本发明弹力球游戏机的箱体最好由玻璃、木板、瓷砖、钢板、塑料板中的一种或多种较刚性的材料制成,因为弹力球在与刚性的材料碰撞时反弹效果才能充分发挥,让游戏难度保持高水准。箱体可以全部采用透明玻璃或者透明塑料板,以方便外部的人员观看游戏过程,也可以在不透明材料上设置较大的透明视窗。可以在箱体1内的合适位置安装高速摄像头,以便记录下来整个游戏过程,可以拷贝给游戏人员,或者让游戏人员到指定的网址去下载,具有引流效果和可以收取一部分费用,作为游戏的另一种收入。为了方便加工,所述箱体一般设计为方形,经本发明人实验发现,针对成人在宽度为1.5m-3m,长度为1.5m-3m,游戏效果较佳,而针对反应能力较慢、运动速度也较差的儿童,箱体越宽,难度会略有降低;至于箱体的高度一般为2m-2.5m即可,以可以容纳游戏人员且不感到压抑为好,因为弹力球弹至箱体顶部的机会很少。当然箱体采用其它的形状也都是可行的,比如圆形、椭圆形,六角形,八角形等各种形状,此处说的是箱体横截面的形状。
在本发明中,弹力球2的弹性也是关键的一个环节,弹力球2的直径优选2-4CM,大小 和重量均比较合适,弹力球2材料要选择高弹性的弹性体,比如高弹性的橡胶、TPU(聚氨酯弹性体)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)或TPE(热塑性弹性体),市场上常见的弹力球2基本都能符合弹性要求。不同弹性的弹性球2混装,随机发射,更能提高游戏可玩性,因为人们一般对突然的变化容易产生不适应感。游戏人员也可以带上防护眼镜,甚至简易的防护头盔,以避免意外伤害。
在本发明中,游戏机可以通过投币式开关,触发游戏开始,也可以用磁卡或IC卡等储值卡配合相应的读卡器来扣费操作以触发游戏开始,投币式开关或读卡器均需与控制器电连接。
在本实施例中,所述人体感知装置9为机械式的按压开关,也可以采用电子类的开关,比如远红外感应器、电容感应器、光电感应器等等,当游戏人员的手摸到或足够靠近所述人体感知装置9时会产生触发信号传递给控制器4,能实现同样的有益效果。
作为本发明所述弹力球游戏机的实施例二,如图2所示,与实施例一不同之处在于人体感知装置9为拉绳开关,游戏人员用手拉下所述拉绳开关时会产生触发信号传递给控制器4。同样可以实现感知游戏人员是否位于预设定位置10,获得同样的有益效果。当箱体1较宽,游戏空间较大时,有些人的手臂长度可能不能同时触发两侧壁的按压开关,那么采用拉绳开关则解决了这个问题,提高了对箱体尺寸的适合性。
作为本发明所述弹力球游戏机的实施例三,如图3所示,与实施例二不同之处在于所述游戏机上不设置专门的计时器和暂停开关,而是设置弹力球回收器5,弹力球回收器5与所述控制器4电连接,所述弹力球回收器5包括回收口51,弹力球感应器52和收纳仓53,所述控制器4通过弹力球感应器52来判断弹力球2是否被放入回收口51,并计算弹力球2从发射到回收完成的时间。可以避免实施例一中的弊端,某些游戏人员可能会作弊,在没有抓到弹力球的情况下提前按下暂停开关。
在本实施例中,所述弹力球游戏机还包括用于演示游戏、玩法介绍和游戏信息的显示器8,游戏信息可以包括完成时间、难度级别,排名,奖励信息等,还可回放由高清摄像头录制的游戏过程,所述显示器8与控制器4电连接,也可以在游戏机上增加一些声光电设备,增加游戏气氛。其它结构及有益效果均与实施例二一致,此处不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,包括可容纳游戏人员的箱体,箱体内部形成游戏空间,所述游戏机上设有用于自动发射弹力球的弹射器和用于控制弹射器发射时机、方向和力度的控制器,弹力球被所述弹射器发射后会在箱体的内壁反复地快速反弹,直至被游戏人员抓住,所述游戏机还包括用于感知游戏人员是否处于预设定位置的人体感知装置,所述人体感知装置与控制器电连接并传递信号给控制器,所述人体感知装置设置在所述箱体的侧壁或者顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,所述人体感知装置为按压开关,游戏人员用手按下所述按压开关时会产生触发信号传递给控制器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,所述按压开关数量为二个,分别设置在箱体的二个相对的侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,所述人体感知装置为拉绳开关,游戏人员用手拉下所述拉绳开关时会产生触发信号传递给控制器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,所述拉绳开关数量为二个,分别设置在箱体的二个相对的侧壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,所述人体感知装置为远红外感应器、电容感应器或者光电感应器,当游戏人员的手摸到或靠近所述人体感知装置时会产生触发信号传递给控制器。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,所述弹射器为多个,分布在箱体的一个或多个内壁上,所述箱体由玻璃、木板、瓷砖、钢板、塑料板中的一种或多种材料制成;所述箱体为方形,高度为2m-2.5m,宽度为1.5m-3m,长度为1.5m-3m;所述弹力球材料为高弹性的橡胶、TPU(聚氨酯弹性体)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)或TPE(热塑性弹性体)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,所述游戏机上还设有与所述控制器电连接的弹力球回收器,所述弹力球回收器包括回收口,弹力球感应器和收纳仓,所述控制器通过弹力球感应器来判断弹力球是否被放入回收口,并计算弹力球从发射到回收完成的时间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,所述游戏机还包括用于演示游戏、玩法介绍和游戏信息的显示器,所述显示器与控制器电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的弹力球游戏机,其特征在于,所述游戏机还包括与所述控制器电连接的计时器和暂停开关,弹力球被发射的同时计时器开始计时,游戏人员抓到弹力球后按下暂停开关,所述计时器停止计时。
