现有技术中,在调节完导风板的位置后,是通过导风板的固定轴与出风框架上的孔之间的摩擦力进行固定。冷风扇长时间使用或导风板调节次数过多后,轴和孔都变得光滑,摩擦力变小,使得导风板不易固定。当要通过导风板调节出风方向时,由于导风板无法固定,受重力的作用,可能导致导风板向下转动,使风只能向下吹,影响用户使用。

通过弹性固定件21和限位件22配合,能够对导风板10提供支撑,并能够通过弹性固定件21的弹性端提供的弹性力对导风板10进行预紧,使导风板10的连接轴与通风框架30的孔壁紧贴,增大了导风板10和通风框架30的摩擦力,提高了紧固效果。
在上述结构中,弹性固定件21的弹性端提供的可以是压缩力,也可以拉伸力。在本实施例中,弹性端提供的是压缩力,即弹性端在与限位件22抵接时处于压缩状态。
并且,弹性固定件21可以设置在通风框架30上,将限位件22设置在导风板10上;也可将弹性固定件21设置在导风板10上,将限位件22对应设置在通风框架30上。在本实施例中,将弹性固定件21设置在通风框架30上,限位件22设置在导风板10上。如此可以方便用户调节导风板10的位置,提高装置结构的稳定性。
具体的,如图5和图6所示,该弹性固定件21包括基板211和弹片212。其中,基板211固定设置在通风框架30上,弹片212设置在基板211上,弹片212的一端与基板211连接,弹片212的另一端与限位件22抵接,通过弹片212对导风板10提供弹性力,以对导风板10进行固定。其中,基板211与弹片212可以设置为一体结构,也可将弹片212通过紧固件或其它连接方式连接在基板211上。将弹性固定件21设置为基板211和弹片212,可以在满足对导风板10进行固定的同时简化装置结构,便于设计和安装。
在本实施例中,在基板211上设置有避让孔,弹片212的一端设置在该避让孔内,弹片212的另一端从避让孔内伸出,弹片212与基板211呈夹角设置。通过设置避让孔可以防止弹片212在与限位件22抵接压缩时弹片212与基板211发生干涉。为了便于生产和加工,将弹片212与基板211设置为一体结构。
其中,基板211可通过紧固件设置在通风框架30上,也可通过卡接结构固定设置在通风框架30上。在本实施例中,在基板211上设置卡扣211a,基板211通过卡扣211a与通风框架30卡接以实现基板211与通风框架30的固定。其中,卡扣211a的数量和设置位置不做限定,可根据需要具体设置。在本实施例中,在基板211的上侧、左侧以及右侧均设置有卡扣211a,通风框架30上可对应设置卡接槽或其它卡接结构进行配合,以使基板211稳固设置在通风框架30上。此外,为了提高基板211与通风框架30的稳定性,还可在基板211上设置安装孔,以在卡扣211a失效或连接不稳定时,通过在安装孔内设置紧固件来对基板211和通风框架30进行连接。
具体的,如图3和图4所示,基板211通过卡扣211a设置在通风框架30上,在图3中,左侧为将基板211设置在通风框架30上,右侧与基板211的卡扣211a配合的连接孔,基板211在与通风框架30连接时,将基板211上的卡扣211a对应设置在连接孔内进行卡接即可。拆卸时,对卡扣211a施加力使其变形缩小并从连接孔内退出 即可。本实施例提供的基板211结构简单,方便工作人员对基板211进行安装和拆卸。
其中,弹性固定件21的弹性端与限位件22进行抵接时,为了提高抵接可靠性,可在限位件22上设置与弹性端配合的限位结构。该限位结构可以为限位孔、限位槽等其它限位结构。如图2所示,在本实施例中,在限位件22上设置限位凹槽221,通过限位凹槽221限定弹性端的位置。通过该结构,能够将弹性端限定在限位凹槽221内,以使导风板10在固定状态下弹性端与限位件22能够时刻抵接,提高连接的可靠性。
具体的,在限位件22上沿导风板10的转动方向可设置多个限位凹槽221,一个限位凹槽221对应一个导风角度,如此便于用户将导风板10调节到所需角度上。并且,在本实施例中,相邻两个限位凹槽221之间为圆滑过渡,多个限位凹槽221形成波浪形,如此可便于用户将弹性端调节至各个限位凹槽221内,减少二者之间的摩擦,提高装置结构的使用寿命,提高装置结构的可操作性。
其中,调节定位部20可以设置一个,也可设置多个。在本实施例中,将调节定位部20设置为多个,多个调节定位部20沿导风板10的长度方向间隔设置。通过设置多个调节定位部20,能够避免导风板10在使用时发生晃动,提高了导风板10的稳定性。
如图3和图4所示,该导风板组件上设置两个调节定位部20,两个调节定位部20以导风板10的中心线对称设置。
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,导风板10设置有多个,多个导风板10并排设置。该导风板组件还包括连杆40,连杆40与每个导风板10连接,以使多个导风板10同步转动。通过设置连杆40,可在用户调节任意一个导风板10时,其它导风板10与该导风板10同步转动调节,为用户提供便利。
其中,限位件22可独立设置在导风板10上,也可将限位件22设置在连杆40上。为了简化装置结构,在本实施例中,将限位件22设置在连杆40上。通过调节定位部20与连杆40配合,能够同时固定多个导风板10的位置,无需一个调节定位部20对应固定一个导风板10。上述设计方式能够简化装置结构,降低生产成本。
具体的,如图2和图7所示,连杆40上还设置有安装槽41,安装槽41设置在连杆40的与限位件22相对的一侧,导风板10上设置有连接轴11,连接轴11可枢转地设置在安装槽41内。安装时,只需要将导风板10的连接轴对应设置在安装槽41内即可,连杆40上的限位件22通过与通风框架30上的弹性固定件21配合对导风板10进行固定。在本实施例中,连杆40与限位件22设置为一体结构。安装槽41的开口尺寸 小于槽内尺寸,具体的,将安装槽41的开口尺寸设计为小于连接轴11的直径,安装时将导风板10上的连接轴11挤压至安装槽41的槽内,如此可将连接轴11限定在安装槽41内,并能使连接轴11在安装槽41内枢转。
如图2所示,每个导风板10上具有两个间隔设置的连接轴11,导风板组件包括两个连杆40,每个导风板10设置在两个连杆40上,即每个导风板10上的两个连接轴11对应设置在两个连杆40的安装槽41内。
通过本发明提供的导风板组件,将弹性固定件21的弹片212与连杆40上的限位件22相互配合限位,可以固定导风板10在通风框架30上的位置。当用户调节好导风方向后,由于弹片212的弹力作用,导风板10和连杆40可以保持此调节位置,固定不变。弹片212具有弹力,当用户对导风板10施力时,导风板10能调节并进行上下转动,松手后导风板10可以固定到某一限位凹槽221内。本发明提供的导风板组件,结构简单、稳定,可靠性高。
如图8所示,本发明又一实施例提供了一种冷风扇,冷风扇包括导风板组件。其中,该导风板组件为上述实施例提供的导风板组件。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种导风板组件,其特征在于,所述导风板组件包括:
    导风板(10),可转动地设置在通风框架(30)上;
    调节定位部(20),设置在所述导风板(10)和所述通风框架(30)之间,所述调节定位部(20)用于固定所述导风板(10)在所述通风框架(30)上的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述调节定位部(20)包括:
    弹性固定件(21),具有弹性端;
    限位件(22),所述弹性端与所述限位件(22)抵接变形以使所述弹性端和所述限位件(22)之间具有预紧力,通过所述弹性固定件(21)与所述限位件(22)配合以固定所述导风板(10)在所述通风框架(30)上的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述弹性固定件(21)设置在所述通风框架(30)上,所述限位件(22)设置在所述导风板(10)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述弹性固定件(21)包括:
    基板(211),固定设置在所述通风框架(30)上;
    弹片(212),设置在所述基板(211)上,所述弹片(212)的一端与所述基板(211)连接,所述弹片(212)的另一端与所述限位件(22)抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述基板(211)上设置有卡扣(211a),所述基板(211)通过所述卡扣(211a)与所述通风框架(30)卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述基板(211)上设置有避让孔,所述弹片(212)的一端设置在所述避让孔内,所述弹片(212)的另一端从所述避让孔内伸出并与所述限位件(22)抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述限位件(22)上设置有限位凹槽(221),所述限位凹槽(221)用于限定所述弹性端的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述限位件(22)上沿所述导风板(10)的转动方向设置多个所述限位凹槽(221),一个所述限位凹槽(221)对应所述导风板(10)的一个导风角度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述调节定位部(20)具有多个,多个所述调节定位部(20)沿所述导风板(10)的长度方向间隔设置。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述导风板(10)为多个,多个所述导风板(10)并排设置,所述导风板组件还包括连杆(40),所述连杆(40)与每个所述导风板(10)连接,以使多个所述导风板(10)同步转动,所述限位件(22)设置在所述连杆(40)上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述连杆(40)上还设置有安装槽(41),所述安装槽(41)设置在所述连杆(40)的与所述限位件(22)相对的一侧,所述导风板(10)上设置有连接轴(11),所述连接轴(11)可枢转地设置在所述安装槽(41)内。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的导风板组件,其特征在于,所述调节定位部(20)用于在所述导风板(10)的多个导风角度固定所述导风板(10)在所述通风框架(30)上的位置。
  13. 一种冷风扇,包括导风板组件,其特征在于,所述导风板组件为权利要求1所述的导风板组件。
