[0038] 本发明的血液净化器可以作为一次性血液灌流器、 一次性使用血浆胆红素吸附 器、 一次性使用内毒毒素吸附器、 DNA免疫吸附器等可容纳吸附剂的血液净化 器, 并且设置有吸附柱, 由于在吸附柱的端口的内周面上设置有第一固定凸起 , 而滤网的外周面上设置有与第一固定凸起耦合的第一固定凹槽, 滤网的内周 面上设置有第二固定凸起, 端盖的端口的外周面上设置有与第二固定凸起耦合 的第二固定凹槽。 这样, 滤网与吸附柱之间通过第一固定凸起和第一固定凹槽 的相互固定, 不会沿着圆周方向发生相对位移, 端盖与滤网之间通过第二固定 凸起和第二固定凹槽的相互固定, 不会沿着圆周方向发生相对位移, 所以吸附 柱、 滤网、 端盖之间不会发生圆周方向的相对位移。
当血液净化器的密封圈设置于吸附柱的端部和端盖之间, 在锁紧螺母的周向作 用力下, 吸附柱、 滤网、 端盖之间仍然保持相互固定, 避免相对移动而产生的 密封圈变形, 保证血液净化器的密封效果, 避免外部环境中的细菌等进入血液 净化器而导致的安全隐患, 从而提高良品率。

[权利要求 1] 血液净化器, 包括吸附柱和分别密封所述吸附柱轴向两端口的封端装 置, 所述封端装置包括端盖和滤网, 其特征在于: 所述吸附柱的端口的内周面上设置有第一固定凸起;
所述滤网的外周面上设置有与所述第一固定凸起耦合的第一固定凹槽 所述滤网的内周面上设置有第二固定凸起;
所述端盖的端口的外周面上设置有与所述第二固定凸起耦合的第二固 定凹槽。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述血液净化器, 其特征在于:
所述第一固定凸起的数量与所述第二固定凸起的数量相等。
