본 발명의 밸러스트수 처리장치 해상 위성 관제시스템은, 상기 선박에 설치되며, 상기 선박의 밸러스트수 처리장치의 컨트롤 패널이 수집한 상기 밸러스트수 처리장치의 운영데이터를 수신하여 저장하고, 상기 운영데이터를 기초로 위성통신망을 통해 전송가능한 형태의 운영정보를 생성하여, 상기 선박의 위성통신장치에 전달하는 원격단말유닛과; 상기 위성통신장치가 위성통신망을 통해 전송한 운영정보를 수신하고 저장하는 육상 관제부; 를 포함한다.
