相关技术中的滚筒式洗衣机一般都有一个台面板,台面板除了起到装饰效果,还可以在台面板上放置一些日常用品,增加洗衣机的上表面利用率。相关技术中的滚筒洗衣机因为台面板尺寸比较大,注塑后非常容易出现收缩变形,当台面板安装到箱体上时,箱体顶面边缘的位置与台面板边缘之间非常容易出现间隙,不但影响了洗衣机的整体美观性,还会造成灰尘、水以及其他污染物进入洗衣机内部。
发明内容
本公开提供一种避免台面板和箱体之间出现间隙,且不易渗入污染物的洗衣机。
本公开提供一种洗衣机,包括箱体和扣合在所述箱体上的台面板,所述箱体的扣合面上的至少一对相对的侧边上均固定有凸起柱;所述台面板的扣合面上固定有供所述凸起柱插入并卡接的卡接部;
所述卡接部包括:
安装架,固定在所述台面板的扣合面上;
卡座,设置在所述安装架上,并开设有供所述凸起柱插入的卡槽;
弹性件,安装在所述卡座上,设置为将插入到所述卡槽内的所述凸起柱卡紧。

卡座402包括两个插板402a,插板402a的一端为连接端,连接端与平板401a连接,插板402a的另一端为夹紧端,相邻的两竖板401c之间设置有一连接端与平板401a相连的插板402a,且两个插板402a彼此相对并与竖板401c位于平板401a的同一侧。每一插板402a的夹紧端相靠近,使得两插板402a呈收缩状。平板401a和两个插板402a构成的空间形成了供凸起柱3插入的卡槽4021。
弹性件403为设置在每一插板402a夹紧端的卷边403a。
每一竖板401c远离平板401a的一端均设置有耳板401d,每一耳板401d均开设有第二安装孔401e,第二安装孔401e的轴线垂直于平板401a。如此,将螺栓穿过第二安装孔401e便可实现将安装架401固定在台面板2的扣合面上。在本实施例中,安装架401、卡座402、弹性件403均可以为钣金件,可以一体成型,从而可降低制造成本。
上述洗衣机中,台面板2与箱体1通过凸起柱3与由安装架401、卡座402和弹性件403构成的卡接部4卡接,从而在台面板2与箱体1扣合面设置了紧固结构,进而避免了台面板与箱体之间形成缝隙,且污染物不易渗入到洗衣机内,采用卡接结构使得拆装方便,避免了相关技术中采用普通卡爪拆卸时易造 成部件损坏的缺陷。
工业实用性
本公开提供的洗衣机中,台面板与箱体通过凸起柱与由安装架、卡座和弹性件构成的卡接部卡接,从而在台面板与箱体的扣合面设置了紧固结构,进而避免了台面板与箱体之间形成缝隙,且污染物不易渗入到洗衣机内;采用卡接结构使得拆装方便,避免了相关技术中采用普通卡爪拆卸时易造成部件损坏的缺陷。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括箱体和扣合在所述箱体上的台面板,所述箱体的扣合面上的至少一对相对的侧边上均固定有凸起柱;所述台面板的扣合面上固定有供所述凸起柱插入并卡接的卡接部;
    所述卡接部包括:
    安装架,固定在所述台面板的扣合面上;
    卡座,设置在所述安装架上,并开设有供所述凸起柱插入的卡槽;
    弹性件,安装在所述卡座上,设置为将插入到所述卡槽内的所述凸起柱卡紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其中,所述安装架包括第一U型架和翼板;所述第一U型架包括横板和两个立板,所述两个立板的第一端分别与所述横板的第一端和第二端连接,所述横板和所述两个立板构成U型槽;
    所述第一U型架的横板上设置有一供所述凸起柱穿过的过孔;所述卡座和所述弹性件设置于所述U型槽内;所述卡座固定在所述横板上,且所述卡槽的开口朝向所述过孔;
    所述两个立板的第二端均设置有一垂直于所述立板的翼板;每一所述翼板均背向所述U型槽延伸并与所述台面板的扣合面固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其中,每一所述翼板上均开设有第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔的轴线垂直于所述横板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其中,所述卡槽内设置有相对设置的突起,所述突起靠近所述卡槽的开口;
    所述凸起柱包括连接座和设置在所述连接座上的插入头,所述连接座设置为固定在所述箱体的扣合面的边缘处,所述插入头设置为插入到所述卡槽内,所述插入头靠近所述连接座的根部设置有与所述突起相配合的凹陷结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其中,所述插入头呈纺锤形,所述卡槽的形状与所述插入头相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其中,所述弹性件包括第二U型架和夹板,所述第二U型架的两立板顶部均设置有朝向所述第二U型架中U型槽内侧的夹板;
    所述卡座嵌套在所述第二U型架中U型槽内,所述夹板设置为抵靠在所述突起的背部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其中,每一所述夹板与对应的第二U型 架中立板的连接处圆滑过渡且过渡夹角为钝角。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第二U型架中每一立板的中部均开设有一通孔,所述通孔上设置有一弹板;
    所述弹板的一端与对应的通孔上靠近所述第二U型架中横板的一端相连,所述弹板的另一端朝远离所述第二U型架中U型槽的方向翘起。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其中,所述安装架包括平板和多个竖板,所述平板一侧的四个端角处均设置有与所述平板呈预设夹角的竖板;每一所述竖板的一端与所述平板相连,所述竖板的另一端固定在所述台面板的扣合面上;所述平板上开设有供所述凸起柱穿过的穿孔;
    所述卡座包括两个插板,所述插板的一端为连接端,所述连接端与所述平板连接,所述插板的另一端为夹紧端,所述插板设置在相邻的两个所述竖板之间,且所述两个插板的位置相对设置并与所述竖板位于所述平板的同一侧;所述两个插板的夹紧端相靠近;所述平板和所述两个插板构成的空间形成了供所述凸起柱插入的卡槽;
    所述弹性件为设置在每一所述插板夹紧端的卷边。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其中,每一所述竖板远离所述平板的一端均设置有耳板,每一所述耳板均开设有第二安装孔,所述第二安装孔的轴线垂直于所述平板。
