具体实施方式
图2~图7出示了本发明这种伸缩式宠物牵引绳的一个具体实施例,其包括包括扁平形状的绳带1,该绳带1的两端分别为用于连接宠物的宠物连接端1a和供牵引者把持的把持端1b。
本实施例的关键改进在于该宠物牵引绳还包括一弹性卷绳器,所述绳带1缠绕收卷在该弹性卷绳器内,并且绳带的两端(即上述的宠物连接端1a和把持端1b)分别伸出该弹性卷绳器外。自然状态下,受弹性卷绳器的弹性收卷作用,绳带1被收卷于弹性卷绳器内而仅露出其两端;拉动绳带1的两端时,绳带受拉伸力作用而向外伸长。
上述弹性卷绳器主要包括壳体2、卷盘3和卷簧4三大部分。其中,壳体2具有壳体内腔2c以及使该壳体内腔与周围环境相连通的第一出绳孔2a和第二出绳孔2b。卷盘3旋转设置于壳体2的壳体内腔2c中。卷簧4连接在卷盘3和壳体2之间,当卷盘3相对于壳体2正方向转动时,该卷簧4产生扭转变形而对所述卷盘3施加有反方向的扭转回位力。这里所说的正方向和反方向是相对而言的,若一个为顺时针方向,另一个则为逆时针方向。
所述绳带1具有位于宠物连接端1a和把持端1b之间的、且与卷盘3固定连接的卷盘固定部1c。也即处于宠物连接端1a和把持端1b之间的绳带1,其一部分固定连接在卷盘3上。
以上述卷盘固定部1c为分隔点,绳带1被分隔为靠近宠物连接端1a那一侧的前段绳体1d和靠近把持端1b那一侧的后段绳体1e。
以上述卷盘固定部1c为缠绕起始点,前段绳体1d和后段绳体1e沿着同一圆周方向(逆时针或顺时针)缠绕在卷盘3上。宠物连接端1a和把持端1b分别穿过所述第一出绳孔2a和第二出绳孔2b而伸出壳体2外部。
如图4和图5,自然状态下,受卷簧4的弹力作用,绳带1的前段绳体1d和后段绳体1e沿着同一圆周方向缠绕在卷盘3上,绳带1处于完全收拢状态,宠物连接端1a和把持端1b分别经第一出绳孔2a和第二出绳孔2b向壳体外部引出。在实际应用时,宠物主人握持住绳带1长度后侧的把持端1b,绳带1长度前侧的宠物连接端1a栓住宠物。当宠物向远处跑开时,绳带1受到宠物的拉扯力,卷盘正方向转动,盘绕在转盘3上的绳带1向外放出。绳带1的前段绳体1d和后段绳体1e分别由第一出绳孔2a和第二出绳孔2b向外放出,在此过程中,卷簧4发生扭转变形而对卷盘3施加有反方向的扭转回位力。当宠物跑开的距离足够远时,绳带1的前段绳体1d和后段绳体1e完全脱离于卷盘3的缠绕,仅留下绳带1上的卷盘固定部1c与卷盘3连接在一起,此时绳带1完全展开达到最大伸展长度,如图3。若宠物继续向远处大力跑动,其作用在绳带1上的拉扯力将直接作用于宠物主人的手部,而不会对壳体或转盘施加较大的作用力。只需增大绳带的厚度便能使绳带1自身具有足够强的抗拉强度,从而保证宠物主人对宠物的掌控力,不会出现宠物扯掉绳带而跑开的问题。当宠物靠近主人时,在卷簧的扭转弹力作用下,卷盘反向转动,而使的被放出的绳带再缠绕在卷盘上。
本实施例中,所述绳带1上的卷盘固定部1c与卷盘3间的固定连接方式为可拆卸卡嵌连接,这样就可以调整绳带1与转盘3的连接点,以调节再绳带完全收拢状态下宠物连接端1a伸出壳体的长度值。具体地:卷盘3上成型有一条弧形卡槽3a,该弧形卡槽3a的长度贯通卷盘3设置,从而在卷盘3的外缘边上形成有两个的贯通口(也即弧形卡槽3a的两端的端口),绳带1的卷盘固定部1c卡嵌固定在该弧形卡槽3a内。
为了减轻该设备的重量,壳体1和转盘3均采用轻质塑料材质。如图3,当宠物向外跑出而使绳带1外完全伸展开后,绳带3整体处于绷紧状态,而绳带1的卷盘固定部1c受弧形卡槽3a的限制而处于弯曲状态。这样一来,绳带1的卷盘固定部1c就会对图3中弧形卡槽3a的上侧槽壁施加向上的压力,而使得弧形卡槽3a的上侧槽壁(为转盘3的一部分,塑料材质)具有被绳带“扯破”的可能。
为了避免弧形卡槽3a的上侧槽壁被绳带“扯破”,本实施例在转盘3上固定有分别布置在上述两个贯通口处的两个金属销5。绳带与这两个金属销5接触,从而将绳带1上卷盘固定部1c对弧形卡槽上侧槽壁施加的压力转移到这两个金属销5上。为了降低绳带3在收放过程中与金属销5的滑动摩擦力,本实施例中的金属销5采用圆柱形结构,并且平行于所述转盘3的中轴线布置。
当然,我们也可以不必设置上述弧形卡槽3a的结构,而将绳带1的卷盘固定部1c直接固定在所述卷盘3的外缘边上,也就不再存在弧形卡槽3a的上侧槽壁被绳带“扯破”的问题了。
本实施例中,所述壳体2包括平行布置的左壳壁2d和右壳壁2e、以及垂直环绕连接在所述左壳壁2d和右壳壁2e之间的侧壳壁2f,上述第一出绳孔2a和第二出绳孔2b均形成于侧壳壁2f上。
为了进一步减小壳体的自重,本实施例在所述侧壳壁2f上设置有多个减重孔(图中未标注)。而且减重孔的设置,在一定程度上增大了壳体2的收容空间,同时也方便使用者观察壳体的内部情况,此外也能够防止壳体外表面缩水。设置减重孔后,所述侧壳壁2f的被分割成沿周向间隔分布的多个壁段,如图5。
所述壳体2还包括垂直固定在左壳壁2d和右壳壁2e之间的固定轴2g,所述卷簧4连接在卷盘3和该固定轴2g之间。固定轴2g的中部开设一字槽,卷簧4的一端固定在该一字槽中。
在对应上述对应固定轴2g的两端部位置,所述左壳壁2d的外表面和右壳 壁2e的外表面的各设有一椭圆形的凹陷区,如图4。
本实施中,所述第一出绳孔2a和第二出绳孔2b对称布置在所述固定轴2g的径向两侧。
为了方便该绳带与宠物的连接,同时方便宠物主人对绳带的握持,本实施例在绳带1的宠物连接端1a上连接有一个锁扣6,绳带1的把持端1b上形成有把持孔1f。
为了方便使用者将该绳带固定在栏杆等物体上,也可以在绳带1的把持端1b连接一个锁扣6,该锁扣6与绳带带体配合而形成上述的把持孔1f,二者连接处可以闭合也可以打开,以便将绳待在类似栏杆处固定。
当然,上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让人们能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种伸缩式宠物牵引绳,包括绳带(1),该绳带(1)的两端分别为用于连接宠物的宠物连接端(1a)和供牵引者把持的把持端(1b),其特征在于,还包括一弹性卷绳器,所述绳带(1)缠绕收卷在该弹性卷绳器内,并且绳带(1)的两端分别伸出该弹性卷绳器外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述弹性卷绳器包括:
    壳体(2),其具有壳体内腔(2c)以及使该壳体内腔与周围环境相连通的第一出绳孔(2a)和第二出绳孔(2b);
    卷盘(3),其旋转设置于所述壳体(2)的所述壳体内腔(2c)中;以及
    卷簧(4),其连接在所述卷盘(3)和所述壳体(2)之间,当所述卷盘(3)相对于所述壳体(2)正方向转动时,该卷簧(4)产生扭转变形而对所述卷盘(3)施加有反方向的扭转回位力;
    所述绳带(1)具有位于所述宠物连接端(1a)和所述把持端(1b)之间的、且与所述卷盘(3)固定连接的卷盘固定部(1c);以该卷盘固定部(1c)为分隔点,所述绳带(1)被分隔为靠近所述宠物连接端(1a)那一侧的前段绳体(1d)和靠近所述把持端(1b)那一侧的后段绳体(1e);以所述卷盘固定部(1c)为缠绕起始点,所述前段绳体(1d)和后段绳体(1e)沿着同一圆周方向缠绕在所述卷盘(3)上;所述宠物连接端(1a)和所述把持端(1b)分别穿过所述第一出绳孔(2a)和第二出绳孔(2b)而伸出所述壳体(2)外部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述绳带(1)的卷盘固定部(1c)可拆卸地卡嵌固定在所述卷盘(3)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述卷盘(3)上成型有一条弧形卡槽(3a),该弧形卡槽(3a)的长度贯通所述卷盘(3)设置、从而在所述卷盘(3)的外缘边上形成有两个的贯通口,所述绳带(1)的卷盘固定部(1c)卡嵌固定在所述弧形卡槽(3a)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述转盘(3)上固定有分别布置在所述两个贯通口处的两个金属销(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述金属销(5)为圆柱形结构,且平行于所述转盘(3)的中轴线布置。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述绳带(1)的卷盘固定部(1c)固定在所述卷盘(3)的外缘边上。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)包括平行布置的左壳壁(2d)和右壳壁(2e)、垂直环绕连接在所述左壳壁(2d)和右壳壁(2e)之间的侧壳壁(2f),所述第一出绳孔(2a)和第二出绳孔(2b)均形成于所述侧壳壁(2f)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述侧壳壁(2f)上开设有减重孔。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)还包括垂直固定在所述左壳壁(2d)和右壳壁(2e)之间的固定轴(2g),所述卷簧(4)连接在所述卷盘(3)和所述固定轴(2g)之间。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述绳带(1)的所述宠物连接端(1a)上连接有一个锁扣(6),所述绳带(1)的所述把持端(1b)上形成有把持孔(1f)。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的伸缩式宠物牵引绳,其特征在于,所述绳带(1)的所述宠物连接端(1a)和所述把持端(1b)上均分别连接有一个锁扣(6)。
