本发明涉及一种易拉罐顶盖,尤其涉及一种具有标识码的大开口易拉罐顶盖。
背景技术
物联网的普及应用离不开标识码(包括但不限于二维码或数字码等)的自动识别。以二维码为代表的标识码具有数据存储量大、保密性好等特点,能够更好地与智能手机等移动终端相结合,形成很好的互动性和用户体验。二维码在当前社会中被广泛应用。近年来,人们先后提出了多种利用二维码进行商品防伪、积分营销、产品溯源、防窜货的方案。
例如,本申请人在专利号为ZL 201520922691.0的中国实用新型中公开了一种盖体里侧设置有标识码的易拉罐顶盖。其中,在盖体的里侧设置有第一信息层,第一信息层设置在闭合区域内。消费者在购买并打开包装前无法获得第一信息层中的信息,从而保证了参与活动的二维码或字符码的真实有效性,可用于防伪、营销活动使用。此外,还可以在盖体的外侧设置第二信息层,通过扫描第二信息层进行身份认证,并输入盖体里侧的字符码或扫描二维码,进行防伪认证或参与营销活动。第二信息层还可用于溯源和防窜货查询。
然而,由于现有结构的易拉罐顶盖,其开口区域位于整个顶盖靠近一侧边缘的位置,并且开口较小,所以在制作易拉罐顶盖时,需要在用于制作易拉罐顶盖的片材背面设置多个标识码,并且在易拉罐顶盖加工刻痕线形成闭合区域时,需要严格定位及复杂的角度调整,才能保证将用于消费者获取的第一信息层设置在盖体里侧的闭合区域内。并且,现有工艺采用喷涂、激光烧灼或刻蚀的方法在易拉罐顶盖的表面形成具有凹凸结构的标识码,加工后的盖体表面不平滑,影响了盖体的美观,并且,在制作过程中会出现大量烟尘,加之需要使用较大功率的激光,能源消耗多,对环境影响较大,因此,需要对现有的易拉罐顶盖及其设置标识码的结构进行改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有标识码的大开口易拉罐顶盖。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种具有标识码的大开口易拉罐顶盖,包括盖体与拉环,所述盖体上设置有开口区域,所述拉环与所述开口区域相连接;其中,
所述盖体正面设置有第一标识码,所述盖体背面的中间位置设置有第二标识码。
其中较优地,所述开口区域的面积不小于所述盖体面积的四分之一。
其中较优地,所述盖体背面的中间位置设置的所述第二标识码位于所述开口区域内。

本发明提供的大开口易拉罐顶盖,通过在盖体中心位置设置较大面积的开口区域,并在盖体中心位置设置灰度标识码(简称为标识码),一方面保证了灰度标识码在开口区域背面的设置完整性;另一方面简化了易拉罐顶盖的制作难度。该易拉罐顶盖通过在开口区域的背面设置包含不同信息的标识码,实现一物一码,可以同时保证消费者和生产厂商的权利,便于在营销活动中使用。此外,本发明所提供的大开口易拉罐顶盖,在制作灰度标识码的过程中,由于仅改变光子敏感墨层中的光子活性成分的外观,并不会使光子敏感墨燃烧、蚀刻或脱落,所以具有平滑美观的外观。并且,相对于使用激光烧蚀或喷涂制作标识码的现有工艺,采用光子敏感墨后,使用很小功率的激光机即可雕刻更佳效果的图案,大幅降低成本,大幅提高雕刻速度,满足在线生产的高速要求,同时也很好的起到环保作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术内容做进一步的详细说明。
第一实施例
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的易拉罐顶盖包括盖体1和拉环3,在盖体1上设置有开口区域2,拉环3与开口区域2相连接,其中,拉环3与开口区域2的连接点4远离盖体1的中心区域;拉环3用于连接的一端与设置在开口区域2靠近盖体1边缘一侧的刻痕线对齐。具体来说,如图1所示,拉环3较窄的一端通过铆钉4铆接在开口区域2靠近盖体1的边缘的区域,并且拉环3较窄的一端与开口区域2的上端(即开口区域2靠近盖体1边缘一侧的刻痕线)对齐。当未使用拉环3打开易拉罐顶盖时,拉环3与盖体1大致平行,当提升拉环3的端部并通过拉环3的空心区域5拉动拉环3则使刻痕线10破裂,从而在盖体1上形成供罐内液体流出的开口区域2。在该实施例中,开口区域2是由整条刻痕线10围合而成的闭合区域。刻痕线10可以是整体具有相同深度的曲线。刻痕线10也可以是部分区域的深度大于剩余部分的深度的曲线,从而在打开易拉罐顶盖的开口后可以选择是否完全取下开口区域2对应的部分。
在该易拉罐顶盖中设置的开口区域2的面积较大,应不小于盖体1面积的四分之一(优选为三分之一以上),从而在盖体1上形成包括盖体1的中心位置的开口区域2,并且开口区域2内对应于盖体1的中心位置的区域的大小足以设置第一灰度标识码6。第一灰度标识码6设置在盖体1背面的中心位置,并且其面积约在4*4mm2至10*10mm2之间。为了加工方便,开口区域2可以是以盖体1的直径为对称轴的对称图形,如图1所示的水滴形(或称为近似倒三角形)和图8所示的椭圆形。
在易拉罐顶盖中,盖体1具有如图3a或如图3b所示的结构(参见图1所示A-A区域的局部剖视放大图)。盖体1至少包括基材100和设置在基材100两侧的光子敏感墨层101。其中,设置在基材100内 侧的光子敏感墨层裸露并形成第一灰度标识码6(如图3a)或者设置在基材100内侧的光子敏感墨层在形成第一灰度标识码6后被内涂层103覆盖(如图3b),第一灰度标识码6设置在开口区域2的背面并且位于盖体1的中心位置。设置在基材100外侧的光子敏感墨层形成一个或多个第二灰度标识码7,第二灰度标识码7设置在盖体1外侧不被拉环3遮挡的区域,可以设置在开口区域2内(参见图1所示的灰度标识码7),也可以设置在开口区域2的两侧(参见图8所示的灰度标识码7a和7b)。当在基材100外侧设置唯一的第二灰度标识码7时,第二灰度标识码7优选地位于盖体1的中心位置。设置在基材100外侧的光子敏感墨层可以裸露,也可以被其他透明材料覆盖,例如被光油覆盖。
设置在基材100两侧的光子敏感墨层101是将含有光子活性材料的光子敏感墨涂覆在基材100的表面后形成的,根据产品需要,光子敏感墨层101可以全部或部分覆盖基材100的表面。由于光子敏感墨层101中包含对激光较为敏感的光子活性材料,当激光照到包括光子活性成分的光子敏感墨层101时,其中的光子活性成分会以视觉可察觉的方式发生变化,从而导致光子敏感墨发生外观上的改变。优选地,外观上的改变是颜色的改变,例如从透明或浅颜色改变为不透明或较深的颜色。换句话说,在本申请中所引用的灰度标识码是指广义上发生了灰度变化而形成的图像,并不限制形成的识别码的颜色为灰色,实际中可以形成其他的颜色,例如黑色。
在本发明中,使用功率较小的激光即可改变光子活性成分的外观,从而使光子敏感墨层中的部分光子活性材料102的外观发生变化,形成表面平滑但与周围区域存在灰度差异的图像,并且几乎不会使光子敏感墨燃烧、蚀刻或剥落。例如使用功率小于10W的CO2红外激光或近红外激光照射,以产生单黑色或彩色的激光图像。上述图像广泛地包含装饰(诸如标志、图片或美学标记)或信息(诸如文本或二维编码)。例如,在易拉罐顶盖的正面还可以通过使光子敏感墨层中的部分光子活性材料发生外观变化后形成装饰图像或商标图像,装饰图像或商标图像表面平滑且与周围区域具有灰度差异。相对于使用激光烧蚀或喷涂制作标识码的现有工艺,采用光子敏感墨后,使用很小功率的激光 机即可雕刻更佳效果的图案,大幅降低成本,大幅提高雕刻速度,满足在线生产的高速要求,同时也很好地起到环保作用。
通过上述工艺,在基材100内侧的光子敏感墨层中形成的图像为第一灰度标识码6,在基材100外侧的光子敏感墨层中形成的图像为第二灰度标识码7。当光子敏感墨层101中使用具有安全食用性的光子敏感墨时,可使光子敏感墨层101直接与罐内液体接触,设置在基材100两侧的光子敏感墨层101可直接裸露。考虑到保存和运输过程中罐内液体与光子敏感墨层长期直接接触,可能发生微量的反应,在设置于基材100内侧的光子敏感墨层101的表面还可以涂覆现有的内涂层103。
在该易拉罐顶盖中设置大面积且包括盖体中心位置的开口区域2,在制作易拉罐顶盖时可以简化设置开口区域2的步骤,并且可以确保将第一灰度标识码6设置在开口区域2的内侧。具体参见图4,当在盖体1的中心设置第一灰度标识码6后,无论在盖体1的表面以何种方位设置刻痕线10,均可以保证将第一灰度标识码6设置在开口区域内。在图4中,开口区域2以六个典型位置S1~S6予以示出,当在其余未图示的位置设置开口区域2时也可以实现相同的设置效果,因此,当在设置有第一灰度标识码6的易拉罐顶盖上设置刻痕线10时,无需对易拉罐顶盖的方位进行特殊调整,均可保证开口区域2和第一灰度标识码6的设置效果。
并且,在该易拉罐顶盖1上,在盖体1的中心位置设置第一灰度标识码6,并在开口区域2靠近盖体1边缘的区域设置拉环3的铆接点,可以避免在开口区域2上设置拉环3的过程中破坏设置在开口区域2背面的第一灰度标识码6。
设置在盖体内侧的第一灰度标识码6可以是图2所示的二维码,也可以是图7所示的字符码,还可以是其他未举例的由数字、字母、文字中的任意一种或多种组成的可识别图像。在开口区域2的内侧设置第一灰度标识码6,可以保证第一灰度标识码6在运输及销售过程中不会被破坏,确保第一灰度标识码6的完整性。并且,设置在盖体1内侧的第一灰度标识码6在未将开口区域2沿刻痕线10撕开或破坏之前无法获得,因此,只有购买产品的消费者才可以获得第一灰度标 识码6。该第一灰度标识码6可以在营销活动中使用,也可以作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。在每个盖体1背面的中心位置设置的第一灰度标识码6中的信息不同,并使之唯一对应于一个易拉罐顶盖,从而构成产品的身份标识码,实现一物一码。
同样,设置在盖体外侧的第二灰度标识码7可以是图1所示的二维码,也可以是其他未图示的字符码,还可以是其他未举例的由数字、字母、文字中的任意一种或多种组成的可识别图像。在每个盖体1外侧设置的第二灰度标识码7中的信息不同,且唯一对应于一个易拉罐顶盖,从而构成产品的身份标识码。第二灰度标识码7处于盖体外侧不被拉环3遮挡的位置,其在产品运输和销售过程中处于可识别状态,因此可用于防窜货查询或防伪溯源等用途,便于消费者或销售人员获取。此外,还可以通过扫描第二灰度标识码7进行身份认证,并输入易拉罐顶盖内侧的字符码或扫描二维码,进行防伪认证或参与营销活动。
在该实施例中,以二维码对第一灰度标识码6与第二灰度标识码7进行了图示,为了保证标识码图案的清晰度,本发明中的第一灰度标识码6与第二灰度标识码7的设置面积以不小于1cm2为佳。并且设置在同一易拉罐顶盖上的第一灰度标识码6中的信息与第二灰度标识码7中的信息互不相同且在数据库中相互关联。通过在盖体1上设置双重标识码,既可以满足生产、销售过程中正常的信息查询需求,又可以防止参加活动的标识码在销售过程中被损坏或被仿冒,可以同时保证厂商和消费者的合法权益。
第二实施例
第二实施例所示的大开口易拉罐顶盖的结构与第一实施例基本相同,其区别点在于:第二实施例所提供的易拉罐顶盖除包括图1和图2所示的易拉罐顶盖的所有特征之外,在开口区域2的内部,在第一灰度标识码6的周围还设置有加强结构。
如图5所示,加强结构可以是开口区域2内,位于第二灰度标识码6两侧的向外凸出或向内凹进的对称结构。又如图6所示,加强结构还可以是在开口区域2内位于盖体1中部的区域内设置的凹陷结构或凸出结构9,第一灰度标识码6设置在凹陷结构或凸出结构9内。
第三实施例
第三实施例所示的大开口易拉罐顶盖的结构与第一实施例基本相同,其区别点在于:在图1和图2所示的易拉罐顶盖中,开口区域2是由整条刻痕线10围合而成的闭合区域,而在图7所示的易拉罐顶盖中,开口区域2是由一条两端靠近的刻痕线11围合成的半封闭区域。其中,图7示出了刻痕线11的两个端点;当拉动拉环3使刻痕线11断裂至端点位置时,开口区域2打开至最大,拉环3及开口区域2不会与盖体1分离,便于环保回收。
此外,在该实施例中,如图7所示,在易拉罐顶盖的内侧,设置在开口区域2内的第一灰度标识码6’是由数字和字母组成的字符码,该字符码一般长度较短,简单易读,便于消费者获取。
第四实施例
第四实施例所示的大开口易拉罐顶盖的结构与第一实施例基本相同,其区别点在于:两个实施例中,易拉罐顶盖分别设置了形状不同的开口区域2,在第一实施例中为水滴形(参见图1和图2),第四实施例为椭圆形(参见图8)。
并且,如图1所示,第一实施例中设置在盖体1外侧的第二灰度标识码7仅有一个,并设置在开口区域2内,而在图8所示的第四实施例中,在盖体1外侧,在开口区域2的两侧分别设置了第二灰度标识码7a和7b。虽然两个实施例中,第二灰度标识码的位置和数量均有不同,但在使用时并无区别,第二灰度标识码均可用于防窜货和溯源管理,并且第二灰度标识码也可包含营销活动的链接信息。
第五实施例
第五实施例所示的大开口易拉罐顶盖的结构与第一实施例基本相同,其区别点在于:在两个实施例中,拉环3在盖体1上的遮挡面积占盖体1的总面积的比例不同;第二灰度标识码与拉环3在盖体1上具有不同的相对位置关系;并且两个实施例中的第二灰度标识码使用了两种不同类型的二维码。
具体来说,在图1和图2所示的第一实施例中,拉环3体积较小,拉环3占盖体1总面积的比例小于1/4,在盖体1中心位置设置的第二灰度标识码7位于拉环3的外部,第二灰度标识码7使用QR码。而 在图9和图10所示的第五实施例中,拉环3体积较大,拉环3占盖体1总面积的比例远超过1/4,在盖体1中心位置设置的第二灰度标识码7’位于拉环3内部的空心区域5内,第二灰度标识码7’使用DM码。在同样的清晰度下,DM码相对于QR码具有较小的设置面积。
虽然上述两个实施例中,第二灰度标识码与拉环的相对位置存在差异,并且第二灰度标识码所使用的编码也不同,但两者的用途并无具体区别,第二灰度标识码7和7’均可用于防窜货和溯源管理,并且第二灰度标识码7和7’也均可包含营销活动的链接信息。
在上述五个实施例中,分别以在盖体的内外侧表面设置不同的灰度标识码进行了说明。但其具体内容并不构成对本发明的限制。例如,除上述实施例中图示的结构之外,在易拉罐顶盖的正面还可以设置由光子敏感墨层中的部分光子活性材料发生外观变化后形成的装饰图像或商标图像,装饰图像或商标图像表面平滑且与周围区域具有灰度差异。又如,依据产品设计,在易拉罐顶盖的正面还可以设置其他由荧光油墨形成的图案,或涂覆透明光油。
需要说明的是,本发明中所使用的标识码并不限于上述由光子敏感墨制作的灰度标识码。现有技术中所普遍使用的油墨喷印方式、激光雕刻方式或其他方式等,都可以在本发明中实现标识码的赋码过程。例如,通过改变激光雕刻的路径及激光雕刻去除部分面漆后露出的底漆形成标识码;或者,通过各种喷印设备喷涂在易拉罐顶盖的表面形成标识码等。
在一个相对简化的变形例中,提供了一种具有标识码的大开口易拉罐顶盖,包括盖体与拉环,在盖体上设置有较大开口区域,拉环与开口区域相连接,其中在盖体正面设置有第一标识码,盖体背面的中间位置设置有第二标识码。第一标识码的信息与第二标识码的信息互不相同且相互关联。该变形例的显著特点就在于标识码采用现有技术中普遍使用的油墨喷印方式、激光雕刻方式或其他方式等生成,而没有局限于上述提到的灰度标识码。
在该变形例中,开口区域的面积不小于盖体面积的四分之一。开口区域由刻痕线或刻痕线与实线围合而成,拉环的一端与开口区域一端的刻痕线对齐。第一标识码设置在盖体正面不被拉环遮挡的区域。 盖体的中间位置设置有凹陷区域、凸出区域,凹陷区域、凸出区域设置有第二标识码,凹陷区域、凸出区域位于开口区域内。
在盖体背面的中间位置设置的第二标识码位于开口区域内。第二标识码由内涂层覆盖。第二标识码设置有加强结构,加强结构为位于第二标识码两侧向外凸出或向内凹进的对称结构,加强结构位于开口区域内。
综上所述,本发明实施例所提供的易拉罐顶盖具有较大开口可以满足消费者畅饮的需求。并且,通过在易拉罐顶盖的中心位置设置第一灰度标识码,并使开口区域覆盖易拉罐顶盖的中心位置,可以保证第一灰度标识码在开口区域背面设置的完整性,并简化了易拉罐顶盖的生产步骤,降低了生产难度。该易拉罐顶盖通过在开口区域的背面设置包含不同信息的标识码,实现一物一码,可以同时保证消费者和生产厂商的权利,便于防伪溯源和在营销活动中使用。
此外,本发明所提供的大开口易拉罐顶盖,在制作灰度标识码的过程中,由于仅改变光子敏感墨中的光子活性成分的外观,并不会使光子敏感墨发生燃烧、蚀刻或脱落,所以不会带来产品外观的改变,从而使该易拉罐顶盖具有平滑美观的外观。并且,相对于使用激光烧蚀或喷涂制作标识码的现有工艺,采用光子敏感墨后,使用很小功率的激光机即可雕刻更佳效果的图案,大幅降低成本,大幅提高雕刻速度,满足在线生产的高速要求,同时也很好的起到环保作用。

  4. 如权利要求1所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二标识码设置有加强结构,所述加强结构为位于所述第二标识码两侧向外凸出或向内凹进的对称结构,所述加强结构位于所述开口区域内。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述盖体的中间位置设置有凹陷区域、凸出区域,所述凹陷区域、所述凸出区域设置有第二标识码,所述凹陷区域、所述凸出区域位于所述开口区域内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述开口区域由刻痕线或刻痕线与实线围合而成,所述拉环的一端与所述开口区域一端的所述刻痕线对齐。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第一标识码设置在盖体正面不被所述拉环遮挡的区域。
  8. 一种大开口易拉罐顶盖,包括盖体与拉环,其特征在于:
    所述盖体至少包括基材及设置在基材内侧的光子敏感墨层,其中,设置在基材内侧的光子敏感墨层裸露并形成第一灰度标识码,或者设置在基材内侧的光子敏感墨层在形成第一灰度标识码后被内涂层覆盖;
    所述第一灰度标识码是由光子敏感墨层中的部分光子活性材料发 生外观变化后形成的图像,所述第一灰度标识码表面平滑且与周围区域具有灰度差异;
    所述第一灰度标识码设置在所述开口区域的背面并且位于所述盖体的中心位置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述基材外侧设置有第二光子敏感墨层,所述第二光子敏感墨层中的部分光子活性材料发生外观变化后形成一个或多个第二灰度标识码,所述第二灰度标识码的表面平滑且与周围区域具有灰度差异。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二灰度标识码设置在所述盖体外侧不被所述拉环遮挡的区域。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二灰度标识码设置在所述盖体外侧的中心位置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二灰度标识码设置在所述盖体对应于所述拉环的空心区域的位置。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述开口区域的面积不小于所述盖体面积的四分之一。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述开口区域是以盖体直径为对称轴的对称图形。
  15. 如权利要求8所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述开口区域是由整条刻痕线围合而成的闭合区域,所述刻痕线整体具有相同的深度或者部分刻痕线的深度大于剩余部分的深度;
    或者,所述开口区域是由两端靠近的刻痕线围合成的半封闭区域。
  16. 如权利要求8所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述拉环与所述开口区域相连接,所述拉环与所述开口区域的连接点远离所述盖体的中心区域;所述拉环用于连接的一端与设置在所述开口区域靠近所述盖体边缘一侧的刻痕线对齐。
  17. 如权利要求8所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述开口区域内,在所述第一灰度标识码的周围设置有加强结构。
  18. 如权利要求8所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述盖体外侧还设置有由光子敏感墨层中的部分光子活性材料发生外观变化后形成的装饰图像或商标图像,所述装饰图像或商标图像表面平滑且与周围区域具有灰度差异。
  19. 如权利要求8或9所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    设置在所述基材两侧的所述光子敏感墨层分别局部或全部覆盖所述基材的表面。
  20. 如权利要求1~19中任意一项所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第一标识码/灰度标识码的信息与所述第二标识码/灰度标识码的信息互不相同且相互关联。
