壳体201,壳体201可以为一整体,也可以由不同部件组成,壳体201上设有凹腔203,电子墨水屏240嵌设在凹腔203内,触摸屏250通过光学透明胶带OCA粘接设置在电子墨水屏240的上方,触摸屏250与壳体201四周的缝隙通过点胶工艺进行密封,可以有效保护电子墨水屏240,触摸屏250材质可为PMMA或玻璃等透明材料,从而实现触控功能和保护作用。
本实施例中,电子墨水屏240的换屏操作是通过对触摸屏250进行触摸换屏来实现的,其中,触控电路230可以为单独的触摸屏触控芯片,触摸屏触控芯片通过串行外设接口SPI或者I2C总线与主控电路连接进行通信。
其中,贴合的材料为光学透明胶带OCA或者光学透明树脂OCR,具体的,光学透明胶带OCA具有无色透明、光透过率在90%以上、胶结强度良好、可在室温或中温下固化、且有固化收缩小等特点;光学透明树脂OCR是设计用于透明光学元件粘结的特种粘结剂,光学透明树脂OCR可填充面板与透明保护层及液晶模组之间的空隙,以提高显示器的对比,适用于触控屏、大尺寸玻璃基板或其它软硬板之间的贴合与组装。
贴合的材料的厚度范围为0.025mm~0.300mm;进一步的,贴合的材料的厚度范围为0.100mm~0.200mm;更进一步的,贴合的材料的厚度为0.125mm。
在其他实施例中,电池盖200进一步包括存储电路260,存储电路260与主控电路210连接,用于存储主控电路210处理的信息,主控电路210一般会需要一定的存储空间用于缓存电子书或图片等数据,当需要缓存大量数据时,还可以通过增加Flash存储器扩展内存。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明提供的移动终端电池盖第三实施例的结构示意图。
如图4所示,该移动终端电池盖300包括主控电路310、电源管理电路320、触控电路330、时序控制器电路370以及电子墨水屏340;其中,电源管理电路320、触控电路330、时序控制器电路370分别与电子墨水屏340连接,主控电路310、电源管理电路320分别与移动终端10连接;触控电路330、时序控制器电路370分别与主控电路310连接;电源管理电路320用于为电子墨水屏提供电源;触控电路330用于接收电子墨水屏340的换屏操作;主控电路310用于接收触控电路330的数据,且与移动终端10进行通信,并通过时序控制器电路370驱动电子墨水屏340显示,从而将通信的内容显示在电子墨水屏340上。
本实施例中的电池盖300适用于大于3.5寸的电子墨水屏340,大于3.5寸的电子墨水屏340的处理数据量大,电子墨水屏340处理能力不足,需要额外增加时序控制器电路370来驱动电子墨水屏340显示,其他结构与上述实施例一致,在此不再赘述。
请一并参阅图5,图5是本发明提供的移动终端一实施例的结构示意图。
如图5所示,该移动终端10包括终端主体20以及上述实施例中的电池盖中的一种。其中,电池盖100与终端主体10是独立部件,用户可以根据需求进行拆卸和更换。
电池盖100的电子墨水屏可以把二维码、个性画面、备忘录等信息投射出来。
其中,电池盖100的结构参见上文,此处不再赘述。
综上所述,本领域技术人员容易理解,本发明提供的移动终端电池盖由于设有电子墨水屏,电子墨水屏在阅读的时候不耗电,只有在翻页刷新的时候才耗电,功耗低;电子墨水屏看起来更像印刷文字,使眼睛更加轻松;电子墨水屏的可视角度大且在强光下可视,提升用户的阅读体验。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种移动终端电池盖,其中,所述电池盖包括主控电路、电源管理电路、触控电路、时序控制器电路以及电子墨水屏;其中,
    所述电源管理电路、所述触控电路、所述时序控制器电路分别与所述电子墨水屏连接,所述主控电路、所述电源管理电路分别与移动终端连接;所述触控电路、所述时序控制器电路分别与所述主控电路连接;
    所述电源管理电路为电池连接器,所述电源管理电路用于为所述电子墨水屏提供电源;所述触控电路用于接收所述电子墨水屏的换屏操作;所述主控电路用于接收所述触控电路的数据,且与所述移动终端进行通信,并通过所述时序控制器电路驱动所述电子墨水屏显示,从而将通信的内容显示在所述电子墨水屏上;
    所述电池盖进一步包括存储电路,所述存储电路与所述主控电路连接,用于存储所述主控电路处理的信息。
  2. 一种移动终端电池盖,其中,所述电池盖包括主控电路、电源管理电路、触控电路以及电子墨水屏;其中,
    所述主控电路、所述电源管理电路、所述触控电路分别与所述电子墨水屏连接,所述主控电路、所述电源管理电路分别与移动终端连接;所述主控电路与所述触控电路连接;
    所述电源管理电路用于为所述电子墨水屏提供电源;所述触控电路用于接收所述电子墨水屏的换屏操作;所述主控电路用于接收所述触控电路的数据,且与所述移动终端进行通信,并将通信的内容显示在所述电子墨水屏上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池盖,其中,所述电源管理电路为电池连接器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电池盖,其中,所述主控电路与所述移动终端连接是通过串行外设接口或者蓝牙。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电池盖,其中,所述主控电路与所述触控电路连接是通过串行外设接口或者I2C总线;所述主控电路与所述电子墨水屏连接是通过串行外设接口。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电池盖,其中,所述电池盖进一步包括触摸屏,所述触摸屏贴合设置在所述电子墨水屏上,且所述触摸屏与所述触控电路连接,用于触摸控制所述电子墨水屏的换屏。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电池盖,其中,所述贴合的材料为光学透明胶带或者光学透明树脂。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池盖,其中,所述贴合的材料的厚度范围为0.025mm~0.300mm。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电池盖,其中,所述贴合的材料的厚度范围为0.100mm~0.200mm。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的电池盖,其中,所述电池盖进一步包括存储电路,所述存储电路与所述主控电路连接,用于存储所述主控电路处理的信息。
  11. 一种移动终端,其中,包括终端主体以及权利要求1所述的电池盖。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述电源管理电路为电池连接器。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动终端,其中,所述主控电路与所述移动终端连接是通过串行外设接口或者蓝牙。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的移动终端,其中,所述主控电路与所述触控电路连接是通过串行外设接口或者I2C总线;所述主控电路与所述电子墨水屏连接是通过串行外设接口。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述电池盖进一步包括触摸屏,所述触摸屏贴合设置在所述电子墨水屏上,且所述触摸屏与所述触控电路连接,用于触摸控制所述电子墨水屏的换屏。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其中,所述贴合的材料为光学透明胶带或者光学透明树脂。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的移动终端,其中,所述贴合的材料的厚度范围为0.025mm~0.300mm。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的移动终端,其中,所述贴合的材料的厚度范围为0.100mm~0.200mm。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述电池盖进一步包括存储电路,所述存储电路与所述主控电路连接,用于存储所述主控电路处理的信息。
