一种测温扫描头及其使用方法,该测温扫描头包括外壳(1),外壳(1)的端面上内嵌有补光灯(11)、图像传感器(12)和测温传感器(13)。该测温扫描头不仅保留现有扫描头体积小的特点,还利用高精度的测温传感器(13)自带的温度校准模块,实现了温度采集,具有温度测量精准的性能,操作者只需先扫描被测物体或者生物的条码信息,就取得身份信息,然后再进行测温,这样就能将被测物体或者生物的温度信息和身份信息一一对应起来,从而保证了数据的准确性。

一种测温扫描头及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及计算机技术领域,具体为一种测温扫描头及其使用方法。
背景技术
随着移动互联网和移动互联终端的蓬勃发展,扫描解码技术应用在各行各业中,无论是物流、零售、仓储,医疗、畜牧等等都应用广泛,但是现有扫描头也有些自身的不足。
现有二扫描头方案中,功能都非常单一,无非就是解一维码、二维码。随着移动物联网在各行各业的深耕细作,客户对于扫描头有了更高的要求,这个要求不仅仅是扫面头速度、稳定性等性能方面的提升,还包括功能的多样性。例如,医疗行业需要记录患者当时体温信息,畜牧业为了动物疾病预防也需要采集动物的体温信息,对于仓库防火、设备过热、冷链存储运输等等,都需要采集温度信息,现有扫描头都无法实现这一功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种测温扫描头及其使用方法,既具备现有扫面头的解一维码、二维码的功能,还能实现精准的温度测量,使被测物体或者生物温度信息体和身份信息一一对应起来,保证的数据的准确性,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种测温扫描头,包括外壳,所述外壳的端面上内嵌有补光灯、图像传感器和测温传感器,补光灯设置有两组,且每组对应安装在外壳的两端,在两组对立的补光灯之间依次排布有图像传感器和测温传感器;所述图像传感器和测温传感器的接线端子通过导线电性连接在中央处理器上,且补光灯、图像传感器和测温传感器上还电性安装有控制开关。
一种测温扫描头的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,通过控制开关打开补光灯和图像传感器;
步骤二,将扫描头对准被测物体或生物的条码信息进行取码;
步骤三,通过控制开关先关闭图像传感器,再关闭补光灯;
步骤四,通过控制开关打开测温传感器;
步骤五,通过中央处理器对数据进行采集和处理,并发送给上位机进行存储。
其中在所述的步骤五中,上位机为扫描头通过导线电路连接的计算机,中央处理器设置在计算机的内部。
优选的,所述补光灯、图像传感器和测温传感器均受控于控制开关,控制开关上设置有三组按钮,分别对应控制补光灯、图像传感器和测温传感器的工作状态。
优选的,所述测温传感器的内部设置有温度校准模块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本测温扫描头及其使用方法,与市场上现有的扫描头相比,本发明的扫面头不仅保留原有扫描头体积小的特点,利用高精度的测温传感器,自带温度校准模块,实现了温度采集,具有温度测量精准的性能,因此这款测温扫描头的应用才得到更大的提升,医疗行业需要记录患者当时体温信息,畜牧业为了动物疾病预防也需要采集动物的体温信息,对于仓库防火、设备过热、冷链存储运输等等,都需要采集温度信息这款测温扫描头都可以实现,实际使用中,操作者只需先扫描头被测物体或者生物的条码信息,扫描头就取得身份信息,然后再进行测温,这样就能将被测物体或者生物温度信息体和身份信息一一对应起来,保证的数据的准确性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行亲楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种测温扫描头,包括外壳1,外壳1的端面上内嵌有补光灯11、图像传感器12和测温传感器13,补光灯11设置有两组,且每组对应安装在外壳1的两端,用于扫描头在扫描待测物时起到补光的作用;在两组对立的补光灯11之间依次排布有图像传感器12和测温传感器13,图像传感器12能实现一维码、二维码解码,在测温传感器13的内部设 置有温度校准模块,其有别于市面上一般的温度传感器,本测温传感器13的特点有体积小,超低功耗,自带温度校准模块,因此温度测量精准,能实现温度精准采集,可达医疗级别;图像传感器12和测温传感器13的接线端子通过导线电性连接在中央处理器上,且补光灯11、图像传感器12和测温传感器13上还电性安装有控制开关,补光灯、图像传感器和测温传感器均受控于控制开关,控制开关上设置有三组按钮,分别对应控制补光灯11、图像传感器12和测温传感器13的工作状态。
一种测温扫描头的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,通过控制开关打开补光灯11和图像传感器12,为被测物体或生物的条码信息提供良好的补光的条件,以便扫描头进行精准扫描;
步骤二,将扫描头对准被测物体或生物的条码信息,由图像传感器12对图像进行采集并将信息传送给中央处理器,由中央处理器完成取码过程;
步骤三,取码完成后,通过控制开关先关闭图像传感器12,再关闭补光灯11,为下一步温度的测量做准备,防止补光灯11散热影响测温传感器13测量数据的精准度;
步骤四,通过控制开关打开测温传感器13进行测温,使得被测物体或者生物温度信息体和身份信息能够一一对应起来;
步骤五,通过中央处理器对数据进行采集和处理,并发送给上位机进行存储,上位机为扫描头通过导线电路连接的计算机,中央处理器设置在计算机的内部,由计算机对图像、温度信息进行记录保存,从而大大提高了本测温扫描头的测试数据精准性。
综上所述:本测温扫描头及其使用方法,与市场上现有的扫描头相比,本发明的扫面头不仅保留原有扫描头体积小的特点,利用高精度的测温传感器13,自带温度校准模块,实现了温度采集,具有温度测量精准的性能,因此这款测温扫描头的应用才得到更大的提升,医疗行业需要记录患者当时体温信息,畜牧业为了动物疾病预防也需要采集动物的体温信息,对于仓库防火、设备过热、冷链存储运输等等,都需要采集温度信息这款测温扫描头都可以实现,实际使用中,操作者只需先扫描头被测物体或者生物的条码信息,扫描头就取得身份信息,然后再进行测温,这样就能将被测物体或者生物温度信息体和身份信息一一对应起来, 保证的数据的准确性。

  1. 一种测温扫描头,包括外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的端面上内嵌有补光灯(11)、图像传感器(12)和测温传感器(13),补光灯(11)设置有两组,且每组对应安装在外壳(1)的两端,在两组对立的补光灯(11)之间依次排布有图像传感器(12)和测温传感器(13);所述图像传感器(12)和测温传感器(13)的接线端子通过导线电性连接在中央处理器上,且补光灯(11)、图像传感器(12)和测温传感器(13)上还电性安装有控制开关。
  2. 一种测温扫描头的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一,通过控制开关打开补光灯(11)和图像传感器(12);
    步骤二,将扫描头对准被测物体或生物的条码信息进行取码;
    步骤三,通过控制开关先关闭图像传感器(12),再关闭补光灯(11);
    步骤四,通过控制开关打开测温传感器(13);
    步骤五,通过中央处理器对数据进行采集和处理,并发送给上位机进行存储;
    其中在所述的步骤五中,上位机为扫描头通过导线电路连接的计算机,中央处理器设置在计算机的内部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种测温扫描头,其特征在于,所述补光灯(11)、图像传感器(12)和测温传感器(13)均受控于控制开关,控制开关上设置有三组按钮,分别对应控制补光灯(11)、图像传感器(12)和测温传感器(13)的工作状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种测温扫描头,其特征在于,所述测温传感器(13)的内部设置有温度校准模块。
