移动空调器的底座内设有一个水槽和水循环用的小水泵,冷凝器主要通过水的喷淋蒸发来冷却,并从室内抽取少量空气,从而将冷凝器加热后蒸发的水蒸汽带出室外。水槽中有水位开关,当水槽内水量不足时,水位开关会触发报警装置,当水位低于极限水位时,水位开关可控制自动停机。现有技术中水位开关与底座通过钣金件和螺钉固定连接,安装过程复杂,安装效率低。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种移动空调,旨在简化水位开关与底座的安装过程,提高安装效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的移动空调,包括:底座,所述底座内设有一水槽;所述水槽槽壁的上端设有一朝上延伸的安装板;水位开关,用以测量所述水槽内的水位;以及固定件,所述固定件包括与所述安装板插接固定的第一固定部和供所述水位开关安装的第二固定部。
优选地,所述第一固定部包括第一固定部本体、以及形成于所述第一固定部本体且沿上下向延伸的插槽,所述插槽用以供所述安装板插接固定。
优选地,所述第一固定部本体呈沿上下向延伸的板状设置,所述第一固定部本体上设有相并行且间隔设置的两个支撑壁,每一支撑壁沿上下向延伸设置;每一支撑壁的远离所述第一固定部本体的一端设有一限位壁,两所述限位壁呈相对延伸设置;所述插槽形成于所述限位壁与所述第一固定部本体之间。

请参照图6,为了减小弹性卡扣121在第一固定部本体311插向安装板120过程中的阻力,本发明一实施例中,所述扣部121b的自由端端面设有一导向斜面,所述导向斜面与所述弹性臂121a之间的距离在自上向下的方向上逐渐增大。因为导向斜面的作用,当第一固定部310自上向下插入安装板120时,自上向下向外倾斜的导向斜面能够使得第一固定部310更容易与所述安装板120插接固定。
请参照图7,在得第一固定部310与安装板120插接固定的过程中,安装板120承受了很大的力,为了增加安装板120的强度,避免安装板120失效损坏,
安装板120的后表面间隔设有多个沿上下向延伸的加强筋123,所述加强筋123设在左右两个让位口122中间的安装板上,多个所述加强筋123均匀间隔分布。
现结合图1至图4说明本专利的工作原理,现有技术中水位开关200与底盘100通过螺钉安装固定,本专利为了提高安装效率,设计了固定件300。该固定件300的第一固定部310与底盘100插接固定,该固定件300的第二固定部320包括连接板321和设置在连接板321下侧的套接柱322,所述连接板321与所述第一固定部310呈90°夹角设置,所述套接柱322的顶端与连接板321的下侧面固定连接,所述套接柱322的底端呈自由端设置以供所述水位开关200的安装套筒220套接,安装套筒220下端固定水位开关200的浮子210,浮子210位于所述底盘100的水槽110内,当水槽110内的液面发生变化时,浮子210可随液面上下浮动从而测量水槽110内的水位。
因为第一固定部310对应水槽110槽壁的上端设有一朝上延伸的安装板120,所述安装板120与所述第一固定部310插接固定,因此大大简化了水位开关200与底座100的安装过程,使得安装效率大幅提高。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种移动空调,其特征在于,包括:
    底座,所述底座内设有一水槽;所述水槽槽壁的上端设有一朝上延伸的安装板;
    水位开关,用以测量所述水槽内的水位;以及
    固定件,所述固定件包括与所述安装板插接固定的第一固定部和供所述水位开关安装的第二固定部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述第一固定部包括第一固定部本体、以及形成于所述第一固定部本体且沿上下向延伸的插槽,所述插槽用以供所述安装板插接固定。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述第一固定部本体呈沿上下向延伸的板状设置,所述第一固定部本体上设有相并行且间隔设置的两个支撑壁,每一支撑壁沿上下向延伸设置;每一支撑壁的远离所述第一固定部本体的一端设有一限位壁,两所述限位壁呈相对延伸设置;所述插槽形成于所述限位壁与所述第一固定部本体之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述支撑壁与所述限位壁在上端设有一止挡壁,所述止挡壁用以供所述安装板的上端相抵止。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述插槽呈上下贯穿设置,所述安装板与所述插槽过盈配合,以使所述安装板与所述第一固定部紧固连接。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述限位壁下端所在的位置高于所述支撑壁下端所在的位置。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述第一固定部本体与所述安装板之间还设有卡接固定结构。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述卡接固定结构包括卡孔和与所述卡孔适配的弹性卡扣,所述卡孔设于所述第一固定部本体,所述弹性卡扣对应所述卡孔设于所述安装板上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述安装板上设有贯穿板体的让位口,所述让位口具有相对设置的第一侧缘和第二侧缘,所述弹性卡扣包括自所述让位口的第一侧缘向第二侧缘延伸的弹性臂、以及凸设于所述弹性臂面向所述第一固定部本体的侧面的扣部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述扣部的自由端端面设有一导向斜面,所述导向斜面与所述弹性臂之间的距离在自上向下的方向上逐渐增大。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述第二固定部包括连接板和设置在连接板下侧的套接柱,所述套接柱的顶端与连接板的下侧面固定连接,所述套接柱的底端呈自由端设置以供所述水位开关的安装套筒套接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述连接板与所述第一固定部呈90°夹角设置。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的移动空调,其特征在于,所述安装板的后表面间隔设有多个沿上下向延伸的加强筋。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的移动空调,其特征在于,多个所述加强筋设在两所述让位口中间的安装板上。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的移动空调,其特征在于,多个所述加强筋均匀间隔分布。
